The primary purpose of this paper is to assess the social environment and people`s ideology, life style which were the period of previous modern age. At that time the Protestant was not still spreaded in the Cho-seon dynasty, but on the other hand the Confucianism was general tended since the 17th century. It was the common thing in those ages that the inequality was a heavy burden to the women and the slaves. Especially when the political party of the Noron took the helm of state, the inequality was deepened and the opposite political party of the Soron was more isolated. Because of those social atmosphere, they had been denied the existing social idea and as a result the standard of the social values were changed. And the changing of the social values were afforded an opportunity of the new religion Dong-hak which were emphasized the importance of the human rights and equality. In the same age eventually the Roman Catholicism were come to this country, Cho-seon. They took the new religions as a matter of course. Because they had declared themselves against the inequality, oppression and the irrational family system. The people who followed the new religion especially the Roman Catholicism believed the Cheon-Ju as one and only God instead the exciting King and the aristocratic class, Yang-ban. More and more they were inclined the new ideology which emphasized the equality of all kind of human. IThe more Roman Catholicism was spread out, the more religious persecution were happened. Lots of the believers were punished the death. At those times the case of the "Hwang-Sa Yeong`s letter on silk" was happened. Even though Hwang`s mainly attitude was toward the dependent on the western country`s power, we could find out the people who appeared on the letter were truly believer as the christian. The later period of the Cho-seon, the inequality was dominated over all kind of the society, and many of the catholic martyr and martyress made the finally the sacrifice the reception of Protestant.

Optimal Features for Classifying Giemsa-Stained Human Chromosomes with An Error-Backpropagation Neural Network

Many studies for computer-based chromosome analysis using artificial neural network (ANN) have shown that it is possible to classify chromosomes into 24 subgroups. It is important to select optimum features for training the ANN. Our purpose was to select features that had the low classification error and the best ability for human chromosome classification. We applied the medial axis transformation for the medial line, extended the line to the boundary and obtained relative length, relative area and centromeric index. The Giemsa-stained human chromosome has a sequence of banding pattern that is perpendicular to the medial axis of the chromosome. Density profile is a one-dimensional graph of the banding pattern property of the chromosome computed at a sequence of points along the possibly curved chromosome medial axis. Some studied used relative length, centromeric index and 62 density profile as features, but we prepared two data sets as features that one set was relative length, centromeric index and 80 density profile considered No. 1 chromosome's length and the other was relative length, centromeric index, the 80 density profile and relative area and compared classification error of each set. We found that the classification error showed to be decreased by adding relative area to the other features.

Periapical multilocular osteoporotic bone marrow defect

A case of osteoporotic bone marrow defect, which appeared as a well-defined multilocular radiolucency overlapping the roots of mandibular right second molar, was reported. On periapical radiograph, a daughter cyst-like radiolucency was seen at the anterior margin of the lesion making it difficult to rule out odontogenic keratocyst.

과실이 크고 품질이 우수한 조생종 배 ‘금촌조생’ 육성

‘금촌조생’ 품종은 농촌진흥청 원예연구소 나주배연구소에서 1971년 ‘금촌추’의 품질을 개선하기 위해 당도가 높고 육질이 유연한 ‘단배’를 교배하여 1982년 1차 선발되었고, 1997년부터 5년 간 지역적응시험을 거쳐 2001년 최종 선발 및 품종보호출원 되었다. 수세는 비교적 강하고, 수자는 반개장성이다. 꽃가루가 풍부하며, 주요 재배품종과 교배친화성을 보인다. 또한 흑반병에 대하여 강한 포장저항성을 나타내었다. 숙기는 재배중인 ‘원황’ 품종보다 약 5일 정도 늦은 9월 3일로 추석에 출하하기 알맞은 품종이다. 과형은 ‘금촌추’와 같은 도원추형이고, 과피색은 황갈색이다. 과중은 593g이고, 당도는 13.2Bx이다. 육질은 유연하며 과즙이 풍부하고, 석세포가 없어 식미가 매우 우수하다. 그러나 과육선숙형 품종으로 원예적 수확기에도 과피에 녹색이 남지만, 완숙과가 되면 황갈색으로 착색된다. 상온저장 기간은 20일 정도로 다른 조생종에 비해 저장력은 좋은 편이다. ‘Geumchonjosaeng’ pear cultivar (Pyrus pyrifolia var. culta Nakai) originated from the cross between ‘Imamuraaki’ and ‘Danbae’ to improve the fruit quality of ‘Imamuraaki’ cultivar in 1971 at Naju Pear Research Institute of National Horticultural Research Institute (NHRI), Rural Development Administration (RDA). It was preliminarily selected in 1982 and named in 2001. The tree habit shows vigorous growth and upright spreading. It carries abundant pollen grains and shows cross compatibility with leading cultivars. Also it shows high resistance to black leaf spot (Alternaria kikuchiana) in the field condition. Optimum harvest time is around Sep. 3, which is 5 days later than that of ‘Wonwhang’, and it could satisfy consumer’s demand for high quality pear fruit in “Chuseok”. The obovate fruit shape resembles maternal parent, ‘Imamuraaki’ and skin color is green yellowish brown at normal harvesting time and gradually turned to yellowish brown at full ripennig state. Fruit weighs about 593 g, and the soluble solid content is 13.5 ˚Bx. The flesh is very soft and juicy and, rendering good eating quality. Shelf life is about 20 days under the ambient temperature, and it is a relatively long period as compare with other early season cultivars.

There appear numerous variations of the body images in the works of Desnos and Lee-Sang. They give a concrete form through body parts to a spiritual level where the dissentions between life and death, reality and imagination, past and future, something to communicate with and something not to, and the high and the low , no longer exist. Each of them tries to abuse and separate some body parts. While Desnos mainly sticks to the injury of the head, Lee pays attention to the separation of arms from the body. The symbolic meaning of damaged brain is to sink into the unconsciousness, refusing the hum an reason or consciousness. He describes revolutionists who resist the existing orders of societies but to be punished with decapitation by the very orders. It seems that he considers the brain as a mirror of the inner world of an individual person. Actually he bisects the brain on an operating table of language, which makes him possible to observe one's internality. Whereas Desnos's abscission of body in order to penetrate the inner world, Lee gets some body parts alienated and observes them objectively. He denies the functional meaning of arms, I. e. its instrumentality, by the procedure of cutting them. Desnos expresses his vigor to look into the stream of his own consciousness using a metaphor by which he maps the brain to a garden. In contrast, in Lee's poems, the separated arms from the human body are realized as variously as possible, in forms of mere objects, plants, and sometimes animals, through the rhetorical devices such as metaphor, and metonymy. The frequent use of hum an arms symbolizes his transcendentalism with an image of the wings of birds. Desnos shows his persistent inclination toward death through a body of drowned person and the image of grave. However he also pursues a mockery or teasing of death, which represents a consistent distance from it. He erases the boundary between the life and death, laying emphasis on the fact that life means death and death is an aspect of life. In comparison with Desnos's death, Lee clings to the gap between life and death. While the former freely go in and out this world and death, day and night, the latter's poetic self struggles to communicate the inside with the outside, life with death, body with outer world, and day with night. We can say that Lee's poems result from the conflict between the desire for death and the reality not to kill oneself. Therefore, the border of life and death is obscure in the Desnos's poems, but the differences between the imagination and the reality, as well as the ones between consciousness and unconsciousness reveal them selves sharply. Both of Lee and Desnos use a lot of repetition. They hypnotize the language which has been polluted by the social convention, paralyze the conscious government of language, and finally adopt it as a communicator of unconsciousness. In spite of these similarities, there are dissimilarities in terms of the repetition skills each of them adopts. Lee's repetition looks like that of a schizoid; there is no period, no space among words in his poems, like blood vessels without blood. In contrast, Desnos's reiteration which is full of the experimental spirit and playfulness reminds us stuttering. Stuttering or stammering plays a role of an intentional device to show a language in a primitive and instinctive form beyond the control of reason. In conclusion, the two poets who have excellent linguistic senses are proficient in dealing with signifiant and signifie. Especially by the playful usage of homonyms which leads to the meaning plurality, they broaden the ways of interpreting their poems, or overturn specific poetic situations. Each of them who is a representative of the transcendentalism in their country, Korea and France respectively, expresses typical ontology and poetics of their own, with endlessly transitional images and with com plex multi-layered language.

X-Y Table 구동형 선형펄스모터의 설계 및 특성 고찰

The linear pulse motor is essentially a digital device with one step of input for each input current pulse. The input pulses are supplied through power electro devices such as power transistors and FETs switched by digital controllers. linear pulse motors are finding a wide range of application for the Factory-Automation or the Office-Automation.. Typically, LPM provides for a reliable and precise control of position, velocity, or acceleration without using a closed-loop system. Thus some of the advantages of LPMs are ease of control, step multiplication, static and dynamic positioning, and locking force. In order to develope a LPM and its controller for X-Y table application, this paper presents a single-sided linear pulse motor with two permanent magnets. To analyze the characteristics of LPM which is composed of the permanent magnets and irons, the flux density, the thrust and normal force etc. are calculated by the F. E. M and magnetic equivalent method which is considered the magnetic saturation phenomena. The position and velocity of LPM are controlled by using the 80C196KC micro-processor.

경부에 발생한 침습성 지장종의 치험례

Lipomas make up 4∼5% of all benign tumors in the body and are most often located on shoulders and backs. Neck lipomas are often developed in the subcutaneous tissues of the posterior neck, Most lipomas have slow growth rate and the recurrence is very rare after surgical excision because of well-defined border. But lipoma originated from muscles(intramuscular and intermuscular lipoma), so called infiltrating lipoma, has ill-defined border and little or no evidence of encapsulation. Histologically the feature of infiltrating lipoma is distinctive. There is a consistent infiltration with dissociation of the surrounding muscle fibers. The overall recurrence rate is less than 5%, but rises to 62.5% when deep infiltrating lipomas are considered separately. Thus infiltrating lipoma is best excised with a margin of normal muscle to avoid recurrence. Its location in the head and neck is uncommon. 18 cases of infiltrating lipoma in the head and neck has been reported to date. Here we report a case of infiltrating lipoma that arises in the head and neck muscle with a review of the literature on the subject.

레진모형 근관에서 Ni-Ti 파일로 근관성형 후 거타퍼챠콘의 근관내 삽입깊이에 대한 연구

본 연구는 레진모형 만곡근관에서 여러 가지 엔진구동형 Ni-Ti파일로 근관성형 후,같은 경사도를 가진 수종의 거타퍼챠콘을 적용시 근관 내 삽입 깊이에 대해 비교, 분석해보고자 시행하였다. 레진 모형근관으로 J자의 근관형태가 재현된 ENDO-TRAINING BLOCK 50개를 사용하여 각각 10개씩 1) ProFile .04 taper #25, 2) ProFile .06 taper #25, 3) ProTaper F2, 4) HEROShaper .04 taper #25, 5) HEROShaper .06 taper #25 파일로 최종 근관성형 하였다. 거타퍼챠콘은 META (META Biomed, Korea), Sure-Endo (SUREDENT, Korea) 그리고 DiaDent (DiaDent Group International Inc., Canada)의 .04 및 .06 경사도의 콘을 사용하였으며 선택된 거타퍼챠콘의 직경 및 경사도를 측정하였다. ProFile과 HEROShaper로 성형한 레진블록에는 사용된 Ni-Ti 파일의 경사도에 맞는 제조회사별 .04 및 .06 경사도의 거타퍼챠콘을 10개씩 근관에 적용하였으며, ProTaper로 성형한 레진블록에는 경사도와 무관하게 제조회사별 .04 및 .06 경사도의 거타퍼챠콘을 10개씩 적용하였다. 거타퍼챠콘을 근관 내 적용한 상태에서 스캐너를 이용하여 이미지를 얻은 후 이미지 분석 프로그램을 사용하여 근첨에서 거타퍼챠콘 첨부까지의 거리를 측정하였고 다음의 결과를 얻었다. HEROShaer를 이용하여 근관성형 한 경우 ProFile 및 ProTaper보다 거타퍼챠콘의 근관 내 적합성이 우수하게 나타났으며, 근관성형 시 .04 taper HEROShaper로 근관성형 후에는 META 거타퍼챠콘 및 Sure-Endo 거타퍼챠콘을, .06 taper HEROShaper로 근관성형 후에는 DiaDent 거타퍼챠콘을 마스터콘으로 사용시 근관 내 적합성이 우수하게 나타났다. 따라서 근관성형 후 사용한 Ni-Ti 파일과 같은 경사도를 가진 거타퍼챠콘이 근관에 알맞게 위치되는 것은 아니며 근관충전 시 적절한 마스터콘의 선택이 필요함을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the insertion depth of several brands of master gutta percha cones after shaping by various Ni-Ti rotary files in simulated canals. Fifty resin simulated J-shape canals were instrumented with ProFile, ProTaper and HEROShaper. Simulated canals were prepared with ProFile .04 taper #25 (n = 10), .06 taper #25 (n = 10), ProTaper F2 (n = 10), HEROShaper .04 taper #25 (n = 10) and .06 taper #25 (n = 10). Size #25 gutta percha cones with a .04 & .06 taper from three different brands were used: DiaDent; META; Sure-endo. The gutta percha cones were selected and inserted into the prepared simulated canals. The distance from the apex of the prepared canal to the gutta percha cone tip was measured by image analysis program. Within limited data of this study, the results were as follows 1. When the simulated root canals were prepared with HEROShaper, gutta-percha cones were closely adapted to the root canal. 2. All brands of gutta percha cones fail to go to the prepared length in canal which was instrumented with ProFile, the cones extend beyond the prepared length in canal which was prepared with ProTaper. 3. In canal which was instrumented with HEROShaper .04 taper #25, Sure-endo .04 taper master gutta percha cone was well fitted (p < 0.05). 4. In canal which was instrumented with HEROShaper .06 taper #25, META .06 taper master gutta percha cone was well fitted (p ( 0.05). As a result, we concluded that the insertion depth of all brands of master gutta percha cone do not match the rotary instrument, even though it was prepared by crown-down technique, as recommended by the manufacturer. Therefore, the master cone should be carefully selected to match the depth of the prepared canal for adequate obturation.
