Research of 4th Generation GIS Software
Yu, Fang 대한원격탐사학회 2001 International Symposium on Remote Sensing Vol.17 No.1
GIS is an important aspect of NSDI. It will directly and deeply affect the national economy construction and national safety. Comparing the progress of IT, the progress history and technical characteristics of GIS software are concluded in this paper. Also, the weakness of existing GIS software is pointed out and the technical reasons are analyzed. Furthermore, this paper presents the research objective and technology architecture of 4^(th) generation GIS software. The layer-oriented processing should be changed to spatial objects and their relationship-oriented. The synchronization multi user spatial data processing mechanism should be established. The 3-dimension spatial data model should be studied. Spatial data mining ability should be increased. Also, the 4^(th) generation GIS should manage arid process mass spatial data up to TB level and should support VR presentation.
Sliding Mode Controller Applied to Coupled Inductor Dual Boost Inverters
Yu Fang,Songyin Cao,Pat Wheeler 전력전자학회 2019 JOURNAL OF POWER ELECTRONICS Vol.19 No.6
A coupled inductor-dual boost-inverter (CIDBI) with a differential structure has been presented for application to a micro-inverter photovoltaic module system due to its turn ratio of a high-voltage level. However, it is difficult to design a CIDBI converter with a conventional PI regulator to be stable and achieve good dynamic performance, given the fact that it is a high order system. In view of this situation, a sliding mode control (SMC) strategy is introduced in this paper, and two different sliding mode controllers (SMCs) are proposed and adopted in the left and right side of two Boost sub-circuits to implement the corresponding regulation of the voltage and current. The schemes of the SMCs have been elaborated in this paper including the establishment of a system variable structure model, selection of the sliding surface, determination of the control law, and presentation of the reaching conditions and sliding domain. Finally, the mathematic analysis and the proposed SMC are verified by experimental results.

The partial inclusion complexes (ICs) between poly(L-lactic acid) (PLLA) with high molecular weight and β-cyclodextrin (CD) were prepared and characterized by 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectra (1H NMR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and polarizing optical microscopy (POM), respectively. The thermal results demonstrated that the crystallization performance of ICs were significantly improved, and the decomposition temperature of ICs were increased compared with PLLA. The mechanical tests indicated that the mechanical performance of ICs was improved, and the β-CD-PLLA ICs exhibited a higher non-Newtonian effect than PLLA. The degradation rate for the partial ICs in phosphate buffer solution accelerated as the ratio of β-CD increased, meanwhile, the partial ICs had a good shape memory behavior. The wetting measurements suggested the hydrophilicity of ICs was also enhanced markedly in comparison with the bulk PLLA.
Evaluation of Chemical Weathering Indices Using Correspondence Analysis
( Yufang Tan ),( Lihui Li ) 대한지질공학회 2019 대한지질공학회 학술발표회논문집 Vol.2019 No.2
Chemical weathering indices are used to quantify the extent of rock weathering. Several chemical weathering indices have been proposed that account for the mobility of major element oxides in rocks, but are critically dependent on the parent rock composition and have limited application to certain rock types. Therefore, comprehensive and statistical evaluation of index applications is helpful in the choice of a proper index. In this study, we determined correlations between 11 commonly used indices and rock types using correspondence analysis (CA). The database is about 163 samples of 10 rock types and their chemical weathering indices derived from reported literatures. The CA analysis yields two orthogonal principle factor axes (F1/G1 and F2/G2), which capture 37.7% and 21.2% of total variability, respectively. These two factor axes make up a factor-loading graph, which indicate that certain indices including the chemical index of alteration (CIA), chemical index of weathering (CIW), loss on ignition (LOI), and weathering potential index (WPI) are suitable for weathering grade classification of most rocks. The factor loadings of rock samples of variable weathering grade assemble in three groups in the factor-loading graph and most of them form a linear trend, which is related with mineralogy of the parent rock and the weathering environment. The factor-loading graph has a visual presentation of weathering trends of various rock types, and correlation between weathering indices and rock types. All of the merits suggest that CA is a powerful method for evaluating the applicability of chemical weathering indices.

Bactrocera dorsalis and its larvae have evolved to cope with the hypoxic environment during their lifetime. In this study, we sequenced the transcriptomes of B. dorsalis under and post anoxia stress. Our data revealed the different biological mechanisms of B. dorsalis in response to anoxia and during recovery from anoxia. The in duction of heat shock proteins (HSPs) might be one of the important mechanisms for B. dorsalis to tolerate anoxia. Furthermore, our data showed B. dorsalis acquires energy through gluconeogenesis rather than glycolysis under anoxia and upregulated its lipid metabolism post anoxia. The up-regulation of the genes involved in the Hippo signaling pathway might also play a role in eliminating damaged cells as a result of anoxia. Furthermore, the HIF system of B. dorsalis did not change in response to anoxia stress in this study. We hypothesized that the HIF system in B. dorsalis might be activated by a specific duration of anoxia.
Spatio-Temporal Consistency Enhancement for Disparity Sequence
Haixu Liu,Chenyu Liu,Yufang Tang,Haohui Sun,Xueming Li 보안공학연구지원센터 2014 International Journal of Signal Processing, Image Vol.7 No.5
Disparity estimation for still images has attracted much interest and acquired many promising results. However, simply applying these methods to produce a disparity sequence may suffer from the undesirable flickering artifacts. These errors not only distinctly decrease the visible quality of the synthesized video, but also significantly reduce the coding efficiency of the disparity sequence. In this paper, a novel temporal consistency enhancement algorithm based on Guided Filter and Temporal Gradient (GFTG) is proposed. The flickering artifacts and noises are effectively removed and the edges of objects are well preserved. Both quantitative and qualitative evaluations show that the spatio-temporal consistency has been highly improved by utilizing our approach.
Comparative portrayal of ocular surface microbe with and without dry eye
ZhenHao Li,Yufang Gong,ShuZe Chen,SiQi Li,Yu Zhang,HuiMin Zhong,ZhouCheng Wang,YiFan Chen,QiXin Deng,YuTing Jiang,LiYing Li,Min Fu,GuoGuo Yi 한국미생물학회 2019 The journal of microbiology Vol.57 No.11
To compare the ocular surface (OS) microbial communities and diversity between dry eye (DE) and non-DE (NDE). Furthermore, we compared meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD) and non-MGD (NMGD) among DE subjects. The V3-V4 region of 16S rRNA gene high-throughput sequencing was performed in the conjunctival swab samples to investigate the composition of the OS bacterial community in DE (n=35) and NDE (n=54) and compared the composition of MGD (n=25) and NMGD (n=10) among DE subjects. Deep sequencing of OS 16S rDNA from DE (n=35) and NDE (n=54) demonstrated great a difference in alpha and beta diversity between the OS bacterial flora (P < 0.05). The similar OS microbial structures were shown at the phylum and genus levels by bioinformatics analysis between them, and in LEfSe (linear discriminant analysis effect size) analysis, Bacteroidia and Bacteroidetes were enriched in DE, while Pseudomonas was plentiful in NDE (linear discriminant analysis [LDA] > 4.0). Among the DE group, there was no significant difference in α and β diversity between MGD and NMGD (P > 0.05). Surprisingly, Bacilli was the dominant microbe in MGD, and Bacteroidetes was the superior bacteria in NMGD among DE subjects (LDA > 4.0). Different diversity of OS bacteria composition between DE and NDE and the altered diversity of OS bacteria may play an important role in DE. Moreover, the lower dominance of OS bacteria in DE may be associated with the occurrence and development of DE. Although there was no significant difference in alpha and beta analysis, the OS dominant microbe between MGD and NMGD among DE was different.
