        This study, by conducting microbiological hazard analysis for boiled pork hock and additional foods that are distributed through delivery among the ready-to-eat foods, which are expected to see increase in demands, we intend to use the analysis as a basic material for improving quality management. We have randomly selected 3 restaurants selling boiled pork hock situated in Cheongju, Chungcheongbukdo, and conducted a microbiological hazard analysis on boiled pork hock and Vegetables, Salt fermented Shrimps. As a result, DR-1 and DR-3 boiled pork hock were found to exceed putrefaction standard of total aerobic bacteria. DR-2 salted shrimps had already entered putrefaction stage. Boiled pork hock, salted shrimps, chilli, lettuce were all included in contamination range of Total coliforms. For E. coli, bacteria had been found in DR-3 boiled pork hock and it was found positive in DR-1 and DR-3 salted shrimps but it wasn't found in garlic during 3 tests. Among DR-1, DR-2, and DR-3 of boiled pork hock, salted shrimps, lettuce, chilli, and garlic, staphylococcus aureus was found in DR-3 boiled pork hock and lettuce and DR-2 chilli. We have tested for Listeria monocytogenenes in boiled pork hock and salted shrimp, it was found in DR-3 boiled pork hock. No germs were found for Salmonella spp., Shigella spp. in boiled pork hock and Vibrio parahamolyticus in salted shrimp. In conclusion, it is considered that sanitary management system is required for ready-to-eat foods and delivery foods for its entire process of production until it is served on consumers table.

        그린데탕트와 남북산림협력의 의미와 가능성 연구

        그린데탕트는 ``남북간 환경분야 협력을 통해 긴장완화와 평화공존을 구현``하는 것을의미하는 것으로, 비정치적인 환경분야 협력을 통해 남북관계를 개선하는데 의의가 있다. 환경협력은 최근 국가 간 경계를 넘어선 환경보호의 필요성이 확대되고, 적대적 관계에서 실천가능성과 정치군사 분야로 확대될 가능성이 높다는 평가를 받고 있어 남북관계 개선에 전환점을 줄 수 있을 것으로 평가되고 있다. 정부가 관심을 가지고 있는 그린데탕트는 접경지역과 DMZ의 공동연구 및 활용, 홍수방지 사업 및 수질개선, 농업협력과 황폐산림 복구사업 등이다. 이들 사업은 남북 상호발전과 환경공동체를 구성하기 위한 기반사업이 라는 의미를 가지지만, 북한의 수용성과 남북 합의가능성 및 실현가능성에는 차이를 보이고 있다. 그중 북한 산림협력은 북한지역의 심각한 산림황폐화 현상과 북한당국의 복구의 지 강화, 주민생활과의 밀접성 등을 고려할 때 수용가능성이 높으며, 과거 남북간 합의체결 및 교류협력사업의 경험 등으로 현실화될 가능성이 높다. 또한 나무심기 지원부터 양묘장 건설, 산림보호, 산촌경제활성화 등 다양한 층위의 사업 중 상황에 맞는 사업을 제시할 수 있는 것도 남북산림협력과 그린데탕트의 실현가능성을 높이고 있다. Green detente refers to ``achieving the tension relief and peace through the cooperation between South and North Korea in the field of environment.`` Green detente is significant in that it tries to resolve the inter-Korean relationship through environmental cooperation; a non political method. Environmental cooperation is evaluated as a positive way that can serve as a decisive turning point in improving inter-Korean relations, as the necessity and importance of environmental protection over national borders have been recently highlighted. The environment is a field where mutual cooperation begins naturally and where there is high possibility that cooperation can be expanded to other fields such as politics and military. Green detente, the field in which the government expresses its interest, includes such projects as cooperative research activities on the border areas and the DMZ and utilization of their outcomes; projects on flood protection and water quality improvement, agricultural cooperation and devastated forest restoration and so on. While such projects are evaluated to have a meaning as the base for realizing mutual development and environmental community, there exist different views on the terms of North Korea``s acceptability, possibility of reaching an agreement between the two Koreas and its feasibility. Among them, the area of forest cooperation shows a high possibility of North Korea``s acceptance, in consideration of the current deforestation situation in North Korea, North Korea``s expressing its enhanced will to restore the forest, and the forest``s closeness to public livelihood. What also heightens the possibility of realizing the green detente is that it has wide options ranging from supporting tree planting, building tree nurseries, and protecting forests, to the activation of forest village``s economy, so that pragmatic and sensible solutions which suit the site``s situation can be provided.

        발열 필름을 이용한 제설 기능 PV module & system 제작 및 특성평가

        Piled snow upon PV module interferes with Photoelectric Effect process through photovoltaic directly. As a result of this phenomenon, its generation efficiencies keep decreasing or are stuck at zero power generating status. In addition, PV facilities have been installed on those places such as water surface, roof-top, and other isolated places, dealing with conditions of “Securing high REC weighted value”, “Difficulty of securing land” and so forth. Through this study, we are able to actualize the function of heating over PV modules when it snows. We adopted laminating method through heating film and modules, guaranteeing warranty more than for 25 years. Also we are trying remote control systemically, not by hardware control, to run parallel with automatic driving and monitoring system which enable to control operation time, insolation, amount of snowfall automatically. We applied analysis of actual proof to both snow removal PV system and general PV power system, and these led to bear power consumption analysis while snow-removing, and its comparison after finishing the task as “One stone, two birds.” In the long run, we could carry out economic analysis against snow removal system, and this helps to verify the most maximized control method for snow removal conditons on a basis of weather information. this study shall let prevent people from negligent accidents, and improve power generation problems as mentioned from the top. Ultimately, we expect to apply this system to heavy snowfall regions in winter season in spite of its limited system installaion in Korean territory, initially.

        Recently reservoir is polluted by concentrative development of urbanization. Accordingly, the prediction of water quality has import meaning for protecting of water quality pollution. This study was carried out to predict water quality of Gyung Cheon reservoir by WASP5. We have established an integrated system on the basis of web, which predicts the future quality of water through water quality model, WASP5 based on information of water environment in a reservoir for agriculture, uniting expert system which supports the determination to set up measures for improving the quality of water to cope with the result.

        The pharmaco-constituents of the aerial part of Veratrum grandiflorum, of which roots and rhizomes have been used for the treatment of scabies, pimple, dandruff etc. in Korean folk remedies, and used as emetics, antituberculosis drugs, and antihypertensive drugs in Oriental Medicines were studied phytochemically. From H_2O fraction of MeOH extract, a flavone glycoside and a free flavone were isolated and elucidated as luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside and luteolin through their physico-chemical data and UV, IR, EI-MS, FAB-MS, GC, ^13C-NMR, and ^1H-NMR analysis with authentics respectively.
