서양인 선교사가 기록한 전주 -1936년 기록영상을 중심으로

This paper analyzes the records of missionary work, medical care, and education in Jeonju area in the film taken by a missionary of the Southern Presbyterian Church of the United States in 1936. In a short time of 32 minutes, the film recorded countless Koreans and Westerners living in Jeonju, including the missionary's family, medical staff, teachers, students, and church believers. The film was produced with the purpose of recording the missionary situation of missionaries in Jeonju, vividly conveying it to American Christians, and urging them to participate in the activities of missionaries dedicated to Joseon. Seeing the people of Jeonju living a life of despair in an impoverished environment, missionaries show that they can escape from despair through Christianity. The life of the missionary's family is recorded in detail, showing how they took pains and adaptations. The missionary's children mingled with the local people and admitted that Jeonju was their hometown where they were born, and the wives devoted themselves to the self-reliance of local women. In the film of their of medical care, education, and mission, we can see the faces of the local people that the missionaries faced. By recording a hospital with a large number of Korean medical staff, a school filled with the enthusiasm of women who wanted to learn and become independent from their families, and a church that was reborn as a space representing Honam area, it can be confirmed that the owners of the space were Joseon people. This paper analyzed the film, which is the oldest material that recorded Jeonju as a film. By examining the exchange processes between missionaries and local residents, the missionary work was the foundation of the religious history and life history of the region. 본 논문은 1936년 남장로교 선교사가 촬영한 필름 중, 전주 지역의 복음, 의료, 교육 현장을 기록한 내용을 중심으로 분석을 진행하였다. 필름은 32분이라는 짧은 시간에 선교사 가족, 의료진, 교사와 학생, 교회 성도 등 전주에서 생활한 다양한 조선인과 서양인을 기록했다. 필름은 전주에서 선교사의 선교 상황을 기록해 미국 기독교인에게 생생하게 전달하여 조선에서 헌신하는 선교사들의 활동에 동참해 줄 것을 촉구하는 목적으로 제작하였다. 빈곤한 환경에서 절망의 삶을 살아가는 전주인의 모습에 선교사들은 기독교를 통해 절망에서 벗어날 수 있음을 보여 주고 있으며, 선교사 가족의 삶을 자세하게 기록해 이들의 아픔과 적응을 보여 주고 있다. 선교사 자녀들은 지역민과 어우러져 전주가 그들의 고향이 되었으며 부인들은 지역 여성의 자립을 위해 헌신했다. 의료, 교육, 복음의 현장에서 선교사들이 마주한 지역민의 모습을 볼 수 있다. 다수의 조선인 의료진을 보유한 병원, 배워서 자립하려는 여성들의 열기로 가득 찬 학교, 호남을 대표하는 공간으로 거듭난 교회를 기록함으로써 해당 공간의 주인은 조선인임을 확인할 수 있다. 본 논문은 현재까지 발견한 자료 중 전주를 영상으로 기록한 가장 오래된 자료인 선교사 촬영 필름을 분석해 선교사와 지역민의 교류 과정을 살펴봄으로써 지역 종교사와 생활사의 토대가 되는 것을 목적으로 한다.

전주대학교 사범대학 입학사정관제 인·적성 평가의 타당성 및 신뢰성 검증

본 연구는 사범대학 2012학년도 입학사정관제 전형 중 수퍼스타전형과 지역인재균형선 발전형의 인·적성 평가의 타당성과 전형절차의 신뢰성을 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 J대학교 사범대학 입학사정관전형 중 2012년 수퍼스타전형과 지역인재균형선발전형의 교직 인·적성평가의 서류평가와 면접평가의 내용, 전형 절차들이다. 이를 위해 각 평가영역을 인·적성으로 분류한 후 전문가 평정을 받아 평가내용의 타당성을 분석하였다. 연구 결과 내용적합도 부분에서 두 전형의 서류평가와 면접평가의 각 평가요소들의 평균이 4점 내외를 나타내어 긍정적인 수치를 나타냈다. 이는 내용 적합도가 높음을 의미한다. 반면 리더십과 사회기여활동 영역에서는 타당도의 기준치에 미치지 못하여 이 영역에서는 적절한 평가가 어렵다는 의견이 도출되었다. 따라서 이 두 영역에 대한 평가요소와 그 평가기준과 방식에 대한 점검과 수정이 요청된다. 전형절차의 신뢰성에 대한 평정 결과, 전형절차의 체계적인 일관성, 공정성, 그리고 입학사정관의 전문성 3가지 지표 모두 평균과 타당도가 기준 점수 이상으로 나타나 전형절차가 신뢰롭게 운영되고 있음이 밝혀졌다. 본 연구 결과는 차년도 사범대학 입학사정관 전형계획을 개선, 보완하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있으며 추후 관련 연구의 활성화에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study is to verify the validity and reliability of the personality and aptitude evaluation of both the Superstar Program and the Regionally Balanced Admission Program of J University’s Department of Education’s Admission Officer System, 2012. This study mainly focuses on the content and the admission process of the document and interview evaluations of those two programs. Each evaluation item was divided into either an aptitude or personality section, then specialists graded them in order to evaluate the validity of the programs. The result of this study shows that both programs have a positive aspect regarding the average, which was 4, from each item of the document and interview evaluations. On the other hand, neither program is suitable to evaluate applicants’ leadership or social contribution aspects. Their evaluation items, criterion and methods require further examination and correction. In addition, the reliability of the whole procedure hit higher scores than the average in their consistency, fairness and expertise. This study provides the basis for the following development of the Department of Education’s Admission Programs.

우수 지역인재 선발을 위한 입시전형 개선 연구

이 연구의 목적은 현행 전주교대 입학전형을 개선하여 우수한 지역인재를 선발하는 데 있다. 연구 수행을 위하여 문헌연구(literature review), 문서분석(document analysis), 현장전문가 컨퍼런스(conference), 졸업예정자 및 현장교사 대상 내러티브 분석(narrative analysis)을 실행한 결과, 현 전주교육대학교의 우수한 지역인재 선발을 위한 입시전형 개선을 위해서는 수시모집 추가를 통한 수시모집 충원 확대, 수시모집 선발 인원 비율 상향 조정, 학생부위주(종합)전형 수능 최저학력기준 폐지, 사회적 배려 대상자 전형을 고른 기회 전형으로 통합 선발, 검정고시 성적을 학생부 성적으로 환산 시 2등급부터 적용, 정시전형에서 대학수학능력시험 영역별 반영방법 변경, 입학 전담 부서 설치 및 전임입학사정관 채용의 입시전형 개선이 필요하였다.

예비교사들의 대학생활에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 예비교사들의 대학생활의 실태를 연도별로 비교 분석하여 알아보는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 은혁기(2006)가 전주교육대학교 신입생 실태조사를 위해 개발한 설문지를 일부 수정하여 사용한 박종필(2015, 2016, 2017)과 송지환(2018, 2019)의 연구보고서를 대상으로 하였다. 이 보고서에서 조사하고 있는 내용은 크게 다섯 가지로 되어 있지만 본 연구에서는 이 중에서 대학생활과 직접적으로 관련있는 내용만을 추출하여 빈도 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인 및 가정생활 관련 내용으로 출신 고등학교 소재지, 재수 경험, 타 대학 재학 경험, 등록금 부담 주체를 연도별로 비교 분석한 결과 연도에 따라서 응답하는 순서가 다르게 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생활 관련 내용으로 대학 진학 이유, 입학 후 예상되는 문제점, 대학에서 하고 싶은 일, 해외 여행 및 연수에 대한 생각, 기숙사 희망 여부, 동아리 희망 여부 및 이유, 강의실·도서관 관련 요구, 교수 및 총학생회에 기대하는 점, 아르바이트 관련 의견에 관해 연도별로 비교분석한 결과 각 영역의 내용에서 유사한 순서가 많았으나 구체적으로 보면 빈도에서 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 대학 및 학과 선택 관련 내용으로 본교 인식, 본교 선택 시기 및 선택 이유, 심화과정 일치도 에 관해 연도별로 비교 분석하였다. 이상의 연구결과는 예비교사들의 대학생활을 이해하고 이를 바탕으로 이들을 위한 교육정책과 프로그램을 개발하는데 매우 유용한 자료가 될 것이다.

Singapore의 초등학교 교사 양성 교육과정 연구

이 논문의 목적은 우수한 교사를 양성하기 위해 목적형 교사 양성 체제를 운영하고 있는 Singapore의 교사 양성 교육과정을 분석하고, 이러한 결과를 토대로 우리나라 초등 교사 양성을 위한 시사점을 탐색하는데 주된 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 전주교육대학교를 중심으로 우리나라의 초등학교 교사 양성 교육과정을 살펴본 후, Singapore의 NIE 학사 학위 과정의 2교과학 계열을 중심으로 교사 양성 교육과정을 분석하였다. 이와 같은 연구 결과들이 시사하는 바는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 우리나라 대학에서 당연하게 여겨지고 있는 교양 과목의 내용 및 성격에 대한 재검토가 필요하다. 둘째, 예비교사들이 학생 및 일선 학교 현장을 이해하는데 가장 기초가 되는 영역인 교육학 및 교육실습의 확대가 필요하다. 끝으로, 교육과정의 다양화를 위한 시도를 해볼 필요가 있다.

Applying SSM for TPM Application

This paper explores the effects of using Soft System Methodology(SSM) for the applications of Total Productive Maintenence(TPM). SSM is analytical tool for the changes, and TPM is the method of improving the effectiveness of machinery maintenance. These two different management tools are harmonized for improving machinery utilization in the confectionery industry in Korea Since, the confectionery industry depends their production efficiency on highly automated machines, improving utilization rates of these machines are the very important issue for the industry. Thus, TPM has been implemented to analyze the advantages and disadvantages from the machinery maintenance. In the project, SSM was also used to the effective application of TPM in order to approach the real world problems. For the application aspects of TPM, Action Research was choosen to find the implemention aspects of TPM. According to the results of this study, breakdown rates of the machines were reduced and the machinery maintenance became easier than before. Furthermore, the plant operators have participated their work more positively.

입학사정관 전형의 사교육 영향평가 연구

본 연구의 목적은 사교육 완화 및 공교육 정상화를 목표로 도입된 입학사정관 제도가 실제로 사교육에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 2013학년도 전주대학교 신입생을 대상으로 입학사정관 전형 입학생과 일반 전형 입학생의 사교육 경험, 대학생활 및 고교생활의 차이를 분석하였으며, 입학사정관 전형 입학생들의 경우 전형 결정 시점에 따라 사교육 경험에 차이가 있는지를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 사교육 기간, 비용 등 사교육 경험과 고교 및 대학생활에서 입학사정관 전형 입학생과 일반 전형 입학생 사이에서 유의한 차이가 발견되지 않았다. 다만, 입학사정관 전형 학생들의 대학에서의 수업 만족도가 약간 높고, 고교 시절에 봉사활동에 좀 더 적극적이었던 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 입학사정관 전형 이외의 다른 전형에 대해서도 준비를 하지 않을 수 없는 현행 대학입시제도의 현실을 반영한 것으로서, 사교육 감소를 위해서는 보다 근본적이고 체계적인 대책이 필요할 것으로 보인다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact to private education of admission officer system that is aimed to reduce private education and to normalize public education. For this, we analyzed the differences in the private education experiences and the life of high school of the 2013 freshman of the Jeonju University. According to the study, there were no differences in the periods and expenses of private education between the students admitted by admission officer and general students. But, students admitted by admission officer showed higher class satisfaction in college and more active volunteer activity in high school. These results reflect the problems of current college admission system which are excessively complex. Therefore, for the effective reduce of private education, more fundamental and systematic countermeasures are needed.

각가속도와 마찰 영향하의 회전요소 운동해석

The motion of a rigid body (upper rotor) pin-jointed at a point on a base body (base rotor) is analyzed. The base rotor is strongly accelerated both angularly and along the axis perpendicular to the rotation plane. Since the motion of the assembly occurs during very short time, it is very hard to assess the motion experimentally. To analyze the motion, the equations of motion are made and calculated numerically. The friction between the upper and the base rotor surfaces is considered, and the effect is discussed.
