Formation of Substitution or Complementary Convergence in ICT

This paper offers a framework for understanding the dynamics formation of complementary industry convergence and substitution industry convergence from the respective of industry evolution, according to convergence may involve changes in competitive and/or complementary relations between two or more industries. Based on the characteristics of ICT-intensive industry, this paper describes the relationship between industry convergence, industry symbiosis and industry evolution. Through the evolution modeling of industry system and analyzing of symbiosis stability, we find that complementary industry convergence and substitution industry convergence occur when subsystems cooperate mutually or the degree of substitution isn’t strong, and complementary integration mechanisms dominate substitution mechanisms. In the complementary industry convergence, converging industry and original industry are symbiotic, and the industry system has more room for development.
Distributed Nash Equilibrium Seeking for Aggregative Games via Derivative Feedback

In this paper, we investigate a continuous-time distributed Nash equilibrium seeking algorithm for a class of aggregative games, with application to the real-time pricing demand response. To seek the Nash equilibrium via local communication among neighbors, by combining projected gradient dynamics and consensus tracking dynamics, we propose a novel distributed algorithm for the players. We prove the convergence of the distributed algorithm via a constructed Lyapunov function and the variational inequality technique, and show an illustrative simulation related to the energy consumption control in smart grids.
Fault Diagnosis and Fault Tolerant Control for Manipulator with Actuator Multiplicative Fault

In this paper, a new fault diagnosis and fault tolerant control algorithm for manipulators with actuator multiplicative fault is proposed. The dynamic model of the manipulator with disturbance is taken as the research object. When faults occur in the actuator, a nonlinear observer based on radial basis function (RBF) neural network is used to estimate the fault information. After the fault information is obtained, an adaptive back-stepping sliding mode controller is used to control the manipulator to reach the desired trajectory. At last, an illustrated example is given to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed algorithm, and satisfactory results have been obtained.

From 2018 to 2020, the United States has repeatedly imposed sanctions on the Chinese company Huawei, which has triggered strong nationalist sentiments on the Chinese Internet. This paper is a qualitative content analysis of Zhihu netizens' views on US sanctions against Huawei to explore how anti-Western centrism influences young people's narratives. The results showed that they believe the Huawei matter is a deliberate hegemonic act by the United States because it fears the decline of its own technological status. Moreover, it is direct evidence that the United States is deliberately destroying China's economic development environment to slow down China's rise, as well as a typical manifestation of the injustice of the liberal international order. A further analysis revealed that their narrative logic is obviously influenced by the following aspects: 1) The mentality of national glory derived from comprehensive national strength leads them to believe that U.S. sanctions against Huawei are an obstacle to China's rise. 2) National humiliation leads them to view U.S. sanctions as a constant insult to China. 3) China's superiority created by China's comprehensive national strength and its scientific and technological achievements in recent years has boosted its confidence to challenge the West's absolute progress. This study examines the impact of anti-Western centrism on Chinese nationalist sentiment and offers a bottom-level perspective on the debate over the crisis of the liberal order.

The performance of the initial rotor position detection of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machines (PMSMs) at standstill depends much on the position observer. In this paper, the Extended State Observer (ESO) is compared with the traditional Proportional Integration (PI) observer adopting the rotating high frequency voltage injection algorithm, and the observer parameter design method is derived based on the bandwidth analysis of the close-loop transfer function. Experiments are carried out on a 3 kW PMSM prototype for verifications.
LATERAL STABILITY CONTROL OF A DISTRIBUTED ELECTRIC VEHICLE USING A NEW SLIDING MODE CONTROLER

Lateral instability is a key problem that restricts vehicle motion safety of distributed electric vehicles (DEV). This paper designs a new lateral control system composed of subsystems of high, middle and low levels and brings forth an improved sliding mode controller (SMC) method. The similar reference longitudinal velocity generation system is designed via neural network observer and fuzzy logic controller to ensure the smooth and safe driving of the vehicle on low adhesion roads. Relevant working simulation also is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the control method above. The results show that the new control system based on the improved SMC method brings about good yaw rate and speed tracking performance of vehicles and strong robustness of the control system, and can still ensure excellent lateral driving stability on the low adhesion roads, or when making a turn or the friction coefficient is changed.

본 연구는 교육훈련이 구성원의 직무만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 교육훈련과 직무만족의 관계에 자기효능감이 성과 변화에 어떠한 역할을 하는지 실증적으로 탐색하였다. 본 연구에서는 교육훈련을 독립변수, 자기효능감을 매개변수, 직무만족을 종속변수로 설정하여 중국 국유기업을 대상으로 실증연구를 실시하였다. 자료의 분석 결과, 교육훈련은 내재적 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 외재적 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 교육훈련 요인으로는 상사 · 동료의 지원이라는 사실이 확인되었다. 자기효능감은 교육훈련과 내 · 외적 직무만족 사이에서 매개역할을 하는 가운데 직무만족 수준의 변화에 영향을 미친다는 사실 역시 확인되었다. 조직구성원의 직무만족을 높이기 위해서는 역량 향상을 위한 교육프로그램을 설계하고, 구성원간 상호작용을 통해 자기효능감을 높이는 교육훈련 제도의 도입이 필요하다. Chinese state-owned companies play an important role in national economy. Since training ensure gaining capabilities of human resources, the companies emphasize the importance of training human resources, also invest a lot of resources on training. The aim of this study is to find out the effect of training on job satisfaction and the mediating effect of self-efficacy. A total of 299 questionnaires is collected from Chinese state-owned companies to collect data and for hypothesis testing. The results show that training has a positive influence on internal and external job satisfaction. It is also found that a mediating effect of self-efficacy between training and job satisfaction.
