We proposed a novel method for fabricating polymer compound microlenses (PCMLs) using micro-inkjet technique and subsequent curing process. Two different types of PCMLs with sandwich microstructure (PDMS-Glycerol-PDMS), concave and convex PCMLs, have been designed and fabricated in experiments. Convex PCML has two real images and two foci. The concave PCML has one real and one virtual focal planes, which can generate one real image and one virtual image respectively. Moreover, the diameter of concave PCML can be controlled by adjusting the curing time and temperature. The proposed method is simple, efficient and suitable for realizing large-scale high numerical aperture PCMLs array, which has potential applications in diverse optical systems such as optical storage and three-dimensional imaging.
Olaparib induced senescence under P16 or P53 dependent manner in ovarian cancer

Objective: Poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) is an important molecule in the early stress response of DNA damage, which is involved in DNA damage repair and cellular senescence. Olaparib, as PARP inhibitor, has an anti-tumor effect on high grade serous ovarian cancer, but its effects on cellular senescence have not been reported. This study intends to explore the role of olaparib in the regulation of senescence in ovarian cancer cells. Methods: The effects of olaparib on the senescence of ovarian cancer cells were detected by using the senescence-associated β-galactosidase (SA-β-Gal) and senescence-associated heterochromatin aggregation (SAHF). Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction was used to analyze the senescence-associated secretory phenotype (SASP). Cell cycle and apoptosis were detected by flow cytometry. The effect of olaparib on tumor growth was analyzed in a nude mouse xenograft transplantation model. Results: Long-term (6 days) treatment with olaparib (5 μM) significantly inhibited the growth of ovarian cancer cells, leading to arrest the cell cycle at G0/G1 phase, significant increase the number of positive SA-β-Gal stained cells and positive SAHF cells. The expression of P16 and retinoblastoma protein (p-RB) were significantly enhanced in SKOV3 cells under olaparib treated, meanwhile, the expression of P53 and p-RB were upregulated in A2780 cells. In OVCAR-3 cells, the expression of P53 was downregulated and p-RB was upregulated. Mice with SKOV3 xenograft transplantation was given olaparib (10 mg/kg/day) via abdominal cavity administration, the tumor volume was reduced (p<0.01). Conclusion: Continuous low dosage administration of olaparib induced senescence under P16 or P53 dependent manner in ovarian cancer.
모바일 폐쇄형 SNS의 지속적 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인: 심층인터뷰와 실증분석

Purpose Social Network Service (SNS) users feel fatigue in process of using open type of SNS like Facebook and Twitter. Compared to the open SNS,the closed SNS takes an closed form to prevent privacy exposure, and they are more practical and advantageous to form deeper social relationships. This study attempt to examine the effects of the mobile closed SNS characteristics (such as usefulness, playfulness, perceived security, psychological privacy, social influence, and belonging) on the users’ continuous SNS usage intention. Design/methodology/approach This study used a mixed methodology combining in-depth interviews and empirical validation to investigate the effects of the mobile closed SNS characteristics on the continuous SNS usage intention of users. Findings Analytical results from a survey of 210 mobile closed SNS users showed that except perceived security, the effects of the five SNS characteristics on continuous SNS usage intention were significant. These findings contribute to improving the quality of mobile closed SNS services and suggesting SNS related marketing strategies.

<P><B>Summary</B></P> <P>We characterized the epigenetic landscape of genes encoding long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) across 6,475 tumors and 455 cancer cell lines. In stark contrast to the CpG island hypermethylation phenotype in cancer, we observed a recurrent hypomethylation of 1,006 lncRNA genes in cancer, including <I>EPIC1</I> (epigenetically-induced lncRNA1). Overexpression of <I>EPIC1</I> is associated with poor prognosis in luminal B breast cancer patients and enhances tumor growth <I>in vitro</I> and <I>in vivo.</I> Mechanistically, <I>EPIC1</I> promotes cell-cycle progression by interacting with MYC through <I>EPIC1</I>'s 129–283 nt region. <I>EPIC1</I> knockdown reduces the occupancy of MYC to its target genes (e.g., <I>CDKN1A</I>, <I>CCNA2</I>, <I>CDC20</I>, and <I>CDC45</I>). Fabrication of High-Strength Mg–Gd–Nd–Zn–Sn–Zr Alloy via Extrusion and Aging

A high-strength Mg–9Gd–3Nd–1Zn–1Sn–0.5Zr (wt%) alloy bar was successfully fabricated by extrusion and followingaging two-steps processes, during which the alloy′s microstructures were determined to investigate the refinement mechanismduring extrusion and to reveal the morphology precipitation behavior of the as-extruded alloy after aging. Based on thecharacterization of the mechanical properties, the strengthening mechanism of the alloy under different treatment processeshad been discussed. Our results showed that the greater the extent of extrusion, the finer the grains and eutectic phase, andcrushing and dynamic recrystallization are the refinement mechanisms of the alloy in narrow-zone. After peak-aged treatmentat 200 °C, a large number of spherical β′ phase and lamellar precipitated phase had been observed, which replacesthe amorphous β" phase of the alloy was under-aged. The ultimate tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation were462.12 MPa, 391.97 MPa, and 4.2% respectively, and the increase number of the β′ phase and long-period stacking ordered(LPSO) phase were the reason why the strength of the alloy reached the highest value. At the over-aging stage (96 h), thesize of the lamellar precipitates and the LPSO was larger than that of the peak-aged, and the spherical β′ phase appeared inpeak-aging stage decreased significantly, which reduced its performance.

봉준호 감독은 교묘한 서사 수법을 통해 한국 사회의 현실 문제를 영화로 녹여내는데, 깊은 의미를 나타내는 동시에 영화의 스토리성을 풍부하게 만들며, 충분한 서스펜스 설정을 통해 관객의 이목을 사로 잡아 대중의 사랑을 받고 있다. 이외 포스트 히치콕 시대 서스펜스를 가장 잘 조성하는 감독 중 하나로 봉준호 감독의 영화는 이색적인 서스펜스 설정 매력을 보인다. 인지적 시각 차이를 통해 생성된 서스펜스, 극 중 캐릭터에 윤리적 도덕을 가해 생성된 서스펜스, 그리고 영화의 시간과 공간을 한정하여 생성된 서스펜스가 봉준호 영화에 가장 흔히 등장하는 서스펜스 설정 방식이다. 봉준호의 뛰어난 서사 기교 아래, 이 몇 가지 서스펜스는 단독적으로 등장하거나 콘텐츠에 따라 융통성 있게 혼합 사용되어 서스펜스 조성 및 서스펜스 업그레이드 목적을 달성하며 영화를 더욱 빛나게 한다. Director Bong Joon-ho integrates the real problems of Korean society into the film through ingenious narrative techniques. While explaining the profound meaning, he does not forget to enrich the story of the film, and fully creates suspense to firmly grasp the audience's attention and win the public's attention. At the same time, as one of the most suspenseful directors in the post-Hitchcock era, Bong Joon-ho also showed a different kind of suspense setting charm in the movie.the suspense generated by different cognitive perspectives, the suspense caused by the pressure on the ethics and morality of the characters in the play, and the suspense generated by the limitation of the time and space of the film are the suspense setting methods that often appear in Bong Joon-ho's film. Under Bong Joon-ho's superb narrative skills, these suspense techniques can appear alone or flexibly mixed according to different contents, so as to achieve the purpose of creating or escalating suspense and adding luster to the film.
중국인 학습자를 위한 한국어 비즈니스 어휘 선정 및 애플리케이션 기반 교육 연구

목적 본 연구는 한⋅중 양국에서 출판된 비즈니스 한국어 교재에 제시된 어휘를 대상으로 비즈니스 어휘 목록을 선정하여 애플리케이선을 기반으로 비즈니스 한국어 어휘 능력을 향상시키는 데 있다. 방법 비즈니스 한국어 교육의 개념과 분류를 통해 한국어 비즈니스 어휘의 특성을 밝히고 모바일 학습과 한국어 교육적 가치를 고찰하였다. 한국과 중국에서 출간된 한국어 비즈니스 교재에서 다루고 있는 어휘를 분석하기 위해 Excel을 이용하여 2차례에 걸쳐 어휘 선정을 실시하었다. 비즈니스 한국어 교육에서 사용하는 어휘를 살펴보는 것이므로 각 교재의 목표 어휘를 통계적 접근에 따라 1차 어휘 선정은 기본 어휘만 선정하였고, 2차 어휘 선정은 1차에서 선정된 어휘를 중복 빈도 기준으로 애플리케이션 기반 방법을 활용하여 선정하였다. 결과 한⋅중 양국에서 출판된 비즈니스 한국어 교재 7권을 선정하여 2차에 걸쳐 어휘 목록을 선정하였다. 1차 선정은 일상생활에서 주로 사용하는 기초 어휘를 제외하고 특수 목적 중에 비즈니스와 관련된 기본 어휘를 정량적으로 분석한 결과 3,285개 단어 중 19.6%인 644개 어휘를 선정하였다. 2차 선정은 어휘 빈도가 높은 어휘를 기준으로 644개 어휘 중 74.07%인 477개 어휘를 선정하였다. 결론 중국인 비즈니스 목적 한국어 학습자들에게 한국어 어휘 능력을 향상시키기 위한 어휘 목록을 선정하고, 애플리케이션 기반으로 효율적인 교육 방안을 제시하였다. Objectives This study aims to improve business Korean vocabulary skills based on application lines by selecting a list of business vocabulary for vocabulary presented in business Korean textbooks published in Korea and China. Methods Through the concept and classification of business Korean language education, the characteristics of Korean business vocabulary were revealed, and mobile learning and Korean language education values were considered. In order to analyze the vocabulary covered in Korean business textbooks published in Korea and China, vocabulary selection was conducted twice using Excel. Since vocabulary looks at the vocabulary used in business Korean language education, only the basic vocabulary was selected for the primary vocabulary according to the statistical approach, and the application-based method was used for the secondary vocabulary selected in the first. Results Seven business Korean textbooks published in both Korea and China were selected and a vocabulary list was selected twice. The primary selection quantitatively analyzed the basic vocabulary related to the business during special purposes, excluding the basic vocabulary used primarily in everyday life, and selected 644 vocabulary, 19.6% of the 3,285 vocabulary. The second selection selected 477 vocabulary, or 74.07% of 644 vocabulary, based on vocabulary with high frequency. Conclusions For Chinese business purposes, the vocabulary list was selected to improve Korean vocabulary skills for Korean learners, and an application-based efficient training method was presented.
