The case is presented with the complains of epigastralgia with fullness, nausea, and vomiting, whose diagnosi.- ivas readily established by a Barium .'Vieal Upper G.I. Se: ies. On admission there is no specific signs and Jaboratory findings exept a large duodenal diver.iculum by means of upper G,I, series.
