다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

According the nature environment and cultural background, the whole Asia continent can be divided to five musical culture area; East Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, West Asia and Central Asia The music of these areas are different and like all flowers vying for beauty In full bloom. In this paper I selected three countries to make a comparative study about their present situation. India has a old civilization, it was a colony nearly 200 years, but their tradition music have preserved and become prosperous today China also has a aid civilization but was absorbed in the western music, so Chinese people especially younger generation like westernized music and popular music than Chinese traditional music. Philippines music were westernized, but the minority people preserved their traditional music. These different phenomenon are very interesting for us and attract ethnomusicologists to do research work.
