프랜차이즈 가맹점의 비강압적 영향전략이 만족, 갈등, 협력에 미치는 영향 : 중국의 프랜차이즈 산업을 중심으로

본 연구는 오늘날 중국이 프랜차이즈산업에 관심을 갖게 됨에 따라 다음의 중국지역(북경, 상해, 무한, 정주, 제남, 항주, 치박, 심양)을 중심으로 프랜차이즈 본부의 비강압적 영향전략이 가맹점의 만족과 갈등, 그리고 협력에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다. 따라서 외식산업 프랜차이즈 시스템에서 비강압적 영향전략이 만족 등과 같은 요인들을 매개로 하여 직간접적으로 어떤 영향을 미치는가에 대해 다음과 같이 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 첫째, 앞서 제시한 관계들을 검증하기 위해 영향력 행사의 중요한 이슈가 되고 있는 프랜차이즈 시스템을 연구대상으로 삼았으며, 구체적으로 외식 프랜차이즈 시스템의 가맹점들을 대상으로 실증분석할 것이다. 둘째, 프랜차이즈 시스템에서 비강압적 영향전략의 차원들과 가맹점의 가맹본부에 대한 만족, 갈등, 협력 등의 관계를 선행연구들을 통해 검토하고 이들 간의 관계를 연구가설로 설정하여 검증하고자 한다. 셋째, 실증분석 결과를 토대로 프랜차이즈 본부의 비강압적 영향전략이 가맹점의 만족과 갈등, 그리고 협력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 규명하여, 프랜차이즈의 본부와 가맹점 간의 관계 및 본부의 운영 성과를 증가시키기 위한 실무적 시사점도 제시하고자 한다.

In recent years , a growing trend of research on leadership is the introduction of emotional intelligence and followership into Charismatic leadership. However , in China , such research combined with Chinese practices is nearly empty. Based on the data analyses of 146 valid cases from 7 enterprises in 4 big cities , our research work suggests that there are positive relations between charismatic leadership and organizational effectiveness, including job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior. We find that part of subordinates’emotional intelligence positive moderates the relationship between charismatic leadership and organizational effectiveness, and followership positively moderates the relationship between charismatic leadership and part of organizational effectiveness which is organizational commitment.

한국어 연결어미의 교육 방안연구 : 중국 내 한국어 교재를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is through the analysis of different textbooks from China, investigate the construction of those textbooks, the explanation of the ending connectors and then suggest an improvedscheme for the Korean language teaching in China. This study is focusing on Korean languageLearners in China because there are many differences between Chinese grammar and Korean grammar. That is why the Chinese learners feel a lot of difficulties when they learn Korean language. Most notably the Chineselanguage learners who grew up influenced by adult learning. In this study we analyze the similarities and differences between both grammars. Such as the ending connectives, there is '연사(连词)' in Chinese grammar. In the beginning we will explore the characteristics of Chinese '연사(连词)'and then contrast it with Korean ending connectors. There are many differences between them specially three of them, ①reason ending connectors ②purpose ending connectors ③background ending connectors. In addition, these three kinds of ending connectors include many forms. In this study I only selected five ending connectors for entry level. They are '-아서/어서', '-니까', '-러', '-려고', '-ㄴ데/는데'. Next, through observation of the three textbooks I selected by structure and content and found out the features of teaching. In conclusion, three textbooks are teaching using the Grammar-Translation Method. Then by the items of analysis examined 'Present Sections', 'Present Form', 'Grammar Description' and 'Example' four parts. In part of 'Description form', three problems were found. ①Grammar Term ②Complexity of Description ③Description by only Characters. In part of 'The Order', the order in which the ending connectors are taught in those textbooks is different. In the part 'Form of Example', they present examples by description instead of interaction. Also the amount of example is too many. In part of 'Exercise', there are two problems. ①The exercises give too much importance to Writing and Reading ②The form of exercises are repetitive and similar. Based on these problems, in this study we provide improvements forall problems. For example the grammar terms have to be simple. Especially for Chinese leaners. Also grammar description should be better presented, for example using images. The ending connectors have many limitations of use. All the limitations should be presented in an Appendix. The order of the five ending connectors is suggested by '-아서/어서'>'-(으)러'>'-(으)니까'>'-(으)려고'>'-는데/(으)ㄴ데'and the form of example should be presented using an interactive method. The exercises should be constituted in 'Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking' four parts. After all of these improvement, we synthesize all ideas then present a simple educational model.

중국 현대 공필화조화의 표현 연구 : 본인의 작품을 중심으로

The history of Chinese traditional realistic bird-and-flower painting goes for thousands of years. In the journey of the prosperity, decline and rejuvenation of this kind of painting, the painters expressed their thoughts and emotions with unique painting language. Along with the progress and development of the society, the art creation has also witnessed transformations in different times and in the meanwhile reflecting its innate features. Since the founding of the People's Republic of China in 1949, new artistic thoughts, aesthetic concepts, painting techniques and materials have continuously emerged. Developed under this multi-culture and art context, the performance techniques and painting style of the painting have adapted to time. This thesis focuses on exploring and investigating the artistic expression characteristics of modern Chinese traditional realistic bird-and-flower painting. First, it explains the painting features by reviewing generally the historical development. And based on that, combining the modern time background, it introduces the current artistic expression situation. Second, the thesis investigates the inheritance and development of the painting and discusses in detail the characteristics of the artistic expression. Furthermore, come paragraphs that go in-depth in the analysis and demonstration of the representative painters and their works. By the investigation of the theme, composition, modeling feature, colour, painting technique, etc., the thesis studies and explains the present situation of the artistic expression of the painting from multiple dimensions. In short, this current situation of the painting is the result of co-function of various factors, which shows the inevitable trend of social development, and symbolizes the prosperity of culture and art. In the future, what will be our attention is that, with the diversified development of Chinese traditional realistic bird-and-flower painting, the painters will enrich the aesthetics and intrinsic meaning of their works based on the changes and progress of the era, and will create works that are abounding in the content and novel in the style. We should also notice the problems that exist in the production procedures of the painting, and the shortcomings in the drawing expression, in order to achieve innovations during the bettering process. The expected results of this study are as follows: it will provide references on the study of Chinese traditional realistic bird-and-flower painting so as to promote the investigation, in the same time, it will complete the deficiencies in the theoretical studies of the painting. The modern Chinese traditional realistic bird-and-flower painting discussed in the thesis still has shortcomings in the artistic expression and in the establishment of features, which can be improved in the coming researches. With the continuously gained popularity in the study of this painting, the development of this painting will be promoted in a long-term view. 중국의 공필화조화의 역사는 수 천 년에 달한다. 공필화조화가 흥성과 쇠퇴 그리고 재부흥을 겪으며 발전해 오는 동안, 공필 화조화가들은 특유의 회화 언어로 자신의 사상과 감정을 표현하였다. 사회가 진보하고 발전함에 따라 예술창작 역시 필연적으로 시대의 변화를 따르고 고유한 특징을 구현하게 되었다. 1949년 중화인민공화국이 건국된 이래로 새로운 예술사조와 미학적 관념 그리고 새로운 회화 기법과 재료가 끊임없이 등장했다. 이러한 다원적 문화예술이 배경이 되어 발전한 중국의 공필화조화는 시대에 어울리는 표현기법과 화풍으로 표현되는 특징을 갖는 추세이다. 본 논문은 중국 현대 공필화조화의 예술적 표현의 특징을 탐구하고 고찰하는 것을 주안점으로 삼는다. 먼저 중국 공필화조화 전통을 역사적으로 개관하고 그 회화적 특징에 대해 상술하며, 이를 근거로 현대의 시대적 배경과 결부하여 중국 공필화조화의 예술표현 현황을 파악하였다. 다음으로 중국 공필화조화의 현대적 계승과 발전상을 살펴보고, 중국 현대 공필화조화의 예술적 표현이 갖는 특성에 대하여 상세하게 논술하였다. 그런 후에 대표적인 중국 현대 공필 화조화가들과 그들의 작품을 정밀하게 분석하고 논증하였다. 작품의 제재·구도 형식·조형적 특징·색채·제작기법 등에 관한 탐구를 통해 중국 현대 공필화조화의 예술표현의 발전 현황을 다각도로 고찰하고 규명하였다. 결론적으로 중국 현대 공필화조화의 현 상황은 여러 가지 요소가 작용한 결과이다. 그것은 사회 발전의 필연적인 추세를 반영하는 동시에 문화와 예술적 번영을 상징한다. 앞으로 요구되는 사항은 공필화조화의 다원화와 더불어 공필 화조화가가 현 시대의 변화와 발전을 토대로 작품의 심미성과 내재적 의미를 더욱 풍부히 하며 내용이 충실하고 형식이 참신한 예술작품을 창작하도록 촉진하는 것이다. 중국 현대 공필화조화의 제작과정에서 발생하는 문제점과 회화 표현상의 미흡한 점을 명확히 인식하고 보완해 가면서 지속적인 혁신을 꾀해야 한다. 본 연구로 기대할 수 있는 성과는 다음과 같다. 본 논제는 중국 현대 공필화조화의 연구에 풍부한 참조를 제공하고 공필화조화의 현황에 관한 연구가 활발해지도록 고취할 뿐만 아니라 중국 현대 공필화조화의 이론연구에서 미비한 점을 보완할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 살펴본 중국 현대 공필화조화는 예술표현 형식과 특징의 정립에서 아직 미진한 점이 있으나, 이는 차후 연구 과정에서 보완될 수 있다. 중국 현대 공필화조화에 관한 연구가 더욱 활발

한·중 간 교역조건변화 및 변화요인에 대한 연구

The bilateral trade develops rapidly between China and Korea since the establishment of diplomatic relations. Whether the change of the structure of trade and trade growth bring interests for our country in the trade with Korea is a matter of concern Terms of trade is a measure of a country of the size of the profit targets in bilateral trade. In this paper, we make the terms of trade between China and Korea as research subjects. And make analysis of the changes of terms of trade between China and Korea and its effect factors. According to China’s trade status with Korea and detailed data, we calculated China’s terms of trade with Korea from 2002-2012 ,based on the Paasche price index formula and Laspeyre quantity index formula. The result shows that the net barter terms of trade of whole products and the net barter terms of trade of the primary products and the net barter terms of trade of industrial products are deteriorating. The net barter terms of trade of primary products had the most serious deterioration. The income terms of trade of whole products and the income terms of trade of industrial products ale showing an improvement trend, while the income terms of trade of the primary products is deteriorating. After making the analysis of the changes of terms of trade, we state the effect factors of the terms of trade in theory, GDP, export commodity structure, FDI, tariff. At last making conclusions and puts forward the pointed recommendations to improve the terms of trade.
