공군사관학교 융합캡스톤 교과목 설계를 위한 고찰 = A Study on Course Design for ROKAFA Multidisciplinary Capstone Courses

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 공군사관학교 72기 신입생(2020년 입학)부터 적용할 신규 교과과정에 새롭게 개설될 융합캡스톤 설계 I, II 교과목을 어떻게 구조화하여 교과목 개설목적을 이룰 것인가에 대한 연구이다. 이 교과목은 72기 생도들이 4학년이 되는 2023년도에 최초 개설되어 1, 2학기에 걸쳐 총 6학점을 전생도가 수강하게 되는 교과목이다. 본 연구에서는 국내외 주요 대학들이 운영하고 있는 전공내 캡스톤 과정 및 전공간 융합캡스톤 과정의 교과 설계와 운영 사례들을 먼저 조사하였고, 공군사관학교만의 특징인 문·이과 전생도들이 이 과정을 이수해야 하는 특수성을 반영한 최적의 교과목 설계안을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 공군사관학교의 융합캡스톤 과목 운영의 기초 설계도가 되어, 향후 4차 산업혁명 시대의 군혁신을 이끌어 갈 창의융합형 인재를 성공적으로 양성하기 위한 토대로서 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is about how to design the new courses of 'Interdisciplinary Capstone Design I, II' of Republic of Korea Air Force Academy(ROKAFA) which will be opened in the year of 2023 for the cadets of 72nd class. Each of the two courses has 3 credits and is compulsory subject for all cadets and is to be taken consecutively in the senior year. This study first does the case studies of the course designs and operational lessons of major-specific capstone projects and interdisciplinary capstone projects of several exemplary universities. And then optimal course design idea is presented encompassing the characteristic of ROKAFA which requires all cadets to take these courses compulsorily on interdisciplinary base. This study will work as a blueprint for the courses of 'Interdisciplinary Capstone Design I, II' and contribute to cultivate the human resource of creativity and convergence who will lead the revolution of military affairs in the era of the 4th industrial revolution.
