      • 국내 원자력 발전소의 위험도 평가를 위한 결말 분석 코드개발

        In the events of hypothetical accidents in nuclear power plant, radioactive materials are released to the environments. The main purpose of this paper is to evaluate the health effects and property damage from the released radioisotopes. When the accidents are taken place, radioactive material behavior and characteristics are calculated in PRA level 2 study, and from it containment release groups of radioisotopes are characterized. The resulting release groups, frequencies, and release quantities are used as a input of ex-plant concequence analysis. In this paper, methodological study and several model survey for ex-plant consequence analysis are taken. The CRAC2 code is proved to be proper for explant consequence analysis. To apply the developed code for domestic nuclear power plants, several test runs are taken with domestic data. To verify the developed code package system, results are compared with those of Sandia National Laboratories. The results are well agree with the those of SNL. In conclusion, developed code package system can be applied to the domestic nuclear power plants in many fields. It is recommended from the experience of this study, to establish the domestic data base is essential for full scale ex-plant consequence analysis.

      • 이차원의 대류-확산 현상 해석에서 업와인드 방식에 의한 수치적 확산을 줄이기 위한 방법 연구

        In solving the convection-diffusion phenomena, it is common to use central difference scheme or upwind scheme. The central difference scheme has second order accuracy, while the upwind scheme is only first order accurte. However, since the variation rising in the convection-diffusion problem is exponential, central difference scheme ceased to be a good method for anything but extremely small values of Δx. At large values of Δx, which is all one can afford in most practical problems, it is the upwind scheme that gives more reasonable results than the central scheme. But in the conventional upwind scheme, since the accuracy is only first order, false diffusion is some what large, and when the real diffusion is smaller than the numerical diffusion, solutions may be very errorneous. So in this paper, a method to reduce the numerical diffusion of upwind schme is studied. Developed scheme uses same number of nodes as conventional upwind scheme, but it considers the direction of flow more sophistically. As a conclusion, the developed scheme shows very good results. It can reduce false diffusion greatly with the cost of small complexity. Also, algorithm of the developed scheme is presented at appendix.

      • Spray hydrolysis method에 의한 SnO_2 簿膜의 光電氣的 特性

        Transparent S_nO_2 films were prepared by spray hydrolysis method. The films were obtained at various deposition temperatures ranging from 300℃ to 500℃ by stannous chloride oxidation. The optical transmittance of the film were found to depend upon the temperature of deposition of the films. For filmds of nearly equal thickness, it is found that less conducting filmds (deposited at 300℃) showed more transmittance compared to the films deposited at 500℃. Films with a transmittance of 89% at a wavelength of 650nm. Various of S_nO_2 sheet resistance as a function of the substrate temperature was decreased (deposited at 300℃~400℃), and increased (deposited at 400℃~500℃). %

      • CdSe의 簿膜成長과 電氣的 特性에 關한 硏究

        CdSe thin films were deposited by the electroless chemical deposition method. After the CdSe thin films were thermal annealed in the air for one hour, the thickness, spectral response, photocurrent and resistance of the CdSe thin films were measured. The thickness of CdSe thin films measured by the weight method were 0.86㎛-1.04㎛. The values of spectral profile obtained from spectral response were 7195Å at the edge of photon absorption and 1.72eV in the energy gap. The ratio of light intensity at 5,000 Lux to dark resistance of the 300℃ thermal annealed CdSe thin films was 10^4. Good photoconductive films were obtained by using 300℃ heat treatment in air.

      • Cd_(1-x)Pb_xSe 簿膜의 結晶構造 및 光學的 特性

        Cd_1-x Pb_xSe think films were deposition on the slide glass by the electroless chemical deposition method. The structural properties and the energy band gap of Cd_1-x Pb_xSe think films were measured at variation with P{b mole %. When Pb contents were less than 1 mole % X-ray diffraction patterns of Cd_1-x Pb_xSe think films at 2 mole% and 3 mole% were showed the peak of CdSe crystal and crystal orientation of (211) (202) (004) of PbSe. For thin films the Cd_1-x Pb_xSe of 1 mole%, 2 mole% and 3 mole% energy band gap were found to be 1.79eV, 1.78eV, and 1.77eV, respectively.

      • PbSe 簿膜의 光電氣的 및 熱的 特性

        PbSe thin films were deposited on the slide glass by the electroless deposition method. The PbSe thin films prepared by this method have many advantages of those made by the vacuum and spray pyrolysis method, such as the ease of coating large areas simplicity of the process and no poisonous gas pollution. The thickness of PbSe thin films measured by the weighting method were 1.0~2.5㎛. When PbSe thin films were illuminated of 5 X 10^4 Lux, the photocurrent was 0.40mA. For the PbSe cell, the dark resistance and the current density were found to be 2kΩ and 1.120mA/㎠, heated at 570˚, 500˚ respectively.

      • 방사성 폐기물의 지중처분에 관한 종합 안정성 평가 시스템의 개발

        In relation to site selection, design, and safety evaluation for the final radioactive waste repository, the package of computer programs which calculate doses to humans from radioactive material leaked out of the geologic waste repository by leaching of the ground-water is developed. Concept of critical pathway along which any radionuclides that have escaped primary confinement system can reach the biosphere is used by approximating the steady-state ground-water flow pattern as network of one-dimensional flow paths. The system consists of three modules: In hydrologic modeling, one-dimensional ground-water flow code which simplifies the treatment of three-dimensional flow field by network representation of flow through the principal stream tubes, NETFLO is used and it calculates water and nuclide velocities and travel time. For geosphere transport modeling, analytical solution for layered media with fractures is developed, which incorporates radioactive decay, matrix diffusion, and linear sorption isotherm to give nuclide discharge rate, or biosphere transport modeling, PABLM calculates radionuclide transport in surface waters and ecosystems and human exposures on which site-selection criteria are to be based. This safely assessment system can be used both in analyzing non-homogeneous, complex geologic media or engineered repository system with discontinuities generated by perturbations such as shafts, boreholes, and corridors. With simple and efficient solving algorithms, this assessment system can also perform parametric or sensitivity studies with nominal cost, and worst case analysis to support repository and site assessments.

      • CdZnS 薄膜의 光電氣的 特性

        Cadmium zinc sulfide thin films were deposited by the electroless deposition method. The CdZnS thin films prepared by this method have many advantages over those made by the C V D, Spray pyrolysis and other methods. These includes ease of coating large areas, simplicity of the process and no poisonous gas pollution. The CdZnS thin films thickness was 1.25㎛ when heated at 95℃ for 150 minutes. The CdZnS thin films had very good electrical properties, such as electric resistance and photocurrent when annealed at 400℃ in air.

      • In_2O_3簿膜의 光學的 電氣的 特性

        Transparent In_2O_3 thin films were prepared by spray hydrolysis method. In_2O_3 thin films were obtained at various deposition temperature ranging from 400℃ to 620℃ by the oxidation of indium chloride. The effect of spraying temperature on the properties of In_2O_3 thin films and their thickness were studied. With a rise in the substrate temperature the thickness of the In_2O_3 thin films increases together with the electrical conductivity but optical transmittance is somewhat reduced. For the In_2O_3 thin films (deposited at 500℃) the optical transmittance, refractive index, film thickness, and electrical resistivity were found to be 91%, 2.07, 24lnm, and 4.8 x 10^-4Ωcm, respectively.

      • SnO_2-CdSe 電極을 利用한 PEC Cell의 分光學的 特性

        The SnO_2 thin films were deposited by the spray hydrolysis method. The SnO_2-CdSe thin films were prepared by growing the CdSe thin films on the SnO_2 thin films by the chemical bath deposition method. The SnO_2-CdSe thin films were thermal annealed in the air for one hour, the spectral response and the V-I characteristics of the SnO_2-CdSe thin films were measured. The edge of photon absorption and the energy band gap of the spectral profile of the SnO_2-CdSe/1M NaOH photovoltaic cell and the SnO_2-CdSe/2.5M Na_2S-IM S-IM KOH photovoltaic cell were 7340Å, 1,689eV and 7354Å, 1,686eV, respectively. The photonenergy conversion efficiency (??) of the SnO_2-CdSe/1M NaOH and the SnO_2-CdSe/2.5M Na_2S-1M S-1M KOH photovoltaic cell were found to be 1.1%, 1.8%, respectively.
