      • 경영에서 grab start와 track start의 운동학적 분석

        본 연구는 남녀 수영 선수 6명씩을 대상으로 grab start와 track start를 실시하여 두 집단간과 두 출발법간의 동작 특성을 운동학적으로 분석한 후 변인들을 정량화 하여 선수들에게 출발법에 대한 심층적인 이해를 제공하고 효과적인 훈련에 기여하도록 하는 것이 목적이며 실험으로 카메라 4대를 이용하였으며 분석을 위해 권(1993)이 개발한 Kwon3D 동작 분석 프로그램으로 3차원 영상 분석을 실시하였다. 결과의 통계 처리 자료로는 SPSS 프로그램을 사용하였으며 출발에 관련된 운동학적 변인을 수평방향과 수직방향에서의 인체 중심점 위치와 속도의 변화를 측정하였다. 위치 변화에서는 출발대를 떠나는 지점에서 남자 선수들은 수직 지향을 여자 선수들은 수평 지향을 함을 알 수 있었고 속도 변화에서 출발대를 떠나는 순간 track start가 속도값이 크기는 하나 두 출발법 사이에 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. The research has the aim to analyze and find out kinematic features of grab start and track start between male and femail. With having selected 6 swimmers form each for this experiment four video-cameras(60 frames/sec) and control-box(length-2m, width-1m, hight-1m) to get real space coordinates were used. The DLT method was employed to obtain the 3-dimensional coordinates of the 25 body points for digitizing with Kwon3D Motion Analysis Package developed by Kwon, Young-hoo (1993). SPSS was used for statistic process. Kinematic variable were measured in start: The center of mass of body in horizontal and vertical, variation of velocity, entry distance. The following are the results. 1. In change of the body-center, the starting methods of man and women are same in horizontal directions, but in vertical directions the amount of women´s body changement is decreasing ever, while the amount of man´s body changement is increasing continuously with his foot off the start line. The change of the position and velocity in vertical directions is changing with the same tendency in case of starting ways of both man and women, but in vertical directions man´s amount of changement has steep increasing curve, and women´s one has decreasing curve. 2. Horizontal ANOVA analysis of body-center shows that starting method represent not such difference at taking-off moment but significant difference at initial moving point(F=237.016, p<.01). Vertical analysis shows significant difference in gender and starting method(for each F=31.132, p<.01, f=22.591, p<.01)

        Differential responses of walnut cultivars to cold storage and their correlation with postharvest physiological parameters

        In this study, we screened eight walnut ( Juglans regia L.) cultivars (‘Xifu2’, ‘Shaanhe’, ‘Weina’, ‘Xiangling’, ‘Xiluo3’,‘Xifu1’, ‘Liaoning4’, and ‘Qingxiang’) in order to establish reliable selection criteria for storage-tolerance. Fresh walnutfruit were stored at 0 ± 0.5 °C and 70–80% relative humidity. Browning index, postharvest physio-biochemical characteristics,acid value, and sensory quality were measured. The results showed that ‘Xifu2’, ‘Shaanhe’, and ‘Weina’ developedbrowning early and quickly and storage was terminated for these cultivars at 60 days. ‘Xiluo3’, ‘Xifu1’, ‘Liaoning4’, and‘Qingxiang’ had a slow browning rate and storage was terminated at 72 days. ‘Xiangling’ developed browning at a mediumrate and storage was terminated at 72 days. Correlation analysis suggested that the terminal browning index of each cultivarpositively correlated with lipoxygenase activity at 18 days of storage, polyphenol oxidase activity at 18–30 days, malondialdehydecontent at 18 days, and the respiration rate at 42 days, while it negatively correlated with the total phenolic contentat 18 days and phenylalanine ammonia lyase activity at 12 days. The storage tolerance of each cultivar was evaluatedaccording to the terminal browning index, acid value, and sensory quality. Comprehensive evaluation and cluster analysiswere performed to rank the cold storage tolerance of the eight cultivars as follows: ‘Qingxiang’ and ‘Xifu1’ > ‘Liaoning4’and ‘Xiluo3’ > ‘Xifu2’ and ‘Xiangling’ > ‘Shaanhe’ and ‘Weina’. In conclusion, cultivars used for fresh in-husk walnut fruitwith lower levels of membrane peroxidation and phenol oxidation, and higher level of phenol synthesis around 18 days ofstorage would be suitable candidates for cold storage. ‘Qingxiang’ and ‘Xifu1’ were selected as storage-tolerant cultivars.

        The miR-145-5p/CD36 pathway mediates PCB2-induced apoptosis in MCF-7 cells

        Background Procyanidin B2 (PCB2) can increase the levels of anti-infammatory and immune mediators. Objectives However, its molecular mechanism in human breast cancer remains unclear. This study aimed to investigate the antitumor efect of PCB2 on MCF-7 cells and to examine the underlying mechanism. Methods The fow cytometry and EdU incorporation assays were measured the PCB2-induced BMECs. The expression levels of infammatory factors and immune response genes were upregulated in MCF-7 cells, high-throughput sequencing was used to detect diferentially expressed genes in blank and PCB2-treated MCF-7 cells. Results The results showed that PCB2 induced the apoptosis of MCF-7 cells. CD36 profles were afected in MCF-7 cells. Additionally, prediction software identifed a miR-145-5p binding site in the CD36 sequence. Luciferase reporter assays and Western blot analysis were used to verify the regulatory relationships between the diferentially expressed miRNA miR145-5p and CD36. MiR-145-5p and its key target (CD36) constitute a potential miRNA-mRNA regulatory pair. Functional studies in MCF-7 cells revealed that CD36 promotes but miR-145-5p inhibits apoptosis. Conclusion Overall, these data suggest that miR-145-5p inhibits the enhancing efect of PCB2 on CD36 expression by binding CD36 and subsequently regulating apoptosis, the immune response and anti-infammatory pathways. These results provide theoretical and experimental support for the treatment of breast cancer.

      • Current Evidence on the Association between rs3757318 of C6orf97 and Breast Cancer Risk: a Meta-Analysis

        Background: A common genetic variant rs3757318, located in intron of C6orf97, was firstly identified to be associated with breast cancer (BC) risk by a genome-wide association (GWA) study. However, subsequent validation studies with different ethnicities have yielded conflicting results. Materials and Methods: We performed a meta-analysis to synthesize all available data for evaluating the precise effect of this variant on BC susceptibility. Results: A total of 8 articles containing 11 studies with 62,891 cases and 65,635 controls were included in this meta-analysis. When compared to the G allele, the rs3757318-A allele was significantly associated with BC risk with the pooled OR of 1.21 (95% CI=1.15 - 1.29, P<0.001) but with obvious between-study heterogeneity (P=0.040). Stratified analysis suggested that diversity of ethnicity along with control source may explain part of the heterogeneity. Similarly, significant associations were also identified in heterozygote, homozygote, dominant and recessive genetic models. Sensitivity and publication bias analyses indicated robust stability of our results. Conclusions: Our present meta-analysis demonstrated that the variant rs3757318 is associated with increased BC risk. Nevertheless, further studies are needed to clarify the underlying biological mechanisms.

        과학 기술의 발전과 현대화의 진행 과정이 빨라짐에 따라 중국의 많은 예술가가 자신의 예술 작품을 통해 세계에 중국 문화를 이해시킨다. 그중 대부분의 예술 작품은 신화를 소재로 한 창작이기 대문에 본문은 중국 신화 애니메이션의 초현실주의 표현을 통해 신화를 소재로 한 애니메이션이 대중에게 받아들여진 이유를 탐구한다. 본문은 중국 현대예술가 츄안슝(邱翻雄)의 <신산해경(新山海經)>시리즈를 중심으로 연 구가 진행된다. 첫째, 중국 신화 이미지의 그로테스크한 속성. 둘째, 초현실주의 표현 특성. 셋째, 애니메이션의 표현 특정. 넷째, 분석 기준을 정립하고 사례 분석이다. 이룰 통해, 향후 신화를 소재로 한 미디어 예술 연구에 이론적 토대를 마련한다. With the development of science and technology and the acceleration of modernization, more and more Chinese artists are letting the world know about Chinese culture through their art works. Since most of the works of art are created on the theme of myth, this paper discusses the reasons why mythology-themed animations are accepted by the public through the expression of surrealism in the theme of Chinese myth. This paper focuses on the series of New Classic of Mountains and Seas written by QiuAnxiong, a modem Chinese artist. Firstly, the grotesque nature of Chinese mythological images. Second, Surrealism features of expression. Thirdly, the performance characteristics of animation. Fourth, establish analysis criteria and conduct case analysis. Through the above research, it has laid a theoretical foundation for the future research on media art of mythological themes.

        One-step preparation of functionalized cotton exocarp-based sorbent for efficient Hg0 immobilization

        Activated carbon (AC) injection has been regarded as one of the most effective control technologies for Hg0 removal in flue gas. It is worthwhile to explore new and simple preparation methods for AC with low cost and high Hg removal capacity. In this study, a biomass based AC was successfully prepared from levant cotton exocarp using ZnCl2 activation. The mercury adsorption efficiency and mechanism were studied via the fixed bed experiments. Activator, reaction temperature and components of simulated coal-fired flue gas were investigated. Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET), scanning electron microscopy with energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometry (SEM–EDX) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) were applied for morphology characterization of the prepared AC and discussion of the possible adsorption mechanism. The adsorbed mercury species and the physiochemical properties of prepared AC were discussed. The results showed that (1) Hg0 removal efficiency could reach up to 90% at 150 ℃ under simulated flue gas (SFG); (2) Hg0 adsorption was controlled by the combination of physical and chemical mechanisms.

        Human-computer interaction can be done through CLI (Command-Line Interface) or. Starting with the CUI (Character User Interface), and moving up to the CUI (User Interface), the appropriate usage method and device are implemented so that the user can conveniently use the product or service. For this, safety, convenience, and time reduction play a major role in UI. Coming to the modem era, it has become an important task to focus on the interactive gesture CLI, rather than physical manipulation of the in-vehicle interface, and to design actions that are easy for users to recall. Therefore, this paper intends to study the natural gestures for vehicle users to control the vehicle. Beginning with the theoretical study of interfaces and interactions, the influence of the Internet on car interaction design is explained, and the design of car interaction interfaces is summarized to study the existing car interaction system for drivers. Considering the operational limitations through the gesture interface, an important issue of how to design a gesture with good aesthetics and experience has emerged. Cars are one step closer to saving time and convenience of vehicle transportation by interacting with autonomous driving or various interfaces. In addition, the automobile becomes a platform that connects digital information services with transportation means, providing information and entertainment program functions that can be controlled by the driven In terms of in-vehicle interaction, multi-channel user interfaces will become the core of future interaction design. At the same time, gesture interaction is increasingly being used as a possible interaction method in some product and display designs. Among them, in the human-machine interaction interface based on gesture manipulation, automobile human-computer interface design is one of the important fields of human-computer interaction. In this regard, this paper discusses gestures and related theories on gesture design for automobile human-machine interfaces, and explains the main directions of related research on automobile human-machine interfaces. And, by summarizing the existing research on human-machine interface design, and presenting gesture design methods such as the validity of gestures in automobile human-machine interfaces, application of human-machine interfaces, and human-computer interactions, the interaction of domestic and foreign automobile gestures is analyzed, do. In conclusion, we propose a design method of a user-defined gesture for an automobile human-computer interaction interface and classify the application of gestures. By referring to the vehicle human-computer interaction system design and user-designed gesture sets, the function and architectural process of the vehicle system for gesture manipulation are defined. The significance of this paper is to discuss the major gesture driving design process and gesture design method for automobiles, and to study and think about user-centered design methods.

        Experimental study on deformation and strength property of compacted loess

        A series of experimental studies are conducted on the deformation and shear strength property of compacted loess. The results reveal that the relationships of both the initial moisture content (w) and the initial degree of compaction (K) of compacted loess with cohesion (w) and the angle of internal friction (${\varphi}$) are linear. The relationship between the secant modulus ($E_{soi}$) and K is also linear. The relationship between $E_{soi}$ and w can be fitted well by a second-order polynomial. Further, when the influences of w and K are ignored, the relationship between the confined compression strain (${\varepsilon}$) and vertical pressure (p) can be expressed by a formula. A correction formula for the deformation of compacted loess caused by a change in w and K is derived on the basis of the study results.

        Damping and transformation behaviors of Ti50(Pd50−xCrx) shape memory alloys with x ranging from 4.0 to 5.0

        The damping and transformation behaviors of Ti50(Pd50−xCrx) shape memory alloys with x ranging from 4.0 to 5.0 are systematically investigated. The damping capacity (Q−1) at the martensitic transformation is found to be inversely proportional to the square root of frequency, i.e., Q−1∝ω−0.5. A relaxation peak or shoulder is observed slightly below the martensitic transformation damping peak for compositions within the compositional crossover region (4.5 ⩽x⩽ 4.8). Furthermore, the damping capacity at the martensitic transformation is smaller within the compositional crossover region (4.5 ⩽x⩽ 4.8), compared with that of compositions at both sides (x = 4.0 and x = 5.0). These observations can be ascribed to the hysteretic motion of interfaces between different phases near the compositional crossover region.
