      • 규칙적인 스트레칭이 체격 및 체력 향상에 미치는 영향 : 중학생을 중심으로 Focus on Middle school students

        The purpose of this study is to provide the fundamental data about effective stretching program based on the result of performing regular stretching as an warming up during the physical education class to improve students' physique and physical fitness. For this experimental study, a total of 30 male students and 40 female students of the 3rd grade in Gwang-ju Y-middle school, who were divided into an experimental group and a comparative group, were pre-measured by each domain. Since that, a comparative group started the main class after running 200m-track four times and exercise for juveniles during 12 weeks. And an experimental group started the main class after doing 12-item-stretching program for 15 minutes during the experimental period of 12 weeks. The results of the measurement were analyzed through the pre-measurement and post-measurement of each group. The conclusion of the experiment is as follows: 1. In the aspect of physique, the meaningful difference of the two groups on the growth of their height and legs' length was P〈 0.05. This indicates that the growth of body is not the result of the experimental treat but the result of natural growth. 2. In the aspect of physical fitness, according to the data analyzed through the pre-measurement, post-measurement, inter-groups and in-groups after performing standing-long-jump and sit-up at sitting down regularly, the meaningful difference of the experimental group was p<0.05 while that of the comparative group was not p<0.05. It means that Gymnastic class using stretching program has a big effect on the physical flexibility and quickness of middle school students

      • 중년여성의 수영운동 경력에 따른 신체조성과 등속성 근력 및 골밀도 분석

        The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of swimming exercise career on body composition, isokinetic strength, and BMD of the middle aged women. The middle aged women were randomly selected and divided into two group according to the swimming exercise career. Exercise groupⅠ have practiced swimming exercise for 1hour a day, 3days a week over 2years and below 2months. and Exercise groupⅡ have practiced swimming exercise for 1hour a day, 3days a week below 2months. The subjects' body composition, isokinetc strength, and BMD were measured. and this data was analysed by independent t-test between each groups. The conclusions of study were as follows; 1. No significant differences were founded between each groups on body weight, percent body fat, and WHR. But percent body fat of exercise groupⅠ was founded positively more than that of exercise groupⅡ. 2. No significant differences were founded between groups on isokinetic strength of knee muscles at 60。/sec. But deficit ratio of exercise groupⅠ was founded lowly more than that of exercise groupⅡ at bilateral comparison. 3. No significant differences were founded between groups on isokinetic strength of the trunk muscles at 60。/sec. 4. No significant differences were founded between groups on BMD. But BMC were significantly increased between groups. In conclusion, the results of this study suggest that long-term participation of swimming exercise positively influenced body composition, isokinetic strength, and BMD of the middle-aged women. But no significant differences were founded between groups.

      • 중등학교 체육수업의 교수행동과 실제학습시간에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to increase Academic learning Time -Physical Education(ALT-PE) by analyzing the relationship between the teaching behavior and the learning behavior in middle school physical education classes. The result of this study by recording the 10 randomly sellected teacher'physical education classes with VTR in Phyong tak city area abstracted as fallows. first, in teaching behaviors, teachers allocated class time in the order of monitoring, Management, Lecturing or Orienticipation, Corrective Skill feedback. In a correlation with Academic Learning Time - Physical(ALT-PE), hustle, Positive skill Feedback, Teacher Participation variable have positive correlation. However, Lecturing or Orientation, Naglect, Questioning show negative Correlation. Second, Academic Learning Time - Physical Education(ALT-PE) at middle school pyoung t다 city turn out to be a low 22.62 percent by analying student'behavior phenomenon. This figure is much lower than that of Seoul, Kyunggi, Chungbuk area(37.89) percent by Kim Tae-hyung) and Chungnam area(29.44 percent by Choi jong sun). It means that decreasing the time of Monitoring, Management and lecturing or Orientation makes the time of corrective skill feedback which showered positive correlation with Academic Learning Time - Physical Education(ALT-RE) Increase. In conclusion, teachers should utilize More effcient physical education teaching methods by developing various future-oriented teaching patterns to over come routine monotonous classes. To achieve this goal, teachers should analyze their own classes, use teaching aid materials, implement adequate teaching skill ; methods of drawing more student'attention effciency in class management and roll-calling, rapidness in arranging implements, simple and clear directions. In addition to, we have many problem to solve: insufficients, too many students in class with wating, moveing and non-activity time to be reduce, and so on. Naturally, to increase Academic Learning Time - Physical Education(ALT-PE), it is neccessary that problem above mentioned Will be solved.

      • 레저 스포츠 활동이 청소년의 성격특성에 미치는 영향

        The purposes of this study were to : (1) investigate the effects of leisure sport activity to youth's personality, (2) provide the fundamental data for preventing youth misconducts, and (3) suggest several ideas for forming the sound attitude of youth. The data for this study were collected by survey questionnaire to 300 middle school students (the sample was determined through the use of a random cluster sampling method) at Taejon city area in 2003. The responses of 296 were classified as reliable data and used for this study. For the data analysis, descriptive analysis, one-way ANOVA, analysis of covariance, and multiple regression analysis techniques were used. The conclusions were as follows : 1. There were significant differences when the personality of the male and female students were compared (male was better than female in activity intention, female was better than male in facing toward the boy). 2. There were significant differences when the perceptions of healthy group and average group (in activity intention and social intention), under 41 rank group and 11-20 rank group (in uniform intention), and 2 daughters group and 1-2 son group (in facing toward the boy) were compared. 3. Leisure sport activity participation was positively associated to youth personality. The participation group was significantly better than the non-participation group in activity intention and meditation intention. 4. The youth personality was positively affected by the leisure sport activity. Especially, the activity, control, meditation, and social intention factors in youth personality were positively associated to the leisure sport activity.

      • 초등학교 제7차 체육과 교육과정의 목표 및 내용분석

        The purpose of this study were to analyze the objectives and contents of the seventh curriculum of physical education in the elementary school to help understand the curriculum, to present the course of elementary school physical education to the elementary school teachers, and to detect problems to be a help to the next curricular revision. After analysis on this research, I got the conclusions as follows ; First, the subject objectives were analyzed on the basis of the standard of objective classification by Bloom, Bucher, Barrow, Nash. Stoodley, Brownell & Hagman, Hetherington, Irwin, and Willgoose. Second, the unit objectives were analyzed on the basis of the standard of objective classification by Bloom, Bucher, Barrow, and purpose process curriculum framework. Third, the sixth and seventh curriculums were compared and analyzed. Fourth, the contents of the seventh curriculum of physical education were analyzed. The conclusions about analysis of the objectives and contents of the seventh curriculum of physical education in the elementary school are as follows ; First, by the standard of objective classification of nine scholars as Bloom, Bucher, Barrow and so on, we can understand same distribution of term statement about psychomotor, cognitive and affective domain, this shows a unity of objectives of physical education in the seventh curriculum of physical education. The standard of objective classification as Nash, Stoodley, Brownell & Hagman, Hetherington, Irwin, Willgoose, etc. shows same term distribution, and this reflects the character of synthetic subject which shares functional, scholastic, prescriptive character of the seventh curriculum of physical education. Second, in the analytical conclusion by the standard of classification of Bloom, the terms stated best are basic exercise of psychomotor domain, exercise method of cognitive domain and exercise function of psychomotor domain. Many term distributions in the 'basic exercise' of psychomotor domain are because of the seventh curriculum of physical education in the elementary school setting the basic in the moving education simulation, and emphasize a method and function of exercise to take shape various moving desire of students. In the analytical conclusion by the standard of classification of Bucher, the terms stated best are a motor function of developmental domain of exercise, a basic exercise of developmental domain of exercise, a method of exercise of cognitive domain. The seventh curriculum of physical education in the elementary school is based on moving education simulation, and show up many term distributions about 'motor function' and 'basic exercise' of developmental domain of exercise. The method of exercise is emphasized to take shape various physical activity and moving desire. In the analytical conclusion by the standard of classification of Barrow, the terms stated best are a understanding about the health of cognitive developmental domain and principal of good physical motion exercise, sports' function of developmental domain of psychological exercise and attitude of social developmental domain. The subordinate objectives of the seventh curriculum of physical education in the elementary school emphasize a motor function that participate actively to various exercise, and improve sports function with a background about understanding of principal of health and good physical moving exercise to improve physical strength and psychological health, and emphasize desirable motor attitudes. In the analytical conclusion by the standard of classification and purpose process curriculum framework(PPCF), the terms stated best are conquest of environment, social interaction and individual developmental domain, and each conceptional element has same distribution so as character prescribed in the seventh curriculum of physical education, don't emphasize only one domain, cognition or affective domain but pursuit external value, that is, realization of moving and healthy preservation and improvement, affective refinement, social cultivation through physical education in the elementary school to contribute to improve quality for life of the human. Third, the conclusions of comparison and analysis about the sixth curriculum and the seventh curriculum of physical education are nearly same, but the seventh curriculum is presented to nation common basic of physical education curriculum bounding elementary, secondary school. And the 'method' section is divided a teaching & learning method and a standard of textbook's development and discussion, and the standard of textbook's development and discussion that undertakes a important responsibility to practice of curriculum was presented newly. The contents are organized by objective and affective domain.

      • 60% HRmax 지구성운동이 저혈압 환자의 심박수, 혈압 및 ST slope에 미치는 영향

        This study was to observe the changes on blood pressure in hypotension patients(N10) before during and after Treadmill exercise. Treadmill exercise divided with three steps-warm up, main exercise and cool down. The intensity of main exercise was to 60%HRmax. Recovery time was observed until the 120min after treadmill exercise. The conclusion which were achieved as followings : First, Systolic Blood Pressure(SBP) and Diastolic Blood Pressure(DBP) significally decreased more than the rest Blood Pressure(BP) at warm up stage. the warm up consists of three minutes walking with 2.0mph intensity. The SBP and DBP more significally increased than the resting blood pressure at HRmax 40~60% after three minutes. Second, SBP and DBP were significally more increased than rest BP at HRmax 40~60%. but increase trend was difficult - SBP was more increased than 120mmHg and the point of DBP increase was started from 70mmHg sublevel which lower than normal level. Third, At cool down stage, SBP and DBP were significally more increased than rest BP during the exercise at HRmax 40~60%. That is, SBP was more decreased than blood pressure of exercise stage but was maintained 120mmHg degree levels and DBP was more increased than blood pressure of exercise stage and was maintained 80mmHg degree levels. Forth, at the recovery stage, BP was maintained states which were significally higher than the rest BP for thirty minutes. After thirty minutes the rest BP was recovered with the original hypertension condition.

      • 포크댄스 프로그램이 정신지체학생의 사회성 발달에 미치는 영향

        This study was carried out to find out the effects of folk dance on the improvement in social development of the mentally retarded. The experiment has been conducted to 20 students who attend a special middle school. The process was to take pre-tests on the students' social development with evaluation checklist and then take post-tests on their developmental status after the folk dance program which was applied in 24 sessions for 12 weeks, twice a week, 40 minutes each. The conclusions are as follows: Firstly, the experimental group with the folk dance program showed much more improvement in social development than the control group without it. Secondly, the experimental group showed some meaningful differences in 4 particular fields such as locomotion, communication, self-direction and social relations, but not in the field of self-assistance. In the future, an on-going research is required to develop the folk dance program more appropriate for the mentally retarded. Especially, for the mentally retarded students who lack in social skills, it must be very helpful to move their bodies with delightful music and consequently, the basic techniques for the social life are acquired naturally. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that we pay close attention to the development of the better folk dance program.
