In oil and gas industry, FPSO concept is the most popular hull form and ship shaped hull form dominants the FPSO market. Only a non-ship-shaped hull in operations with minor market shares is the cylindrical FPSO hull with medium to small storage capability. To add contracting options and competitions to reduce field development costs, an innovative turretless low motion hull, eco-FPSO, with 1MM bbls oil storage capacity and suitable for installing topsides modulars and equipping with regular SCRs, was first introduced in Zou (2020a). Dynamic characteristic responses of the eco-FPSO compared to the traditional SS-FPSO hull and DD-Semi platform are presented and discussed in this paper, suitability and feasibility of the proposed hull have been demonstrated and validated through extensive analyses in 10-yrp, 100-yrp and 1,000-yrp hurricanes in ultra-deepwater central GoM.

Objective: The impact of forage feeding strategy on growth performance, ruminal fermentation and nutrient digestibility in post-weaning calves was investigated. Methods: Forty-five female Holstein calves (body weight [BW] = 79.79±0.38 kg) were enrolled in the 35-d study at one week after weaning and randomly assigned to one of three dietary treatments. All diets were fed as total mixed ration containing 60% (dry matter [DM] basis) of basal starter feed and 40% (DM basis) of forage, but varied in composition of forage source including i) alfalfa (40% DM, AH); ii) alfalfa hay (26.7% DM)+oat hay (13.3% DM; OH); iii) alfalfa hay (26.7% DM)+corn silage (13.3% DM; WS). Results: Dry matter intake was not different among treatment groups (p>0.05). However, BW (p<0.05) and average daily gain (p<0.05) of calves fed AH and OH were greater than WS-fed calves, whereas heart girth was greater in OH-fed calves than those fed AH and WS (p<0.05). Ruminal fermentation parameters including proportion of butyric acid, acetated-to-propionate ratio, concentration of total volatile fatty acid, protozoal protein, bacterial protein, and microbial protein in rumen were the highest in OH (p<0.05) and the lowest in WS. Compared with the AH and WS, feeding oat hay to postweaning calves increased crude protein digestibility (p<0.05), and decreased duration of diarrhea (p<0.05) and fecal index (p<0.05). Conclusion: Our results suggested that partially replacing alfalfa hay with oat hay improved ruminal fermentation, nitrogen utilization, and reduced incidence of diarrhea in post-weaning dairy calves.
자기 공명 영상을 이용한 안면비대칭환자의 측두하악관절 원반의 형태와 위치에 관한 연구

본 연구는 안면비대칭이 있는 환자의 측두하악관절원반 형태와 위치를 평가하고 악관절내장증과 안명비대칭 간의 관계를 규명하기 위하여 시행되었다. 남자 10명 및 여자 27명으로 구성된 안명비대칭 환자 37명의 74개의 TMJ MRI를 사용하였으며, 대상 집단의 연령은 12세에서 44세까지의 범위로 평균 21.4세였다. 시상 및 두정 TMJ MRI를 최대감합위 및 최대개구위에서 채득한 후 부분전방변위, 전방변위, 회전 또는 측방 원반변위 등 원반변위의 종류를 기록하였으며, 원반의 모양, 위치, 그리고 원반의 변위 및 회전을 MRI tracing 상에서 판독하였다. 악관절내장증의 증상은 정상, 정복성 전방원반변위 (ADDR). 그리고 비정복성 전방원반변위(ADDNR)집단으로 분류하였으며, 환자는 양측성 정상. 편측 혹은 양측 내장증 집단으로 분류하였다. 약 70%의 환자에서 편측성 또는 양측성 내장증을 보였으며, 통계분석 결과 ADD. 특히 회전성 ADD가 변위측에서 더 높은 빈도로 나타났으나 반대측에서는 원반의 위치가 정상인 경우가 많았다 (p<0.01).변위측의 원반은 모양의 변형 및 하전방 변위를 유의하게 더 나타냈다. 그러나 반대쪽은 개구시 원반이 수직방향으로 과운동성이 관찰되었다. 이 연구는 안면비대칭 환자에서 ADD의 종류가 원반의 모양,경사,변위 각도,변위의 수직거리 및 회전각도와 연관이 있다는 것을 제시한다. The present study was conducted to examine the morphometrics and function of the disk on both sides among patients with facial asymmetry (FA) and to elucidate plausible correlations between internal derangement (ID) and FA. The sample was composed of 10 males and 27 females with FA. The disk status of all subjects was evaluated by biateral high resolution magnetic resonance scans in the sagittal (closed and open) and coronal (closed) planes. Five types of disk displacement were identified accordingly. The disk function was diagnosed as normal disk function, disk displacement with reduction, and disk displacement without reduction. The disk shape on sagittal MRI in closed position was classified as bi-concave, biplanar, funnel/hemiconvex, and deformed. The disk position, translation and rotation were also measured. The difference between the shifted side and non-shifted side was analyzed by statistical analysis. Approximately 70% of the patients in the present study showed unilateral or bilateral ID. It was found that anterior disk displacements (ADD), especially rotational ADD, occurred more frequently in the shifted side, while normal disk position was observed mainly in the non-shifted side(p<0.01). The disk of the shifted side showed significantly deformed configuration and inferior-anterior disk position. However, the disk of the non-deviated side showed hyper-mobility during jaw opening movement. These results demonstrate that in FA patients, the disks status of the shifted side is different from that of the non-shifted side, a phenomenon that could be correlated to facial asymmetry.

<B>Purpose</B> - The purpose of this paper is to present an original iterative nodal approach to calculate the fault current distribution on overhead lines. <B>Design/methodology/approach</B> - By changing the mutual couplings among different conductors into the equivalent voltage sources, node voltages are updated iteratively by using conventional nodal analysis with those additional sources until the convergence is achieved. <B>Findings</B> - The proposed algorithm can handle the complicated topology of a power transmission line and has no difficulties in taking all physical couplings into account. The fault current distribution calculated by this method is in good agreement with those published in the literature. Although the proposed approach is iterative, the CPU time needed is still reasonable compared to the direct solution approach. The memory requirement is low because the coefficient matrix is highly sparse for the nodal analysis of each iteration loop. <B>Originality/value</B> - The proposed approach can serve as an alternative in calculating the fault current because of its efficiency and ease of implementation.
Analysis of the Cold-Responsive Transcriptome in the Mature Pollen of Arabidopsis

Mature pollen is very sensitive to cold stress in chilling-sensitive plants. To understand the genetic regulation of tolerance to cold stress, we analyzed the transcript expression profile in mature pollen of Arabidopsis using Affymetrix GeneChips containing ∼24,000 genes. Expression of 2,127 genes was cold-regulated, of which 697 genes were upregulated and 1,430 genes were downregulated. Further analysis showed that a large number of signal transduction components were significantly affected by cold treatment, indicating extensive changes in the gene regulatory networks of mature pollen. Many coldresponsive genes encode transcription factors, suggesting a multitude of transcriptional cascades. A number of genes important for the biosynthesis or signaling of plant hormones, such as abscisic acid, auxin, and jasmonate,were regulated by cold stress, which is of potential importance in coordinating cold tolerance with pollen growth and development. In addition, 159 mature pollenspecific genes that might be involved in pollen viability were also cold-regulated. Expression of the cold-responsive transcripts identified by microarray analysis was confirmed by quantitative real-time PCR. Our study provides an overall picture of the cold-responsive transcriptome in Arabidopsis pollen and is valuable for understanding gene regulation in response to cold stress and the molecular mechanisms of cold tolerance in mature pollen.

A physical protection system (PPS) is used for the protection of critical facilities. This paper proposes a structure analytic hierarchy approach (SAHA) for the hierarchical evaluation of the PPS effectiveness in critical infrastructure. SAHA is based on the traditional analysis methods “estimate of adversary sequence interruption, EASI”. A community algorithm is used in the building of the SAHA model. SAHA is applied to cluster the associated protection elements for the topological design of complicated PPS with graphical vertexes equivalent to protection elements.

With PHP technology, this paper will build a Japanese translation information system, which use database technology to design a background system architecture, and use DW platform for front design. It includes network information technologies such as E-R Model, MYSQL, PHP and web publish. Design and implementation of Japanese translation system is the only way to realize informationization of the contemporary Japanese translation.

A systematic study of 10 transition metal ions (M=Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu and Zn) doping in Ca<SUB>2.9</SUB>Bi<SUB>0.1</SUB>Co<SUB>4</SUB>O<SUB>9-δ</SUB> cathode for solid oxide fuel cells is performed by measuring their crystal structures, electrical conductivities and electrochemical performances. The presence of metal ion dopants in the Ca<SUB>2.9</SUB>Bi<SUB>0.1</SUB>Co<SUB>4</SUB>O<SUB>9-δ</SUB> matrix significantly influences its crystal structure and electrochemical performances. The electrochemical performances of metal ion-doped Ca<SUB>2.9</SUB>Bi<SUB>0.1</SUB>Co<SUB>4</SUB>O<SUB>9-δ</SUB> cathodes are quantified in terms of the electrical conductivity, impedance and power density of button cells. Doping with small amounts of ions for cobalt has negligible effect on the structure of powder samples as all of them form single-phase solid solutions with monoclinic misfit layered structure. However, the bar type samples of doping with Ti, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu and Zn keep the structure intact while those of doping with Sc and V slightly decompose after sintering. It is proposed that the metal dopants are located at different sites of double layered Ca<SUB>2.9</SUB>Bi<SUB>0.1</SUB>Co<SUB>4</SUB>O<SUB>9-δ</SUB> matrix due to their different ion radii, which mainly accounts for the difference of conductivity of doped samples. Among them, the Cu doped Ca<SUB>2.9</SUB>Bi<SUB>0.1</SUB>Co<SUB>4</SUB>O<SUB>9-δ</SUB> sample (Ca<SUB>2.9</SUB>Bi<SUB>0.1</SUB>Co<SUB>3.9</SUB>Cu<SUB>0.1</SUB>O<SUB>9-δ</SUB>) shows the highest electrical conductivity in the whole temperature range and has the lowest area specific resistance at 750 and 800<SUP>o</SUP>C. The Ca<SUB>2.9</SUB>Bi<SUB>0.1</SUB>Co<SUB>3.9</SUB>Cu<SUB>0.1</SUB>O<SUB>9-δ</SUB>|Ce<SUB>0.8</SUB>Sm<SUB>0.2</SUB>O<SUB>2+γ</SUB>|NiO+Ce<SUB>0.8</SUB>Sm<SUB>0.2</SUB>O<SUB>2+γ</SUB> button cell shows obvious improvement than Ca<SUB>2.9</SUB>Bi<SUB>0.1</SUB>Co<SUB>4</SUB>O<SUB>9-δ</SUB>|Ce<SUB>0.8</SUB>Sm<SUB>0.2</SUB>O<SUB>2+γ</SUB>|NiO+Ce<SUB>0.8</SUB>Sm<SUB>0.2</SUB>O<SUB>2+γ</SUB> button cell. The maximal power densities of the Ca<SUB>2.9</SUB>Bi<SUB>0.1</SUB>Co<SUB>3.9</SUB>Cu<SUB>0.1</SUB>O<SUB>9-δ</SUB> cathode-cell were 689, 465 and 331mWcm<SUP>-2</SUP> at 800, 750 and 700<SUP>o</SUP>C respectively.
