      • Integrated Model of Data Mining and Sentiment Analysis for Daily KOSPI Forecasting

        Although stock price forecasting has been a traditional topic in the research domain of investment decision making, there have been many difficulties in forecasting stock price due to the unexpected rapid changes in stock prices. Recently, many researchers attempted to analyze sentiment in SNS data or news data to forecast stock price, but these researches have limitations that they used only one of sentiment data or KOSPI (Korea Composite Stock Price index) data in forecasting stock price. The aim of this paper is to propose new domain-specific sentiment dictionaries on stock price by using sentiment analysis, and acquire daily sentiment indices by analyzing the sentiment of news articles, and then use both of the sentiment data and KOSPI data together as input for data mining model for daily KOSPI forecasting, and finally improve the accuracy of forecasting the direction of KOSPI. TF-IDF weight was considered in building sentiment dictionaries and calculating daily sentiment indices by using domain-specific sentiment dictionaries. Our empirical result showed that in particular, a K-NN model with KOSPI and the sentiment data calculated by using both TF-IDF weights-based sentiment dictionary and the weights of news article itself in each news article data, had the accuracy of 68% and outperformed any other models in validation data.

        상하이 둥와이탄의 산업유산 재생에서 나타나는 지역주의적 특성에 관한 연구

        (연구배경 및 목적) 상하이(上海)는 중국 근대 공업의 요람으로서 중국 공업의 발전에 크게 기여하고 있으며. 양푸구(楊浦區) 정부는 2010년 상하이 엑스포가 끝나고 나서 황푸구(黄浦區)의 빈강(濱江) 공업 재생이 성공함에 따라 동와이탄 공업 지역에 대한 계획에 착수했다. 본 연구는 상하이 둥와이탄 (東外灘)의 공공 공간에서 산업 유산이 재생되는 사례를 지역주의적 관점에서 분석함으로써 향후 산업 유산 재생 설계 시 지역주의가 어떻게 반영되어야 할지에 대한 방향성을 제시하고 재생의 관점에서 산업유산의 적절한 보존과 개발을 도모하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. (연구방법) 본 연구는 상하이 둥와이탄 공공공간의 상하이 조선소 공원, 상하이 수돗물 과학기술관, 상하이 동방어인부두, 상하이 빈강 창의산업원, 상하이 발전소 유적공원, 상하이 국제패션센터 등 산업유산의 재생설계를 사례연구 범위로 하여, 지역주의 이론적 연구를 바탕으로 지역주의 특성을 도출하고, 이를 토대로 상하이 둥와이탄의 공공 공간 중 상해조선소공원, 상해상수도과학기술관, 상해동방어인부두, 상해빈강창의산업단지, 상해 전기공장 유적공원, 상해국제패션센터 등을 분석하였다. (결과) 상하이 둥와이탄 공공 공간의 산업유산 재생 지역주의의 특성 분석을 통해서 비록 이러한 산업유산의 재생을 다른 설계사무소에서 설계하고 설계자의 관점도 다르지만, 공간의 재생을 위해 설계를 구상과 표현하는 과정에서 지역주의적 특성이 강하게 나타나고 있다. 즉 이러한 산업유산의 재생이 지속가능성을 갖고 성공적인 재생이 되기 위해서는 이러한 지역주의적 논리나 특성이 반드시 반영되어야 한다는 점을 본 사례 분석을 통해 파악할 수 있었다. (결론) 상하이 둥와이탄 산업유산 재생사례의 내적 법칙을 통해서 이런 산업유산들은 원 유산을 충분히 존중하고 장소 특성을 존중하고 장소의 지역 맥과 현장 보존한 역사기억을 충분히 활용하여 지역주의에 힘입어 기본 원리를 비판성, 창조성 개발을 걸쳐 결국은 사람들에게 강렬한 지역 특색과 개방성, 다원화, 사랑받는 도시 공공 여가 공간을 만들어 냈다. 이러한 상해 둥와이탄의 산업유산에 대한 재생 사례에 대한 분석을 통해 첫째, 지역주의는 산업유산 재생의 성공에 있어 중요한 요소로 지역주의 이론은 지역의 지속가능성을 위한 것으로 정지할 수 없고 단편적인 시각으로 디자인을 대할 수 없다. 둘째, 지역주의의 특성에 근거한 산업유산의 재생은 산업유산의 재생 방향을 정확하게 파악하고 재생의 효율을 높일 수 있고, 지역주의 특성의 함양을 정확하게 파악하고 산업유산의 재생과정에서 현장 환경과 결부하여 충분히 표현함으로써 산업유산의 재생 방향을 정확하게 파악하고 산업유산의 재생효율을 높여 최적의 재생 효과를 거둘 수 있다. (Background and Purpose) Shanghai is a cradle of modern Chinese industry, contributing greatly to the development of Chinese industry. After the 2010 Shanghai Expo ended, the Yangpu District government launched a plan for the East Bund Industrial Area after the successful regeneration of the Bin River industry in Huangpu District. At the end of 2019, at the World Architecture Festival, known as the 'Oscar' in the architectural world, the pilot section of the Dongwetan Binjiang Public Space in Yangpo-gu, Shanghai won the 'Urban Landscape Category Award' and 'Scenery of the Year Award of the Year.' The focus of the award is to establish the design concept with industrial inheritance as the core, innovate the design method and means, fully respect the original ecological environment and architectural context, and renew the cultural value of industrial heritage in the present society. This study aims to analyze the case of industrial heritage regeneration in public spaces in East Bund, Shanghai, to provide direction on how localism should be reflected in future industrial heritage regeneration design, and to promote proper preservation and development of industrial heritage in terms of regeneration. (Method) Based on localist theoretical studies, Shanghai Shipyard Park, Shanghai Water Science and Technology Museum, Shanghai East Fish Wharf, Shanghai Bin River Creative Industrial Center, Shanghai Electricity Plant Analysis Park, Shanghai International Fashion Center, Shanghai Dongwaitan Public Space. (Results) Through the analysis of the characteristics of industrial heritage regeneration regionalism in Shanghai's East Bund public space, localistic characteristics appear strongly in the process of designing and expressing designs for space regeneration, although other design offices design and designers' perspectives differ. In other words, this case analysis showed that in order for regeneration of such industrial heritage to be sustainable and successful, such localistic logic or characteristics must be reflected. (Conclusions) Through the inner law of Shanghai East Bund Industrial Heritage Regeneration, these industrial heritage sites respect the original heritage, respect the location characteristics, and utilize the historical memory of the site, eventually create strong regional characteristics, openness, pluralization, and beloved urban public leisure. First, localism is an important factor in the success of industrial heritage regeneration, and localism theory cannot be stopped for local sustainability and cannot be treated with a fragmentary perspective. Second, the regeneration of industrial heritage based on the characteristics of regionalism can accurately identify the regeneration direction of industrial heritage, increase the efficiency of regeneration, and fully express the cultivation of industrial heritage.

        Analgesic efficacy of bilateral superficial and deep cervical plexus block in patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism due to chronic renal failure

        Purpose: Secondary hyperparathyroidism (SHPT) develops in patients with chronic renal failure. This study aimed to compare analgesic efficacy in SHPT patients who undergo subtotal parathyroidectomy after superficial versus deep cervical plexus block. Methods: Sixty chronic renal failure patients with SPHT scheduled for subtotal parathyroidectomy were randomized to receive general anesthesia (group GA), general anesthesia plus bilateral superficial and deep cervical plexus block (group BD), or general anesthesia plus bilateral superficial cervical plexus block (group BS) (n = 20). Bilateral superficial cervical plexus block or combined superficial and deep cervical plexus block with 0.5% ropivacaine was administered. Postoperative pain was assessed using visual analogue scale (VAS). Results: VAS score at 1 hour, 4 hours, and 8 hours after operation was 3.71 ± 0.60, 2.72 ± 0.54, 2.17 ± 0.75 in BS group; 4.00 ± 0.28, 2.89 ± 0.21, and 2.46 ± 1.01 in BD group, significantly lower than in GA group (6.50 ± 0.50, 5.02 ± 0.54, and 4.86 ± 0.51, respectively). The dosage of tramadol was 109.0 ± 35.2 mg in BS group and 93.0 ± 24.52 mg in BD group, significantly lower than in GA group (300.0 ± 27.13 mg). The incidence of complications in GA group (90%) was significantly higher than in BS group (30%) and BD group (15%). Serum glucose and norepinephrine levels were significantly higher at 1 hour, 4 hours, and 8 hours after operation, but returned to baseline levels at 24 hours after operation. Conclusion: Superficial cervical plexus block or combined superficial and deep cervical plexus block effectively reduces postoperative pain, stress response, and complications in SHPT patients who undergo subtotal parathyroidectomy.

        In vitro ruminal fermentation of fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) produced less methane than that of alfalfa (Medicago sativa)

        Objective: The objective of this study was to compare fenugreek (FG) with alfalfa (Alf) in ruminal fermentation and methane (CH4) production in vitro. Methods: Whole-plant FG harvested at 11- and 15-wk and Alf harvested at early and mid-bloom maturities, alone or as 50:50 mixture of FG and Alf at the respective maturity, were assessed in a series of 48-h in vitro batch culture incubations. Total fermentation gas and methane gas production, dry matter (DM) disappearance, volatile fatty acids, microbial protein and 16S RNA gene copy numbers of total bacteria and methanogens were determined. Results: Compared to early bloom Alf, FG harvested at 11-wk exhibited higher (p<0.05) in vitro DM and neutral detergent fibre disappearance, but this difference was not observed between the mid-bloom Alf and 15-wk FG. Regardless plant maturity, in vitro ruminal fermentation of FG produced less (p<0.001) CH4 either on DM incubated or on DM disappeared basis than that of Alf during 48-h incubation. In vitro ruminal fermentation of FG yielded similar amount of total volatile fatty acids with higher (p<0.05) propionate percentage as compared to fermentation of Alf irrespective of plant maturity. Microbial protein synthesis was greater (p<0.001) with 11-wk FG than early bloom Alf as substrate and 16S RNA gene copies of total bacteria was higher (p<0.01) with 15-wk FG than mid-bloom Alf as substrate. Compared to mid-bloom Alf, 15-wk FG had lower (p<0.05 to 0.001) amount of 16S RNA methanogen gene copies in the whole culture during 48-h incubation. Conclusion: In comparison to Alf, FG emerges as a high quality forage that can not only improve rumen fermentation in vitro, but can also remarkably mitigate CH4 emissions likely due to being rich in saponins.         Coloration of Calcium Alginate Fiber with Dye and Auxiliary Derived from Polyvinylamine (PVAm). I. Complex Dyeing with Polymeric Dyes Containing PVAm

        Calcium alginate fiber is a biomaterial with promising application in textile industry. However, the poor dyeingproperty of this fiber restricts its development. In this study, three PVAm (polyvinylamine) dyes were applied to the exhaustdyeing of calcium alginate fiber and their dyeing behavior under different dyeing conditions was studied. The dyeing resultsrevealed that PVAm dyes were firmly adsorbed on calcium alginate fiber by coordination bonding formed between theprimary amino groups in PVAm backbones of dyes and Ca2+ ions in calcium alginate fiber. This special complex dyeingmode was further confirmed by a Langmuir-type adsorption manner of PVAm-1 dye for calcium alginate fiber. By theformation of this stable chelation structure between dyes and fibers, high exhaustion rates (88.9-97.1 %) and excellent colorfastness were obtained. SEM and XRD results also showed that the surface and crystal phase of dyed fibers had very slightchanges compared to those of original calcium alginate fibers. The strength property of the fiber was also maintained wellafter this special complex dyeing process.

        Influence of cationic polymer on the floccule size of cement pastes containing polycarboxylate superplasticizer and Na-bentonite

        Influence of cationic polymer (KN) on the floccule size of cement pastes containing plycarboxylate superplasticizer (PCE) and Na-bentonite was studied. The proportion of floccule size and grain size df ∕dg was obtained from a rheological analysis with the application of Herschel–Bulkley model and modified Krieger–Dougherty model. Herschel–Bulkley model was used to gain the yield stress according to our previous study. Cement pastes were investigated both at the beginning and after one hour. The results showed that a high value of df ∕dg was noticed under low shear rate range and then the proportion decreased with the increase of shear rate. For cement paste containing PCE and Na-bentonite in the absence of KN, larger floccule was formed due to the intercalation of polyethylene glycol branch chain of PCE into the interlayer space of Na-bentonite. However, the floccule size of cement pastes obviously decreased with the increasing addition amount of KN. Thus, KN will restrain the formation of floccules in cement pastes containing PCE and Na-bentonite to a certain extent.

      • The Study on Vibration Characteristics of Rub-impact Rotor Based on Virtual Prototype Technology and Experiments

        A virtual prototype (VP) model of the rotor-to-stator rub of the rotor system is established to study the nonlinear vibration characteristics. The non-linear bearing stiffness is considered to approximate to an actual system in the model. In order to validate the effectiveness of the proposed approach, a special structure of stator is designed to simulate different kinds of rub condition. The results of experiment are well consistent with the results of simulation by VP. The vibration characteristics of rub-impact are well observed by VP model under different conditions. Based on the validated model, the torsional vibration of rub-impact is discussed. The contribution of this paper is to provide one new approach to study rub-impact problem. Based on the validated VP model, the more research can be done for incident fault identification.

        An Analysis of the Focus Variation Microscope and Its Application in the Measurement of Tool Parameter

        Ultra-precision manufacturing is essential to the production of workpieces of the highest quality in terms of form accuracy, surface accuracy, and integrity. Compared with physical and chemical material removal methods, it has the advantages of high efficiency, high flexibility, and low cost. Because of the direct interaction between the workpiece and the tool during the process of ultra-precision manufacturing, the geometrical parameters of the tool directly affect the surface quality of the workpiece and need to be measured accurately and comprehensively. However, due to the large surface slopes of some tools, some three-dimensional measurement methods cannot measure their geometrical parameters because of limited maximum measurement angle. In this work, we build a focus variation system to make three-dimensional measurements of tools and extract their geometrical parameters. The data processing procedures and the selection of experimental parameters are analyzed in detail using simulations and experiments. Furthermore, we use a step height standard to verify the high accuracy of the measurement system and a roughened fl at surface to evaluate the measurement noise and vertical resolution. Measurements of the parameters of a round nose cutting tool and the surface texture parameters of a grinding tool are conducted and indicate that the focus variation system is suitable for measuring the geometrical parameters of tools for ultra-precision manufacturing.

        Effect of golden needle mushroom (Flammulina velutipes) stem waste on laying performance, calcium utilization, immune response and serum immunity at early phase of production

        Objective: This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of golden needle mushroom (Flammulina velutipes) stem waste (FVW), on organic eggs production, calcium utilization, antibody response, serum immunoglobulin, and serum cytokine concentration at early phase of production in laying hens. Methods: A total 210, 19 weeks old aged ISA Brown layers were randomly assigned into 5 equal treatment groups, with 7 replications of 6 hens each. Dietary treatment included a standard basal diet as control; antibiotic (0.05% flavomycin); 2% FVW; 4% FVW; and 6% FVW. The experimental duration was 10 weeks. Results: There was no significant differences (p>0.05) on hen day egg production, egg weight, egg mass, feed intake, and feed conversion ratio (FCR) among experimental groups. Unmarketable eggs were significantly lower (p<0.05) both in 4% FVW and 6% FVW fed groups than control group. The calcium retention and calcium in egg shell deposition were significantly higher (p<0.05) in FVW inclusion groups than control and antibiotic groups. Antibody titers against Newcastle diseases were significantly higher (p<0.05) in 6% FVW fed group (except combined with 4% FVW at day 147) and infectious bronchitis were significantly higher (p<0.05) in FVW fed groups (except 2% FVW and 4% FVW at day 161) than control and antibiotic groups. Serum immunoglobulin sIgA was significantly higher (p<0.05) in all levels of FVW and IgG was significantly higher (p<0.05) in 4% FVW than control and antibiotic groups. Serum cytokine concentration interleukin-2 (IL-2) was significantly higher (p<0.05) in 6% FVW; IL-6 and tumor necrotic $factor-{\alpha}$ were significantly higher (p<0.05) both in 4% FVW and 6% FVW than control and antibiotic groups; IL-4 was significantly higher (p<0.05) in antibiotic, 2% FVW and 4% FVW fed groups than control. Conclusion: F. velutipes mushroom waste can be used as a novel substitute for antibiotic for organic egg production and sound health status in laying hens.
