대추나무의 開化特性에 關한 硏究

대추의 結實安定윽 위한 墓礎 硏究로써 무등과 복조品種를 팡시하여 대추꽃의 형태적특성과 開花時期, 開花時刻,開花段階 및 柱頭의 receptivity등을 硏究 調査하여 다음의 結果를 얻었다. 대추꽃은 花器構造가 특이하여 꽃받침과 화반이 發達되고 꽃잎은 退化되어 있었다. 小花의 開化過程은 7段階로 子분되었으며 꽃받침이 수평으로 展開되는 4段階를 完全開花로 보았다. 대추꽃은 11∼12時부터 꽃봉오리가 열개되어 2시경에 開花最盛期를 보였으며 氣溫과 일조시수에따라 開花時刻이 多少 變化되었다. 開葯은 꽃잎에서 수술이 分離됨과 同時에 일어났으며 화사의 탄력과 訪花昆蟲에의해 受粉이 이루어졌다. 開葯時 花粉 發芽率은 60%이상이었으나 時間이 經過함에 따라 점차 감소되어 18시간이후에는 6%에 불과하였다. 柱頭上에 受粉된 花粉은 수분후 12시간 이후부터 發芽되기 시작하여 24시간까지 發芽率이 擔加되었고 柱頭上의 花粉發芽率은 開花當日이 가장 높았다. This experiment was conducted to investigate the floral morphological characteristics and their flowering habits such as flowering duration, opening time of day, flowering stage and stigma receptivity with 'Moodeung' and 'Bokjo' Chinese jujubes during blooming period. The results were as follows : Sepal and disc are specially developed but petal degenerated in florets of cyme inflorescence. Jujube trees showed very long blooming period and the flowering continued during about 55-60day until middle of August. Anthesis was completed between 12:00 and 4:00 PM in the used jujube cultivars and flowering stage was divided into seven stages. Flowering time of day was changed by atmospheric conditions such as temperature,sunshing hours. Anther dehiscence started on the time when the stamens emerged from petal and then pollens were rapidly transfered by pollinator. But unless disturbed pollen grains were sticky and remained on the anther. Percentage of pollen germination showed over 60% shortly after anther dehiscence, But it was gradually decreased and then was only 6% in 18 hours after anther dehiscence. Germination of pollen grains on stigma began from 12 hours after pollination and the receptivity of stigma showed high during 4 hours after anthesis.

Exercise index(EI) was measured on 933 pneumoconiosis patients (865 patients with small rounded opacities and 68 patients with large opacities) and 176 suspected pneumoconiosis patients from Korean anthracitic mines, in order to evaluate the ventilatory impairment of pulmonary function according to the chest radiographic findings of pneumoconiosis. Exercise index was obtained from the maximum breathing capacity (MBC) and the exercise ventilation volume(EV) which were measured by spirometer and two step-test. Classification of pneumoconiosis was based on the international classification of ILO U/C. The results were as follows: 1. The mean value of E1 was significantly increased in pneumoconiosis patients with large opacities(46.0%) than in patients with small rounded opacities(26.5%) and with suspected pneumoconiosis(25.0%). The number of jpatients in substandard EI was 97.1% in patients with large opacities but 49.4% in patients with small rounded opacities and 40.3% in patients with suspected pneumoconiosis. 2. The mean values of EI and the number of patients in substandard EI were markedly increased in pneumoconiosis patients with small rounded opacities and suspected over 50 years of age. However, the number of patients in substandard EI showed no association with age in pneumoconiosis patients with large opacitis. 3. In pneumoconiosis patients with small rounded opacities, the mean values of EI and the number of patients in substandard EI showed significant association with the profusion (category) but no significant association with the type of small rounded opacities. 4. In pneumoconiosis patients with large opacities, the mean values of EI and the number of patients in substandard EI showed no significant difference between patients complicated with and without pulmonary tuberculosis. 5. No significant association of EI and the number of patients in substandard EI with the size of large opacities was observed in pneumoconiosis patients with large opacities, however, the mean values of EI showed increasing tendenccy in category B and C compared to category A.

A thick uniform hologram grating was alanyzed using coupled-wave theory and its diffraction efficiency was calculated. The diffraction efficiency of a thick attenuated hologram grating was calculated. Obtained diffraction efficiency was discussed for some special cases.

防己황기탕 및 枸杞子가 肥滿白鼠의 體重에 미치는 影響

This study was designed to investigate the effects of Bangkihwangkitang(방기황기탕), Bangkihwangkitang with Lycii frucuts and Lycii fructus on the weight of obese rats. A series of experiments have been conducted in order to measure the effects of the above materials on the weight, organs and serum. The measurements have been performed on ; (1) the weight of liver, spleen, kidneys, adrenal and pituitary; (2) the quantity of total cholesterol, tryglyceride, free fatty acid, total lipid, T_3, T_4, T_3 uptake, free T_3 and free T_4 in serum ; and (3) the quantity of total lipid in feces. The results are : 1. It was significantly proved that Bangkihwangkitang, Bangkihwangkitang with Lycii fructus and Lycii fructus decreased the weight of the obese rats as time passing. 2. It was not shown that Bangkihwangkitang Bangkihwangkitang with Lucii fructus and Lycii fructus had impacts on the weight of liver, spleen, kidneys, adrenal and pituitary. 3. Bangkihwangkitang Bangkihwangkitang with Lucii fructus and Lycii fructus significantly inhibited the increase of the quantity of total cholesterol, tryglyceride, free fatty acid and total lipid in serum. 4. Bangkihwangkitang and Lycii fructus significantly increased the quantity of T_3, T_4, T_3 uptake, free T_3 and free T_4 in serum of obese rats. 5. Bangkihwangkitang with Lycii fructus increased the quantity of T_3, T_4, T_3 uptake, free T_3 and free T_4, in serum of obese rats. The tests of significance proved significant for all these contents except T_3. 6. Bangkihwangkitang, Bangkihwangkitang with Lycii fructus and Lycii fructus did not affect the change of the quantity of total lipid in feces. Based on the results, it is concluded that the clinical application of Bangkihwangkitang, Bangkihwangkitang with Lycii fructus and Lycii fructus can help cure obesity.

Fifty cases of congenital cardiac malformation and fifty cases of acquired heart disease and injuries of cardio-vascular system were treated Surgically in this department. Main lesions of congenital origin were twenty-two cases of tetralogy of FalIot and 16 cases of patent ductus arteriosus. Mair lesions of acquired type were five cases of cardiac trauma, nine cases of aortic and major arterial injury, and thirteen cases of mitraI stenosis, Three cases of typical pulseless disease with eye-ground findings and four cases of Mitral insufficiency. In twelve cases general hypothermia were utilized. Oul of seventeen open heart Surgery cases with Bubble type oxygenator four Mitral insnfficiency and one Atrial septal defect cases surrvied but all six teralogy cases expired, . In two cases hypothermic hemodilution peousfusion with double helix resesvoir oxygenator were` utilized with one surviirval. In congenital cyanotic malformation group Glenn proceadures were performed in nineteen cases,. inducing fifteen cases of tralalogy of Fallot. In mitral insufficiency open mitral valvuloplasty was done with ivalon baffle attachment to the mural cusp in two cases.
