        법학 박사학위논문 프로야구 선수계약의 법리에 관한 연구 유 강 렬 경성대학교 대학원 법학과 지도교수 이 우 석 개 요 우리나라 사회적·경제적 발전에 따라 국민들의 스포츠 여가에 대한 욕구가 증가하게 되면서 국내에서 행해지고 있는 프로스포츠 종목 중에서 가장 방대한 시장규모는 프로야구를 꼽을 수 있다. 또한 2000년대 들어오면서 프로선수들의 계약문화에 대하여 학문적, 실무적 논의가 심화되고 있었다. 그러나 이러한 프로스포츠 산업의 발전 과정에서의 문제점으로 프로야구 구단과 소속 선수와의 계약관계에서의 불균형 현상을 들 수 있다. 특히 KBO와 구단 등 당사자들이 특정한 이슈가 발생했을 때 그 이슈만 해결하기 급급했고, 선수와 구단 양 당사자 계약관계에서 선수계약은 구조적으로 선수에게 불리할 수밖에 없어 이러한 불공정한 계약조항에 의하여 선수 권리가 침해될 가능성이 높았다. 현재 국내·외의 프로스포츠 선수계약의 법적 성질에 대해서는 실무적 논의가 이루어지고 있는바, 프로야구 선수계약을 어떠한 계약으로 보아야 하는가에 대하여 검토가 필요하다. 이러한 검토에서 KBO는 각 선수들이 동일한 조건으로 구단과 선수계약을 체결하도록 규율하게 할 필요가 있다. 그러나 이 점에 비춰보면 KBO 규약의 표준계약서에 따라 계약을 체결해야만 하는 것이 프로야구 선수들을 불공정한 지위에 놓이게 하는 것이다. 결국 선수계약이란 구성 사업자들이 단체를 구성하여 자신들이 향후 프로야구선수와의 일률적 계약체결을 위해 단체규약의 형식으로 미리 마련한 약관의 형태이다. KBO는 그 동안 수차례 이상 야구규약 개정을 거듭하여 왔으며, 대리인 제도 도입, 행위규제, 분쟁해결 등의 역할이 강화되고 있다. 또한 다수학자들이 프로스포츠 선수계약을 고용계약의 성질을 지지하면서 민법과 근로기준법, 약관규제법 등이 혼용된 특수한 고용관계로도 바라보고 있다. 외국에서는 선수계약을 기본적으로 고용계약으로 인정하고 있고, 구단과 선수는 프로리그의 특성을 감안해서 이적에 관한 특약의 사항을 삽입하는 등 선수계약을 체결하고 있다. 최근 선수계약에 대한 법적 성질에서 실무적 적용 여부에 ‘'선수회‘' 단체를 통하여 프로야구선수 단체협약 내지 단체체결, 대리인 제도 등 선수수급 시장의 투명성과 활성화, 선수를 활용한 마케팅 등 다양한 이익을 얻을 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 선수의 권익에 부합할 수 있는 선수회를 공동 사업자 조직으로 대등하게 인정할 수 있어야 한다. 이러한 공평성에 비추어 프로시장의 순기능은 결국 선수경기력 향상 등 긍정적인 발전에도 기여할 것이라 본다. 이 논문에서는 1982년 프로야구 출범 이후 지금까지 수 없이 많이 제기되었던 ‘계약의 불공정성', ‘프로야구선수 노조설립'과 ‘대리인 제도 허용' 등 구단과 선수와의 분쟁을 발생하게 하는 주요 쟁점사안을 근간으로 살펴본다. 그리고 선수회의 법적 지위 제고를 통한 선수회의 역할은 노동조합 설립과 함께 선수들의 권리를 보호하기 위한 조직체로서 승격되어야 한다. 따라서 스포츠 리그의 특성상 프로스포츠 리그의 번영이라는 공동의 목적을 달성하기 위해 정부와 KBO, 선수회 등의 적극적인 동참을 이끌어 내는 이익의 조화와 법 제도적 장치가 선행되어야 한다. 주제어: KBO 야구규약, 프로야구 선수계약, 스포츠 계약법, 근로기준법, 특수고용관계, 선수대리인, 선수노동조합설립, 단체협약, 특수고용관계, 공정거래위원회

      • 미술가의 경제적 양극화와 그 완화방안 : 국내 미술계를 중심으로

        국문초록 현재의 미술시장은 근대의 산물이며 예술에 대한 관념과 규범은 실재하는 미술 시장의 정치적·경제적 속성을 미술가의 시야로부터 은폐하는 지형이 된다. 미술계의 구성원이 습관처럼 뱉어내는 예술적 가치는 미술가의 경제적 문제를 사회적 논의로부터 은닉하는 수단이 되며 비평가와 갤러리를 비롯한 매체는 작품의 가치를 결정하는 중요 요소가 된다. 작품소비에 대한 쏠림현상과 제한된 미술품 시장은 미술가의 경제적 양극화를 심화하고 있으며 미술가에 대한 사회제도의 직접지원은 늘어나는 미술가의 수를 감당하지 못하고 있다. 이러한 사회제도와 미술품 시장의 구조적 문제를 간과하고 예술적 가치만을 추구하는 것은, 미술가의 경제적 양극화라는 실재하는 문제를 해결하는 데에 아무런 도움이 되지 못한다. 미술계에서 당연하게 받아들이는 예술적 가치는 작품의 거래 과정에서 화폐로 계량화 되고 미술가의 대체효용은 상승하게 된다. 이때의 대체효용은 예술적 가치라는 심리적 효용가치의 감소분을 금전적 보상이 대체한다는 의미이다. 예술적 가치에 대한 사회적 관념이 금전적 보상을 예술적 가치의 이면으로 밀어낼 때 미술시장은 사회적 관념과는 반대로 금전적 보상을 예술적 가치의 전면으로 이동시키는 것이다. 따라서 미술계의 구성원들이 자산 획득을 위해 절합(articulation)하는 지점에는 어떤 형태로든 효용가치를 극대화하기 위한 행동이 발생한다고 보아야 한다. 미술가들이 효용가치를 극대화한다는 것은 자생력을 확보한다는 의미이며, 자생력 확보는 작품의 거래를 통해서 이루어진다. 다르게 표현하면, 미술가의 자생력은 미술시장의 소비자가 만드는 것이다. 따라서 새로운 미술품 소비자층의 형성은 미술가의 자생력을 키우기 위한 우선 과제가 된다. 이런 측면에서 본다면, 미술계가 포획하지 못하고 있는 일반 대중은 미술에 대한 이해도가 부족한 인물에서 미술계의 중요 자산으로 이전되며 잠재적 구성원으로서의 위치를 확보하게 된다. 일반 대중을 잠재적 구성원에서 실재적 구성원으로 유도하기 위해서는 부르디외(Pierre Bourdieu)가 주장한 아비투스(habitus) 개념을 적극적으로 활용할 필요가 있다. 이를 위한 방안으로는 첫째, 일반 대중이 미술가와 전시를 생활공간 가까이에서 접할 수 있는 생활 밀착형 전시공간의 구성, 둘째, 일상의 공간에서 저렴한 가격으로 작품을 즐길 수 있는 작품의 교환과 임대시장의 확대, 셋째, 미술가와 소비자가 직접 대면할 수 있는 직거래 장터의 활성화, 넷째, 작품에 대한 공간적·시간적 접근을 높이기 위한 온라인 네트워크의 구축과 확장, 다섯째, 소비자의 작품 구매 활성화를 위한 금융지원방안, 여섯째, 미술계에 대한 일반 대중의 부정적 인식을 흐리게 만들기 위한 미술시장의 신뢰도 회복 등이 있다. 이러한 방안들은 미술에 대한 일반 대중의 긍정적 아비투스를 형성하기 위한 것들이며 미술에 대한 친화도를 높이는 작업이다. 미술에 대한 아비투스를 형성한 일반 대중은 미술계의 저변을 확대하고 새로운 미술품 시장을 개척하며 미술가의 경제적 양극화를 완화하는 요인으로 자리하게 될 것이다. Abstract Art market of today is the product of modern times and the concept and standard of art become a topography that conceal actual political·economical properties of art market from artists' point of view. Artistic value that members of the art world speaks out habitually becomes a means of concealing economical problems of artists and medium as critics and gallery become an important factor of determining the value or artwork. The tipping effect of work consumption and limited art market are increasing economic polarization of artists, and direct support of social system for artists is not adequate to deal with the increasing number of artists. Overlooking at the social system and structural issues of the art market and solely pursuing artistic value are not helpful in resolving actual problems as economic polarization of the art world. Artistic value that the art world is taking for granted becomes quantified into money and substitution utility of artists increases during the dealing process of artwork. Substitution utility here signifies monetary incentives substituting the decline in psychological effective value as artistic value. When social concept for artistic value pushes economic reward behind the artistic value, the art market is transferring economic reward before the artistic value in contradiction to the social concept. Therefore, any kind of behavior of maximizing the effective value occurs at a point where members of the art world are articulating for asset acquisition. Artists maximizing the effective value signifies securing the autogenic power, and security of autogenic power gets realized through trading of artwork. In other words, the autogeic power of artists is created by consumers in the art market. Therefore, the formation of new consumer class of artworks becomes the priority for cultivating autogenic power of artists. In this aspect, the general public that the art world has yet captured becomes an important asset of the art world from people with lack of understanding on art and secures a position as the potential member. It would be necessary to use the ‘habitus' concept that ‘Pierre Bourdieu' claimed to induce the general public as the real existent member from potential member. First, it would be necessary to compose the daily-life oriented exhibition area where the general public can experience artists and exhibitions nearby their living space, secondly, expand exchange and lease market of artwork where they can enjoy artwork at low price in daily space, thirdly, vitalize direct trading market where artists and consumers can meet directly, fourthly, construct and expand online network to enhance spatial·temporal approach for artwork, fifthly, financial support for vitalization of purchasing artwork by consumers, and sixthly, it would be necessary to recover credibility of the art market to becloud negative awareness of the general public towards the art world. These measures are to form positive habitus of the general public towards art and to raise affinity for art. The general public who formed art habitus will expand the base of art world, cultivate a new art work market, and alleviate economic polarization of artists.

        경영학석사학위논문 제품 속성이 인식된 제품 차별화와 고객 만족을 매개로 고객 애호도에 미치는 영향: 인도네시아 인스턴트 누들 시장을 중심으로 엘리사 경성대학교 대학원 경영학과 지도교수 성민 개요 비즈니스 경쟁의 강도가 날마다 높아지고 있다. 장기적인 비즈니스 성공을 유지하려면 고객 애호도가 주요 핵심요소 중 하나가 되었다(Nozar, 1994). 고객 만족도를 높이고 좋은 제품 또는 서비스 가치를 제공함으로써 고객 애호도를 높일 수 있다(Yang and Peterson, 2004). 맛, 향기, 포장 등과 같은 제품의 차별화는 고객 애호도를 향상시킬 수 있다(Singh et al., 2005). 그런데 제품의 차별화는 제품 속성들에 의해 영향을 받을 수 있다. 제품 속성은 특정 제품을 정의하고 제품을 차별화하는 데 사용되는 제품의 한 요소이다. 인도네시아는 인스턴트 누들 제조산업으로 유명하다. 중국 다음으로 세계에서 두 번째로 큰 인스턴트 누들 시장을 형성하고 있다. 인도네시아에는 여러 종류의 인스턴트 면류가 있고, 인스턴트 누들 경쟁이 증가하고 있으며, 인스턴트 누들의 고객 선호도가 다양해지고 있다. 제품 속성은 유형 및 무형의 속성으로 구분될 수 있다. 이 연구에서는 제품 포장과 맛을 유형적 속성으로, 가격, 브랜드명, 로고를 무형적 속성으로 포함하였다. 요즈음 들어, 제품의 속성은 더욱 유사해짐에 따라 서로 비교하기가 어렵다. 그러므로 무형적 속성은 소비자 구매 결정에서 보다 중요한 부분을 차지한다. 이 연구에서는 인지된 제품 차별화에 대한 유형적 속성보다는 무형적 속성이 더 강한 영향력을 갖는지 확인하고자 하였다. 특히, 이 연구는 인도네시아 인스턴트 누들 시장에서 인지된 제품 차별화, 고객 만족, 그리고 고객 애호도에 대한 제품 속성들의 영향력을 실증하였다. 이 연구의 응답자들은 인도네시아 인스턴트 누들을 접해본 인도네시아 인들이다. 설문조사를 통해 41개의 질문에 대하여 207부의 설문지를 회수하였다. 그 결과, 인도네시아 인스턴트 누들의 맛, 브랜드 이름, 로고, 그리고 가격은 인식된 제품 차별화에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 인스턴트 누들 포장은 인식된 제품 차별화에 아무런 영향을 미치지 않았다. 한편, 고객 만족이 고객 애호도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 인식된 차별화는 고객 애호도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않았다. 결국, 제품 차별화는 고객 만족을 통해 고객 애호도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 핵심어: 제품 속성, 인식된 차별화, 고객 만족, 고객 애호도 Master's Thesis The Effect of Product Attributes on Customer Loyalty through Perceived Product Differentiation and Customer Satisfaction: A Study of Indonesia Instant Noodles Elisa Oktaviani Kresna Department of Business Administration Graduate School Kyungsung University Advisor : SUNG, Min Abstract The intensity of business competition is getting higher day by day. To sustain long-term business success, customer loyalty is required as one of the main keys (Nozar, 1994). Through improving customer satisfaction and offering high product or service value, customer loyalty can be achieved (Yang and Peterson, 2004). Differentiation of products, such as taste, flavor, packaging or form can attract loyalty (Singh et al., 2005). Perceived product differentiation can be affected by product attributes. Indonesia is well known for their instant noodle manufacturers and renowned as the second largest market for instant noodles in the world right after China. There are several brands of instant noodles in Indonesia, and it caused the instant noodle competition to increase and also divides customer preference of instant noodles. Product attributes are divided into tangible and intangible attributes. In this research, product packaging and taste are used as tangible attributes; price, brand name, and logo are used as intangible attributes. These days products become more similar and it's difficult to compare. Therefore, intangible attributes are intended to present a more significant part in consumer purchase judgments and becomes more significant in product classes where there are several dissimilarities in tangible attributes (Lefkoff-Hagius and Mason, 1990). In this research, I would like to identify if intangible attributes have a stronger effect rather than tangible attributes on perceived product differentiation; and to find out the effect of product attributes on customer loyalty through perceived product differentiation and customer satisfaction, especially the impact on Indonesia instant noodles. The sample population is Indonesian people that have eaten Indonesian instant noodles. Data was obtained through a questionnaire to 207 respondents with 41 questions. Based on the results, taste, brand name, logo, and price of Indonesian instant noodles have a positive impact on perceived product differentiation. However, instant noodle packaging has no impact on perceived product differentiation. Handi Irawan, Chairman Frintier Consulting Group, said these days, Indonesian consumers tend to care more about long-term benefits, price, and brand rather than product appearance (www.marketing.co.id). There is a significant effect between perceived product differentiation and customer satisfaction. In turn, it may serve as a better predictor of customer loyalty. Indonesian customers tend to be more satisfied if there are a lot of product differentiations shown by the company. There is also a significant effect between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. There are no significant effects between perceived product differentiation and customer loyalty. Perceived product differentiation cannot directly affect customer loyalty. It will affect customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction can lead to customer loyalty.       • 노년기 창의성 척도 개발 및 타당화

        The purpose of this study was to develop a creativity scale for elderly and to verify its validity of the creativity scale that has been developed. For this purpose, the following four study questions were established. First, what is the composition of the factors and questions on creativity scale in the preliminary study? Second, what is the composition and reliability of the factors and questions on the creativity scale that has been developed? Third, what is the construct validity of the creativity scale? Fourth, what is the concurrent validity of the old age of creativity scale? First of all, the following study procedure was applied to compose the preliminary questions on the old age of creativity scale for elderly. First, the definition and sub variables of creativity scale were established through the analysis of preceding study, and personal interview and open-ended questions were used to elderly to collect data on creativity scale that were classified according to class classification. Second, the 1st 102 preliminary questions were developed based on the class classification result, preceding study and the theoretical basis on creativity composition factors. Third, 72 questions were revised and 30 questions were removed by seeking advice on the questions to 1 Korean literature scholar, 3 doctorate degree holder in elderly education and 2 experts in elderly education in order to verify the 1st content validity of the preliminary questions. Fourth, 9 questions were revised by conducting a three-point scale test for 6 elderly to find out if they can understand the scale questions in order to verify the 2nd face validity and content validity. Fifth, 8 questions were revised by conducting expert evaluation using five-point scale for 5 experts in elderly education in order to verify the 3rd con tent validity. Through this, the preliminary scale with the final 72 questions was developed. Next, a survey research was conducted with 72 question that have completed the 3rd content validation in order to select the final questions on creativity scale for elderly. The study participants included elderly over the age of 65 that were randomly selected from Seoul, Busan, Gangwon, and Chungcheong and in the total of 150 copies of questionnaires were distributed among which 23 copies were excluded and exploratory factor analysis was conducted using the remaining 127 copies. First of all, the KMO (Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin) measure of sampling adequacy and Bartlett's sphericity test were reviewed in order to examine the relevancy of the collected data in the factor analysis and Scree test was conducted to find the factor pattern. Through the Scree test, the number of suitable factors was decided as 7 that relatively well correspond with the factors that have been established theoretically. Accordingly, in the final of 44 questions were selected that are composed with the following 7 factors- cognitive factors (unique/new, wisdom/professionalism, flexibility/flexibility), propensity factors (humor/pleasure, empathy/altruism), motivational factors (curiosity) / Imagination, thinking / immersion). Next, correlation analysis between the content areas, reliability verification test, confirmatory factor analysis and concurrent validity test were conducted in order to verify the validity of the old age creativity scale with the final 44 questions. The study participants were elderly over the age of 65 that were randomly selected form Seoul, Busan, Gangwon, and Chungcheong and 150 copies of questionnaires were distributed among which 137 copies were collected. Among the collected copies, 10 copies with insufficient response were excluded and the remaining 127 copies were analyzed. The analysis result is as follows. First, the result of correlation analysis between the content domains, the average variance extraction index value was higher than the decision coefficient in both the overall score and the sub-factors of the old age creativity scale. Second, the reliability of this scale revealed to be very high with .835 for Cronbach's α. The reliability coefficient of each factor revealed to be all high Third, CFI (Comparative Fit Index), TLI (Tucker-Lewis Index) and RMSEA (Root Mean Square Error of Approximation) were used to verify the validity of the scale model to conduct confirmatory factor analysis. The validity of this model can be known from the fact that the value of CFI and TLI was respectively .931 and .923, and in the case of RMSEA the lowest value was .052 and the highest value was .063 in the 90% confidence interval. Fourth, the old age creativity scales on the subjective well-being of Lim Hyo-jin (2015) and the achievement goal orientation of Jeon Hee-won (2017) to verify the concurrent validity as there is no the old age creativity scale that corresponds with 7 factors of the old age creativity scale developed in this study. It was also revealed that the correlation coefficient with other sub factors was relatively high, thereby showing that the sub factors have been accurately measured. The conclusions drawn through above study results is as follows. First, the old age creativity scale for elderly has been developed through literature review, and their open-ended questionnaires responses. The content validity of the collected questions was verified by experts in elderly education and exploratory factor analysis was conducted and reliability was verified in order to develop the old age creativity scale with 44 questions on the following 7 sub factors- cognitive factors (unique/new, wisdom/professionalism, flexibility/flexibility), propensity factors (humor/pleasure, empathy/altruism), motivational factors (curiosity) / Imagination, thinking / immersion). Second, construct validity and concurrent validity were verified in order to find out the validity of the old age creativity scale that has been developed. The result showed satisfactory result for both. Accordingly, the old age creativity scale for elderly that has been developed in this study can be seen as an objective and reliable test tool for elderly with proven validity and reliability. The implication of this study is as follows. First, the level of understanding creative aging of elderly can be enhanced by developing specific questions on creative aging of elderly in our country. Second, high validity can be provided for the study on creative aging of elderly that is continuously occurring by providing scale for accurately measuring the creative aging of elderly in our country.

      • Chromatographic and Electrophoretic Characterization of PEGylated Granulocyte-Colony Stimulating Factor (PEG-G-CSF)

        The addition of a polyethylene glycol (PEG) moiety to granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) resulted in the development of Pegfilgrastim (Neulasta, Amgen), which is a long-acting form of G-CSF that requires only once-per-cycle administration for the management of chemotherapy-induced neutropenia. Pegfilgrastim was made by linking a 20-kDa polyethylene glycol molecule to the N-terminus of G-CSF. The purpose of this study was to analyze the N-terminally mono-PEGylated G-CSF, which is a similar molecule to Pegfilgrastim, by various analytical methods such as size-exclusion chromatography (SEC), reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC), sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE), capillary electrophoresis (CE), and chip electrophoresis. N-terminally site-specific PEGylation of G-CSF was accomplished using monomethoxy PEG derivatives having a reactive terminal aldehyde group at pH 5 in the presence of sodium cyanoborohydride. The mono-PEGylated conjugates (PEG_(5k)-G-CSF and PEG_(20k)-G-CSF) were purified by SEC using Superose HR 12 SEC column. The purified mono-PEG-G-CSFs were first identified by SDS-PAGE with Coomassie blue staining. As a CE method, capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) using 0.1 M phosphate buffer (pH 2.5) as a running buffer to separate mono- and di-PEGylated G-CSFs from native G-CSF, and quantify the mono-PEG-G-CSF. In CZE, the separation of native and PEGylated G-CSFs was size-dependent. The native and PEGylated G-CSF samples were also analyzed by chip electrophoresis using Bioanalyzer (Agilent), in which the separation was also size-dependent using the same mechanism as SDS-PAGE. In the RP-HPLC, the elution order of native and PEGylated G-CSFs were different from those observed in the electrophoretic analysis. The merits and demerits of chromatographic and electrophoretic methods for the separation and quantification of the mono-PEG-G-CSF were examined. Granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF)의 Polyethylene glycol (PEG) 접합 (PEGylation)의 결과로 개발된 Pegfilgrastim (PEG-G-CSF, 상품명 Neulasta, Amgen)은 짧은 생체 반감기를 가진 G-CSF의 약물의 작용 지속 시간을 늘려주는 효과로 인하여 항암 치료 시 하루에 한번 이상씩 G-CSF를 투여 받아야 했던 암 환자들에게 투여로 인한 불편과 고통을 경감 시키는 결과를 가져왔다. Pegfilgrastim은 G-CSF의 아미노 말단에 20 kDa 분자량의 PEG를 결합 시켜서 만들어진 약물이다. 본 연구의 목적은 재조합 human G-CSF (recombinant human G-CSF)에 Pegfilgrastim과 유사한 분자량의 N-terminally mono-PEGylated G-CSF을 제조하고, size-exclusion HPLC, Capillary electrophoresis, Reversed-phase HPLC 그리고 Lab-on-a-chip electrophoresis와 같은 다양한 분석 기술을 이용하여 최적의 분석 조건을 찾아내는 것이었다. 분자량 20 kDa의 active aldehydes group을 가진 monomethoxy PEG을 pH 5.0 조건 하에서 G-CSF의 아미노 말단에 선택적 결합을 시킨 후, SDS-PAGE로 G-CSF의 PEGylation 반응을 확인하고 Size-exclusion HPLC로 mono PEG-G-CSF를 분리해냈다. 그리고 CE, RP-HPLC, analytical SEC, Lab-on-a-chip electrophoresis로 mono PEG-G-CSF를 정량 한 후 결과값을 비교했다. CE분석법에서는 0.1 M phosphate buffer (pH 2.5)의 mobile phase를 사용해서 native G-CSF, mono PEGylated G-CSF, 그리고 di PEGylated G-CSF를 분석했고native G-CSF, mono PEGylated G-CSF는lab-on-a-chip electrophoresis로 분석했다. Lab-on-a-chip electrophoresis에서는 SDS-PAGE에서와 같이 size-dependent하게 용리 되어졌다. 그러나 RP-HPLC에서는 전기 영동 분석법과는 다른 양상으로 native G-CSF, mono PEGylated G-CSF, 그리고 di PEGylated G-CSF가 용리 되어짐을 확인 할 수 있었다.G-CSF와 mono-N-terminal PEG-G-CSF를 Capillary Electrophoresis (CE)를 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석에는 P/ACETM MDQ capillary electrophoresis system을 사용하였고 분석에 사용된 capillary는 BioCapTM bare silica capillary를 사용하였다. run buffer로는 0.1 M phosphate buffer (pH 2.5)를 사용하였고 전압은 28 kV, capillary 내의 온도는 25°C를 유지하였다. sample 주입은 0.5 psi의 압력으로 5초 동안 주입했으며 214 nm에서 분석하였다. RP-HPLC 분석법은 Dionex HPLC system을 이용하였다. 분석에 사용된 column은 Gemini C-18 column (4.6 x 250 mm)를 사용하였고 이동상은 0.1% TFA 가 첨가된 distilled water와 acetonitrile을 사용하였다.sample 주입량은 20 μL였으며 유속은 1 mL/min, UV 파장은 215 nm였다. Lab-on-a-chip electrophoresis는 Bio-analyzer를 이용하여 분석했으며 sample loading량은 4 μL, 전체 분석 시간은 30분이었다.RP-HPLC, CE, lab-on-a-chip electrophoresis 등의 분석법으로 G-CSF와 mono-N-terminal PEG-G-CSF를 분석한 결과 RP-HPLC와 lab-on-a-chip electrophoresis에 의한 분석법이 가장 잘 분리가 되었으며 mono-N-terminal PEG-G-CSF의 정량값은 각각의 분석법에서 약간의 오차는 있었지만 정량의 유사성은 나타남을 확인할 수 있었다.

      • 관절 움직임에 따른 피부이동성 연구 : 관절운동범위, 피부위치에 따른 이동성의 차이 및 체성분과의 상관성

        The purpose of this study was to measure the skin mobility that occurs during joint motion and to identify joint angle, differences according to skin position, correlation and influence with body composition. Experiments have shown that the skin on the side where the joint bends and wrinkles form moved away from the moving joint, while the skin on the side where the wrinkles spread out moved toward the moving joint. As the range of joint motion increases, the skin became more mobile(OR:18.95±5.91 ㎜, MR:34.09±7.87 ㎜, IR:51.14±8.73 ㎜, FF:78.76±12.24)(p<.05). A comparison of the differences in skin location showed that near part(LNv, UNv, LNd, UNd)는 60.67±31.10 ㎜, far part(LFv, UFv, LFd, UFd)는 28.37±14.38 ㎜, and there were statistically significant differences(p<.05). The Ventral part showed 54.07±36.07 ㎜ and the Dorsal part 34.99±14.76 ㎜, with significant differences(p<.05). Pv, Pd, Dv, and Dd showed mobility of 85.56±21.43 ㎜, 35.84±15.26 ㎜, 22.59±11.96 ㎜, 34.14±14.04 ㎜, respectively, and there were significant differences(p<.05). As a result of correlation analysis, skin mobility was correlated with TBW and ABW(p<.05). As a result of regression analysis between the total amount of skin mobility and the factors of body composition, it was found that the ABW affects the skin mobility as B=7.430(p<.05)(adj.R2=.119). In the regression analysis between Pv and body composition factors, it was found that TBW content B=2.109(p<.05) and AMRW B=-1.193(p<.05) affect skin mobility(adj.R2=.414). Through the results of the study, it was revealed that directional movement of the skin appeared according to joint movement, and it was confirmed that it was affected by body water.

      • Compound K를 함유한 인삼 사포닌과 참당귀 추출 정제물 투여에 의한 혈소판 감소증 예방 효과

        Ginseng has been used in Korea for enhancing physical performance. It has various pharmaceutical effects on human body. However it is not absorbed well. Ginsenoside Rb1 is a major component of ginseng. It has been converted by an intestinal bacterial into compound K. Compound K has many effects for anti-inflammation and anti-cancer. Also Angelica gigas Nakai is a popular herbal medicine in Korea. It has been used treatment for circulatory disorders with amenorrhea, menopause, abdominal pain, migraine and arthritis. Sprague Dawley rats (11 weeks, N=5/group) were orally administered with hydroxyurea (50 mg/kg) daily on 6 days. Saponin with compound K (CKS) 0.5 mg/kg, Angelica gigias Nakai extract (Agnex, Ag) 2 mg/kg, saponin with compound K and Angelica gigas Nakai extract (AgCKS) 0.5 mg/kg and 2 mg/kg were injected intraperitoneally to SD rats. CKS group (37.5%), Ag group (40.3%) and AgCKS group (62.2%) were increased platelet for 6 days. And WBC, RBC counts did not yield significant results. There are no treatments for thrombocytopenia currently. It is that steroids, transfusion and surgery to remove the spleen. Recently, medicines such as romiplostim, eltrombopag and fostamatrinib have been used. However it is difficult to cure for thrombocytopenia. Thus saponin with compound K and Angelica gigas Nakai extract have the effect of increasing the number of platelets. Although there is no cure for thrombocytopenia, these traditional herbal substances may offer the solutions later.

        This study aims to investigate the mediating effect of person-environment fit in the relationship of the impact of the professional identity perceived by social workers on turnover intention. It is necessary to recruit and maintain social workers as professional personnel working an important role in providing a service substantively above all so that community welfare centers as service providers can achieve the purpose of social welfare and continuously secure the service quality. And yet, quite a few cases of social workers' turnover are reported. Judging from the fact that through the preceding studies, social workers' thinking of turnover at the facilities used is caused by the environmental factors in the organization, it is necessary to conduct a study of social workers' turnover with their perception of person-environment fit as a predisposing factor and powerful predictor variable of turnover, turnover intention. In addition, social workers who provide a human service belong to a group of people who are active as profession. Therefore, it was presumed that their turnover intention level would be lowered, feeling an identity with the organization they belong to in the job they are in charge of as they come to exhibit their expertise better through the establishment of identity as social welfare profession. For this purpose, this study conducted a survey with the social workers working at community welfare centers in Busan. 213 copies of the data measured and collected through a proven scale were analyzed, using SPSS and Jamovi, and the results of a multiple mediated model are summarized as follows. First, it turned out that the professional identity perceived by social workers had a negative (-) impact on turnover intention, so it was found that the higher the professional identity, the lower the turnover intention became. Second, it turned out that the professional identity perceived by social workers had positive (+) impacts on person-organization fit and person-job fit, so it was found that the higher the professional identity, the higher the person-environment fit became. Third, it turned out that the person-environment fit perceived by social workers had a negative (-) impact on turnover intention, so it was found that the higher the person-environment fit, the lower the turnover intention became. Fourth, it turned out that the person-environment fit perceived by social workers had a significant mediating effect in the relationship between professional identity and turnover intention. Meanwhile, judging from the sub-components of professional identity, it turned out that the above relationships of impacts were effective only in the utilization of a professional organization, sense of ethics, and consciousness of calling and solidarity, except for autonomy. Lastly, this study suggested implications to lower social workers' turnover intention level based on the results of this study and presented a follow-up study, according to the limitation revealed in conducting the study.

      • 대학생의 진로결정 관련 어려움과 심리적 자원에 따른 잠재프로파일 분석

        본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 진로결정 관련 어려움과 심리적 자원의 양상에 따라 어떠한 잠재집단이 형성되는지를 알아보고, 이러한 집단에 따라 진로적응성과 진로관여행동에서 차이가 있는지를 확인하고자 하였다. 진로결정 관련 어려움으로는 정서·성격 관련 진로결정 어려움과 외적 진로장벽을 선정하고 심리적 자원으로는 사회적 지지와 정서지능을 선정하였다. 본 연구를 위해 서울, 부산, 경남 지역 대학생을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 진행하였고, 334명의 설문을 바탕으로 잠재프로파일 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 4개의 잠재집단이 도출되었고, 유형 1은 진로결정 확신형, 유형 2는 진로결정 적응형, 유형 3은 진로결정 혼란형, 유형 4는 진로결정 방관형으로 분류되었다. 또한 다변량 분산분석을 통해 각 잠재프로파일 유형별로 진로적응성과 진로관여행동의 수준 차이를 확인하였다. 그 결과 진로적응성은 유형 1이 가장 높았고, 유형 3과 유형 4는 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 진로관여행동은 유형 1과 유형 2는 차이가 없었으나 유형 3과 유형 4보다 높았고, 유형 3과 유형 4는 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 이는 진로결정 관련 어려움이 크더라도 이를 완화시킬 수 있는 사회적 지지와 정서지능과 같은 심리적 자원이 있는 경우 진로결정 과정에 적응적으로 대처할 수 있음을 시사한다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해 진로상담에서 서로 다른 특성을 가진 대학생들을 위한 차별적인 개입 방안을 진로결정 관련 어려움과 심리적 자원에 초점을 맞춰 적용하는데 필요한 단서를 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 한계점, 향후 연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to identify latent profiles in Career Decision-related Difficulties and Psychological Resources with university students, and their differences in Career Adaptability and Occupational Engagement. The data from the online survey of 334 university students was used for analysis and Mplus 8.4 was utilized for data analysis. The results indicated that there were four types of latent profiles in Emotional and Personality -related Career Decision Making Difficulties, External Career Barriers, Social Supports and Emotional Intelligence: the first type named ‘Career decision-confidence', the second type named ‘Career decision-adaptive', the third type named ‘Career decision-confusion', and the fourth type named ‘Career decision-onlooking'. There were differences in Career Adaptability and Occupational Engagement among these types. Post-hoc testing showed that ‘Career decision-confidence' was the highest in the level of Career Adaptability than the other types, and ‘Career decision-confidence' and ‘Career decision-adaptive' were higher in the level of Occupational Engagement than the other types. This suggests that even if Career Decision-related Difficulties is at a high level, if there are Psychological Resources such as Social Support and Emotional Intelligence that can alleviate them, university students can adaptively cope with a Career Decision Process. It is significant that the finding provides the information necessary to apply differentiated interventions for university students with varing characteristics in career counseling. Based on the results of the study, the implications, limitations, and suggestions for further study were discussed.

      • 전기적 최적화를 통한 OFG센서의 감도향상

        In the 4th industrial revolution, IoT(Internet of Things) is the core technology with AI(Artificial Intelligence) and Big Data. For IoT application, obtaining useful data from objects is required. Therefore, many sensors are developed for various applications in recent years and high-sensitivity sensors are also developed with a lot of demand. The subject of this study is to improve the sensitivity of the orthogonal fluxgate sensor using electrical optimization. We investigated the sensitivity improvement of the orthogonal fluxgate sensor through electrical optimization of the pickup coil. The pickup coil could be modeled electric circuit and resonance frequency of pickup coil could be optimized fundamental frequency. As a result, sensitivity of orthogonal fluxgate was improved. The orthogonal fluxgate sensor was fabricated with a CoFeSiB amorphous wire diameter of 100 [μm] and a length of 20 [mm] and pickup coil was copper wire with a diameter 120 [μm] and 178 turns. For signal conditioning, AD630 demodulator and RL phase shifter was designed and sensor output was measured using a cDAQ 9197 ADC (Analog to Digital Converter). The impedance of the amorphous wire was measured applying a magnetic field, the impedance was changed 224% from 4.574 [Ω] to 10.14 [Ω]. And this changing impedance is represented that magneto-impedance effect will be added to the sensor output. We investigate sensor output properties(maximum output, phase, operating range, coercivity, sensitivity, ratio of second harmonic and fundamental wave) with applying bias current. As a result, advantages of applying bias current are expanding operation range, decreased coercivity, fundamental mode operation. Decreased coercivity is related improving resolution of the sensor and fundamental mode operation could be composed of simple signal conditioning circuit. In addition, the decrease sensitivity due to bias current could be improved through extra input current and bias current. The resonance frequency of pickup coil could be changed outside capacitor. The electric element of the pickup coil could be calculated through the measured resonance frequency. The sensitivity is improved by optimizing resonance frequency to fundamental frequency. When the input current was 10mA, 20mA, 50mA with applying bias current, the sensitivity was increased 165 ~ 187 to 278 ~ 327 [mV/Oe], 277~354 to 390~787 [mV/Oe] and 515~607 to 720~1044 [mV/Oe], respectively. Through this study, the sensitivity of the orthogonal fluxgate sensor could be improved using electrical optimization. Particularly, when the shape and structure of the sensor is determined, the optimization resonance frequency of pickup coil was important to improve sensor output(sensitivity).
