        Purpose: This study examines the factors that will affect the customer purchase intention which play an important role in the consumption and marketing management. Therefore, further investigation in this study to determine which factors will affect and how to affect consumer purchase intention has significant meaning. Research design, data, and methodology: In this paper, we chose 318 consumers as the research object, examine the influence between brand communication and consumer purchase intention on the real brand - Huawei, and also based on the theory of brand related and social exchange, this study has researched the transfer mechanism between brand communication and consumer purchase intention, as well as the regulating mechanism of consumer brand familiarity. Results: The results show that the brand communication has significantly positive effect on consumer purchase intention; Consumer brand trust has mediating effect between brand communication and consumer purchase intention; Consumer brand familiarity has regulating effect between brand communication and brand trust; Consumer with high brand familiarity, consumer brand trust has stronger mediating effect between brand communication and purchase intention. Conclusions: This study confirmed that the brand communication has significantly positive effect on consumer purchase intention; Based on the view of brand communication, firstly, expand our understanding of how brand communication can affect consumer purchase intention; secondly, explore the intermediary effect of brand trust between brand communication and purchase intention; thirdly, it analyzes the regulating effect of brand familiarity among brand communication and brand trust; and finally, brand familiarity will enhance the mediating effect of consumer trust between brand communication and purchase intention. These research findings will develop and improve the relevant theories of personal consumption and consumption management.

        Adaptive Neural Network Control of a 2-DOF Helicopter System with Input Saturation

        This paper investigates an adaptive neural network control strategy for a two-degree-of-freedom helicopter system with input saturation and unknown external disturbances. Firstly, the radial basis function neural network is used to compensate the uncertainty and input saturation error of the system. Furthermore, a disturbance observer is designed to deal with complex disturbances composed of unknown disturbances and neural network errors. By constructing and analyzing the Lyapunov function, the stability of the helicopter system is strictly guaranteed. Finally, the numerical simulations and experiments conducted on the Quanser laboratory platform reveal that the proposed control strategy is suitable and effective.

        중국 프랜차이즈 시스템에서 가맹본부의 가부장적 리더십이 사회적 자본과 가맹점 성과에 미치는 영향

        프랜차이즈 시스템은 법률적으로는 독립적 주체이지만 경제적으로는 상호 의존성이 높으며 고객관점에서 볼 때 상호 구별이 힘든 성격을 가지고 있다. 조직 측면에서 볼 때는 다원성이 존재하기 때문에 프랜차이즈 가맹본부와 가맹점 간 관계성과 창출을 위해서 긴밀한 협력의 필요성이 요구된다. 하지만 현실적으로 프랜차이즈 가맹본부와 가맹점 간에는 힘의 불균형이 존재하고 힘의 불균형은 갈등, 협력과 의사소통, 신뢰 및 거래안전성 저해로 이어지며 궁극적으로 성과 감소의 요인이 되고 있다. 따라서 프랜차이즈 가맹본부와 가맹점 간 관계성과 창출을 위해 신뢰, 협력, 규범과 같은 사회적 자본의 축적이 중요하며 유통경로 간 힘의 불균형 하에서 사회적 자본 축적에 필요한 경로 간 리더십이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서 중국 내 프랜차이즈 시장에서 가맹본부의 가부장적 리더십이 사회적 자본과 가맹점 성과에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하였다. 가부장적 리더십은 권위성, 자비로움, 도덕성으로 규명하였으며, 가부장적 리더십은 사회적 자본의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 세웠다. 아울러 사회적 자본은 가맹본부와 가맹점 간 장기지향성과 사업성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 수립하였다. 이를 위해 중국 내 프랜차이즈 기업 200개를 대상으로 설문결과, 가부장적 리더십은 사회적 자본에, 사회적 자본은 장기지향성과 사업성과에 각각 제한적 영향력을 미치는 것으로 연구되어 결론 및 시사점 부분에서 연구의 결과를 설명하고 본 연구의 시사점을 제시하였다. The franchise system is an independent subject in law but it is economically interdependent and has a difficult personality to distinguish from customer perspective. Since there is pluralism in terms of organization, it is necessary to cooperate closely to create the relationship between franchise headquarters and franchisees. However in reality there is an imbalance of power between franchise headquarters and franchisees and the imbalance of power leads to conflict, cooperation and communication, trust and transaction safety and ultimately it is a factor of performance reduction. Therefore it is important to accumulate social capital such as trust, cooperation and norms in order to create relationship and creation between franchise headquarters and franchisees. Under the imbalance of power between distribution channels, leadership between routes is required to accumulate social capital. In this study the influence of patriarchal leadership of franchise headquarters on social capital and franchise performance in the franchise market in China was empirically analyzed. The patriarchal leadership was identified by authoritarianism, compassion and morality and the hypothesis that patriarchal leadership would affect social capital was established. In addition the hypothesis that social capital will affect long-term orientation and business performance between franchise headquarters and franchisees was established. For this purpose the survey of 200 franchise companies in China showed that patriarchal leadership had a limited influence on social capital and social capital had a limited influence on long-term orientation and business performance, respectively, explaining the results of the study in conclusion and implications and suggesting implications of this study.

        The Unidirectional Wettability Property of a New Warp-knitted Double-face Fabric

        In order to knit a warp-knitted fabric with unidirectional wettability property, polyester multifilament and cottonyarn were used as raw materials, and samples were produced on an RD6 EL warp-knitting machine. The unidirectionalwettability property of the fabric was tested by measuring the length of artificial sweat absorbed in the fabric. And theunidirectional wettability of the fabric primarily depends on the structure and twist of the yarn, especially the twist. Themoisture absorption capacity of the yarn decreases with the yarn twist increasing. When the twist reaches a certain value, itwill prevent the entry of moisture. This provides us with an inspiration for controlling the moisture absorption of fabric by thetwist of the yarn when knitting the unidirectional wettability fabric.

        A Flattop Radiation Pattern Antenna with Special‑Shaped Array Placement for Stadium Communications

        A fattop radiation pattern antenna with special-shaped array placement for large-scale stadium communications is presented in this paper. The antenna array consists of only 16 electric dipoles, each of that is±45° linear polarizations, placed in three rings confguration above a ground plane. Under the ground plane two feeding networks with±45° linear polarizations, respectively are used to divide signals to the 16 electric dipoles to produce fattop radiation patterns. A prototype operated at 2300–2700 MHz for stadium wireless communications, such as 4G LTE, is manufactured and tested, and good agreements between simulation and measurement are demonstrated. The measured gain is above 12 dBi and the side-lobe levels are lower than −20 dB. The measured isolations between the two polarization ports are less than −30 dB within the operating band. A fast beam ramp of less than 20° from −3 to −20 dB is achieved.

        Ping-Pong Energy Transfer in a Boron Dipyrromethane Containing Pt(II)-Schiff Base Complex: Synthesis, Photophysical Studies, and Anti-Stokes Shift Increase in Triplet-Triplet Annihilation Upconversion

        <P>A boron dipyrromethane (BDP)-containing Pt(II)-Schiff base complex (<B>Pt-BDP</B>), showing ping-pong singlet-triplet energy transfer, was synthesized, and the detailed photophysical properties were investigated using various steady-state and time-resolved transient spectroscopies. Femtosecond/nanosecond transient absorption spectroscopies demonstrated that, upon selective excitation of the BDP unit in <B>Pt-BDP</B> at 490 nm, Förster resonance energy transfer from the BDP unit to the Pt(II) coordination center occurred (6.7 ps), accompanied by an ultrafast intersystem crossing at the Pt(II) coordination center (<1 ps) and triplet-triplet energy transfer back to the BDP moiety (148 ps). These processes generated a triplet state localized at BDP, and the lifetime was 103.2 μs, much longer than the triplet-state lifetime of <B>Pt-Ph</B> (3.5 μs), a complex without the BDP moiety. Finally, <B>Pt-BDP</B> was used as a triplet photosensitizer for triplet-triplet annihilation (TTA) upconversion through selective excitation of the BDP unit or the Pt(II) coordination center at lower excitation energy. An upconversion quantum yield of up to 10% was observed with selective excitation of the BDP moiety, and a large anti-Stokes shift of 0.65 eV was observed upon excitation of the lower-energy band of the Pt(II) coordination center. We propose that using triplet photosensitizers with the ping-pong energy-transfer process may become a useful method for increasing the anti-Stokes shift of TTA upconversion.</P><P>BDP was attached on the Pt(II)−Schiff base framework. Forward singlet energy transfer (6.7 ps) occurs from BDP to the Pt(II) coordination center, followed by backward triplet energy transfer (148 ps). The T<SUB>1</SUB> state is on BDP (103.2 μs; parent complex, 3.5 μs). The anti-Stokes shift of triplet−triplet annihilation (TTA) upconversion increased to 5290 cm<SUP>−1</SUP> with excitation into the BDP moiety compared to direct excitation into the Pt(II) center (2660 cm<SUP>−1</SUP>).         A prototype of the SiPM readout scintillator neutron detector for the engineering material diffractometer of CSNS

        A high detection efficiency thermal neutron detector based on the 6LiF/ZnS(Ag) scintillation screens,wavelength-shifting fibers (WLSF) and Silicon photomultiplier (SiPM) readout is under development atChina Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS) for the Engineering Material Diffractometer (EMD).A prototypewith a sensitive volume of 180mm 192mm has been built. Signals from SiPMs are processed by the selfdesignApplication Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC). The performances of this detector prototype are as follows: neutron detection efficiency could reach50.5% at 1 Å, position resolution of 3, the dark count rate <0.1Hz, the maximum count rate >200KHz. Such detector prototype could be an elementary unit for applications in the EMD detector arrays.

        Structural and component characterization of the B4C neutron conversion layer deposited by magnetron sputtering

        Neutron conversion detectors that use 10B-enriched boron carbide are feasible alternatives to 3 He-based detectors. We prepared boron carbide films at micron-scale thickness using direct-current magnetron sputtering. The structural characteristics of natural B4C films, including density, roughness, crystallization, and purity, were analyzed using grazing incidence X-ray reflectivity, X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry, and scanning electron microscopy. A beam profile test was conducted to verify the practicality of the 10B-enriched B4C neutron conversion layer. A clear profile indicated the high quality of the neutron conversion of the boron carbide layer.

        A novel ceramic GEM used for neutron detection

        A novel ceramic Gas Electron Multiplier (GEM) has been developed to meet the demand of high counting rate for the neutron detection which is an alternative to <sup>3</sup>He-based detector at China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS). An experiment was performed to measure the neutron transmittance of ceramic-GEM and FR4-GEM at the small angle neutron scattering (SANS) instrument. The result showed the ceramic-GEM has higher transmittance and less self-scattering especially for cold neutrons. One single ceramic GEM could give a gain of 10<sup>2</sup>-10<sup>4</sup> in the mixture gas of Ar and CO<sub>2</sub> (90%:10%) and its energy resolution was about 27.7% by using <sup>55</sup>Fe X ray of 5.9 keV. A prototype has been developed in order to investigate the performances of the ceramic GEM-based neutron detector. Several neutron beam tests, including detection efficiency, spatial resolution, two-dimensional imaging, and wavelength spectrum, were carried out at CSNS and China Mianyang Research Reactor (CMRR). The results show that the ceramic GEM-based neutron detector is a good candidate to measure the high intensity neutrons.

        Efficiency calculation of the <sup>n</sup>MCP with <sup>10</sup>B doping based on mathematical models

        The <sup>n</sup>MCP (Neutron sensitive microchannel plate) combined with advanced readout electronics is widely used in energy selective neutron imaging because of its good spatial and timing resolution. Neutron detection efficiency is a crucial parameter for the <sup>n</sup>MCP. In this paper, a mathematical model based on the oblique cylindrical channel and elliptical pore was established to calculate the neutron absorption probability, the escape probability of charged particles and overall detection efficiency of <sup>n</sup>MCP and analyze the effects of neutron incident position, pore diameter, wall thickness and bias angle. It was shown that when the doping concentration of the <sup>n</sup>MCP was 10 mol%, the thickness of <sup>n</sup>MCP was 0.6 mm, the detection efficiency could reach maximum value, about 24% for thermal neutrons if the pore diameter was 6 ㎛, the wall thickness was 2 ㎛ and the bias angle was 3 or 6°. The calculated results are of great significance for evaluating the detection efficiency of the <sup>n</sup>MCP. In a subsequent companion paper, the mathematical model would be extended to the case of the spatial resolution and detection efficiency optimization of the coating <sup>n</sup>MCP.
