역자주:상법을 기업법으로 파악하는 것이 우리나라 상법학계의 경향이다. 그러나 "기업"은 상법전에서 사용하는 용어가 아니며 또한 그 개념이 분명하지 아니하여서 상버의 연결점을 "기업"으로 할 것인가 하는 법정책적 문제에 대한 검토가 필요하다고 생각한다. 이 글은 서독 Tu¨bingen 대학교의 Wolfgang Zo¨llner교수가 ZGR 1983, 82-91면에 게재한 논문 "Wovon handelt das Handelsrecht?"를 번역한 것이다. 상법을 기업법으로 파악하는 것이 현행법상 허용되지 아니하며 한편 장래의 입법이라는 관점에서는 어떤 문제가 있는 가에 대하여 상세하게 논술되어 있어서 동일한 문제가 제기될 수 있는 우리나라에서도 참고할 수 있는 좋은 자료라고 생각한다. 이 논문의 번역을 허락하여 주신 Zo¨llner교수께 감사드린다. 또한 이 글은 "한독법학"제 8호에 게재 예정되어 있다.

言語硏究의 新學說 Prosody에 對하여 : A NEW THEORY IN THE STUDY OF LINGUISTICS

1. Finding some gaps and overlaps between Phonetics and Phonemics fields, the author suggests to establish a new theory for the study of linguistics, the Prosody. This theory is inclusive both fields of chronological and geographical study of language. In this first part of article, a Japanese tipical example of phonetic changes-P, h, and w(b)-is treated. 2. Introducing Professor Firth's work, "Sounds and Prosodies", this writer tries an analysis and criticism of Japanese language on the basis of prosody theory and also tries a comparison with the American Phonemics. This writer give, a warning not to confuse the two fields of phonemics and phonetics, and he also discusses the limitation of phonemics. In conclusion, the writer suggests that, only with phonemics, general study of foreign language teaching is not sufficient; structure of new comprehensive phonology, free from extreme mechanistic system, inclusive of both the phonetics and phonemics is urgently needed.

Relationship Between Social Withdrawal (Hikikomori), Personality, and Coping in an Adult Population

Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the relationships between personality dimensions, coping strategies, and Hikikomori while controlling for the presence of depression and anxiety.Methods Two groups, recruited on social networks, were compared: the control group (n=101, mean age±standard deviation [SD]= 36.2±12.8 years) and the Hikikomori group (n=28, mean age±SD=30.1±9.1 years). Participants of both groups completed the Big Five Inventory, the Brief Coping Orientation to Problems Experienced, and the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale.Results The Hikikomori group had higher depression, anxiety, neuroticism, and dysfunctional coping dimension (self-blame and behavioral disengagement) scores than the control group. Being alone and depression were positively associated with Hikikomori while extraversion and instrumental support were negatively associated with Hikikomori.Conclusion These findings contribute to a better understanding of the psychological functioning of Hikikomori as well as to treatment elaboration and confirm that some psychological characteristics are transcultural.

我從遼寧回到京的第二年, 使我高興論一件事, 是韓國女眞語文學家星女子大學金東昭敎授的光臨舍下, 記得當時是承延邊大學崔羲秀敎授同來介紹的. 初談之際, 卽感到金東昭敎授對女眞文硏究的深度·廣度, 令人佩服. 兩年之後, 使我更高興的事美得到了金東昭敎授的文集≪女眞語滿語硏究≫, 這本書是中央民族大學黃有福敎授譯成的中文本. 本來我曾與金東昭敎授互贈著作. 但承他寄贈的≪韓國語與通古斯語音韻比較硏究≫(1981), ≪同文類解滿州文語語彙≫(1982), 皆 金東昭敎授授執敎的曉星女子大學出版部所出, 印製精良. 彌足診貴. 而奉面又以≪女眞譯語≫等書影爲地, 更覺親切, 其眞對女眞語文硏究之重視, 亦由此可見. 我本早想寫-篇介紹, 但因限于朝鮮語文程度, 遲遲不果. 今得此中譯本能洞悉著作眞諦, 理當爲之游揚.

Evolving the Cybersecurity of Clinical Photography in Plastic Surgery

Point-of-care photography and photo sharing optimize patient outcomes and facilitate remote consultation imperative for resident surgeons. This literature review and external pilot survey study highlight the risks associated with current practices concerning patient privacy and biometric security. In a survey of 30 plastic surgeon residents and attendings, we found that themajority took photos of patients with their iPhones and shared them with colleagues via Apple iMessage. These findings corroborate previous reports and highlight a lack of physician user acceptance of secure photosharing platforms. Finally, we frame a successful example from the literature in the context of a postulated framework for institutional change. Prioritizing the privacy and safety of patients requires a strategic approach that preserves the ease and frequency of use of current practices.

Investigation of Hydration Temperature of Alkali Activated Slag Based Concrete

This paper presents the results of an investigation on the effect of activator type, binder amount and sodium dosage on hydrationheats of Alkali-Activated Slag (AAS) concrete. For the slag activation, sodium hydroxide (NaOH) pellets and the mixture ofNaOH+liquid sodium silicate (Na2SiO3) were used at three sodium concentrations, 4%, 6% and 8% by mass of slag. Twenty onedifferent mixtures were prepared for the laboratory tests. In the reference three mixtures, OPC was used as binder and in the otherAAS mixtures Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GBFS) was used. The binder dosages were 300, 350 and 400 kg/m3 and the waterbinder(w/b) ratio used in the mixtures was 0.50. The compressive strength and hydration temperature of produced concretes weremeasured. The temperature change of specimens measured in every 15 minutes until 120 hours. The test results showed that, thecompressive strengths and hydration temperatures of the mixtures increased depending on increasing binder amount and sodiumdosage. The use of NaOH+Na2SiO3 mixture as activator increased compressive strength but decreased hydration temperature of themixtures. The hydration temperatures of all AAS mixtures were lower than OPC mixtures. Produced AAS concrete with lowhydration temperature can be an alternative in recycled construction material at mass concrete applications.

This study assesses the alliance currently developing between Armenia and Iran using the framework provided by the Copenhagen School's securitisation theory. Armenia is resorting to securitisation with regard to Turkey on the basis of genocide, and with regard to Azerbaijan through the Nagorno-Karabakh Question. Iran, meanwhile, is securitising Azerbaijan and Turkey within the framework of its own regional activities. Examining the relationship developing between Armenia and Iran, in terms of the theory of securitisation, will be helpful in revealing the psycho-social aspects of the tensions in this region.
