      • 신경 세포에서 Ca-channel의 비활성에 관한 연구

        신경세포의 bursting 기작을 설명하기 위하여 기존에 제안된 Ca-activated Potassium channel 대신 Ca channel을 사용하여 기존의 model과 유사한 결과를 얻었다. 이들의 Phase Plane에서의 행동도 유사함을 보여준다. We have modified slow oscillation dynamics in Plant Nerve cell model in order to incorperated the Ca chnnael incativation mechanism. The calcium activated potassium channel has been replcaed with leak and voltage dependent calcium channel with and calcium inactivated voltage gated calcium channel. The simulation results with our model resemble the experimental results and Plant model's. The phase plane behavior of our model is also similar to the Plant model's behavior. It suggest that the calcium channel inactivation mechainsm may be a possible mehcanism for the slow oscillation dynamics in membrane potential oscillation in neuron cell body.

        The study is concerned in description and analysis of the residential environment of Haeundae New town in Pusan. It aims how the neighborhood is formed through commercial facilities and public facilities, in terms of their location, sort and size, distribution of space, approachment. Those elements have influence on the formation of community area and residential environment. Finally, this study identifies the concepts and elements in the community area in the new-built residential environment for improving the quality of the life.

        In this paper, we propose the high speed making/surface inspection algorithm, that use adaptive automatic acquisition algorithm and real time matching algorithm of model data. The proposed automatic acquisition algorithm to obtain the adaptive model data extracts the interesting regions to fit in semiconductor characteristics, and create models of several semiconductor regardless of position and type. The proposed teal time matching algorithm uses geometrical pattern matching method to minimize effect of external environment of making/surface and only use semiconductor characteristic information. The proposed system has faster processing time than the conventional method. Also the proposed one has a good performance.

        UV/TiO₂와 유동층 반응기를 이용한 안료의 광촉매 탈색

        The photocatalytic decolorization of Rhodamine B (RhB) was studied using immobilized TiO₂ and fluidized bed reactor. Immobilized TiO₂(length: 1~2 mm, width: 1~3 mm, thickness: 0.5~2 mm) onto silicone sealant was employed as the photocatalyst and a 30 W germicidal lamp was used as the light source and the reactor volume was 4.8 L. The effects of parameters such as the amounts of photocatalyst, initial concentration, initial pH, superficial velocity, H₂O₂ and anion additives. (NO₃^(-), SO₄^(2-), Cl^(-), CO₃^(2-)) The results showed that the optimum dosage of the immobilized TiO₂ were 87.0 g/L. Initial removal rate of RhB of the immobilized TiO₂ was 1.5 times higher than that of the powder TiO₂ because of the adsorption onto the surface of immobilized TiO₂ In the conditions of acidic pH, initial reaction rate was increased slowly and reaction time was shorted. The effect of anion type on the reaction rate was not much.

      • 부산시 住宅類型 변화에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the changes of housing types according to the change in historical and urban situation and to improve the housing types for the dwelling quality and residential environment in Busan. The results of this study were as follows; the housing types changed rapidly from single detached house type to collective dwelling forms year after year. There were not enough variable housing types to improve the quality of lifestyle and to generated a range of dwelling alternatives. The unique historical and urban situation in Busan might not influenced to the change of the housing types. The housing types must be considered in the planning and production of dwelling units to give user the dwelling quality and to generate a range of dwelling alternative. The type of dwelling unit will be considered and developed under the geological and urban situation. It makes not only the dwelling alternatives but also urban quality vailable.

      • PLD 소자를 이용한 programmable delay 회로 설계

        In the signal progresses, time delay can happen, and bring the operation error by the delay. Digital signal sets the timing to clock signal that get into ordinary standard. The delay of signal can bring the operational fatal error by that high speed digital system achieves CPU, RAM, ROM, FPGA and interface ICS and organic action fast usually. Skew can happen by such delayed signals and the serious problem in signal progresses can be happened on the semiconductor device testing or other digital circuit operating by the skew. To solve these problems, the device that make the exact delay must be used. To make a exact delay can be done by using delay components. However, many delay components must be used in the circuit design for complex delay structure. In this paper, we propose the programmable delay method/circuit using PLD device. The proposed method has many advantages, because that uses interior gates of PLD device from 1㎱ to several ㎱ delay the circuit designer can do programming voluntarily, and prove precision.

      • 역유동층 반응기와 삼상유동층 반응기를 이용한 유기물 제거에 관한 연구

        구형의 섬유상 플라스틱을 media로 사용하여 3상 유동층 생물막 반응기와 역유동층 생물막 반응기로 유기물 제거효율을 비교 실험하였다. 유입수의 SCOD가 1800㎎/L였을 때 역유동층 생물막 반응기와 3상 유동층 생물막 반응기의 제거효율은 각각 94%, 92.5%였다. 유기물 부하율이 2㎏COD/㎥.day였을 때 역유동층 생물막 반응기의 미생물 농도는 2810㎎/L, 3상 유동층 생물막 반응기의 경우는 2300㎎/L 였다. 반응기 부피, 공기유량, media 형태 및 폐수성상이 모두 같은 조건에서는 두 반응기 모두 유기물 제거효율과 미생물 농도 등에서 거의 비슷한 거동을 나타내었다. A number of experiments were conducted to examine the COD removal efficency and the biomass concentration of the three phase fluidized bed biofilm reactor(TFR) and inverse fluidized bed biofilm reactor(IFR) using fibrous plastic ball and synthetic wastewater. When the influent SCOD was 1800㎎/L, SCOD removal efficiency of IFR and TFR were 94% and 92.5%, respectively. When organic loading rate was 2㎏COD/㎥.day, the biomass concentrations of the IFR and the TFR were 2810㎎/L and 2300㎎/L, respectively. When operated at the same conditions on reactor volume, air flow rate, media type and wastewater characteristic, two reactors showed a very similar performance.

        GF/C에 고정된 TiO₂와 유동충 반응기를 이용한 Rhodamine B의 광촉매 탈색

Immobilized TiO₂ onto GF/C was employed as the photocatalyst and a 30 W germicidal lamp was used as the light source and the reactor volume was 4.8 L. The effects of parameters such as the amounts of photocatalyst, initial concentration, initial pH, air flow rate and anion additives (NO₃^(-), SO₄^(2-), Cl-, CO₃^(2-)) competing for reaction. The results showed that the optimum dosage of the immobilized TiO₂ was 40.0 g/L. Initial removal rate of immobilized TiO₂ was expressed Langmuir - Hinshelwood equation.

      • 담체의 표면거칠기와 전단응력이 미생물 부착에 미치는 영향

        The propose of this paper was to examine the effect of surface roughness and shear stress of support medium on the development of biofilm in a rotating biological contactor. The surface roughness of PMMA as a support media was adjusted to 0.4, 0.8, 1.2, and 3㎛, respectively. Shear stress was varied with speed of rotating biological contactor. At low shear stress, bacterial attachment was not varied greatly with surface roughness. But at increased shear stress, bacterial attachment was changed sharply with surface roughness.
