        Pointwise CNN for 3D Object Classification on Point Cloud

        Three-dimensional (3D) object classification tasks using point clouds are widely used in 3D modeling, face recognition, and robotic missions. However, processing raw point clouds directly is problematic for a traditional convolutional network due to the irregular data format of point clouds. This paper proposes a pointwise convolution neural network (CNN) structure that can process point cloud data directly without preprocessing. First, a 2D convolutional layer is introduced to percept coordinate information of each point. Then, multiple 2D convolutional layers and a global max pooling layer are applied to extract global features. Finally, based on the extracted features, fully connected layers predict the class labels of objects. We evaluated the proposed pointwise CNN structure on the ModelNet10 dataset. The proposed structure obtained higher accuracy compared to the existing methods. Experiments using the ModelNet10 dataset also prove that the difference in the point number of point clouds does not significantly influence on the proposed pointwise CNN structure.

        Influence of Enterprise Innovation Strategy on Enterprise Performance with Environmental Dynamics as the Moderating Variable

        With social development and progress, most enterprises have promoted innovation to a strategic height. Different enterprises make a reasonable choice of innovation strategy according to their own situation, so there are many factors influencing the choice of innovation strategy, and there are many related research. However, the existing research conclusions are still controversial. Based on previous research results, this paper sorts out and refines the dimensions and connotation of enterprise innovation strategy, and divides corporate innovation strategies into dimensions. The purpose of this study is to explore the mechanism of the relationship between enterprise innovation strategy and enterprise performance, and to introduce environmental dynamics into the path of action and build a theoretical model. A total of 345 valid samples through a survey questionnaire were collected from the three provinces in southern China to be able to conduct an empirical study on research model and research hypothesis. In this paper, SPSS25.0 software is used to analyze the effective data. The empirical results show that there is a significant positive correlation between exploratory innovation, pioneering innovation and firm performance, and environmental dynamics plays a moderating role in the relationship between exploratory innovation, pioneering innovation and firm performance. This shows that enterprises should vigorously carry out exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation, and at the same time avoid using exploitative innovation strategies in environmental dynamics.

        Extraction Chromatograph Separation Spark Source Mass Spectrometric Analysis of 14 Rare Earth Impurities in High Purity Rare Earth Oxide

        An extraction chromatographic method of separating rare earth impurities from high purity $Nd_2O_3$, $Sm_2O_3$, $Gd_2O_3$, $Er_2O_3$, $Dy_2O_3$ and $Yb_2O_3$ was studied by using $HCl-NH_4Cl$ as moving phase and P507 as stationary phase. After the impurities were enriched from the eluate by chelant-activated carbon, the active carbon was ashed and the ignited residue was used to prepare the sample electrode for spark source mass spectrometric determination. The impurities in 99.9999% rare earth oxide can be determined by the proposed method with recovery over 80%.

        Influence of Entrepreneurial Social Capital on Enterprise Growth Performance with Environmental Competitiveness as the Moderating Variable

        From a management perspective, entrepreneurial social capital obtains scarce resources by establishing contacts with the more appropriate term, which in turn affects corporate performance. However, existing research has not conducted in-depth research on the path of entrepreneurial social capital affecting corporate growth performance. Empirical research is also relatively scarce. According to the theory of social capital, and the results of prior studies, the social capital of entrepreneurship was divided into three aspects: the social capital of the entrepreneur system, the social capital of the entrepreneur's business, and the social capital of the entrepreneur's technology. This paper focused on the relationship mechanism between the entrepreneur's social capital and the company's growth performance, and constructed the theoretical model by introducing the environmental competitiveness into the action path of entrepreneurial social capital to enterprise growth performance. On this basis, 350 smes in Hunan, Hubei, Jiangxi, Guangdong and other provinces of China were empirically studied through a survey. This paper used the SPSS25.0 to analyze the valid data. The empirical results show that there is a significant positive correlation between firm growth performance and entrepreneur institutional social capital, entrepreneur technological social capital, and environmental competitiveness. The study also found that, environmental competitiveness plays a positive role in regulating The relationship between entrepreneurial business social capital and enterprise growth performance, that is, environmental competitiveness can strengthen the impact of it on enterprise growth performance. Environmental competitiveness has no moderating effect between entrepreneurial commercial social capital, entrepreneurial technological social capital, and enterprise growth performance.Through research, it can be learned that entrepreneurs should pay attention to the importance of social capital to corporate growth and performance improvement, strengthen the cultivation of entrepreneur’ awareness of interconnection and cooperation with external parties, actively expand their own social networks, and attract a wider range of social capital. At the same time, in the complex and fierce market competition, entrepreneurs should pay more attention to the expansion and maintenance of entrepreneurs’ commercial social capital.

        Patterns of Lymph Node Recurrence after Radical Surgery Impacting on Survival of Patients with pT1-3N0M0 Thoracic Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

        The aim of this study was to investigate how patterns of lymph nodes recurrence after radical surgery impact on survival of patients with pT1-3N0M0 thoracic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. One hundred eighty consecutive patients with thoracic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma underwent radical surgery, and the tumors were staged as pT1-3N0M0 by postoperative pathology. Lymph nodes recurrence was detected with computed tomography 3-120 months after the treatment. The patterns of lymph nodes recurrence including stations, fields and locations of recurrent lymph nodes, and impacts on patterns of survival were statistically analyzed. There was a decreasing trend of overall survival with increasing stations or fields of postoperative lymph nodes involved (all P<0.05). Univariate analysis showed that stations or fields of lymph nodes recurrence, and abdominal or cervical lymph nodes involved were prognostic factors for survival(all P<0.05). Cox analyses revealed that the field was an independent factor (P<0.05, odds ratio=2.73). Lymph nodes involved occurred predominantly in cervix and upper mediastinum (P<0.05). In conclusion, patterns of lymph node recurrence especially the fields of lymph nodes involved are significant prognostic factors for survival of patients with pT1-3N0M0 thoracic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
