        A Study on the Design Method of Children's Food Packaging Based on Emotional Interaction

        The growth of the national economy and the improvement of household consumption have had a profound impact on the design of children's food packaging. As household economic conditions improve, children's consumption needs and habits are becoming more diverse. Especially in the field of children's food, food packaging still plays a key role, not only to protect the freshness and safety of food, but also to create a pleasant and fun emotional atmosphere in the minds of children. The aim of this study is to explore the close link between emotional interaction and the children's food market, and to study approaches to children's food packaging design to provide beneficial insights to promote sales and meet changing consumer needs.

        Biosynthesis of rare 20(R)-protopanaxadiol/protopanaxatriol type ginsenosides through Escherichia coli engineered with uridine diphosphate glycosyltransferase genes

        Background: Ginsenosides are known as the principal pharmacological active constituents in Panax medicinal plants such as Asian ginseng, American ginseng, and Notoginseng. Some ginsenosides, especially the 20(R) isomers, are found in trace amounts in natural sources and are difficult to chemically synthesize. The present study provides an approach to produce such trace ginsenosides applying biotransformation through Escherichia coli modified with relevant genes. Methods: Seven uridine diphosphate glycosyltransferase (UGT) genes originating from Panax notoginseng, Medicago sativa, and Bacillus subtilis were synthesized or cloned and constructed into pETM6, an ePathBrick vector, which were then introduced into E. coli BL21star (DE3) separately. 20(R)-Protopanaxadiol (PPD), 20(R)-protopanaxatriol (PPT), and 20(R)-type ginsenosides were used as substrates for biotransformation with recombinant E. coli modified with those UGT genes. Results: E. coli engineered with $GT95^{syn}$ selectively transfers a glucose moiety to the C20 hydroxyl of 20(R)-PPD and 20(R)-PPT to produce 20(R)-CK and 20(R)-F1, respectively. GTK1- and GTC1-modified E. coli glycosylated the C3-OH of 20(R)-PPD to form 20(R)-Rh2. Moreover, E. coli containing $p2GT95^{syn}K1$, a recreated two-step glycosylation pathway via the ePathBrich, implemented the successive glycosylation at C20-OH and C3-OH of 20(R)-PPD and yielded 20(R)-F2 in the biotransformation broth. Conclusion: This study demonstrates that rare 20(R)-ginsenosides can be produced through E. coli engineered with UTG genes.

        Finger Vein Recognition Using Generalized Local Line Binary Pattern

        Finger vein images contain rich oriented features. Local line binary pattern (LLBP) is a good oriented feature representation method extended from local binary pattern (LBP), but it is limited in that it can only extract horizontal and vertical line patterns, so effective information in an image may not be exploited and fully utilized. In this paper, an orientation-selectable LLBP method, called generalized local line binary pattern (GLLBP), is proposed for finger vein recognition. GLLBP extends LLBP for line pattern extraction into any orientation. To effectually improve the matching accuracy, the soft power metric is employed to calculate the matching score. Furthermore, to fully utilize the oriented features in an image, the matching scores from the line patterns with the best discriminative ability are fused using the Hamacher rule to achieve the final matching score for the last recognition. Experimental results on our database, MMCBNU_6000, show that the proposed method performs much better than state-of-the-art algorithms that use the oriented features and local features, such as LBP, LLBP, Gabor filter, steerable filter and local direction code (LDC).

        MEG3 LncRNA from Exosomes Released from Cancer-Associated Fibroblasts Enhances Cisplatin Chemoresistance in SCLC via a MiR-15a-5p/CCNE1 Axis

        Purpose: Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) may act as oncogenes in small-cell lung cancer (SCLC). Exosomes containing lncRNAsreleased from cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAF) accelerate tumorigenesis and confer chemoresistance. This studyaimed to explore the action mechanism of the CAF-derived lncRNA maternally expressed gene 3 (MEG3) on cisplatin (DDP) chemoresistanceand cell processes in SCLC. Materials and Methods: Quantitative real-time PCR was conducted to determine the expression levels of MEG3, miR-15a-5p, andCCNE1. Cell viability and metastasis were measured by 3-(4, 5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2, 5-diphenyl-2-h-tetrazolium bromide andinvasion assays, respectively. A xenograft tumor model was developed to confirm the effect of MEG3 overexpression on SCLC progressionin vivo. Relationships between miR-15a-5p and MEG3/CCNE1 were predicted using StarBase software and validated bydual luciferase reporter assay. Western blotting was used to determine protein levels. A co-culture model was established to explorethe effects of exosomes on MEG3 expression in SCLC cell lines. Results: MEG3 was overexpressed in SCLC tissues and cells. MEG3 silencing significantly repressed cell viability and metastasis inSCLC. High expression of MEG3 was observed in CAF-derived conditioned medium (CM) and exosomes, and promoted chemoresistanceand cancer progression. Additionally, MEG3 was found to serve as a sponge of miR-15a-5p to mediate CCNE1 expression. Overexpression of miR-15a-5p and knockout of CCNE1 reversed the effects of MEG3 overexpression on cell viability and metastasis. Conclusion: MEG3 lncRNA released from CAF-derived exosomes promotes DDP chemoresistance via regulation of a miR-15a-5p/CCNE1 axis. These findings may provide insight into SCLC therapy.

        Trapping tephritid fruit flies (Diptera: Tephritidae) in citrus groves of Fujian Province of China

        Certain tephritid fruit flies, such as the oriental fruit fly, Bactrocera dorsalis, the Chinese citrus fly, B. minax and the Japanese orange fly, B. tsuneonis (Diptera: Tephritidae: Dacinae), are destructive citrus pests in China. A twoyear trapping study was conducted in pomelo, Citrus maxima, groves in Fujian Province of China. The objectives of this study were to investigate the species, the abundance of tephritid fruit flies in the orchards, as well as the efficacy of the selected lure traps to these flies. Four lure traps or devices, i.e. methyl eugenol + Steiner trap (ST), cuelure + ST, ammonium acetate + putrescine + ST, and sticky spheres, were deployed from June to November 2017 and April to October 2018. Six economically significant Dacini pests were trapped during the period. These flies are B. dorsalis, the melon fruit fly, Zeugodacus cucurbitae, the pumpkin fruit fly, Z. tau, the Malaysian fruit fly, B. latifrons, and other two species - B. rubigina and Z. scutellatus. B. dorsalis was the most abundant, accounting for more than 50% of the capture, followed by Z. cucurbitae. The remaining four species accounted for less than 2% of the total capture. B. minax and B. tsuneonis, two destructive citrus-damaging tephritid fruit flies in China, were not found during the trapping period. Methyl eugenol trapped the highest number of fruit flies, followed by cuelure.

        Design and Test Result of a Superconducting Double-Spoke Cavity

        Superconducting multi-spoke cavities are outstanding alternative choice for acceleration of heavy ions inmedium velocity regimes. Based on the scheme of China ADS, several researches on the superconductingdouble-spoke cavities were done and two prototype cavities have been developed. In this paper, the RFdesign, the mechanical design and fabrication considerations of the bare cavity will be described indetail. After Buffered Chemical Polishing and High Pressure Rinsing, one of the prototype cavities wasinstalled into the Vertical Test Stand for high gradient RF testing at 4.2 K. The measurement results of thequality factor as a function of the accelerating field and the maximum surface field will be presented. Anaccelerating gradient of more than 15 MV/m is achieved during the test, with maximum surface electricfield of 58 MV/m, and maximum surface magnetic field of 117 mT

        Abnormal Condition Identification for the Electro-fused Magnesia Smelting Process Based on Condition-relevant Information

        To improve the accuracy of feature representation and abnormal condition identification, a new abnormal condition identification method, named integrating multiple binary neural networks based on condition-relevantinformation (CRI-MBNN), is presented for the electro-fused magnesia smelting process in this study. Firstly, thefeatures related to each specific abnormal condition, which is named condition-relevant information (CRI), are analyzed and extracted from the multi-source heterogeneous information with the help of limited and consensus domainknowledge. Then, the CRI is fused at the feature-level to provide a comprehensive representation of each abnormalcondition. Furthermore, for each abnormal condition, a binary neural network (BNN) is established based on thefused feature. They are further integrated according to the frequency of each condition in the actual productionprocess to form the final abnormal condition identification network, i.e., CRI-MBNN. Finally, the effectiveness andfeasibility of the proposed CRI-MBNN are verified by the electro-fused magnesia smelting process.

      • Multi-objective Integration of Flexible Collaborative Planning and Fuzzy Flexible Lot-Splitting Scheduling Based on the Pareto Optimal

        Since that a job usually contains several working procedures in actual production, and it’s hard to optimize the flexible collaborative planning, the flexible lot splitting and scheduling of the job simultaneously in batch production mode, a model for multi-objective integration of flexible collaborative planning and fuzzy lot-splitting scheduling is established. We take four performance indicators below which are the most common as standards to optimize the model: average delivery satisfaction, fuzzy total cost, fuzzy completion time and average credibility of job tardiness, and then a multi-objective algorithm based on the Pareto optimal is established. In this algorithm, we design the integrated coding scheme, which include collaboration chromosome, lot-splitting chromosome and scheduling chromosome, meanwhile the Pareto optimal scheme is designed. Finally, the efficiency of the model and algorithm is proved by the simulation.

        An Innovative Approach to Track Moving Object based on RFID and Laser Ranging Information

        RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) identifies a specific object by radio signals. As the tag provides a unique ID for the purpose of identification, RFID technology effectively solves the ambiguity and occlusion problem that challenges the laser or camera-based approach. This paper proposes an approach to track a moving object based on the integration of RFID and laser ranging information using a particle filter. To be precise, we split laser scan points into different clusters which contain the potential moving objects and calculate the radial velocity of each cluster. The velocity information is compared with the radial velocity estimated from RFID phase difference. In order to achieve the positioning of the moving object, we select a number of best matching clusters to update the weights of the particle filter. To further improve the positioning accuracy, we incorporate RFID signal strength information into the particle filter using a pre-trained sensor model. The proposed approach is tested on a SCITOS service robot under different types of tags and various human velocities. The results show that fusion of signal strength and laser ranging information has significantly increased the positioning accuracy when compared to radial velocity matching-based or signal strength-based approaches. The proposed approach provides a solution for human machine interaction and object tracking, which has potential applications in many fields for example supermarkets, libraries, shopping malls, and exhibitions.
