장기요양기관 종사자의 평가지표 중요도와 적용성 인식에 관한 연구 = A Study perception on the importance and applicability of the Evaluation Indexes of Long-Term Care Institution Employees

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 시설평가지표별 중요도와 적용성에 대한 평가영역 및 평가항목이 종사자들 간 인식 차이를 비롯하여 기관의 특성과 종사자 개인의 특성에 따른 평가지표에 대한 중요도와 적용성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 조사하기 위해 SPSS WIN 18.0 이용 일원배치분산분석, 다중선형회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 조사대상 기관 및 개인의 특성으로 종사자의 연령이 40세 이상 72.3%, 요양보호사 학력 70%가 고졸 이하, 30~50인 미만 규모가 46.7%, 개인시설이 63.9%, 개원5년 미만이 54.5%, 평가를 받아본 기관 54,4%, 근무경력이 5년 미만이 52.3%로 나타났다. 둘째, 시설의 규모가 클수록, 운영기간이 길수록, 평가를 받아 볼수록, 종사자 수가 많을수록 평가지표에 대한 인식은 높았다. 셋째, 근무경력이 많을수록, 평직원 및 간호사일수록 평가지표에 대한 인식이 높고 특히 급여제공결과영역의 중요성과 적용성에 대한 이해도가 높았다. 넷째, 기관운영영역, 환경 및 안전영역, 권리 및 책임영역에 도시가 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 기관의 종사자수, 학력, 평직원, 간호사 및 조무사, 법인이 중요도에 영향을 미치며, 종사자수, 학력, 평가여부, 도시가 적용성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is made long-term care insurance system for the elderly and to supply quality service and to prepare for the evaluation by grasping the institution employees' perception of the evaluation indexes under the circumstances that one evaluation of long-term care supply The results are as followings; First, the percentage of over 40 year old employees who work in nursing facilities was 72.3%, which is generally high, and 70 percent of the care workers' school education less than high school education. Second, the recognition of the evaluation criteria was very high according to the larger size of the facility, the longer duration of operation, the more evaluation, and the greater number of employees. Third, there is high awareness of evaluation criteria according to the more work careers and in particular, employees with more career could understand the importance and applying for the area of the results for provided salaries high. Junior employees for awareness of evaluation criteria is higher than the senior employees. Fourth, the recognition of evaluation criteria depending on the region of the operation of nursing facilities appears that the city area is recognized higher than agricultural complex area. Fifth, it appears that corporate-owned facilities influence importantly among the agency's employees, education, and position of the official, nurses, and assistants of jobs.
