      • 日本での無國籍者の無國籍問題の法的分析の無國籍と保護對策

        The purpose of this article is to address the issues of stateless persons in Japan from the international human rights law point of view which calls upon prevention of Statelessness and protection of statelessness persons. Article 15 of the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights declares that “Everyone has the right to a nationality. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality”. Likewise, the right to a nationality is stipulated in various other international legal instruments. A stateless person, an individual who cannot prove a legal connection with a country, and is outside one`s country of origin or country of former residence can be detained for long periods if those countries refuse to grant one re-entry to their territories. In some instances, even the basic rights-the rights to education, the rights to medical care, the rights to social welfare and so on-are denied to stateless persons in the need to be protected by the international society. The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), the agency responsible for overseeing the prevention and reduction of statelessness and protecting stateless persons, has confirmed that no region of the world is free of the problems that lead to statelessness and estimates that millions of people around the world are living without an effective nationality. According to the statistics of the Ministry of Justice, there are 1,826 Stateless persons are registered in Japan at the end of 2004. However, as neither the definition of those stateless persons is clear, nor the special administrative measure is taken for stateless persons, the number of stateless persons stated above is not reliable. It is assumed that the number of stateless persons, including both de jure and de facto stateless persons, is much beyond that appears on the official statistics. Consequently, the stateless persons are invisible beings between the Japanese and foreigners, and the legal issues of statelessness are not recognized and therefore not brought up for discussion in Japan. Before start to argue about issues of statelessness in Japan, it is necessary to define who are stateless persons and their legal status, as well as to understand the international legal framework for the reduction of statelessness and for protecting the rights of stateless persons. Following those approaches-prevention of statelessness and protecting of stateless persons-taken by the international society, and on the ground of confirmation that there are many stateless persons reside in Japan, including Korean and Taiwanese people who have lived in Japan since the colonial period and those new born stateless children of foreigners, I have analyzed some provisions of the Nationality Law which aiming to prevent and reduce statelessness in Japan. In light of the previsions in several international human rights instruments that “everyone has the right to a nationality”, the rights of stateless persons should be ensured and I argue that the prevention of statelessness is the most effective way to solve the problems of statelessness. Japan, as a member of the international community, has the responsibility in addressing the problems of statelessness under the international human rights law.

        L-FUZZY UNIFORM SPACES

        The aim of this paper is to study L-fuzzy uniformizable spaces. A new kind of topological fuzzy remote neighborhood system is defined and used for investigating the relationship between L-fuzzy co-topology and L-fuzzy (quasi-)uniformity. It is showed that this fuzzy remote neighborhood system is different from that in [23] when $\mathcal{U}$ is an L-fuzzy quasi-uniformity and they will be coincident when $\mathcal{U}$ is an L-fuzzy uniformity. It is also showed that each L-fuzzy co-topological space is L-fuzzy quasi-uniformizable.

      • Research on the Resource Scheduling of the Improved SFLA in Cloud Computing

        It has always been a key topic in the current research how to make rational resource scheduling in the cloud computing environment. In this paper, the status of cloud computing resources is first analyzed, to point out the existing problems, and then combined with the characteristics of resource scheduling in cloud computing, the Shuffled Frog Leaping Algorithm is introduced. First, in its stage of subgroups classification, the chaos strategy is introduced and in the internal search the positive learning strategy is introduced, which makes the improved frog leaping algorithm gain good convergence, reduces the time of global search and optimization. Through the CloudSim platform, it shows that this algorithm can improve the efficiency of task processing and make the resource scheduling in cloud computing rational and effective.

        論文(논문) : 商到西周考古硏究中的"文化規範"問題 -基于長江中遊商到西周時期考古學文化的分析-

        In the process of research on the archaeological culture of the Shang and Zhou dynasties in middle reaches of the Yangtze River, we put forward three concepts, named the dynasty "culture norms", "cultural system" and "culturalintegration". Through the new perspective to observe, analyze and interpret the dynasty cultural relics, the local cultural relics and relationship between them, we put forward many new problems. We chose to such two aspects to clarify management process of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River between the two dynasties of the Shang and Zhou. One is the comparison with the difference of control to the area between them; the other is the analysis on overlapping and replacement of their cultural norms. We try to use the traditional and pure archaeological theory in the archaeological research of historical period, and what we pursue is how to complete the study from the lower-level artifacts to the middle-level cultural analysis, and then leap to the top-level social system.

        Depression and APOEε4 Status in Individuals with Subjective Cognitive Decline: A Meta-Analysis

        Objective To evaluate the associative role of depression and apolipoprotein E epsilon 4 allele (APOEε4) in subjective cognitive decline(SCD) and its progression to objective cognitive decline. Methods After literature search in electronic databases, studies were selected by following precise eligibility criteria. Meta-analyses were performed to examine the role of APOEε4 and depression in SCD or its progression to mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or dementia. Results APOEε4 positivity was not different between SCD and normal individuals but was significantly higher in individuals with SCD plus than in normal individuals [odds ratio: 2.39 (95% CI: 1.87, 3.05); p<0.00001] and in SCD converters than in non-converters [odds ratio: 5.19 (95% CI: 2.36, 11.42); p<0.00001]. Depression was significantly higher in individuals with SCD [standardized mean difference: 0.63 (0.45, 0.82); p<0.00001] and SCD plus [standardized mean difference: 0.83 (0.43, 1.22); p<0.0001] than in normal individuals. However, depression was not different between SCD and MCI or between SCD converters and non-converters. Age of SCD converters was higher than non-converters [mean difference: 2.95 years (0.58, 5.31)]. Conclusion Whereas APOEε4 positivity was higher in SCD plus and SCD converters, depression was higher in SCD and SCD plus but was not different between SCD and MCI.

        A Piperidine Alkaloid and Limonoids from Arisaema decipiens, a Traditional Antitumor Herb Used by the Dong People

        A new piperidine alkaloid and three known tetranortriterpenoids were isolated from the methanol extracts of the rhizomes of Arisaema decipiens Schott (Araceae) and their chemical structures were identified as (-)-(2R*,3S*,6S*)-N,2-dimethyl-3-hydroxy-6-(9-phenylnonyl) piperidine (1), 6-deacetylnimbin (2), 28-deoxonimbolide (3) and nimbin (4). The N-methylated derivative (1a) of 1 was synthesized. Compound 1 exhibited weak inhibitory activity against the MCF-7 cell line, while compound 1a showed potential inhibitory activity against the MCF-7 cell line with an IC50 value of 4.6 μM and weak inhibitory activity against K562 and SK-OV-3 cells. This plant in genus Arisaema is firstly reported as the source of limonoids that are considered a natural antitumor herbal medicine.

        Preparation and characteristics of carboplatin-Fe@C-loaded chitosan nanoparticles with dual physical drug-loaded mechanisms

        The present work is intended to set up the optimal carboplatin-Fe@C-loaded chitosan nanoparticles method and to compare andassess carboplatin-Fe@C-loaded with carboplatin-Fe-loaded chitosan nanoparticles. Both kinds of nanoparticles were prepared by areverse microemulsion method. The carboplatin-Fe@C-loaded chitosan nanoparticles consisted of Fe@C nanopowder with the adsorbeddrug as the magnetic core, chitosan as the matrix and carboplatin as the model drug. The core of the carboplatin-Fe-loaded chitosannanoparticles was pure iron nanopowder, which was unable to adsorb a drug. The characteristics of both kinds of nanoparticles weredetermined and compared. The results showed that both kinds of nanoparticles were spherical in shape with an average size of210 nm ± 26 nm (size range 150300 nm) and a good magnetic responsivity. The drug content of the nanoparticles wasrespectively. The cumulative release percentages of carboplatin-Fe@C-loaded chitosan nanoparticles in vitro in 1d, 2d, 3d, 4d were60%, 74%, 84%, and 92%, respectively, and those of carboplatin-Fe-loaded chitosan nanoparticles in 1d, 2d were 81% and 91%. Thus,the carboplatin-Fe@C-loaded chitosan nanoparticles with dual physical drug-loaded mechanisms (physical encapsulation and adsorp-tion of active carbon) possessed a higher drug content and showed more sustained releasing. The cooperation of multiple mechanismswas a promising feature to improve the properties of nanoparticles.

        Effective removal of anilines using porous activated carbon based on ureaformaldehyde resin

        The effective removal of aniline and its derivatives from wastewater is very important due to the high toxicity. Adsorption with a high-performance adsorbent is an efficient pathway. A novel activated carbon, ACUF-700, was synthesized using homemade ureaformaldehyde resin as the major carbon source carbonized at 700 oC. ACUF-700 is characterized by surface area analyzer, FTIR, elemental analyzer, and SEM. The adsorption properties of ACUF-700 towards anilines are also investigated by using batch methods. The test results showed that the ACUF-700 possesses higher specific surface area and narrower pore size distribution. In virtue of its developed pore structure and nitrogencontaining chemical groups, the adsorption capacities towards aniline, p-toluidine and p-chloroaniline could reach 95.6, 108.1 and 128.9mg/g, respectively. The adsorption process could be well described by the intra-particle mass transfer diffusion model and Sips model. Besides, ACUF700 was regenerated easily using diluted hydrochloric acid solution as eluent and ACUF700 possesses better reusability.
