학령기 아동이 지각한 부모의 양육태도, 사회적 지지가 자기효능감과 스트레스에 미치는 영향-한국과 중국 아동의 비교 = Effects of Perception of Parental Rearing Attitude and Social Support on Self-efficacy and Stress among School-aged Children -The Comparison of Korean and Chinese Children

국문 초록 (Abstract)

한국과 중국 학령기 아동 각각 180명을 대상으로 아동이 지각한 부모의 양육태도와 사회적 지지가 자기효능감과 스트레스에 미치는 영향을 분석해 보았다. 자료수집은 2009년 4월부터 7월에 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 14.0과 AMOS 18.0프로그램을 사용하여, 백분율, c2 test, 평균값, t-test, Pearson correlation, 효과분석을 하였다.
본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 부모의 양육태도영역에서 중국 아동이 한국 아동보다과잉기대적 태도로 지각한 것으로 나타났다. 사회적 지지영역에서 중국 아동은 한국 아동보다 사회적 지지를 많이 지각한 것으로 나타났다. 자기효능감은 중국 아동이 한국 아동보다 높은것으로 나타났다. 스트레스는 중국 아동이 한국 아동보다 많이지각한 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 부모의 양육태도, 사회적 지지, 자기효능감, 스트레스간의 상관관계에서는 한국과 중국 아동이 모두 부모의 양육태도, 사회적 지지, 자기효능감 간에 서로 유의한 정적 상관관계를 나타냈고 부모의 양육태도, 사회적 지지, 자기효능감이 스트레스와 모두 유의한 부적 상관관계로 나타났다.
셋째, 자기효능감에는 한국 아동과 중국 아동 모두 부모의 양육태도보다 사회적 지지가 더 큰 영향을 미쳤으며, 스트레스에는 한국에서 부모의 양육태도, 사회적 지지 및 자기효능감이 다유의한 영향을 미쳤고 중국에서 부모의 양육태도만 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
본 연구는 연구대상자를 중국 아동까지 확대하여 간호연구의영역을 확장하였으며 임상에서 만나는 중국인 부모, 자녀관계를이해하는 데 본 연구결과가 도움이 되리라 기대한다. 다문화 시대에 서로 상대방에 대한 이해 증진을 위해 사회적, 문화적 차이와 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 후속연구와 한국과 중국 학령기아동의 건강증진을 위한 간호임상정보 제공 등의 네트워크 형성을 제언한다.
