        Zhiyue Ren,이창식 사단법인 한국융합기술연구학회 2024 아시아태평양융합연구교류논문지 Vol.10 No.3

With the continuous popularization of higher education, secondary vocational students also have the opportunity to enter universities, leading to an increasingly competitive learning environment. How to effectively improve their learning engagement is a question worthy of study. This study aims to investigate the moderated mediation effect of academic self-efficacy on the mediating effect of hope between future time perspective and learning engagement of secondary vocational students. The study subjects were purposefully sampled from a vocational school in Dongguan, China. Data was collected through a questionnaire survey to gather information on future time perspective, hope, academic self-efficacy, and learning engagement. A total of 310 responses were collected for analysis. The statistical tools used in this study were SPSS Ver.26 and PROCESS macro Ver.4.2. Conducted reliability analysis, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, and correlation analysis. And the investigation of the moderated mediation effect was carried out utilizing model 14 within the PROCESS macro. The results of the study revealed that the notable positive correlation was observed among learning engagement, future time perspective, hope, and academic self-efficacy. Moreover, the academic self-efficacy moderated the pathway of future time perspective to learning engagement via hope. The results of this study provide suggestions for designing programs aimed at enhancing the learning engagement of secondary vocational students.

      • Assessment of diffusion tensor image quality across sites and vendors using the American College of Radiology head phantom

        Wang, Zhiyue J.,Seo, Youngseob,Babcock, Evelyn,Huang, Hao,Bluml, Stefan,Wisnowski, Jessica,Holshouser, Barbara,Panigrahy, Ashok,Shaw, Dennis W.W.,Altman, Nolan,McColl, Roderick W.,Rollins, Nancy K. John Wiley and Sons Inc. 2016 Journal of applied clinical medical physics Vol.17 No.3

<P>The purpose of this study was to explore the feasibility of assessing quality of diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) from multiple sites and vendors using American College of Radiology (ACR) phantom. Participating sites (Siemens (n=2), GE (n=2), and Philips (n=4)) reached consensus on parameters for DTI and used the widely available ACR phantom. Tensor data were processed at one site. B0 and eddy current distortions were assessed using grid line displacement on phantom Slice 5; signal‐to‐noise ratio (SNR) was measured at the center and periphery of the b=0 image; fractional anisotropy (FA) and mean diffusivity (MD) were assessed using phantom Slice 7. Variations of acquisition parameters and deviations from specified sequence parameters were recorded. Nonlinear grid line distortion was higher with linear shimming and could be corrected using the 2nd order shimming. Following image registration, eddy current distortion was consistently smaller than acquisition voxel size. SNR was consistently higher in the image periphery than center by a factor of 1.3–2.0. ROI‐based FA ranged from 0.007 to 0.024. ROI‐based MD ranged from 1.90×10−3 to 2.33×10−3mm2/s(median=2.04×10−3mm2/s). Two sites had image void artifacts. The ACR phantom can be used to compare key quality measures of diffusion images acquired from multiple vendors at multiple sites.</P><P>PACS number(s): 87.57.‐s, 87.19.lf</P>

A Fuzzy Evaluation Method of Power Transformer Insulation Health State Based on Multi-weight Fusion

        Li Jifang,Zhang Haiyang,Wang Zhiyue,Feng Zhen 대한전기학회 2022 Journal of Electrical Engineering & Technology Vol.17 No.4

During the evaluation of transformer insulation health state, the weight of each evaluation indicator has a signifi cant infl uence on its evaluation result. To overcome the existing problem of determining the weight of evaluation indicators by a single method, this paper proposes a comprehensive weight fuzzy evaluation method based on multi-weight fusion. Firstly, the proposed method uses principal component analysis (PCA) method to determine the objective weight of each evaluation indicator based on the measured data of the power transformer. Then years of practical experiences from industry experts are introduced to subjectively study the relative importance of the evaluation indicator’s infl uences on the insulation health states and to build the relative importance of judgment matrix of relative relationship. The subjective weight of each indicator is determined by using the analytic hierarchy process. Next, the objective weight and the subjective weight are fused by using the least square method to obtain the comprehensive weight of the evaluation indicator. And insulation health values and insulation health levels of the power transformers are obtained by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, example analysis and comparison are carried out by using the actual operating data of the transformer. Compared with the single principal component analysis method, the correct rate of the comprehensive weighting method of the evaluation indicator proposed in this paper is improved by 5.9%, which is 10.7% higher than that of the single analytic hierarchy process. The results verify the eff ectiveness and practicability of the method proposed in this paper. The proposed method provides a scientifi c basis for the maintenance and overhaul of the transformer. It has a very important practical signifi cance for improving the stability of the power grid and ensuring the normal and orderly progress of the national economy.

Effects of dietary fiber levels on cecal microbiota composition in geese

        Li, Yanpin,Yang, Haiming,Xu, Lei,Wang, Zhiyue,Zhao, Yue,Chen, Xiaoshuai Asian Australasian Association of Animal Productio 2018 Animal Bioscience Vol.31 No.8

Objective: This study shows the effects of dietary fiber levels on cecal microbiota composition in geese at day 70 according to pyrosequencing of the 16S ribosomal RNA gene. Methods: A total of 468 1-day-old healthy male Yangzhou goslings with similar body weight were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 26 geese per replicate. Geese were fed diets with fiber levels of 2.5% (low fiber level diet, Group I) and 6.1% (Group III) during days 1-70, respectively, or 4.3% for days 1-28 and 6.1% for days 29-70 (Group II). Results: Low fiber level diet decreased body weight, average daily gain during, increased lower feed conversation rate of geese during day 1 to 70 (p<0.05). Low fiber level diet decreased the total operational taxonomic units, Chao1 index and Shannon index, whereas increased the Simpson index of cecal microbiota in geese at day 70. Low fiber level diet decreased the relative abundance of Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes, Bacteroides, and Paraprevotella in cecum of geese at day 70. The similarity of cecal microbiota between low fiber level diet group and other groups was smaller. Conclusion: This study indicates that the low fiber level diet decreased diversity of microbiota, and relative abundance of some beneficial microbiota in cecum of geese at day 70, implying that the low fiber level diet has negative influence on performance by altering the diversity and population of cecal microbiota in geese.

Extra adsorption and adsorbate superlattice formation in metal-organic frameworks

        Sung Cho, Hae,Deng, Hexiang,Miyasaka, Keiichi,Dong, Zhiyue,Cho, Minhyung,Neimark, Alexander V.,Ku Kang, Jeung,Yaghi, Omar M.,Terasaki, Osamu Nature Publishing Group, a division of Macmillan P 2015 Nature Vol.527 No.7579

Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) have a high internal surface area and widely tunable composition, which make them useful for applications involving adsorption, such as hydrogen, methane or carbon dioxide storage. The selectivity and uptake capacity of the adsorption process are determined by interactions involving the adsorbates and their porous host materials. But, although the interactions of adsorbate molecules with the internal MOF surface and also amongst themselves within individual pores have been extensively studied, adsorbate–adsorbate interactions across pore walls have not been explored. Here we show that local strain in the MOF, induced by pore filling, can give rise to collective and long-range adsorbate–adsorbate interactions and the formation of adsorbate superlattices that extend beyond an original MOF unit cell. Specifically, we use in situ small-angle X-ray scattering to track and map the distribution and ordering of adsorbate molecules in five members of the mesoporous MOF-74 series along entire adsorption–desorption isotherms. We find in all cases that the capillary condensation that fills the pores gives rise to the formation of ‘extra adsorption domains’—that is, domains spanning several neighbouring pores, which have a higher adsorbate density than non-domain pores. In the case of one MOF, IRMOF-74-V-hex, these domains form a superlattice structure that is difficult to reconcile with the prevailing view of pore-filling as a stochastic process. The visualization of the adsorption process provided by our data, with clear evidence for initial adsorbate aggregation in distinct domains and ordering before an even distribution is finally reached, should help to improve our understanding of this process and may thereby improve our ability to exploit it practically.

Effects of vitamin A supplementation in the diet of breeding geese on offspring intestinal tissue morphology and immune performance

        Yang Haiming,Liang Jingru,Dai Hang,Wan Xiaoli,Wang Zhiyue 아세아·태평양축산학회 2020 Animal Bioscience Vol.33 No.9

Objective: The effects of maternal and offspring dietary vitamin A (VA) supplementation on early body weight, digestive tract function and immune function in goslings were studied. Methods: Yangzhou geese (180 d old) were randomly divided into 5 experimental groups of 15 females and 3 males (the males were kept until slaughter). Eggs were collected for hatching during the peak laying period. A total of 96 goslings were selected from each treatment group (each fed a basic diet supplemented with 0, 4,000, 8,000, 12,000 or 16,000 IU/kg VA) and randomly divided into 2 groups, with 6 replicates in each group and 8 goslings in each replicate. The gosling diet was supplemented with 0 or 9,000 IU/kg VA. Results: i) Villus length, villus width and the muscle thickness of the duodenum, jejunum and ileum were increased and the crypt depth was reduced after adding 12,000 IU/kg VA to the goslings’ diet (p<0.05). Adding 9,000 IU/kg VA to the offspring diet increased the length of the duodenal villi and width of the ileum and decreased the crypt depth of the ileum (p<0.05). ii) Supplementing the maternal diet with 12,000 IU/kg VA increased immune organ weight, the immune organ index and immunoglobulin content in goslings (p<0.05). The bursa weight and immunoglobulin G content of offspring were higher in the 9,000 IU/kg VA supplementation group than in the group with no supplementation (p<0.05). Conclusion: Offspring growth and development were affected by the amount of VA added into maternal diet. The negative effect of maternal VA deficiency on offspring can be compensated by adding VA to the offspring diet. Continued VA supplementation in the offspring diet after excessive VA supplementation in the maternal diet is unfavorable for gosling growth and development.
