This survey has used CIT dividing techniques and questionnaires to check customers` intention whether they are willing to return to a beauty salon. CIT dividing techniques used for service restoration case among beauty salon customers, 186 objects were asked to write about dissatisfaction cases and compensation for the dissatisfaction by themselves, and analyzed through more than 5 Master of Business Administration professionals. Types of service failure and compensation using CIT dividing techniques are divided into 6 categories such as operation, beauty salon atmosphere, consultation+operation (mixed), attitude of staff, reservation and payment. The highest percentage of dissatisfaction type was consultation+operation and payment was the lowest. Through this study, I could find that customers intend to return when there is propper service followed by service failure. So, it is necessary to grasp the customers` service demand condition and purchase intention, and trying to contribute this study as a basic data to present a good service that customers can be satisfied.

This research observed the morphological change and ultrastructural change of hair after having straight permanent on the twenty years old of woman`s virgin hair through the scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The straight permed hair was observed that the cuticular cells of cuticle layer around the surface lifted off. Also, some cuticular cells were destructed to be off. The endocuticle of cuticular cell has formed 500 nm of holes toward the longitudinal line of cuticular cell, and some of these holes were united to have the diameter of 1 μm~1.5 μm. Cortex has formed lots of holes in line with membrane of cortical cell, especially there were the holes among the limited membrane of peripheral part of melanin granules and of macrofibrils. These holes were distributed mainly around the exocortex near the cuticle layer more than the central part of cortex, where much more holes than in the cortex of virgin hair were formed.

This study makes a comparative analysis about the characteristics of the hair and scalp, the degree of utilization, and satisfaction of the customers using the scalp and hair care salons in accordance with their gender, age. In this research, 260 adult males and females were asked to participate in the survey from March 1, 2008 to April 10, 2008 in parts of Seoul-Kyounggi as well as the Choongcheong province. The results are as follows. Regarding the age, the research showed that as people get older there is more hair loss according to the statistical data. With respect to the attitude of the users depending on the gender, the reason to choose the place for treatment was popularity and recommendation by other for men in order of importance. For women, it was popularity and appropriate price in order of importance. According to the comparative analysis by age differences, there showed the highest percentage of the scalp and hair care duration with less than one year. The people in their 20s answered to be 79.9%, 63.9% in the 30s, and 54.8% in the 40s. The women showed relatively higher customer satisfaction to men of using the clinic in terms of improving troubles, elevating self-confidence, scalp status, and time duration. Moreover, women`s customer satisfaction was concluded to be high in the overall degree of satisfaction.

This study focuses on female universities students and aims to identify a self-esteem effect on social psychological factors and to develop Beauty Program for Beauty Psychological Therapy. The data was collected and analyzed from 307 female students from universities in Seoul, Gyonggi and Daejeon, Chung Cheong from March 15th 2009 to March 30th. The questions were composed of beauty concern, demographic characteristics, self-esteem. For this study, the data used One-way Anova, Duncan`s multiple range test x2-test, K-means cluster analysis, Cronbach`s alpha, factor analysis, with SPSS WIN 16.0 program. The results of the survey are summarized below: In the result of social-psychological variable by beauty concern factor, there were significant differences in nail factor, skin factor, hair factor, and make up factor. It was divided by K-means cluster analysis as group of nail concern, no concern, make up & skin concern, and hair concern. Self-esteem was named as positive self-esteem and negative self-esteem by beauty concern group. Between self-esteem and beauty concern factors, showed skin and hair have positive effect to positive self-esteem and have negative effect to negative self-esteem. Nail has positive effect to negative self-esteem.

Many beauty majored students of college and university in Korea are trained and practiced in hair salons or spa industries. Especially, a lot of hairdressing majored students have a often problems or received the chances for development of skill and technique in training period. In this study, 150 students were asked about satisfaction in various hair salon and statistically calculated by SPSS v. 16.0 program. As a result of investigation on the level of satisfaction regarding the field training according to the environmental factors, statistically difference was not shown between college and gender factors. Level of satisfaction, however, in terms of graduation of high school and level of major cognition showed statistically difference at the field adaptability or improvement of job carry out factor and effect of college education factor respectively. Statistically difference regarding the level of satisfaction according to the field training area, shop scale, work time factors were not shown. However, in the level of satisfaction aspect, statistically difference was shown according to whether if O.T was performed or not before field training, it was shown that the level of satisfaction of the student who undertook O.T before field training is much higher than the student who did not undertake O.T before field training. From this, I come to know that O.T before field training is a very important education. Also, it was shown that professor`s influence is the main factor for the level of satisfaction on the field training. Level of field adaptability or improvement of job carry out was show highly at all fields training site in the aspect of level of satisfaction on field training according to the decision reason of field training site, Through this, it was shown that all students take part diligently in the field training with high expectation at the filed training sites where ever.
