An endophytic Streptomyces sp. (AC-2) was isolated from the root of Cistanches deserticola Y.C.Ma..Chemical investigations of the culture broth of AC-2 afforded fifteen compounds including K1115 A (1), tyrosol (2), phenylethylamine derivatives (3, 4), cyclic dipeptides (5-8), nucleosides and their aglycones (9-13), N-acetyltryptamine (14), and pyrrole-2-carboxylic acid (15). Only tyrosol can promote an increase of intracellular cAMP special on GPR12 transfected cells, such as CHO and HEK293, which means it may be a possible ligand for GPR12.
High alcohol-soluble MoOx gel for interfacial layer in organic solar cells

Water-free solvent soluble, low-temperature processed metal oxides are important for preparing efficient and stable electronic devices, as well as the convenience in simplifying the device production process. Here we reported a facile approach with the features of low-temperature and solution-based process for the formation of a MoOx (s-MoOx) film as interface layer in polymer solar cells (PSCs). The absorbability, elementary composition, electronic property and surface microstructure of the s-MoOx are investigated in detail by ultravioletevisible spectrophotometer (UVevis), X-ray photoelectron spectrometry (XPS), ultraviolet photo-electron spectrometer (UPS) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). These investigations confirmed that such MoOx xerogel has high solubility in the organic alcohol solvents, such as ethanol and methanol. Meanwhile, this s-MoOx can be applied as the interfacial layer in organic solar cells via a low-temperature treatment (about 100 C) due to its proper physical properties, and a power conversion efficiency (PCE) over 3% was achieved. In addition, the devices with s-MoOx shows excellent air-stability, and the PCE efficiency can maintain about 84% of its initial value after 100 h exposure in air, which is dramatically enhanced comparing with the common devices with PEDOT:PSS layer.
Orthorhombic carbon oC24: A novel topological nodal line semimetal

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>We identify by <I>ab initio</I> calculations a stable three-dimensional carbon allotrope that constructed by inserting benzene rings into the carbon-carbon bonds in a previously reported oC8 carbon. This new carbon phase has a 24-atom orthorhombic unit cell in C m m m ( D 2 H 19 ) symmetry and thus termed oC24. Phonon mode analysis confirms its dynamical stable. Total-energy calculations show that it is energetically stable comparable with (5,5) carbon nanotube. Detailed electronic band calculations reveal that oC24 is a topological node-line semimetal with two mirror-inversion symmetric nodal lines that go through the whole Brillouin zone in bulk and a projected surface flat band around the Fermi level. The present results establish a new type of carbon phases and offer insights into their outstanding structural and electronic properties.</P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>

Treatment responses of $N_0$ stage nasopharyngeal carcinoma were firstly analyzed comprehensively to evaluate long term outcomes of patients and identify prognostic factors. A total of 610 patients with $N_0$ NPC, undergoing definitive radiotherapy to their primary lesion and prophylactic radiation to upper neck, were reviewed retrospectively. Concomitant chemotherapy was administrated to 65 out of the 610. Survival rates of the patients were calculated using the Kaplan-Meier method and compared by log-rank test. Prognostic factors were identified by the Cox regression model. The study revealed the 5-year and 10-year overall, disease-free, disease-specific, local failure-free, regional failure-free, locoregional failure-free and distant metastasis-free survival rates to be 78.7% and 66.8%, 68.8% and 55.8%, 79.9% and 70.4%, 81.2% and 72.5%, 95.8% and 91.8%, 78.3% and 68.5%, 88.5% and 85.5%, respectively. There were 192 patients experiencing failure (31.5%) after radiotherapy or chemoradiotherapy. Of these, local recurrence, regional relapse and distant metastases as the first event of failure occurred in 100 (100/610, 16.4%), 15(15/610, 2.5%) and 52 (52/610, 8.5%), respectively. Multivariate analysis showed that T stage was the only independent prognostic factor for patients with $N_0$ NPC (P=0.000). Late T stage (P=0.000), male (P=0.039) and anemia (P=0.007) were independently unfavorable factors predicting disease-free survival. After treatment, satisfactory outcome wasgenerally achieved in patients with $N_0$ NPC. Local recurrence represented the predominant mode of treatment failure, while T stage was the only independent prognostic factor for overall survival. Late T stage, male gender, and anemia independently predicted lower possibility of the disease-free survival.

승용차 헤드라이트 기술융합 발전에 따른 디자인 변화에 관한 연구 - 독일 자동차 메이커 3사의 대형세단을 중심으로

본 연구는 자동차 전조등의 광원 변화와 기술 혁신요소가 자동차 전조등 조형물에 미치는 영향을 거시적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 벤츠, BMW, 아우디 등 독일 3대 브랜드의 클래식 모델을 돌아보면서 주요 차종의 전조등 디자인을 시간 순으로 분석한다. 자동차 전조등 디자인 변화 원인은 기술 요인과 브랜드 요소, 즉 전조등 광원의 변화와 브랜드의 유전자 특징으로 나눌 수 있다. 콘셉트 카의 경우 전조등 인터랙티비티, 지능화, 능동적 안전보조 기능이 향상되면서 전조등 이미지가 더욱 자유화된다. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influence factors of brand on automobile headlight design from a macro perspective through the influence of the change of headlight source and technological innovation factors on the modeling of automobile headlight. This paper also reviews the classic models of three major German brands: Benz, BMW and Audi, analyzing the headlamp design of the main models in chronological order. The reasons for the change of headlight design can be divided into technical factors and brand factors, namely, the change of headlight source and brand genetic characteristics. In the case of the concept car, with the continuous improvement of headlight interactivity, intelligence and active safety auxiliary function, the headlight modeling will become more liberal.
승용차 라디에이터 그릴의 디자인 변화에 관한 융합 연구

전기자동차 시대가 다가오면서 전통 가솔린 자동차가 전기자동차로 바뀌는 과정에서 자동차 기업에서 디자인의 차별성에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 전기자동차와 전통 가솔린 자동차의 엔진과 차체 패키지가 크게 달라졌기 때문이다. 전기 자동차 내연기관이 없기에 자동차의 안전망도 점차 사라지게 될 것이다. 자동차 안전망은 브랜드 특징과 계열화 기호를 나타내기 때문에 브랜드와 계열화 디자인 언어를 어떻게 이어갈지 전기자동차 시대의 난제가 되고 있다. 테슬라 전기자동차 탄생 이후 글로벌 전기자동차업계가 가속도로 발전하고 자동차 안전망이 신속하게 사라지는 현상도 일으켰다. 가솔린 자동차에서 전기자동차로의 전환 과정에서 기술과 차체 조형이 승용차 중앙 안전망의 형태와 기능에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 자동차 안전망의 설계 변화 원인은 기술 요소, 브랜드 요소, 디자인 품격 요소로 나눌 수 있다. 물리적 기능성에서 추상적 부호화와 기호 차별화 방향으로 변화한다. 미래 전기자동차 시대에는 인터랙션, 지능화, 자동보조운전기능 요인에 따라 향후 승용차 안전망의 발전 방향을 살펴보고 예측하였다. With the approach of the era of electric vehicles, in the process of the transformation from traditional fuel vehicles to electric vehicles, the design difference has become the focus of more and more attention of many automobile enterprise. This is caused by great changes in the engine and body package of electric vehicles and traditional fuel vehicles. Since electric vehicles, do not have the internal combustion engines of gas-powered vehicles, their grilles will gradually disappear. As the grille represents the brand characteristics and family classic symbols, how to continue the brand gene and family design language has become a difficult problem facing the era of electric vehicles. After tesla electric vehicle was born, it has promoted the rapid development of the global electric vehicle industry, and also caused the phenomenon of the rapid disappearance of the grille. The purpose of this study is to study the influence of technology and body styling on the styling and functions of car central grille during the transition from fuel vehicle to electric vehicle. The reasons for the change of the car grille design can be divided into technical factors, brand factors and design style factors. And from the physical function to the abstract symbolic and symbolic differentiation direction evolution. In the future era of electric vehicles, with the changes of interactivity, intelligence and automatic driving assistance function, the development direction of car grille design will be observed and predicted.
