대학환경에 적합한 근거리네트워크의 구성방안에 관한 연구

일반적인 정보관리시스템과 사무 자동화 구축의 필수 요소인 근거리 네트워크는 터미널 네트워크, 분산처리, 전자화 사무실, 퍼스널 컴퓨터 네트워크 등의 응용분야를 가능하게 해준다. 이를 대학에 적용하기 위해 대학의 현황 및 추세를 업무체계계, 교육/연구관리 체계, 장비운영 체게, 대학간 정보운영 체계로 검토하여 기기의 통합, 분야별 전문 시스템 구성, 지역별 정보통합의 소요 요소를 대학 환경에 적용하여 지역적 한계, 연결을 요구하는 기기의 수, 일반성과 다양성의 효과, 다양한 프로토콜, 통합된 관리 시스템, 상호 관리 시스템, gateway 사항을 제시하였고, 이에 따른 근거리 네트워크의 설계 및 선정요소는 설치환경 측면, 네트워크 서어비스 제공 측면, 네트워크 traffic 측면, 네트워크 유지 관리 측면으로 고찰하고 국외의 근거리 네트워크 사례를 연구하였다. 대학환경에 적합한 근거리 네트워크 시스템의 구성방안을 경제성, 효율적인 면을 검토하여 하드웨어 측면과 소프트웨어 측면을 고려하였다. 이 시스템의 활용은 교육/연구 처리업무를 분산화 하므로써 주 컴퓨터에 부과되는 집중현상을 해소할 수 있고, 모든 자원의 공유가 가능하고, 학사 행정 업무처리와 필요한 정보의 용이한 획득으로 경영정보시스템(MIS)의 구축에 효과적일 것이고 gateway를 이용한 타 대학과 국내외 근거리 네트워크와의 연결은 광범위한 선진기술 획득을 신속하게 하고 부가적인 효과로 컴퓨터 네트워크에 관한 연구가 활성화될 것이다. The Local Area Network (LAN), which is an essential element to build up general Management Information system(MIS) and Office Automation (OA), would enable the application of terminal network. distributed processing, electronic office, personal computer network. Inorder to apply these universities are discussed in the light of office management system, trainning / research management system, equipment operation system, and interuniversity information management system. Through the discussion, regional limit, the number of nodes required for connect, the effects of generality and diversity, variou protocols, integrated management system, mutual management system, and gateways are presented in connection with the application of node integration, organization of professional systems by respective line, and the requirment for the integration of regional information to the university environment. The approaches to the LAN system approeriate to the university environment are discussed in view of economical efficiency and the utility factors in consideration of hardware and software aspects. The efficient application of these systems would releave the concentrative phenomenon loaded on the host computer by dispersing the work load releted to education / researah; enable the sharing of all resources and would be effective for managing academic administration affairs and creating MIS readily acquisition of required information, and the connection with other universites and the international local area networks would speed up (expedite) the acquisition of the broad advanced technology, and as additional effect, would also activate the research on the computer network.

The Korean eonomy has achieved a stead and high growth since 1960's. Export has made a great contribution to the economic growth of Korea and will do so in the future. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze empirically what kind of factors influenced the export which has played a role as the engine of growth in the Korean economy. First, I examined four articles on the existing export functions in detail. Second, I explained the determinants of export, based on the demand and supply theory. Third, I specified exprot demand and supply equations and then estimated those equations by the ordinary least squares (OLS) method for 1973 1/4-1983 4/4. As a result of the estimation, I suspect that there has been the export promotion policy which could not be calculated statistically. This is the same result as shown by Dr. Song's and Dr. Suh's studies. And the results of the estimation suggest indirectly that there must be the policy scheme which compensated exporters domestically for the loss that occurred by exporting goods at lower prices. But that policy has affected the balance of payments unfavorably. Thus, for the improvement of the balance of paymentsl export must be increased not by the fall in the prices of export goods but by intensifying price and non-price competitive activities through technical innovation. Of course, the export equations which are specified in this thesis are only stepping stones to further studies in this area. Therefore, I think that the efforts of modeling more proper export function will have to be continued.
