벤처기업의 혁신성과에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Innovation outcome of venture business in Korea

국문 초록 (Abstract)

벤처기업의 발전은 혁신과 기업성과에 의해 성취될 수 있다. 일반적으로 전략 설정과정에 포함된 각각의 관리 요소를 사용하여 기업과 혁신성과를 개선할 방법이 결정된다. 무엇보다 기업이 가진 기술력이나 창조력 특징을 평가해 보아야 한다. 본 연구를 통해 제시할 수 있는 벤처기업의 성공요인은 첫째, 기업가의 연령을 통해 기업의 혁신 정도를 파악할 수 있다는 것이며, 둘째, 노동력의 구성이나 특징이 혁신에 중대한 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 점이다. 셋째, 혁신 활동은 기본적으로 벤처기업의 혁신성과를 가늠할 수 있는 관리요인이며, 마지막으로 모든 것이 부족한 혁신적인 기업으로서는 외부 자원 활용과 협업이 필수적인 활동이다. 본 연구는 벤처기업과 소셜 벤처의 이론적 내용 배경을 살펴보고, 한국의 벤처기업의 기업성과와 혁신성과의 성공요인에 대해 분석하였다. 그리고 지속가능한 기업의 성장을 위해 개선해야 할 문제점에 대한 해결책을 모색하고자 하였다.

The development of venture business can be achieved by innovation and Business Outcome. It is generally known that each of the management elements included in the strategy-setting process will determine how to improve the company and its innovation performance. The success factors of venture business that can be suggested through the study are first, the degree of firm development can be grasped by entrepreneurs' age, and second, the composition and characteristics of the workforce can have a significant impact on innovation. Third, innovation practices are fundamentally important variables of management for assessing venture firms' innovative results. Eventually, creative companies lacking everything need important practices to use external resources and to cooperate with others. This study explores the theoretical context of ventures and social ventures and analyzes factors such as corporate performance and innovation that are crucial to the success of ventures in Korea. The study has attempted to find solutions to problems that need to be addressed in order to grow sustainable business.
