    The purpose of this study was to research the relation between personal trainer's servant leadership and exercise-immersion, training efficiency and trust on the leader, so that it would be able to offer practical and basic data that contribute to improving the systematic and efficient quality of personal trainer's servant leadership. The targets of this study were members of fitness centers and PT shops in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Gyeongsang-do and Jeolla-do, for whom 100 questionnaires were distributed respectively(400 in total).
    Among them, 375 questionnaires were returned, and 345 pieces with faithful answers excluding the unfaithful answers, etc. were used to analyze the data. PASW 18.0 version was used for data process, as well as frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis, of which results were as follows.
    Firstly, community formation, vision presentation and contribution, excluding the growth support that was a sub factor of personal trainer's servant leadership, influenced in order on immersion into exercise.
    Secondly, vision presentation, growth support and community formation, excluding contribution that was a sub factor of personal trainer's servant leadership influenced in order on the perceived function improvement of training efficiency.
    Thirdly, all the sub factors of personal trainer's servant leadership that were growth support, vision presentation, contribution and community formation, influenced on the perceived function improvement of training efficiency. Fourthly, all the sub factors of personal trainer's servant leadership that were growth support, vision presentation, contribution and community formation, influenced on trust on the leader.
    When considering these study results, it was found that personal trainer's servant leadership has significantly influenced on the members immersion into exercise, training efficiency and trust on the leader
