      • The Construction of the Animal Husbandry Information System Based on the Technology of Map Conflation

        Yue Guo,Zhongbin Su,Weizheng Shen,Zhipeng Guo,Qingming Kong 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Smart Home Vol.9 No.3

The research aims to merge the sections of geographic information distribution of the large-scale farms information monitoring system and the farming enterprises filing system which are under the Animal Husbandry Bureau in Heilongjiang Province as a Geographic Information System (GIS) that based on the map conflation technology of topological relation. Applying a variety of algorithms of points, lines, surfaces to this study, and using optimized "Spider code" and matching algorithm based on area overlay rate to solve the map database conflation problem of two different sources but consistent geographic target. It not only improves the map accuracy and consistency, but also adds new space characteristics, and updates attribute information which associated with dataset spatial characteristics. It makes the personnel at all levels in the Animal Husbandry Bureau in Heilongjiang Province realize information sharing. It is conductive to promote the work of staff at all levels and provide decision support of data to the Animal Husbandry Bureau in Heilongjiang Province.

Effects of Hybrid Coat on shear bond strength of five cements: an in vitro study

Yue Guo,Hou-De Zhou,Yun-Zhi Feng 대한치과보철학회 2017 The Journal of Advanced Prosthodontics Vol.9 No.6

PURPOSE. To evaluate the sealing performance of Hybrid Coat and its influence on the shear bond strength of five dentin surface cements. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Six premolars were pretreated to expose the dentin surface prior to the application of Hybrid Coat. The microscopic characteristics of the dentinal surfaces were examined with scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Then, 40 premolars were sectioned longitudinally, and 80 semi-sections were divided into a control group (untreated) and a study group (treated by Hybrid Coat). Alloy restoration was bonded to the teeth specimen using five different cements. Shear bond strength was measured by the universal testing machine. The fracture patterns and the adhesive interface were observed using a stereomicroscope. RESULTS. SEM revealed that the lumens of dentinal tubules were completely occluded by Hybrid Coat. The Hybrid Coat significantly improved the shear bond strength of resin-modified glass ionomer cement (RMGIC) and resin cement (RC) but weakened the performance of zinc phosphate cement (ZPC), zinc polycarboxylate cement (ZPCC) and glass ionomer cement (GIC). CONCLUSION. Hybrid Coat is an effective dentinal tubule sealant, and therefore its combined use with resin or resin-modified glass ionomer cements can be applied for the prostheses attachment purpose.

      • Numerical simulation of the thermoelectric behavior of CNTs/CFRP aircraft composite laminates

        Lin, Yueguo,Lafarie-Frenot, Marie Christine,Bai, Jinbo,Gigliotti, Marco Techno-Press 2018 Advances in aircraft and spacecraft science Vol.5 No.6

The present paper focuses on the development of a model for simulating the thermoelectric behavior of CNTs/CFRP Organic Matrix Composite (OMC) laminates for aeronautical applications. The model is developed within the framework of the thermodynamics of irreversible processes and implemented into commercial ABAQUS Finite Element software and validated by comparison with experimental thermoelectric tests on two types of composites materials, namely Type A with Carbon Nanotubes (CNT) and Type B without CNT. A simplified model, neglecting heat conduction, is also developed for simplifying the identification process. The model is then applied for FEM numerical simulation of the thermoelectric response of aircraft panel structures subjected to electrical loads, in order to discuss the potential danger coming from electrical solicitations. The structural simulations are performed on quasi-isotropic stacking sequences (QI) $[45/-45/90/0]_s$ using composite materials of type A and type B and compared with those obtained on plates made of metallic material (aluminum). For both tested cases-transit of electric current of intermediate intensity (9A) and electrical loading on panels made of composite material-higher heating intensity is observed in composites materials with respect to the corresponding metallic ones.

CHMP1A suppresses the growth of renal cell carcinoma cells via regulation of the PI3K/mTOR/p53 signaling pathway

        Wu Youping,Wu Yueguo,Xu Cong,Sun Wei,You Zhenqiang,Wang Yin,Zhang Sheng 한국유전학회 2022 Genes & Genomics Vol.44 No.7

Background: CHMP1A, a member of the ESCRT-III complex family, has been indicated as a brand-new inhibitor gene of tumors. Our previous research has revealed that CHMP1A plays a vital role in the development and progression of renal cell carcinoma (RCC). Objective: To investigate the potential target pathway of the regulation of the tumor cell growth by CHMP1A. Methods: The effect of CHMP1A on mTOR pathway was elucidated by western blotting. The effect of CHMP1A on the expression of p53 was evaluated, and A498 cell growth was assessed by colony formation and MTT assays. The expression of p53 was knocked down by shRNA-p53, and the effect of CHMP1A on mTOR after knockdown of p53 was evaluated. The effect of CHMP1A on apoptosis and its relationship with MDM2 pathway were detected by western blotting and FCM. Finally, the relationship between the regulation of p53 by CHMP1A and the PI3K/mTOR pathway was detected. Results: This study showed that the mTOR pathway was suppressed significantly in CHMP1A-overexpressing A498 and 786-0 cells; moreover, the enhanced expression of p53 and the reduced proliferation were shown in CHMP1A-overexpressing A498 cells. Furthermore, CHMP1A was able to regulate the PI3K/PTEN/mTOR and MDM2/p53 pathways in order to suppress RCC. In addition, CHMP1A regulated Bax and Bcl-2 via MDM2/p53 to induce the apoptosis of tumor cells and upregulated the expression of p53 via the PI3K/mTOR pathway. Conclusions: The results convey that CHMP1A-related suppression of RCC is closely related to the PI3K/mTOR/p53 pathway.
