Improving performance of soil stabilizer by scientific combining of industrial wastes

        Yu, Hao,Huang, Xin,Ning, Jianguo,Li, Zhanguo,Zhao, Yongsheng Techno-Press 2016 Geomechanics & engineering Vol.10 No.2

In this paper, based on understanding the design theories on soil stabilization, a series of soil stabilizers were prepared with different kinds of industrial wastes such as calcined coal gangue (CCG), blast furnace slag (SS), steel slag (SL), carbide slag (CS), waste alkali liquor (JY), and phosphogypsum (PG). The results indicated that when the Portland cement (PC) proportion was lower than 20% in the stabilizer, for the soil sample selected from Wuhan (WT) and Beijing (BT), the unconfined compress strength (UCS) of the stabilized soil specimens could increase 4.8 times and 5.4 times respectively than that of the specimens stabilized only by PC; compared with the UCS of the specimen stabilized only by PC, the UCS of the specimen which was made from soil sample WT and stabilized by the stabilizer composed only by CCG, CS, and PG increased 1.5 times, and UCS of the specimen which was made from soil sample BT and stabilized by the stabilizer composed only by SS, JY, and PG increased 4.5 times.

Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Fungicidal Activities of New Type Oxazolidinone-Based Strobilurin Analogues

        Yuhao Li,Rui Liu,Zhangwei Yan,Xiangning Zhang,Hongjun Zhu 대한화학회 2010 Bulletin of the Korean Chemical Society Vol.31 No.11

A series of oxazolidinone-based strobilurin analogues were efficiently synthesized by the reaction of 3-(2-bromomethylphenyl)oxazolidin-2-one with 1-substituted phenyl-2H-pyrazolin-3-one. Their structures were confirmed and characterized by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, elemental analysis, and mass spectroscopy. In addition, the crystal structure of the target compound 3-(2-((1-phenyl-2H-pyrazol-3-yloxy)methyl)phenyl) oxazolidin-2-one was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The bioassay results of these compounds indicated that some of the oxazolidin-2-one derivatives containing N-substituted phenyl 2H-pyrazol ring exhibited potential in vivo fungicidal activities against M. grisea at the dosage of 1 g L‒1.

The Method of Aiming towards the Normal Direction for Robotic Drilling

        Yuhao Gao,Dan Wu,Yunfei Dong,Xinguo Ma,Ken Chen 한국정밀공학회 2017 International Journal of Precision Engineering and Vol.18 No.6

During the robotic drilling of an aircraft assembly, the normal directions of the workpieces are to be measured to guide the robot by aiming the spindle at the real normal directions of the curved surfaces. This paper describes the development of a method of using four laser displacement sensors to measure the normal direction and the implementation of the proposed method in a robotic drilling system to meet industrial application requirements. First, a novel mechanical structure is introduced to achieve a higher installation accuracy for the laser displacement sensors with a micro adjusting method. Next, the hardware structures and a convenient method of calibrating the sensors are introduced. To accommodate the complexity of the industrial circumstance, a procedure of measuring and adjusting is developed with consideration of both an angular deviation threshold and a limited adjusting iteration. Finally, the experiments of measuring and adjusting iteratively show that two iterations can achieve a satisfactory angular deviation of 0.1° for planar workpieces and three iterations are required for curved workpieces, with the perpendicularity errors of the drilled holes being less than 0.3°. The results can meet the required perpendicularity accuracy of 0.5°.

Realization of Mobility-Controlled Flying Router in Information-Centric Networking

        Yuhao Gao,Taku Kitagawa,Suyong Eum,Shingo Ata,Masayuki Murata 한국통신학회 2018 Journal of communications and networks Vol.20 No.5

Constructing a large-scale network in outdoor fieldswith wired or wireless antennas involves a huge deployment cost. New devices, called movable routers, are able to realize the networksat a low cost. Recently, a large number of internet of thingsnodes have been deployed into the networks in outdoor fields. Inthe current communication network, users intend to communicatewith devices without knowing where they are, but the currentnetwork still focuses on device locations, complicating configurationand implementation of the network. In this study, we designan architecture called router-movable information-centric networking(RMICN) to realize content-based communication insteadof host-based communication, for facilitating communications betweendisjointed networks using movable routers. We incorporateinformation-centric networking technologies in the design of thesystem for the naming scheme and the strategy layer, enabling devicecontrol over the movable routers, called flying routers. In thesimulation results, we show that RMICN can further reduce the responsetime of content requests compared with delay-tolerant networking. Furthermore, we present a proof-of-concept implementationof the architecture to confirm the feasibility of the design.

Visual Object Tracking using Surface Fitting for Scale and Rotation Estimation

( Yuhao Wang ),( Jun Ma ) 한국인터넷정보학회 2021 KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Syst Vol.15 No.5

Since correlation filter appeared in the field of object tracking, it plays an increasingly vital role due to its excellent performance. Although many sophisticated trackers have been successfully applied to track the object accurately, very few of them attaches importance to the scale and rotation estimation. In order to address the above limitation, we propose a novel method combined with Fourier-Mellin transform and confidence evaluation strategy for robust object tracking. In the first place, we construct a correlation filter to locate the target object precisely. Then, a log-polar technique is used in the Fourier-Mellin transform to cope with the rotation and scale changes. In order to achieve subpixel accuracy, we come up with an efficient surface fitting mechanism to obtain the optimal calculation result. In addition, we introduce a confidence evaluation strategy modeled on the output response, which can decrease the impact of image noise and perform as a criterion to evaluate the target model stability. Experimental experiments on OTB100 demonstrate that the proposed algorithm achieves superior capability in success plots and precision plots of OPE, which is 10.8% points and 8.6% points than those of KCF. Besides, our method performs favorably against the others in terms of SRE and TRE validation schemes, which shows the superiority of our proposed algorithm in scale and rotation evaluation.

Yuhao Wu,Chun Wu 대한흉부외과학회 2019 Journal of Chest Surgery (J Chest Surg) Vol.52 No.3

A rare case of esophageal atresia/tracheo-esophageal fistula (EA-TEF) with an associated tracheobronchial remnant (TBR) is reported and discussed herein. A 13-month-old patient was seen with a complaint of vomiting of solid food 1 year after EA-TEF repair. An esophagogram showed a tapered narrowing in the lower segment of the esophagus. A re-operation was carried out and a pathologic examination of the resected stenotic segment revealed the presence of a TBR.

Adaptive robust control of active magnetic bearings rigid rotor systems

        Yuhao Xu,Xiaoyuan Wang,Mingxin Liu,Na Li,Tian Yu 전력전자학회 2023 JOURNAL OF POWER ELECTRONICS Vol.23 No.6

Aiming at the problems of diffi cult decoupling, complex controller models, and poor disturbance rejection capability caused by the inherent nonlinear and strong coupling characteristics of the active magnetic bearing (AMB), an adaptive H-infinity robust control (AHRC) method is proposed in the AMBs-rigid rotor system. The proposed method combines the active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) with the robust control to achieve stable operation of the AMBs-rigid rotor system under high-speed conditions. First, a four-degree-of-freedom (4-DOF) AMBs-rigid rotor model was established and transformed into a one-degree-of-freedom (1-DOF) model for the design of the robust controller, which weakens the coupling effect between each of the degrees of freedom (DOF). Then the multi-objective non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGA-II) was used to fi nd the relative optimal weighting function value of the H-infinite robust control (HRC), which solved the difficulties in the design of the robust controller for known controlled system models. In addition, by combining the optimized H-infi nity robust controller with the original error feedback control rate in the ADRC, the proposed AHRC retains the strong robustness of the HRC and the decoupling capability of the ADRC, which improves the tracking performance and anti-disturbance performance of the controlled system. Simulation and experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
