        傳統“析字”法的應用範疇、主要類型及發展演變

        “Character-dividing in Chinese” is a phenomenon that refers to divide one Chinese into two parts and multiply them, then use visual features to express their ideas and feelings. At present, the phenomenon still exists that lay too much store by “grammar” and too little by the Chinese character and the culture in Chinese education. And tnen the relevant content more fragmented in College Chinese textbooks. Therefore, I think it is necessary to make the collated and summarized about the application fields,the main types and the development history of “Character-dividing in Chinese”. The thesis will be studied both the development history and the main forms. In the end ,based on the results, the study makes suggestion on the relevant teaching.

        浅谈≪国际中文等级标准≫中AA式词语的收录问题及教学建议

        ≪国际中文教育等级标准≫是面向新时代的国家标准, 将于2021年7月1日正式实施。这一标准是国际中文教育的顶层设计与基本建设, 用于指导今后国际中文教育的教学、测试、学习和评估, 具有基本重要的意义。考察该标准中所收录的54个AA式词语, 我们发现一些值得商榷的地方, 为完善标准, 我们提出了一些修改建议。同时我们还考察了当前在韩国具有代表性的两套汉语教材, 分析其中可出现在状语位置的AA式词语的收录和教学情况。最后在分析HSK动态作文语料库中韩国学生使用这类AA式词语的全部用例及所出现偏误的基础上, 对今后教材生词中AA式词语的词性标注问题及重点、难点的教学问题提出建议。 < Chinese Proficiency Grading Standards for International Chinese Language Education >, which is a national standard for the new time, will be officially implemented on July 1, 2021. The standard is the top-level design and basic construction of international Chinese education, and it will be are used toguide the teaching, testing, learning and evaluation of international Chinese education in the future. This paper analyzes and discusses 54 “AA” reduplicated words in < National Standard >, and found some issue worthy of discussions ,and put forward some suggestions in order to perfect the standard. At the same time,the paper also collects “AA” reduplicated words from the current two sets of representative Chinese textbooks in Korea,and analyzes the collection and teaching of AA words that can appear in adverbial position. Finally, based on the analysis of all the use cases and errors of Korean students’ use of such AA words in HSK Dynamic Writing Corpus, some suggestions are put forward on the problem of POS tagging of AA words in the new words in the textbooks in the future, as well as the teaching teaching focal and difficult points.

        從語義和語用層面談網絡諧音流行語 ― 以“耗子尾汁”、“藍瘦香菇”、“雨女無瓜”為例

        The homophonic network catchwords continue to appear in recent years, and the study on the reasons for the growing spread of the catchwords takes on important theory value and operation significance. This paper firstly analyzes and describes the homophonic phenomenon from the diachronic perspective, and summarized their pragmatic functions and the main forms. Secondly, this paper analyzes and describes the new characteristics about the homophonic network catchwords from the synchronic perspective, and taking “mouse-tail (耗子尾汁)”, “blue- thin-mushroom (蓝瘦香菇)” and “rain-girl-without the melon (雨女無瓜)” for examples, analyzed and summarized the key factors about the homophonic network catchwords. Finally, this paper makes some recommendations to the usage and standardization of the homophonic words based on the analysis and comparisons.

        Credibilitic Multiperiod Mean Semivariance Portfolio Selection with Transaction Costs

        This paper proposes a credibilitic multiperiod mean-simivariance portfolio selection model with transaction costs, borrowing constraints, threshold constraints and cardinality constraints. In this model, the return rate of asset and the risk are quantified by credibilitic expected value and credibilitic semivariance, respectively. Threshold constraints limit the amount of capital to be invested in each stock and prevent very small investments in any stock. Based on credibilitic theories, the model is transformed into a mix integer dynamic optimization problem with path dependence. The proposed model is approximated to dynamic programming model. A novel discrete iteration method is designed to obtain the optimal portfolio strategy, and is proved linearly convergent. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the behavior of the proposed model and the designed algorithm using real data from the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

        Simulation Analysis of Potential Energy Recovery System of Hydraulic Hybrid Excavator

        A new hydraulic hybrid excavator potential energy recovery system is proposed in this paper. The energy recovery system uses threechamber cylinders (TCCs) and accumulators to recover potential energy during work cycle. Within this structure, there is no throttle valve in the primary loop, and the recovered energy is stored in the form of hydraulic energy. Hence, energy loss of throttle valve and energy conversion process are avoided, and energy efficiency is improved. The mathematical model is established to analyze dynamic and energy recovery characteristics. From simulation analysis, the usage of accumulators and TCC influences the dynamic response and stability. The increase of accumulator volume weakens the control performance but heightens the stability. When the cross sectional area of the TCC increases, the control performance of the system are improved. In addition, the maximum power and energy consumption of pumps and engine with different accumulator volumes and different TCC diameters are obtained. Also, the maximum power and energy consumption of each pump and engine in different working conditions are obtained and compared with those without potential energy recovery system. According to the comparison, the potential energy recovery system can reduce the maximum power and energy of engine by 50%.

        Realgar transforming solution suppresses angiogenesis and tumor growth by inhibiting VEGF receptor 2 signaling in vein endothelial cells

        Realgar (As4S4), as an arsenic sulfide mineraldrug, has a good therapeutic reputation for anticancer inTraditional Chinese Medicine, and has recently beenreported to inhibit angiogenesis in tumor growth. However,considering the poor solubility and low bioavailability ofrealgar, large dose of realgar and long period of treatmentare necessary for achieving the effective blood medicineconcentration. In present study, we resolved the crucialproblem of poor solubility of realgar by using intrinsicbiotransformation in microorganism, and investigatedunderlying mechanisms of realgar transforming solution(RTS) for antiangiogenesis. Our results demonstrated thatRTS had a strong activity to inhibit HUVECs proliferation,migration, invasion, and tube formation. Moreover, RTSinhibited VEGF/bFGF-induced phosphorylation ofVEGFR2 and the downstream protein kinases includingERK, FAK, and Src. In vivo zebrafish and chickenchorioallantoic membrane model experiments showed thatRTS remarkably blocked angiogenesis. Finally, comparedwith the control, administration of 2.50 mg/kg RTSreached more than 50% inhibition against H22 tumorallografts in KM mice, but caused few toxic effects in thehost. The antiangiogenic effect was indicated by CD31immunohistochemical staining and alginate-encapsulatedtumor cell assay. In summary, our findings suggest thatRTS inhibits angiogenesis and may be a potential drugcandidate in anticancer therapy.

        Low-Complexity Energy Efficient Base Station Cooperation Mechanism in LTE Networks

        Currently Energy-Saving (ES) methods in cellular networks could be improved, as compensation method for irregular Base Station (BS) deployment is not effective, most regional ES algorithm is complex, and performance decline caused by ES action is not evaluated well. To resolve above issues, a low-complexity energy efficient BS cooperation mechanism for Long Time Evolution (LTE) networks is proposed. The mechanism firstly models the ES optimization problem with coverage, resource, power and Quality of Service (QoS) constraints. To resolve the problem with low complexity, it is decomposed into two sub-problems: BS Mode Determination (BMD) problem and User Association Optimization (UAO) problem. To resolve BMD, regional dynamic multi-stage algorithms with BS cooperation pair taking account of load and geographic topology is analyzed. And then a distributed heuristic algorithm guaranteeing user QoS is adopted to resolve UAO. The mechanism is simulated under four LTE scenarios. Comparing to other algorithms, results show that the mechanism can obtain better energy efficiency with acceptable coverage, throughput, and QoS performance.

        Rightward Movement: A Stylistic Feature of Chinese and Korean EEL Users

        This paper delves into two aspects of Rightward Movement: Heavy-NP-Shift and Extraposition from NP, and examines their absence in the discourse of Korean and Chinese EFL users. I argue that Rightward Movement is a language habit of native English speakers, to whom it is natural and unnoticeable, and is often used subconsciously, but the absence of it is a stylistic feature of EFL users. I prove it via a survey among 388 Chinese and Korean EFL users. It is shown that Chinese and Korean students and teachers are poor at the cognition of Rightward Movement, and do not have a tendency to move rightward the long and heavy elements. This is attributable to the following reasons. First, they learn English in a different manner from native speakers. Second, EFL teachers are not fully aware of teaching Rightward Movement. Third, the grammar books written for Chinese and Korean EFL learners rarely describe Rightward Movement of our concern. These elements are seen to lead to the absence of Rightward Movement in the discourse of Chinese and Korean EFL users, subsequently resulting in a stylistic feature of EFL users.

      • Molecular Recognition Enables Nanosubstrate-Mediated Delivery of Gene-Encapsulated Nanoparticles with High Efficiency

        <P/><P>Substrate-mediated gene delivery is a promising method due to its unique ability to preconcentrate exogenous genes onto designated substrates. However, many challenges remain to enable continuous and multiround delivery of the gene using the same substrates without depositing payloads and immobilizing cells in each round of delivery. Herein we introduce a gene delivery system, nanosubstrate-mediated delivery (NSMD) platform, based on two functional components with nanoscale features, including (1) DNA⊂SNPs, supramolecular nanoparticle (SNP) vectors for gene encapsulation, and (2) Ad-SiNWS, adamantane (Ad)-grafted silicon nanowire substrates. The multivalent molecular recognition between the Ad motifs on Ad-SiNWS and the β-cyclodextrin (CD) motifs on DNA⊂SNPs leads to dynamic assembly and local enrichment of DNA⊂SNPs from the surrounding medium onto Ad-SiNWS. Subsequently, once cells settled on the substrate, DNA⊂SNPs enriched on Ad-SiNWS were introduced through the cell membranes by intimate contact with individual nanowires on Ad-SiNWS, resulting in a highly efficient delivery of exogenous genes. Most importantly, sequential delivery of multiple batches of exogenous genes on the same batch cells settled on Ad-SiNWS was realized by sequential additions of the corresponding DNA⊂SNPs with equivalent efficiency. Moreover, using the NSMD platform <I>in vivo</I>, cells recruited on subcutaneously transplanted Ad-SiNWS were also efficiently transfected with exogenous genes loaded into SNPs, validating the <I>in vivo</I> feasibility of this system. We believe that this nanosubstrate-mediated delivery platform will provide a superior system for <I>in vitro</I> and <I>in vivo</I> gene delivery and can be further used for the encapsulation and delivery of other biomolecules.</P>

      • An Effective Framework for Contented-Based Image Retrieval with Multi-Instance Learning Techniques

        Multi-Instance Learning(MIL) performs well to deal with inherently ambiguity of images in multimedia retrieval. In this paper, an effective framework for Contented-Based Image Retrieval(CBIR) with MIL techniques is proposed, the effective mechanism is based on the image segmentation employing improved Mean Shift algorithm, and processes the segmentation results utilizing mathematical morphology, where the goal is to detect the semantic concepts contained in the query. Every sub-image detected is represented as a multiple features vector which is regarded as an instance. Each image is produced to a bag comprised of a flexible number of instances. And we apply a few number of MIL algorithms in this framework to perform the retrieval. Extensive experimental results illustrate the excellent performance in comparison with the existing methods of CBIR with MIL.
