An Efficient Multi-PCA Based On-line Monitoring Scheme for Multi-Stages Imperial Smelting Process

Imperial Smelting Process (ISP) is one of the main methods for Zinc and Lead smelting. In this paper, we firstly focus on its unique characteristics that ISP consists of many feeding cycles repeated in a similar way, and the normal process changes and multiple operating conditions would be frequently found in the process which would always lead to false alarms. To this end, we classify each feeding cycles of ISP into initial stage, transition stage, and steady stage, and use standard PCA, first order perturbation (FOP) based recursive dynamic PCA and multi-mode approach to deal with them respectively. The monitoring results using real data show that the proposed scheme can be able to eliminate false alarms and detect faults efficiently.
CLV1 Interacts with UFO in Modulation of Gynoecium Development in Arabidopsis thaliana

The gynoecium is the female reproductive structurein flowering plants. It has been known that the CLAVATA1(CLV1) gene regulates the floral meristem maintenance andfloral organ number in Arabidopsis thaliana. However,whether CLV1 plays roles in gynoecium development remainsuncharacterized. In this study, we showed that CLV1genetically interacts with Unusual Floral Organs (UFO) toregulate the development of Arabidopsis gynoecium. Throughforward genetic screen, we identified a clv1 allele, clv1-9,showing abnormal gynoecium development. Some epidermalcells on the growing inner surfaces of the clv1-9 gynoeciumfailed to fuse after contacting with each other, suggesting thatCLV1 is essential for proper postgenital fusion. Furthermore,the ufo clv1-9 double mutant exhibited an expanded uppergynoecium, narrowed lower part of the ovary, alteredvascular patterning and abaxial outward proliferation of thetransmitting tract tissues. The transcription level of the ETTgene, which is required for gynoecium structure and patternformation, was down-regulated in the ufo clv1-9 doublemutant genoecia. Taken together, our results indicate thatCLV1 functions together with UFO to regulate gynoeciumdevelopment likely through modulating the expression ofETT.
Manufacturing and Mechanical Properties of Sisal Fiber Reinforced Hybrid Composites

PLA/PP polymer blends in various ratios (PLA:PP = 9:1, 4:1, 3:1, and 1:1), and their composites (PLA:PP = 1:1) with sisal fiber (10, 15 and 20 wt%) were fabricated using MAPP as compatibilizer. The aim of the work was to reduce the cost of biodegradable composites as well as to improve the impact strength of PLA using PP, a relatively cheaper thermoplastic. The developed composites were characterized for their morphological and mechanical properties. The tensile strength and modulus of the blends were decreased with increasing PP content whereas the strain at break and impact strength are increased. The tensile strength, modulus and water absorption were increased for hybrid composites with increasing fiber content.

Injection moldings of three types of ultra-fine zirconia powder were investigated. It was demonstrated that powder characteristics involving particle size, particle size distribution, particle shape and specific surface area significantly affect the optimal compositions of binders and ceramic powders, and the properties of sintered compacts. Investigation of the injection molding variables showed that an excessive barrel-deposited value may easily lead to defects in the debound and sintered bodies. It was also demonstrated that the microstructure of a sintered body can be affected by heating rates influencing grain growth, and that suitable heating rates to the high temperature sintering stage for the three powders are different.
모바일 미디어 환경에서 공중플랫폼의 수용자 지속사용의도에 관한 연구

모바일 인터넷이 급속하게 발전함에 따라서 모바일 디바이스를 중심으로 정보를 전파하고 공유하는 모바일 미디어 시대로 접어들었다. 중국의 많은 관련 기업들은 이런 변화에 적응해서 위챗 공중플랫폼(WeChat Public Platform)을 신청하고 다양한 콘텐츠를 통한 비즈니스블 추구하고 있다. 지금까지 위챗 공중플랫폼에 대한 연구블 보면 크게 기능과 특징, 발전과 추세, 실제적 활용, 영향요소 등으로 구분된다. 이 중에 공중플랫폼의 영향요소에 관한 연구는 다른 연구에 비하여 대단히 적다. 특히 사용자 대상으로 공중플랫폼의 지속적 사용요인에 영향을 비치는 근원적 요인에 관한 연구가 아직 미미한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 공중플랫폼 수용자의 지속사용의도에 미치는 원천적인 영향요인을 살펴보고자 가치이론 기반으로 기대일치이론을 결합하고 관련된 변수를 탐색하였다. 문헌고찰을 통하여 콘텐츠 관련 요인, 인터페이스, 사회적 관계 및 성능 등 5 개 의 독립변수를 선택하고 지각된 가치와 이용만족의 2 개 매개변수를 통하여 지속적 사용의도에 미치는 영향 관계를 파악하였다.
Convenient Synthesis of N-Methylpyrrolidine-2-thione and Some Thioamides

The synthesis of thioamides and thiolactams, which are used as important organic intermediates, has attracted great attention. However, expensive reagents, severe reaction conditions and low yields of the target products made conventional methods inconvenient and economically infeasible. To overcome these disadvantages, we investigated a new process for synthesizing thioamides and thiolactams. We examine thermal reactions of CS_2 with N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinones, formylamide, acetamide and N, N-dimethylformylamide, respectively. The results show that under optimum conditions N-methylpyttolidine-2-thione and the corresponding thioamides can be obtained in good to excellent yields by the above thionation reactions.
아시아와 유럽 문양 디자인에 관한 연구 -가죽 가방 문양 디자인을 중심으로-

가죽 디자인에 있어 문양(紋樣)은 특별한 의미가 있다. 사치품으로서 자리 잡은 가죽 제품은 장식성 외에 상징성도 가지고 있다. 급속한 국제경제 발전에 따라 현대인의 생활 수준이 높아지면서 사치품에 대한 소비자의 욕구가 갈수록 커지고 있으며, 소비의 큰 비중을 차지하고 있다. 가죽 제품 시장 확대에 따라 문양은 가죽 제품의 디자인 요소로 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 아시아와 유럽 지역의 민족문화에 구현된 문양 디자인을 비교 분석을 통해 가죽 제품의 창의적 디자인 방법에 새로운 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 연구의 내용은 첫째, 이론적 고찰을 통하여 문양의 기원과 지역적 특성, 문양의 발전 및 분류, 문양의 표현성을 정리하였다. 둘째, 연구의 대상으로 아시아 46개, 유럽 46개 브랜드의 최근 5년(2013년∼2018년) 제작된 가죽 가방을 선정하고, 가죽 제품 문양의 세분화 분류를 통해 소재와 상징성을 비교 분석하였다. 셋째, 본 연구자의 가죽 제품 제작을 통해 창의적 문양 디자인 방안을 제시하였다. 연구의 방법으로는 전문 서적, 논문, 인터넷 자료, 시장조사 등을 통해 문양 디자인에 대한 이론과 아시아와 유럽의 가죽 브랜드 제품들의 문양 디자인 사례를 조사·분석하였다. 본 연구는 가죽 가방의 유명 브랜드가 대부분 유럽에 집중되어 있으며 40∼80%에 가까운 가죽 사치품 소비자를 보유, 세계의 가죽 시장에 선도적인 역할을 주도하고 있다는 것을 알게 되었다. 이에 가죽 가방디자인의 연구가 국제적인 가죽 제품 디자인에 도움이 되기를 기대한다. Creative Graphics of leather products in design field has special meaning. Among many luxury brands, leather goods have been developing steadily at the fashion forefront. With the rapid global economic growth and technology development, people desire more in luxury consume to improve life level and mode. Patterns play a unique decorative role in leather design, as well as a kind of symbolic role in luxury goods which are occupying a large market space. The purpose of this paper is to point out a new directions for leather products in the future graphic creativity design. The content of this paper is to analyze the origin of patterns, regional characteristics, developments and classification of patterns based on a theoretical review and sales data in the past five years(2013~2018. After comparing and sorting 46 Asia and 46 Europe brands of leather products, the similarities and differences between materials and symbolic lines are summarized. A new creative and innovative designs of leather products can be carried out according to these data and conclusions. Patterns design also become a major focus on leather goods. This study methods are to investigate the performance of the patterns via cases study, theoretical research such as professional books, papers and internet data, and mixed methods. Most of the internationally well-known leather goods brands are concentrated in Europe. European brands basically own 40% to 80% of consumers of leather bag products, occupying an important position in the international leather goods market. By contrast, Asian brands still have a lot of space for improvement not only in the choice of materials but also in the forms design. This study is expected to increase the market share and pattern design diversity through the research data.
