      • 한외여과막을 이용한 정수처리에 있어서 콜로이드 및 유기물질에 의한 Fouling

        In the uct-flow ultrafiltration, effects of day on the fouling due to organic substances and day were evaluated by fading model materials and clay. Fouling model materials selected were protein(BSA, α-lactalbumin, ν-globulin), polysaerharide(MW 9,300, 70,000. 250.030, 515,000), fulvic acid(MW8,000), humic acid(MW8,000-200,000, 8,000-50,000, 8,000-10,000, c.a200,000), and algogenic organic matter(EOM:extracellular organic matter, microbial deoomposition products) and kaolin was selected as a clay material The polysulfone membrane(MWCO:mdscular weight cut-off, 10,000, 50,000 and 200,000) were used as an ultrafiltration membrane. In particular, the experiment of algogenic organic matter was used ultrafiltration membrane of MWCO 50,000. The flux of protein and polysaccharide with coexistence of kaolin increased in the rase of the ratio of MW/MWCO being greater than one, but did not increase in the rase of the MW/MWCO ratio being below one. In contrast the flux of fulvic acid and humic acid with coexistence of kaolin decreased regardless of the ratio of MW/MWCO. The addition of dispersion agent and coagulant in the organic substances and kaolin mixture solution changed the size distribution of kaolin, and resulted in the change of the flux,

      • 有機物 液相 二成分 混合物에서 活性炭 吸着에 관한 硏究

        Theories and experimental data for adsorption equilibria in multicomponent solutions were investigated which were essential to study of separation process by adsorption on solid. Then, adsorption equilibria and characteristics of binary liquid mixtures on activated charcoal were studied in a batch system at 30℃ under standard atmosphere. The binary liquid mixtures were selected from two components out of ternary components such as benzene-toluene-n-hexane and benzene-toluene-cyclohexane systems. The results are as follows. (1) Relative adsorption selectivity in benzene-toluene-n-hexane system was in the order of benzene, toluene and n-hexane, and relative adsorption selectivity in benzene-toluene-cyclohexane system was in the order of benzene, toluene and holcycexane. (2) In each system of binary liquid mixture solutions surface excess is expressed as n_1^E = A + BX_1+ CX_1^2 + DX_1^3 + EX_1^4 + FX_1^5, and the surface excess coefficients are computed by means of computer calculation. (3) Experimental data were consistent with Everett model up to about 0.65 mole fraction in benzene toluene binary liquid mixtrures and up to about 0.70 mole fraction in benzene-n-hexane and benzenecyclohexane, but binary liquid mixtures of toluene-n-hexane and toluene-cyclohexan were not consistent with Everett model. (4) In benzene-toluene -n-hexane and benzene--toluene-cyclohexane systems, the experimental data of surface excess properties were well corresponded to thermodynamical calcuation. The activity coefficients calculated by Wilson's equation were corresponded to vapor-liquid equilibria data.

        지역 농특산물과 소비자인식에 대한 상관성 분석 : 천안지역을 중심으로

        본 논문은 천안지역 소비자를 중심으로 지역의 농특산물과 소비자들의 인식정도에 대한 상관관계를 분석하여 지역 농특산물의 소비를 촉진 시킬 수 있는 마케팅전략 방안을 제시하고 있다. 본 연구에서 분석한 결과를 바탕으로 특히 지역 친환경 농특산물 소비촉진을 위한 주요 마케팅 전략을 제시해 보면 품질강화, 신선도 유지, 집중적 홍보 및 판촉강화, 적정한 가격유지, 새로운 소비시장 개척으로 요약된다. 이러한 지역 농특산물의 마케팅전략을 추구함으로서 지역의 친환경농업은 물론 지역경제 활성화에 기여하게 될 것이다. In this study, the interrelationship of consumers' recognition regarding agricultural local products was observed. Therefore there are a little considration characters of satisfaction, purchase intention, fluctuation elements(price and quality), aborigines yes or no, and residential area between area consumers and agricultural local products, but there's a little or no interrelationship. Preferably it was analyzed that there's minus interrelationship with aborigines and residential area. So marketing to consumers, it is necessary to make national marketing strategy not centering area. And price policy is important , but it is desirable to execute in parallel the production and circulation policy which is considered qualities seriously. Also in case of Ch'onan area, there are agricultural specialities like the grapes of Geobong, the pear of Ch'onan and the walnut of Kwangduk. It is desirable to develop with national brand through supporting and rearing the specialities intensively.

      • 인터넷 웹 기반의 초등학교 학급경영 홈페이지 자동화시스템 구현

        While the teaching method is affecting the whole of education through making the most of internet, the necessity of the teacher's home-page becomes influential. However, most of teachers are incapable in making their own home-page or can't even conceive the idea of running their home-page owing to the burden that they should invest much time beyond working hours. Therefore, it was to study on the realization of home-page automation system for the elementary school teachers on the basis of the internet web possible to make the class home-page with the input of a minimum information although a non-majors or the beginners, who are rarely capable to make the home-page. Under this circumstance, it has analyzed the requirements of the class home-page for the class management by the elementary school teacher and designed the standard model of the class home-page to realize the dynamic home-page possible to link to the school and home. Also, it has analyzed the requirements of home-page automation system on the basis of design of home-page proposed and then realized an automation system, using the JSP programming method. On the ground of the results from this system, it is able not only to construct the home-page by the elementary school teacher after this but to become the little basis of education information as making the most of educational supplementary means for the class management.

      • 難分解性 物質을 包含한 纖維-機械工場 混合廢水의 生物學的 處理 可能性 評價 : 設計파라메타를 中心으로 Detailed Design Parameters

        This study was made to investigate the treatbility of biological wastewater treatment for integrated wastewater discharged from textiles and machinery plant. Design parameters for activated sludge process on the bench-scale were surveyed; biological treatability was also tested to examine the level of biodegradation by means of Eckenfelder's second order substrate removal rate. It was found that the average of the influent COD and BOD were 839mg/I and 534mg/l, respectively, with a ratio of 1.57 between the two, while the average for the effluent treated by the activeated sludge process were 368 mg/I and 86 mg/I with a ratio of 4.28, which is greatly increased compared with that of the influent. The KE_(BOD) value, Eckenfelder's second order substrate removal rate, was estimated to be 1.60 as KE_(BOD) These results indicated that the industrial wastewater degrade very slowly by activated sludge process, mainly due to the nonbiodegradable matters contained in the effluent.

      • HBC法에 의한 染色廢水處理에서 COD부하 및 수온의 영향

        Effects of COD loading and temperature on COD removal rate and sludge growth in the HBC(Hanging Biological Contactor) system were investigated. Since COD loading change in the range of 0.76 to 3.60 g COD/ℓ·day, COD removal rate decreases a little at the higher COD loading, and sludge growth weight is proportional to COD loading. Compared with operations at 28℃, 33℃, and 38℃, COD removal rate is a little higher in the lower temperature in activated sludge system. But COD removal rate at 28t is a little lower than at 33℃, and COD removal rate at 33℃ is a little higher than at 38℃ in HBC system. The sludge generation rate by HBC system was in the range of 0.25 to 0.79%, and amount of excess sludge was lower than the activated sludge system.

        This study were carried out to investigate the development and recycling of home appliance through structure and raw material and environmental assessment regarding television set and refrigerator. The generation of wasted home appliances in Korea was estimated. The composition ratio of structure and raw material on television set and refrigerator classified into several groups including metals, plastics, glass. others and pickings were estimated. We have presented a recycling suggestion of home appliances. It was desired that main subparts of wasted television set or referigerator had been recoverd through separating without sherreding of them. Especially, valuable metals such as gold and silver could be economically recovered from the PCB of home appliance.

      • PLA/TPS 블렌드의 물성과 형태학에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 polylactide(PLA)/thermoplastic starch(TPS) 블렌드를 3가지 공정으로 제조하여 블렌드의 물성과 형태학의 변화를 조사하였다. 본 목적을 위하여 PLA와 TPS를 이축압출기로 단순히 블렌드한 단순 블렌드, PLA를 TPS와 블렌드하기 전에 maleic anhydride와 개시세로 먼저 말레익화 시킨 maleated PLA (MPLA)를 TPS와 블렌드한 MPLP/TPS 블렌드와 PLA, TPS, MA 및 개시제를 동시에 브렌드하는 in-situ PLA/TPS 블렌드를 제조하였다. DSC로 측청한 유리전이온도(Tg)의 변화가 없는 것으로 보아 블렌드 공정에 따른 상용성의 변화는 없었다 인장강도와 탄성율은 TPS의 함량에는 의존하나 블렌딩 공정에는 영향이 없었다. 형태학의 변화는 블렌딩 공정에 따라 큰 변화를 보였다. In-situ PLA/TPS 블렌드의 경우 분산상의 크기가 고르고 분산이 잘되었으며 계면접착 또한 아주 좋았다. 이는 상분리는 일어나지만 기계적 상용성이 있음을 보여준다. To study the effect of blending process on the properties and morphology of PLA/TPS blends, simple PLA/TPS blend, maleated PLA/TPS blend, and in-situ PLA/TPS/MA/initiator blend were prepared. Glass transition temperature of PLA in blends was not changed by the blending process and the composition of TPS. This may be the lack of compatibility between PLA and TPS. Tensile strength and modulus of blends were depend on the composition of TPS whereas, blending process did not effect on the tensile properties. The morphology of blends was highly depends on the blending process. In situ blend showed a good dispersion of TPS in matrix and a good interfacial adhesion between TPS and PLA matrix. This may be mechanically compatible but phase-separated.

      • 생분해성 펙틴/전분 블렌드 필름의 물성

        요약문 가소제로 글리세롤과 물을 사용하여 펙틴/전분 블렌드를 이축압출기를 이용하여 제조하였다. 펙틴/전분 비와 가소제의 함량을 변화시킨 블렌드는 열가소성 성질을 보였으며, 펙틴/전분비가 아주 높은 블렌드는 열가소성 성질이 약하였다. 필름은 필름다이를 장착한 일축압출기로 제조하고, 필름에 포함된 수분은 진공오븐으로 증발 시켰다. 필름의 인장 물성은 가소제인 글리세롤의 함량과 건조후 대기 중에서 흡수한 수분의 량에 따라 크게 변화하였으나, 팩틴/전분비와 초기에 가소제로 첨가한 물의 함량변화에는 영향이 적었다. 열분석기는 블렌드에 결정이 남아있는 흡열 곡선을 보이지 않았다. Abstract The blend of pectin, starch, glycerol, and water wasprepared by using a twin-screw extruder. The ratio of pectin/starch, glycerol content,and water content were varied. Most of these blends had a good thermoplasticity, but very higher pectin/starch ratio blends showed a poor thermoplasticity. The film was prepared by using a single-screw extruder with slit die and then dried film much depend on the glycerol content and water absorption, while pectin/starch ratio and water content added at mixing had less effecton the tensile properties. DSC thermogram did not show any kind of endothermic of crystal melting.

      • 大規摸 染色工業團地 廢水의 綜合處理에 關하여

        In this study, a method of treating waste water from the Bisan Dyeing Industry complex has been developed. This process will be used as a model for treating waste water from the future large-scale dyeing industy complex. If the concentrated dyeing waste water may be seperated from the scouring waste water the C-2 process is the most economical to treat the concentrated dyeing waste water first by the coagulation precipitation process and the scouring waste water mixed with the effluent of coagulation precipitaion next by the activated sludge process. When it is impossible to seperate the concentrated dyeing waste water from scouring water for the Biasn Dyeing Industry complex, the B-2 process treating by the activated sludge process following coagulation precipitation with alum can be applied.
