      • MRP Lot Size 決定規則에 관한 硏究

        This paper is to show how to determine the optimal Lot Sizing Rules in a hierarchical Production System. Four selective Lot Sizing Rules, shown excellent among those 9 Lot Sizing Rules in recent studies, are evaluated in terms of production and inventory cost. Six typical demand patterns are generated, and unit production costs and set-up costs are considered as a function of different levels of production system. Also were calculation the total cost of 16 Lot Sizing Sequence generated by the permutation of the four selective rules. Decisions are made on the optimal Lot Sizing Rules at the minimum total cost. Since the total cost varies as a function of the lot size, the upper and lower limit of the lot size is to be estimated within the range of the tolerance level of the total cost. The Economic Lot Range, which the variation of the total cost is negligible, is determind by the two limits of the lot size. Experimentation shows the range is wide enough to provide a greater flexibility in management decision. As the lot size spans from its lower to upper limit, the corresponding penalty costs occur. A functional relationship between total cost and lot size is established through the use of sensitivity analysis. Then the suggested model lays down new criteria by which the penalty cost is optimal.

        The changes in the vascular cambium and wood elements of Alnus hirsuta (Sprecht) Ruprecht have been investigated in relation to the girth of the tree axis. The fusiform initials gain a gradual size increase to start and later remain more or less constant in their length and width. The ray initials gradually increase in height and later remain more or less constant, while the width of the ray initials keep constant. Wood elements undergo considerable changes in their dimension with the growing girth of the the tree axis and their changing trends are equal to the vascular cambium.

        The purpose of this study was to analyze problems of "sports for all" and to suggest the direction in Korea marching into the leisure period. It was attempted that descriptive approach based on various review and statistical information analysis. The results are as follows: 1. It must be preceded constituting the environment of "sports for all". First, it needs to constitute the public physical facilities and condition of nature-sports according to long-term plan. Furthermore, it needs specialized physical facilities and special ones by subjects. Secondly, it is to train specialized guidance teachers and servant ones in each activity field. It is improved that an examination of qualifications toward multi-dimensional evaluation and it needs arrangement system like sports trainer bank, etc. Thirdly, various and specialized programs are needed. Program developments and distributions are systemized by regular organization. It is achieved systematically that the developments and distributions of family-physical programs and outdoor leisure sports programs. 2. It is fortified that support to "sports for all". First, it needs reinforcement of "sports for all" administration. It is to set up an "sports for all" organization with whole responsibility in central government and local self-government and specialize the manager. It is to improve the system for each physical organization to show its ability through incorporating "sports for all" organization. Also, it needs to open the administration and scientific management of "sports for all". Secondly, it is to make a physical information system, reinforce the physical events and support an association of like-minded persons to expand the participation of "sports for all". 3. To improve the public welfare and equalization of "sports for all", it needs to improve the understanding and provide programs and facilities that women, the olds and the handicapped can participate actively. 4. It is examined the multi-dimensional policy to make sound leisure culture through physical activity such as self-participation of sports, operation of recreation class, activation of inspection sports, concept of 'sports humanity'. It needs change of public recognition through leisure education, development and distribution of leisure sports items, lead of public sports participation, and connection of culture and physics.

      • 원격 다중 PLC 제어용 다중 통신 모듈 개발

        A wireless communication module for multiple PLC was developed. The function of the developed system are dual communication , concurrent multiple communication, PLC control ,d interpretation of PLC command, and A/D D/A converting. The multiple communication approach Is based on master-slave control concept. To show validity of the developed module, severial experiments are illustrated.

      • PbO-SiO_2계 유리에서의 유동 특성

        유리에 관한 연구에 있어 점도는 가장 중요한 특성중의 하나로 여겨지며, 용융 상태, 작업 온도, 서냉 온도 또는 결정화 속도에 등과 같은 인자와도 크게 관계가 있다. 특히 각기 다른 조성을 가진 유리에서도 점도는 매우 다양하며, 온도에 크게 영향을 받는다. PbO-SiO_2 이성분계 유리에서는 PbO가 첨가됨에 따라 점도의 온도의존성이 커지고 표면장력이 감소하였다. 온도와 시간에 따른 spreading ratio를 비교한 결과 PbO의 함량이 증가함에 따라 유동성이 증가하였고 온도에 따른 유동성의 증가율도 크게 증가하였다. 그리고 일정한 온도에서 시간의 경과에 따른 유동성의 증가율은 감소하였다. The viscosity of a glass is one of the most important properties. It determines the melting conditions, the temperatures of working and annealing, fining behavior and devitrification rate. The viscosities of different glasses vary enormously with composition and are strong functions of temperature. On adding PbO in the PbO-SiO_2 binary system, the temperature dependence of the viscosity was large, the surface tension decreased. In the temperature and time dependence of spreading ratio, the spreading ratios of glass increased with increase PbO content and the rate in its increase decreased with time at constant temperature.

      • 사람 말초혈액 림프구에서 FudR에 의해 유도되는 Fragile Sites

        Chromosomal abnormalities including fragile sites induced by 10 ㎍/ml and 20 ㎍/ml fluorodeoxyuridine (FudR) were studied in lymphocytes cultures of six healthy individuals. A significant decrease in mitotic indexes in respect to control cultures was observed with two FudR concentrations used. The cells showing chromosome aberrations and the total number of cytogenetic alterations were significantly increased both FudR treated cultures with respect to control cultures. Damaged cells showing chromosome aberrations and total number of chromosomal aberrations were not significantly increased in FudR 20 ㎍/ml treated groups compared to FudR lO㎍/ml treated groups. The most frequent type of chromosomal aberration is a gap. A site showing a gap or break was defind as fragile if it appeated in 1% of cells analyzed and in at least three of six individuals studied with the same culture tre atment. Using these criteria, fragile sites 3p14, 6p25, 3q32, 1Oq22, 12q21 and 13q21 were induced in different proportions by different concentration of FudR.

      • 구개주름의 형태형성과 Retinoic Acid로 유발된 이상

        Morphogenesis of palatal rugae and retinoic acid-induced anomalies, numerical and pattern disruptions, were studied to know the mechanism of normal rugae formation and the relations between these disruptions and retinoic acid teratogenecity. Sprague-Dawley rats and all trans retinoic acid of Sigma Chemicals were used in this experiment. Retinoic acid was administered at gestational day 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 by the dose of 60mg/kg 80mg/kg 100mg/kg and 120mg/kg respectively per orally. At the gestational day 17.5, the rats were sac rificed under ether anesthesia and removed entire uterine horns into the saline-filled Petri dish. Congenital anomalies on the head and palatal rugae were observed with stereoscope. and light and transmission electron microscopic observation were performed to investigation histologic changes of the rugal epithelium and mesenchyme after retinoic acid treatment. The results were as follows; 1. Retinoic acid-induced congenital anomalies in this experiment were exencephaly and hydrocephalus in gestational day 8 and 9 groups, and cleft palate in gestational day 9 and 10 groups, and the number of anomalies was increased dose dependently. 2. Severe numerical variation and pattern disruptions such as division, medial and lateral fusion, cross, bifid rugae and rugal papillae were found on the gestational day 9 and 10 groups, and the relation between the retinoic acid teratogenecity and the numerical and pattern disruptions of the rugae were very close. 3. On TEM observation, the basal laminae under the rugal epithelium were absent at many areas and the filopodiae of the epithelial cells protruded into the underlying mesenchyme. According to the above results, it is considered that the mesenchymal cells of palatal shelf migrate into the designated areas of epithelium through the basal lamina, proliferate rapidly and form the rugae. Retinoic acid may inhibit the proliferation and migration into the epithelium of mesenchymal cells and the incompatibility between the growth of palatal shelf and the slowed speed of mesenchymal cells migration into the epithelium will leads the numerical and pattern disruptions of the rugae. And the relation between the teratogenecity of the retinoic acid and the numerical and pattern disruptions of the rugae was considered to be very close.

      • 위암 조직에서 발현되는 새로운 유전자 Reg Ⅳ

        A search for the genes expressed only in gastric cancer may help to define molecular alterations or aid in diagnosis of gastric cancer. Recently, suppression subtractive hybridization (SSH) has been used as an effective technique for detection of differentially expressed genes. We discovered a noble gene which belongs to the Reg family in stomach cancer tissue using the SSH technique. We identified and named the Reg Ⅳ gene that is highly expressed only in gastric tumor tissue. The Reg family gene has a lot of functions of the growth factor and gene regulation. The cathepsin L-12 gene, which is known to exhibit increased expression in breast cancer and some inflammatory conditions, is also expressed in stomach cancer. Expressions were verified by reverse Northern blot analysis and Northern blot analysis. We expect these genes to be used as an important tool for the diagnosis and/or understanding of the pathogenesis of gastric cancer.
