학생 데이터에 기반한 대학생 행복 증진 프로그램 개발 및 효과 = The Development and Effects of Students Happiness Improvement Program Based on student data

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 H대학교 재학생을 대상으로 한 데이터에 기반하여 맞춤형 행복 증진 프로그램을 개발하고자 하는 것이다. 본 프로그램을 개발하기 위해 소속 대학 재학생들의 설문조사, 인터뷰, 전문가 자문, 요구도 조사 등의 개발과정을 진행하였으며, 개발된 프로그램은 시범운영을 진행하여 참여자 평가를 통한 점검과정을 거쳐 최종 프로그램이 도출되었다. 연구결과 H대학교 학생 데이터에서 도출한 주요 행복요인은 자기조절능력, 사회적지지, 낙관성 요인이 도출되었으며 이와 관련된 활동을 프로그램에 반영하여 긍정적인 효과를 보였다. 본 연구에서는 대학별 학생 특성에 맞는 프로그램을 개발하기 위해 학생 대상 데이터를 어떻게 활용하여 적용하는지 과정을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다. 끝으로, 본 연구의 제한점 및 후속 연구를 위한 제안을 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to develop a happiness improvement program for H University students. In order to develop this program, we conducted process such as surveys, interviews, expert advice, and needs surveys of the students in the university. And, the format of happiness improvement program was completed based on the results of the pilot operation. Therefore, this study has a significance in presenting the process of using student data to develop a program suitable for each student s characteristics in developing various programs for students. In addition, it is meaningful to verify the effectiveness by actually operating activities related to major happiness factors derived from H university student data. Finally, the limitations of this study and suggestions for subsequent studies were discussed.
