입학전형의 다양성과 간소화 정책에 대한 인식도 조사 = Awareness of the Diversity and Simplification of the Admission Policy

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 고교생, 교사, 입학사정관을 대상으로 현행 입학전형 운영 방식의 다양성, 대입전형 간소화 정책과 이에 따른 대입전형의 변화 등에 대해 어떻게 생각하고 있는지 설문조사를 하였다. 이를 통해 각 대학의 다양한 입학전형 운영에 따라 발생하는 문제점을 파악하고, 입시정책 변화에 대한 의견과 공교육 정상화에 대한 견해를 알아보고자 했다. 더 나아가 본 인식도 조사 결과를 추후 대입전형 설계에 방향성을 제시하고 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 현재 교육부의 정책은 학생들의 꿈과 끼를 키우기보다 사교육 억제 및 공교육 내실화에 좀 더 무게 중심을 두고 있어 보인다. 물론 학생들의 꿈과 끼를 키우기 위해서는 공교육 내실화가 필요하지만 충분조건은 아니다. 가장 우선시 되어야 할 것은 바로 학생들에게 필요한 교육적 가치를 정립하는 것이다. 모든 교육정책의 근간에는 쉽게 흔들리지 않는 든든한 교육 철학이 있어야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study investigated how the high school students, teachers and admissions officers think the changes in university admissions policies of diversity and simplify operations. Through this survey, we would identify the problems caused by various admission system depending on the universities, and listen to opinions about admission policy changes and normalization of public education. Furthermore it could provide direction in the university admission policy and derive the implications. At present, it seems that the Ministry of Education`s policy would rather control private education than student`s dreams and talents. To nourish the student`s dreams and talents, it`s necessary to control private education and emphasize public education, but that`s not all. The most important thing is the establishing the educational value to the students. Every education policy needs to have a strong educational philosophy that is not easily swayed.
