      • 디지털 인문학과 아카이브: 새로운 인문학의 역할과 주체

        이 논문은 위기에 빠진 인문학의 생존을 도모하고 창의적인 문 화콘텐츠 전문가의 배출이라는 사회적 수요에 부응하기 위해 도입 된 디지털 인문학의 개념을 이해하고 그 활용성을 모색하려는 시 도이다. 2000년대 초반부터 등장하기 시작한 디지털 인문학의 개 념은 전통적인 문·사·철 중심의 인문학에서 벗어나 첨단과학기술과의 융합을 통해 서지정보를 디지털화하여 저장하고 이 정보를 유기적으로 연계하여 연구자들에게 가장 효율적으로 제공하려는 방법론이다. 대학교의 영어영문학과에서는 이 디지털 인문학과 문 화콘텐츠를 활용하여 영미문화 관련 교과목을 개설하였으나 콘텐 츠의 제약, 강의 방법론의 혼란, 강사의 자질 등의 문제가 여전히 해결되지 않아 운영에 어려움이 있다. 이 디지털 인문학이 제대로 정착하기 위해서는 광범위한 정보의 아카이브를 구축해야 하며, 이 아카이브에 저장된 정보를 마크업 작업을 통해 체계화하는 과 정이 필수적으로 필요하다. 이 마크업 작업은 그 학문 분야에서 최고의 전문학자들이 원칙과 일관성을 가지고 진행해야 한다. This study was designed to understand the digital-humanities, which was introduced to save the humanities in crisis and to meet the social demand of educating creative experts of cultural content. The digital-humanities appeared in the early 2000s as a convergence research method that stores and processes data digitally in order to provide the data to scholars in the most efficient ways. As an embodiment of digital-humanities and cultural contents, ‘Cultural Studies of English and American Society’ courses were launched by many English Departments of universities in Korea. However, the operations of these courses has not been very successful due to the limited teaching materials, confusing teaching methods, and inefficient instructors. In order to activate and settle the digital-humanities, a powerful archive must be built, and accurate and consistent markups must be created by experts in the humanities area.

      • 배재대학교의 교가의 기원과 의미에 관한 연구 : 프린스턴대학교 응원가와의 비교연구

        본 논문은 프린스턴대학교와의 비교연구를 통하여 배재대학교 교가의 기원과 의미를 탐색한다. 기독교정신에 기초를 두고 있는 두 고등교육기관은 문장, 마스코트, 토론회 등에서 유사한 특징을 가지고 있다. 배재학당의 설립자 아펜젤러 1세와 그의 아들 아펜젤러 2세의 비전과 경험을 살펴볼 때, 아펜젤러는 프린스턴대학교를 한국 최초의 근대교육기관을 발전시키기 위한 적용 가능한 현실적 모델로 삼았다. 프린스턴대학교의 응원가들은 배재대학교의 교가에 형식과 내용의 차원에서 큰 영향을 주었으며, 공동체의식과 연대감의 강화에 공헌하였다. 앞으로 프린스턴대학교를 넘어서 다른 영미대학교들과의 비교연구를 통하여 배재대학교의 비전과 나가야할 방향을 검토해야 할 것이다. This article deals with the origin and meaning of school song by doing a comparative study of Pai Chai University and Princeton University. Both institutes of higher education are based on Christian values, and there are similarities in arm, mascot, and debating society. The founder of Pai Chai University, Henry G. Appenzeller and his son H. Dodge Appenzeller regarded Princeton University as the model of Christian education applicable into the Korean context. In the late nineteenth century and the early twentieth centuries, the cheering songs of Princeton University have influenced on the formation of Pai Chai University song to build the community consciousness and to strengthen solidarity. In the further study, the comparative study with other universities in the USA and the UK will challenge us to find new directions of vision and development.

      • 배재대학교 사제동행 상생 멘토링 프로그램 운영에 관한 고찰

        본 논문은 배재대학교에서 실시하고 있는 ‘사제동행프로그램’의 운영에 관해 분석한 논문이다. 사제동행프로그램은 학생들이 대학생활에 잘 적응하고 인생의 목표설정을 확고히 할 수 있도록 동료와 선배, 그리고 스승을 통해 상호 원활한 인간관계 및 의사소통이 이루어지도록 하기 위해 계획한 프로그램이다. 이러한 프로그램을 통해 배재대학교 인재상인 ‘실천하는 청년 아펜젤러’를 구현하기 위한 기반과 다양한 컨텐츠를 구축하고 이를 확산하여 ‘사제동행 상생 멘토링 프로그램’이 추구하고자 하는 목적을 이루어 나가도록 진행하는 것이다. 실제로 2016년 2학기 및 2017년 1학기 등 두 학기 동안 진행된 본 프로그램을 분석한 결과, 학생들은 사제동행프로그램에 대해 전반적으로 만족해 하면서 본 프로그램이 매학기 지속되기를 희망하였다. 아울러 다양한 분야에서 근무하는 선배들과의 만남, 교수와의 대화 시간이 확대되기를 기대하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 향후 본 프로그램이 확장될 수 있도록 다양한 홍보와 더불어 학교 교직원들의 관심이 높아진다면 학생들의 만족도와 학교의 이미지 향상에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다. This paper analyzes the management of the ‘Teacher and Pupil Company Programs’ in PaiChai University. This program is designed to help students adapt well to college life and establish goals for their lives with colleagues, seniors and mentors for a good relationship and communication. Through this process, PaiChai University aims to establish a foundation and a diversity of contents for establishing the "Young Appenzeller", which is aimed at expanding this program. In fact, after analyzing the program, which was conducted during the second semester of 2016 and the first semester of 2017, students were generally satisfied with this programs and hoped to continue their studies. We also knew that students hoped to meet their seniors from various fields and were expected to have more time to talk to their professors.

      • 유ㆍ초등 교육과정 연계측면에서 본 유아기 과학교육

        The purpose of this study is to find the current suggestions given to the science education of kindergarten through comparative studies of educational goals, contents, teaching and learning methods, and evaluation based on the 2007 revised national curriculum of kindergarten and elementary. The objects of this study are the science activities presented in kindergarten manual and the first and second grade text book, 'Seulkiroun Saengwhal'. The results of the study are as follows : As a result of comparative studies of the science education goal between kindergarten and elementary, the study showed that their goals are considerably continued. By analyzing and comparing the two curriculum contents classified 5 categories, the levels which is constant attention happening in the kindergarten and the first and second grade of the elementary were generally well connected. The results of comparative studies of teaching and learning methods of science education between kindergarten and elementary are generally well connected . In comparing and analyzing the evaluation guideline of the two curriculums, the evaluation of science education between them is well connected because they required the various assessments substantially focused on their goals, the curriculum, the evaluation focused on the individual achievement degree, and the evaluation required the curriculum and teachers as well as students, etc.

      • ‘배재학(培材學)’의 정립을 위한 기본적 논의

        본고는 배재 공동체의 역사적 의미를 인식하고 이를 바탕으로 ‘배재학(培材學)’의 현재적 가치와 미래 가능성을 전망해 보는 데에 있었다. 이를 위하여 역사 속 배재 인물을 통해 배재의 가치를 극대화하고 이를 배재 공동체 내에서 교육을 통해 어떻게 내재화할 것인지를 언급하였다. 이러한 인식의 토대 위에서 ‘배재학’의 정립 가능성을 모색하고 논의를 공론화할 필요가 있음을 제기하였다. 또한, 역사 속 배재 인물의 발굴과 교육 프로그램 개발을 통한 현대적 재해석을 통해 배재학당의 창학 정신을 되새기고 배재 인물의 숭고한 정신 속에서 가치 있는 의미소(意味素)를 발굴할 필요가 있음을 언급하였다. The aim of this paper is an suggest a value and outlook about ‘Paichailogy’. PaiChai School was established in 1885 years. PaiChai School was representation of modern education in enlightenment season, and for example Ju, Si-Gyeong was the scholar who established a certain theoretical system about the Korean grammar in the PaiChai School learning period. This is a PaiChai university`s pride in nowadays. I believe that this articles provide PaiChai university`s development with moment of productive discussions, and hope my suggestion in this article be developed more in the future.

        배재대학교의 인재상은 ‘실천하는 청년 아펜젤러’이다. 역사 속 아펜젤러를 뛰어 넘어 ‘청년’ 이란 단어를 새롭게 만든 이유는, ‘크고자 하거든 남을 섬기라’는 배재대학교의 교육이념에 가치를 두고 새롭게 정립된 교육목표와 5대필수역량을 통해 배재대학 만의 인재상을 만들어야 한다는 시대적 변화에 반응하기 위함이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 무엇보다도 ‘청년아펜젤러’라는 배재대학교의 인재상이 프로그램에 의해 만들어 나가기 보다는 가치의 공유와 문화에 의해 만들어 나갈 수 있도록 공동체 안에서의 합의가 이루어는 것이 중요하다. The talented person of Pai Chai University is 'young Appenzeller practicing'. The reason why we have renewed the word 'young' beyond the history of Appenzeller is because we value the educational purpose of Pai Chai University, 'WHOEVER WOULD BE GREAT AMONG YOU MUST BE YOUR SERVANT'. In addition, it can be said that it is responding to the change of the ages that it is necessary to make a talented person of the PaiChai university through new established educational goal and five core competencies. But above all, it is important that consensus within the community is made so that the talented person of PaiChai University, called 'Young Appenzeller' can be created by sharing of value and culture rather than being made by the program.

      • 배재대학교의 교가에 대한 연구 : 종교현상학적 해석

        본 논문은 현상학적 관점에서 배재대학교의 교가에 대한 내용분석을 시도한다. 이를 위하여 배재대학교의 교가와 프린스턴대학교의 대학노래들을 비교함으로써, 내용의 유사점과 차이점 을 밝힐 것이다. 그리고 배재대학교의 교가를 작사한 것으로 알려진 아펜젤러 부자의 정신과 사상에 대해서도 설명할 것이다. 끝으로, 배재대학교의 교가에 대한 후속연구를 위해 남겨진 문제들을 제시할 것이다. This article examines the contents of the school song of Pai Chai University by comparing it with the songs of Princeton University, especially, "Oh! we'II whoop her up for-" and "The Music in the Air", which have the same repeating phrases, "Rah! Rah! Rah! Rah! Siss! Boom! Ah!." The Appenzellers, Henry G. Appenzeller and his son, Henry D. Appezeller, wanted Korean young men to have high self-esteem and pride in the midst of national sufferings. Although they faced sudden death, the Appenzellers devoted themselves to cheer Koreans and teach them the Christian spirit. In the near future, we should tackle with the more advanced subjects related with the study of school song of Pai Chai University.

      • 사회과학 글쓰기 교과의 운영 원리

        This paper is to propose the ability improvement for sociological writing in university. I investigate the curriculum through the medium of internet homepage and collected these academic writing textbooks. I attempted to discuss the changes in college composition education with a focus on the view of composition found in the teaching materials. The subject of sociological writing is not scientific term, but I will define this term is "the composition for sociology or sociological activity". The distinctive quality of sociological composition must be reflect the sociological characters. Sociological composition deal with the field of sociological reading, thought and method study. But we cannot find out the consistency that the principal of academic writing. I propose that the academic composition must be established clear goal and contents. Seeing that the composition textbook is the educational material reflecting the objective and content of education, teaching-learning method and the principle of assessment, the development of teaching materials can be seen to include the development of composition education. The main principals of sociological composition are same.

      • 어머니양육태도와 유아의 친사회적행동 및 인기도의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to illustrate the following: Mother’s child-rearing attitude and pro-social behavior of young children, Mother’s child-rearing attitude and relationship to popularity, and the pro-social behavior of young children in terms of popularity. The subjects for this inquiry are as follows : 1. Is there any correlation between mother’s child-rearing attitude and the prosocial behavior of the child? 2. Is there any correlation between mother’s child-rearing attitude and the child’ popularity? 3. Is there any correlation between prosocial behavior of the child and the child’s popularity? The subjects of those studies include the S private kindergarten, 90children of ages 5 in Daejeon metro city and an established kindergarten an annex of y primary school, 50 children and their mothers in the area of Chung-chong Bukdo Young-dong Woop. The measuring instrument of those studies include the surveys of Mother’s Mrs Hun Suk KIM, Mrs Won Young LEE, Mrs Chan Ok PARK, Mrs Young Hee NOR which tested the adaptation, extraction of pro-social behavior of young children and the rating of a population sample of the same age. Analysis of the collection materials rein forces t-verification of SPSS win, correlative analysis. The results of those studies are as follows: First, a Mother’s child-rearing attitude only affects the child’s development to a minor degree rather than a major one in terms of the pro-social behavior of young children. The other elements affect th pro-social behavior of young children. The affection – a hostile feeling level r=.194 P< .05 of a low rank mother’s child-rearing action shows a relation of valance personal emotion from the pro-social behavior of young children. This result affects the pro-social behavior of young children during the period that the mother expresses affection or hostile feeling toward the child and as a result the child displays personal emotion accommodation behavior. Second, Mother’s child-rearing attitude doesn’t match the relation of popularity. This phenomenon brought about a different result from the previous research in which it was stated that the social behavior of children could be predicted from the Mother’s child-rearing action effect in which the mother provided a satisfactory role and the parent’s affection was expressed toward the children in an open way. Third, children’s popularity relation with pro-social behavior of young children level r=.269 P< .01. Children’s popularity relation and pro-social behavior of young children matches of a low rank of correlative in case of kindergarten adaptation r=.199, personal emotion accommodation behavior r=.233 both of them valence of level P< .05. also in the case of interpersonal relation formation valence r= .299 P< .01. The conclusion of those studies is as follows; First, Mother's affection in a child-reading attitude doesn't relate to the personal emotional behavior of young children. This research requires the continued study of children's pro-social behavior which can't be excluded due to the limited questionnaire method of measurement for Mother's affection in a child-reading attitude and pro-social behavior. It was shown that the children are able to act a typical manner as a result of the teacher's expectation of pro-social behavior. In the case of the new research it can be predicted that the Mother's affection in a child-rearing attitude is related to the pre-social behavior of young children. Further research will based upon the mother's affection in a child-reading attitude with children's perception and testing of children's pro-social behavior within a limited set of conditions in which it can be observed that it in turn affects their pro-social behavior. In terms of the low relation part of affection-hostility, children adapt in the social environment and are able to express their personal emotion to accommodate their pro-social behavior. Second, Mother's child-rearing attitude determines the child's popularity. Within this historical research was a limited questionnaire method measuring the Mother's affection in a child-rearing attitude, the way in which the typical family educates their children at an institute of early education and finally the participation of women in public affairs which effects the time spent in child care. However, based on this research, popularity can be related to the Mother's affection in a child-rearing attitude within the children's preception and a test of children's observation which in turn affects that factor. Third, Pro-social behavior. Those children adapt well in the kindergarten environment and other social activities in which they are able to express their interpersonal relation formation and personal emotion accommodation behavior which subsequently has an effect upon their popularity.
