One of the reasons why military training in school, which had been ceased in 1955, was now put in fore again in 1969, is that north korea government is openly ambitious to invade Republic of korea. Today withdrawing U.S. ground troops from korea and the changing the political situation around the peninsula brought out new prospect on the security problem : When we feel keenly the necessity of independent national defence against depending on the power of a foreign country, the military training in school is also a line in the chain of independent national defence. The military training in school must accord with the aim of school education and establish a putriotic santiment for safeguarding our motherland and ideolegy penetrating U. N. conviction. To attain the aim of education and training most of all the curriculum for the efficient military training and teaching method should be organized.

心臟血管 外科 手術 100例 報告

Fifty cases of congenital cardiac malformation and fifty cases of acquired heart disease and injuries of cardio-vascular system were treated Surgically in this department. Main lesions of congenital origin were twenty-two cases of tetralogy of FalIot and 16 cases of patent ductus arteriosus. Mair lesions of acquired type were five cases of cardiac trauma, nine cases of aortic and major arterial injury, and thirteen cases of mitraI stenosis, Three cases of typical pulseless disease with eye-ground findings and four cases of Mitral insufficiency. In twelve cases general hypothermia were utilized. Oul of seventeen open heart Surgery cases with Bubble type oxygenator four Mitral insnfficiency and one Atrial septal defect cases surrvied but all six teralogy cases expired, . In two cases hypothermic hemodilution peousfusion with double helix resesvoir oxygenator were` utilized with one surviirval. In congenital cyanotic malformation group Glenn proceadures were performed in nineteen cases,. inducing fifteen cases of tralalogy of Fallot. In mitral insufficiency open mitral valvuloplasty was done with ivalon baffle attachment to the mural cusp in two cases.

The cardiopulmonary bypass or cerebral circulation arrest is often used in the treatment of complex aneurysm or of arteriovenous malformation to decrease the risk of intraoperative aneurysm rupture. Although experimental studies have suggested that some drugs may protect the brain from ischemic injury, there are limitations in maintaining cerebral perfusion arrest without incurring neurologic deficits due to the initiation of detrimental processes including excitotoxic neuronal injury, activation of phospholipases, influx of calcium, and generation of damaging free radicals. The purpose of this study is to determine wheter mannitol or thiopental has any favorable effects on the recovery of neurologic deficits and on the regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF), somatosensory evoked potential(SEP) and electroencephalogram(EEG) in cats which underwent 15 minutes-complete global ishcemia-reperfusion. The complete global ischemia was produced in 38 cats by temporary intrathoracic occlusion of the innominate artery and the subclavian artery following ligation of bilateral mammary arteries and simultaneous induction of hypotension. The cats were allocated randomly to one of 4 treatment groups : (1) control group, 8 cats received equal volume of saline solution : (2) thiopental group, 10 cats received 45㎎/㎏ thiopental intravenously, (3) mannitol group, 10 cats received 2g/㎏ mannitol intravenously, (4) combined mannitol and thiopental group, 10 cats received equal dose of mannitol and thiopental intravenously. The drugs were administrated in a equally divided dosage before and after the ischemic episode. The results were as follos : 1) Eight animals which received saline showed the severe postischemic hypoperfusion and poor recovery of SEP and EEG, and 6 of them died within 6 hours after the ischemia. 2) Ten thiopental-treated animals also showed the severe postischemic hypoperfusion and poor recovery of SEP and EEG, and 6 of them died within 6 hours the ischemia. 3) Both mannitol-and combined treated groups showed early recovery of EEG, good recovery of SEP and EEG without the severe postischemic hypoperfusion, and 7 of 10 mannitol-treated animals and 8 of 10 combined treated animals were significantly recovered in all parameters. There were not significant differences in all parameters between the mannitol-and combined treated groups. 4) Thirty-four of 38 animals involved in this 15 minutes-ischemia resulted in the severe neurologic deficits inspite of treatment with mannitol, thiopental or both of them. These results suggest that, in cats, mannitol treatment is effective but not thiopental in preventing severe neurologic injury following complete global ischemia and the duration of complete ischemia should be far less than 15 minutes.

Multiple myeloma is a disease caused by neoplastic plasma cells that synthesize abnormal amouts of immunoglobulin or immunoglobulin fragments. Light chain myeloma are regarded as a separate category characterized by a more malignant clinical course. Light chain myelomas are said to grow fastest of all and are associated with more osteolytic lesions, more hypercalcemia, and a higher incidence of renal failure and amyloidsis than either the IgG, IgA varienties The authors experienced a case of patients with λ-light chain myeloma. A 43-year-old male patient admitted to our hospital with the chief complaint of both rib and lower back pain. The radiologic findings showed multiple pathologic fracture in ribs. osteolytic lesions in 2nd, 3rd cervical spineimmuture plasma cells. Serum electrophoresis showed normal finding. Urine electrophoresis evealed an M-spike. Urine immunoelectrophoress demonstrated λ-monoclonal protein. With the cycle of melphalan, prednisone and α-interferon chemotherapy improved of pain was observed. So we reported the case with brief review of previous literature.

To make make matters worse, occidental influence are surged into Far- East, We could'nt defend against Japaness militaryinvasion. It was taken for granted that immortality in the korean history showed remarkable the results under those circumstance. This paper described Chung Moo Gong what we call, were such one's as represent the advocacy of national salvation. the first thing must be presented may be the self- sacrifiicing spirit and attit-udence toward people. We are convince of advocacy that it is strongly concious of moral obligation and a view of value which are filled richly with emotion, certainly that's what is great about him. It appears storngly, it is driving force of national salvation that above stated. The advocacy was a broab sense humanity ·that sacrified himself, on the ground of his the trend of thought and the guiding spirit. We found out it from ideology and guiding spirit that the influence of national subjectivity was strongly extended throughout the entire country, it contains self-support, spirit of independance, cooperation, nuity and creative power. As it is the mast urgent and vital problem especially for such countries as Korea that divided in territory for such countries as korea that are divided in territory and moreover faced with the constant threat of Communist invasion, national security is to establish an all-out securit system on the basis of national consesus and his thought and spirit.

A Web based watershed and sewer management system was developed for the analysis of stormwater runoff and sewer flow, and for optimal operation of sewer works using ArcView and SWMM. SWMM and ArcView were dynamically linked together using Avenue and Visual Basic in order to construct user-friendly management system. The developed system was applied to Choonchun city to verify its utilities. All the relevant field data were analyzed on the basis of developed system, and the modeling of runoff and sewer flow was implemented using RUNOFF and TRANSPORT blocks in SWMM. This system was connected to the management system of surface and subsurface environment management system in order to develop an integrated environmental mangament system. Futhermore. this system will be a critical part of overall control system of sewer works including sewer line and wastewater treatment plant. As this system can provide comprehensive prediction of flow and pollution profiles and analytical tool equipped with Web-GIS, it could serve widely as a tool not only for optimal mangament, but also for decision support system to examine the efficiency of planning and implementation of sewer projects.
