화재 시 발생하는 독성 가스인 CO, HCl, HCN, $SO_2$를 방독면에 의해 제거하는 효율은 화재로 인한 인명구조의 핵심 요소이다. 머리와 목끈이 없는 탄력있는 방독면은 전방을 주시할 수 있는 창, 탄력후드, 가스정화기와 공기 환풍구로 되어 있어서 화재 시 빠르고 쉽게 착용할 수 있다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 방독면의 CO, HCl, HCN, $SO_2$ 제거 효율에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 실험결과 CO 제거 효율은 최초 농도가 2505.0 ppm인 경우 3.5분 후에 99.99%였고, 8.5분 후에는 99.98%로 나타났다. 8.5분 후에는 CO 농도가 급격히 증가하는 특성을 보였다. HCl, HCN, $SO_2$에 대해서는 최초 농도가 각각 1003.0, 399.0, 100.3 ppm인 경우 20분 동안 제거 효율이 100%로 나타났다. The removal efficiencies by elastic fire gas mask of toxic gases CO, HCl, HCN, and $SO_2$ produced by a fire have a key role in saving lives. The elastic fire gas mask comprises a visible window, elastic hood, gas purification canister, and air vent. It does not have hair or neck thongs, which makes it easy to use and put on quickly. This research examined the removal efficiency of toxic gases by such a mask. The removal efficiencies for CO with a background concentration of 2505.0 ppm were 99.99 and 99.98% after 3.5 and 8.5 min, respectively. The residual CO concentration was drastically increased after 8.5 min. The removal efficiencies for HCl, HCN, and $SO_2$ with background concentrations of 1003.0, 399.0, and 100.3 ppm, respectively, were 100% after 20 min.
The purpose of this study is to enhance heat insulation effect and to decrease fire hazard by attaching aluminum foil to expanded polystyrene, which is mainly used for insulating materials, to have fire retardant. The result of the test confirmed that the insulating materials, expanded polystyrene of $10kg/m^3$ and $14kg/m^3$ of density attached aluminum foil on both sides, showed 12%, 14% of improved heat transfer coefficient respectively compared to existing expanded polystyrene of the same density. Besides, they met all the standards for the testing of heat release and gas hazard. On the other hand, the one made of general expanded polystyrene could not meet the standards of the heat release test and the gas hazard test.
이 연구는 사찰의 화재 사례, 일본의 사찰 안전관리에 대하여 고찰 분석하였다. 그 결과를 토대로 사찰 화재예방시스템에 대한 개선방안 제안을 목적으로 하고 있다. 사찰 화재예방시스템의 개선방안으로는 첫째, 화재로 문화재 소실 등의 피해를 줄일 수 있도록 "문화재보호법"에 화재예방을 위한 규정 신설의 필요성 제기 둘째, 단독경보형 감지기 및 에어졸식 간이소화용구를 설치하여 화재의 조기발견 및 진화 그리고 인명피해를 최소화 방안 강구 셋째, 경미한 전기설비 설치공사에 있어서도 "국가기술자격법"에 의한 전기분야의 기술자격을 취득한 자가 시공할 수 있도록 "전기사업법령"상의 기준 마련 등이다. This research is to study and analyze our country's management of disasters, the present condition of cultural heritages bases on the examples of temples, and Japan's safety management prevention of buddhist temple. As a result, this research aims to how to improve the temple fire prevention system. To improve the anti-fire system of temples, it is important to make new laws about fire lose to minimize cultural property lose. Secondly, to protect self-contained type fire alarm device, with aerosol type hand propelled fire extinguishers to prevent fire lose. Lastly, construction work of electric engineer is necessary to prevent temple fire loses.
The recent buildings considered disgrace of people`s evacuation action and lay evacuation plan. But, function becomes various and complexation because is done itself calamity factor become. Damage of fire is increasing gradually by this result. Specially, because structural problem in that use evacuation utensil according as high building increases and problem of 2 directions blood stove security are risen, is real condition that person`s name evacuation utensil of new form is necessary. Is that present method to minimize form presentation and a loss of lives of hereafter person`s name evacuation equipment investigating person`s name evacuation equipment (the Life Saving Implement) in the building by substantial plan of 2 directions evacuation path security about high building evacuation plan analyzing existent evacuation utensil`s problem by high building in this treatise.
Since the fire of multipurpose apartment in Haeundae, Busan, 2010, it became an opportunity to remind a danger of a fire in high buildings and many experts appoint that it is short for fire protection system on high building and it is necessary for a fire prevention education. This paper proposes reinforcement of standard on total minuteness check for apartments, recommendation on fire safety tobacco, installation of aerosol type hand propelled fire extinguishers and compulsoriness of construction of electronic facility by a qualified person with national technology as fire safety step for high buildings.
The arson fire of the Soong-rye gate, the National Treasure No 1, occurred last on Feb 20, 2008 and the arson fire of the Daegu Subway on 2003 are large terrible disaster and the accidents to give a tremendous shock to our society and to make all the people feel severity of the arson fire and the necessity of the disaster prevention measures. This research presents as disaster prevention measure of the arson fire; first, to appoint the day of cultural assets arson like Japan and to protect the cultural assets from the arson fire by instructing a regular prevention of fire and regulating a collaborative system on disaster prevention, second, to install surveillance cameras for illegal parking or stopping and to prevent that the fire engine is late for the fire site from illegal parking or stopping vehicles, third, to open the crime-ridden area of arson in advance and devise the measures on the arson fire beforehand, forth, to prevent the second conviction by personal disclosure and fifth, to reinforce the information activity of the arson fire through various media.
The efforts and study to improve the problems to the automatic fire detection system in Korea continues now. This study, by comparing and analyzing the standard of the automatic fire detection system in Korea and Japan, presents the improvements to limit an installation of analog type detector among projected beam type smoke detector and air sampling-type detector at more than 20m for the attachment height, recommend on installing the control panel of P-type third degree in the individual house and the apartment house, revise that the manual fire alarm box and sound equipment shall be installed satisfied with both of below 25m of horizontal distance and 50m of walking distance, introduce sound alarm type at the large buildings and correct the transmission and distribution of electricity type into two wire detector among the terms on wiring.
