        Many countriesall over the world have gradically intensified the physical education for the welfare of the whole people. And so they have their own poliey for the purpose of promoting physical education as well. But our governmenthas not proper measures for the promoting sports for our nation. To make matters worse the reorganization of the gpvemment state just siplified the Bureau of physical Eduoation into physial of Educ ati on section. We claim that it is evident that such negative attitude for the physical education will probably bring the weaknen of the physical education through the peoples. It is argent that a new and proper poliy for the promoting sports in our country should be deuised by authoity concerned at once. The aim of the thesis is to suggest a few opinions to intensify social physial culture of our society through sportg supported by the goverment and to study how to promote physical educaltion in Korea.

        The purpose of this study was to develop safety instruction material that can use efficiently through analyze segments connected with safety in elementary science material field experiment. Therefore, established following assignment to achieve purpose of this study. First, analyze whether there are some things on hazardous factor that can be connected to safety accident at elementary science material field experiment. Second, develop multimedia material for effective safety instruction. Third, recognize teacher's legal liability through published paper and case study. To settle the above subject, secures theoretical basis through literature study and collected datas connected with safety instruction through internet search. Also analyzed risk factor and safety connection contents that can be connected to safety accident through the 7th elementary science textbooks. Then arrange this systematically and made a story board. Safety connection animation datas that film by camcorder edited by vegas 4.0 and used Macromedia company's Director MX developing multimedia material. before scientific experiment class beginning or when educate safety, divide into greatly 6 low rank menus to use easily necessary member and arranged connection menus inside. All materials were manufactured to use easily maximum for user. This material will prevent beforehand accident to occur because make an experimenter know enough safety precaution, safety equipment, experiment tool directions etc. when safety accident occurred, will help unconnect to large size accident because do quick emergency measure.

        1. The purpose of this study is to investigate the height of the center of gravity of a body according to physique, and is also to investigate the difference of physical fitness by the physique according to the height of the center of gravity of a body. 2. Physique was measured by the height and weight of the subjects and classified into five ranks of physical progressions, and then the subjects were tested in five items; 100m sprint, standing broad jump, flexed arm-hamging(female) and pull-ups(male), ball throwing and sit-up. Next, the position of the center of gravity of a body was measured by "the method fo Reynolds-Lovett". 3. In the height of the center of gravity of a body, the ranks of the height were as follows; A class was the lst, B class was the 2nd, C class was the 3rd, D class was the 4th, and E class was the 5th. 4. The average height of the center of gravity of a body by age and sex might be summarized as follows. The center of 10 year-old girls was located in 56.21% point of the standing height. That of 11 year-old girls was located in 57.51/%point. That of 10 year-old boys was located in 57.24% point. That of 11 year-old boys was located in 57.93% point. Therefore, the center of gravity of a body in case of girls was situated in almost the same height as in case of boys and was higher than in case of grown-up women. 5. In physical fitness, E class was a little inferior to the other classes, but any difference among the other classes was not found out.

        니코틴과 트리암시놀론 아세토니드를 함유하는 생분해성 마이크로스피어의 제조시 분무건조법과 용매증발법의 비교

        The microspheres have been developed as a new drug delivery system. Although many particulate drug carriers, such as liposome, niosome and emulsion, have been introduced, injectable and biodegradable microspheres appears to be a particularly ideal delivery system because the local anesthesia is not necessary for the insertion of large implants and for the removal of the device after the drug release is finished. Biodegradable microspheres with nicotine and triamcinolone acetonide are prepared and evaluated. As biodegradible polymers, PLA (M.W. 15,000, PLA-0015), PLGA (M.W. 17,000, RG 502) and PLGA (M.W. 8,600, RG 502H) are used. This study attempted to prepare and evaluate the nicotine and triamcinolone acetonide-incorporated microspheres, which were prepared by two methods, solvent-evaporation and spray-drying methods. The microspheres, as a disperse system for injections, were evaluated by particle size, size distribution, entrapment efficiency, and in vitro drug release patterns. The differences of preparation method, partition coefficient, types of polymer, and preparation conditions of microspheres influence the particle size, entrapment efficiency, and in vitro drug release patterns.

      • 프리캐스트용 고성능 콘크리트의 내구특성 검토

        포장용 콘크리트는 열악한 환경조건에 의해 손상을 받지 않을 정도의 충분한 내구성을 가지고 있어야 한다. 포장 콘크리트는 실질적으로 겨울철에 제설제로 인한 동해를 받는 열악한 환경에 놓이기 때문에 동결-융해에 대한 손실을 쉽게 받을 수 있다. 이 연구에서는 폴리프로필렌 섬유를 혼입한 포장 콘크리트의 내구특성을 검토하여 현장적용가능성을 검토하기 위하여 섬유종류, 섬유혼입율, 콘크리트 배합종류를 주요 실험변수로 하여 실내시험을 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 먼저 폴리프로필렌 섬유보강 콘크리트의 압축강도시험을 통하여 강도특성을 분석하고 박 저항성 시험을 통하여 내구특성을 분석하였다. 박리저항성 시험은 국내에서 제설제로 사용하고 있는 4%의 염화칼슘을 콘크리트시편 표면에 유지시켜 동결-융해 사이클을 진행시켜 매5사이클마다 겉보기 등급과 무게변화를 측정하였다. 그 결과, 압축강도는 섬유 혼입율이 증가할수록 증가하였으며, 망사형 섬유보다는 단사형 섬유가 강도증진에 효과적임을 확인할 수 있었다. 박리저항성은 섬유의 혼입율이 증가할수록 모든 배합에서 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 무게 변화는 모든 배합에서 단사형 섬유와 망사형 섬유 모두 혼입율이 증가할수록 무게 손실량이 섬유를 혼입하지 않은 시험편에 비해 1.85∼27.5%로 감소하는 것으로 나타나 박리저항성 증진에 효과적임을 확인할 수 있었다. 폴리프로필렌 섬유보강 콘크리트의 강도특성의 내구특성을 분석한 결과 고속도로 배합인 경우 단사형 섬유와 망사형 섬유 모두 혼입율 0.10%에서 강도와 내구성 증진효과가 가장 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 강도특성과 내구특성을 분석한 결과, 내구특성이 보통 콘크리트보다 내구특성이 우수하여 현장적용이 가능한 것으로 나타났다. Pavement concrete subjected to severe environmental condition may be vulnerable to frost attack practically where de-icing chemicals are used. This study focused on the investigation of durability characteristics of pavement concrete incorporating polypropylene fibers and application feasibility of these into the pavements of local roads and highway. A series of labortory tests were performed with main experimental variable such as fiber types, fiber contents and type of concrete mix. The test of compressive strength was executed as primary tests, before the durability tests such as a scaling resistance were performed. De-icing salt resistance test was progressed by recycling freeze and thaw in the presence of a 4% calcium chloride solution. The deteriorated surfaces were rated by visual inspection and the loss weight were measured at every 5 cycles. The compressive strength of polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete increased as the fiber contents increased. The loss of weight decreased by 1.85∼27.5% compared to those of plain concrete as the fiber contents increased in the all kind of concrete mix. Thus de-icing salt scaling resistance of polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete increased as the fiber contents increased in the all concrete mix. From the results of strength and durability of polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete, it was concluded that they may be applied to the pavement of local roads and highway due to their excellent durability characteristics superior to those of plain concrete.

        This paper aims at the elucidation of the characteristics of longshore current profile after wave breaking. Wave breakers are always accompanied by complex turbulent process, wave energy losses and the mean water level variations due to the gradient of radiation stress. These processes with other factor result in the development of longshore currents. Because longshore current have relation to the alongshore sand transport on a bed and, to the diffusion of contaminants nearshore region, the understanding and elucidation of longshore currents are very important from tile engineering point of view. The longshore currents induced by simple wave striking an planar beach, nonplanar beach, and barred beach are calculated.

They are in great handicaps for themselves to be developed and or grown like others. And through this researching I reached the conclusion as followings; a) Characterized Education should be considered firstly in the field of education. b) Must give enough courate and brightness to over come their inferiority or shame to others by themselves. c) Must proviee the way possible to keep them in safety from any trouble expected to be happen. d) Encourage them lest they shoule fail to stand themselves of themselves. e) Aid them widely for their growth and development in the view of physical culture.

        단속적 검사에서 스트레스한계를 가지는 램프스트레스시험을 위한 비모수적 추정

        This paper considers a nonparametric estimation of lifetime distribution for ramp stress tests with stress bound under intermittent inspection. The test items are inspected only at specified time points and so the collected observations are grouped data. Under the cumulative exposure model, two nonparametric estimation methods of estimating the lifetime distribution at use condition stress are proposed for the situation which the time transformation function relating stress to lifetime is a type of the inverse power law. Each of items is initially put on test under ramp stress and then survivors are put on test under constant stress, where all failures in the inspection interval are assumed to occur at the midpoint or the endpoint of that interval. Two proposed estimators of quantile from grouped data consisting of the number of items failed in each inspection interval are numerically compared with the maximum likelihood estimator(MLE) based on Weibull distribution.
