      • Development of FeCo-Based Thin Films for Gigahertz Applications

        For improving high-frequency characteristics and soft magnetic properties of (Fe <TEX>$_7$</TEX> Co <TEX>$_3$</TEX> )B-based thin films, the effects of Ni addition and an oblique deposition method on the microstructures have been examined. The Ni addition to (Fe <TEX>$_7$</TEX> Co <TEX>$_3$</TEX> )B films was found to enhance B segregation on grain boundaries, which resulted in the formation of a well-defined columnar structure and the increase of film resistivity. Utilizing the columnar structure, large in-plane anisotropy was induced by an oblique deposition method which enabled the control of the inclination angle of the columns. As a result, the ferromagnetic resonance of (Fe <TEX>$_7$</TEX> Co <TEX>$_3$</TEX> ) <TEX>$_71$</TEX> Ni <TEX>$_7$</TEX> B <TEX>$_22$</TEX> thin films reached 6.2GHz.

      • An accurate simulation study on capacitance-voltage characteristics of metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors in novel structures

        <P>An essential and important method for physical and electrical characterization of a metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOS) structure is the capacitance-voltage (C-V) measurement. Judging from the C-V characteristics of a MOS structure, we are allowed to predict the DC and AC behaviors of the field-effect transistor and extract a set of primary parameters. The MOS field-effect transistor (MOSFET) technology has evolved to enhance the gate controllability over the channel in order for effectively suppressing the short-channel effects (SCEs) unwantedly taking place as device scaling progresses. For the goal, numerous novel structures have been suggested for the advanced MOSFET devices. However, the C-V characteristics of such novel MOS structures have not been seldom studied in depth. In this work, we report the C-V characteristics of ultra-thin-body (UTB) MOSFETs on the bulk Si and silicon-on-insulator (SOI) substrates by rigorous technology computer-aided design (TCAD) simulation. For higher credibility and accuracy, quantum-mechanical models are activated and empirical material parameters are employed from the existing literature. The MOSFET structure and the material configurations are schemed referring advanced logic technology suggested by the most recent technology roadmap. The C-V characteristics of UTB MOSFETs having a floating body with extremely small volume are closely investigated.</P>

      • 제왕절개술 환자에서 수술전 투여한 ketamine의 혈청 interleukin-6 및 수술후 통증에 대한 효과

        The inflammatory reaction to tissue damage during surgery may induce central sensitization followed by hyperalgesia. Previous studies suggest that central sensitization is related to N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor activation, which can be blocked with NMDA antagonist, ketamine. Thus, we compared the effect of preoperative intravenous and epidural low doses of ketamine with placebo on serum interleukin-6 (IL-6) level and postoperative pain. ASA class I and II women scheduled for C-sections received intravenous ketamine 0.15mg/kg(group 2) or placebo(group 1), or epidural ketamine(0.15 mg/kg) before the operation. IL-6 levels were measured before and during the operation, and 8, 24, and 48 hrs after the operation. Visual Analogue Scales(VAS) and Verbal Ration Scales(VRS) were measured at 8, 24, and 48 hrs after the operation. Serum IL-6 levels at 8, 24, and 48 hrs after the operation were significantly lower in the intravenous ketamine and epidural ketamine groups than in the control group. VAS at 8 hrs and 48 hrs after the operation were significantly lower in the epidural ketamine group. VAS at 8 hrs and 48 hrs after the operation were significantly lower in the epidural ketamine group than in the control and intravenous ketamine groups. In conclusion, in the preoperative intravenous and epidural administration of low doses(0.15mg/kg) of ketamine, both are effective in reducing postoperative IL-6 levels. Epidural Ketamine is more effective than intravenous ketamine in postoperative pain control.

      • Research on the Impact of Perfect Diary Offline Experience Marketing on Consumer Behavior

        Purpose - In recent years, with the rapid improvement of China’s economy, technology, and consumption level, the beauty industry gradually occupies an important part of the national economy, and the demand for consumers’ spiritual level is also higher and higher. Design/Methodology/Approach - This paper focuses on the developing beauty product market in the era of the experience economy, selects the most representative perfect diary brand as an, example and finds the marketing problems of offline experience store of perfect diary brand from the perspective of experience marketing. Findings - This paper uses experiential marketing in the offline experience store of the perfect diary brand as the research object. Using SPSS statistical analysis method and questionnaire survey method, this paper deeply analyzes the industry status of the offline experience store of perfect diary brand, makes assumptions on the relationship between experiential marketing and consumer perceived value of the offline experience store of perfect diary brand, and analyzes the relationship among experience marketing, perceived value, and consumer behavior. Research Implications - Based on the experimental results, this paper puts forward a series of marketing suggestions to improve the market competitiveness and popularity of the perfect diary offline experiestorestore, and obtains marketing strategies according to the actual situation.

        L-FUZZY UNIFORM SPACES

        The aim of this paper is to study L-fuzzy uniformizable spaces. A new kind of topological fuzzy remote neighborhood system is defined and used for investigating the relationship between L-fuzzy co-topology and L-fuzzy (quasi-)uniformity. It is showed that this fuzzy remote neighborhood system is different from that in [23] when $\mathcal{U}$ is an L-fuzzy quasi-uniformity and they will be coincident when $\mathcal{U}$ is an L-fuzzy uniformity. It is also showed that each L-fuzzy co-topological space is L-fuzzy quasi-uniformizable.

        올리비에 탈레크 그림책 『무릎 딱지』에서 나타난 붉은 색의 의미 연구

        연구배경 그림책에서 색채언어는 표현력을 구비하고 전체의 분위기를 조성하며, 인물의 성격, 감정 등을 나타내는 중요한 요소의 하나이다. 하나의 색 표현은 색조의 차이에 따라 전달효과가 달라진다. 본 연구는 올리비에 탈레크의 『무릎 딱지』의 붉은 색 분석을 통해 그림책에서 나타난 의미를 연구하고자 한다. 연구방법 먼저 그림책의 각 장면을 스토리 따라 시퀀스로 나눠서 주 캐릭터, 보조캐릭터, 배경 세 가지 요소로 붉은 색의 색조(tone)를 분석 한다. 그리고 색조의 분석을 통해 각 장면에서 사용된 붉은 색의 의미를 분석하여 그림책에서 주로 사용된 색조와 톤온톤 배색에 따른 의미와 감정을 결과로 도출한다. 연구결과 주캐릭터의 붉은 색이 색 톤 R/wh이면 치유를 의미하고, 색 톤 R/vv, R/sf, R/lt이면 슬픔이나 고통과 관련한 심리표현이다. 보조캐릭터의 붉은 색은 흐린 색톤R/sf와 밝은 색 톤R/lt에 있으며 이는 슬픔을 의미한다. 배경의 붉은 색은 대부분 선명한 색 톤 R/vv으로 슬픈 분위기를 조성한다. 결론 『무릎 딱지』에서 나타난 붉은 색의 표현방식은 캐릭터의 슬픔부터 마음이 치유됨까지 감정변화에 따라 붉은 색의 채도가 낮아지면서 사용했다. 붉은 색의 의미는 세 단계로 나눌 수 있다. 선명한 색 톤 R/vv이면 깊은 슬픔, 흐린 색 톤 R/sf와 밝은 색 톤 R/lt는 무력하고 우울한 심리변화, 흰 색 톤 R/wh는 마음이 치유됨을 의미한다. Background In the picture book, color language is one of the important elements expressing personality, emotion, etc. One color have various color tone, and each color tone as diffrent effects. In this study examines the meaning of red from this picture book by analyzing the red color of Olivier Tallec's 『La Croute』. Methods First, each scene in this picture book is divided into sequences according to the story to analyze the red color tone of the main characters, auxiliary characters, and background elements. This study analyzes the meaning of red color used in each scene through color tone analysis, and derives meaning and emotion according to color tone and tone on tone color which are mainly used in this picture book. Result The main character's red color means healing, it's color tone is R/wh, and the psychological expression related to sadness or pain when the color tone is R/vv, R/sf or R/lt. Auxiliary character's red color expressed in a blurred color tone R/sf and a bright color tone R/lt, it means sadness. The red color of the background creates a sad atmosphere with mostly vivid color tone R/vv. Conclusion The expression of red in 『La Croute』 was used as the saturation of red color was lowered according to the emotional change from the character's sorrow to the healing of the mind. The meaning of red color can be divided into three stages. Vivid color tone R/vv is Deep sadness, blurred color tone R/sf and bright color tone R/lt is impulsive and depressed psychological change, white tone R/wh means the mind is healed.
