Trigger point를 利用한 口眼괘斜 患者 10例에 대한 臨床的 考察

From July 1th 2001 to October 31th 2001, the Clinical investigation studies were carried out 10 cases of patient with Bell's palsy using Trigger point treatment group, who had been treated in Han-seung Oriental Medical Clinic. The results were like below : 1. The distribution of sex : Male were 4cases, female were 6case and the female to male ratio was 1.5 : 1. 2. The distribution of contributing factor : Unknown reason was most predominant 4 cases, and then were revealed to labor too hard, menttal stress(3 cases), trauma·common cold(1 case) in turn. 3. The distribution of perid to fall ill : Under a week was the most number 6cases, and then were revealed a week under two weeks(3 cases), over two weeks(1 case) in turn. 4. About period of treatment : The Trigger point treatment group is shorter than the Acupuncture treatment group. 5. The distribution of grade on admission in descending order : GrⅠ was the most number and then GrⅡ, GrⅢ in turn. 6. The distribution of clinical symptoms on adimission : Mastoid pain was the most number 9 cases and then lacrimal gland disorder 8 cases, dysgeusia 4 cases, hyperacusis 2 cases, the others 2 cases in turn. 7. About effect of treatment : The Trigger point treatment group is more excellent than the Acupuncture treatment group. 8. The more patient age is young, the more effect of treatment was excellent, had nothing to do with both groups. 9. The more perid to fall ill is short, the more effect of treatment was excellent, had nothing to do with both groups. 10. About period of improved frontal belly : The Trigger point treatment group is more excellent than the Acupuncture treatment group.

암처리 엽수와 기간이 들깨의 생육 및 개화에 미치는 영향

The lower leaves shading in upper leaves is unknown to be reduced significantly due to the early differentiation of flower-bud by dark treatment of leaves when growing perilla for harvesting the leaves in the greenhouse during the winter. This study analyzed the effect of dark treatment of leaves on the growth and regulation of flowering, which are closely related with differentiation of flower and amount of leaves. One leaf and 3 leaves per plant were dark treated for 0, 5, 10 days. Plant hight was reduced in 3 leaves treatment, but there was no difference in 1 leaf treatment. Stem diameter was reduced in both 1 leaf and 3 leaves treatments, which was more significant in 3 leaves treatment. Leaf area was reduced when 1 leaf was treated for 10 days, but there was no difference when 1 leaf was treated for 5 days. When 3 leaves were treated, leaf area was no difference between treatments. However, leaf area which 3 leaves were treated was reduced more significantly than that 1 leaf was treated. Seed weight was remarkably decreased when 1 leaf was treated for 10 days, and it was decreased when 3 leaves were treated for more than 5 days.

As mentioned above, I have acquired some valuable results about medical treatment with acupuncture and Moxibustion of " Flank pain" after studying oriental medical books . The results Were like below: 1. Medical treatment with acupunctures of Flank pain belonged to the Urinary Bladder Meridian of Foot Taiyang, the Liver Meridian of Foot Jueyin, the Gall Bladder Meridian of Foot Shaoyang. 2. Medical treatmcnt with acupunctures of Flank pain used to Yang-laung-chan(陽陵泉), Gi-gu(支溝), Gi-mun(期門), Kan-su(肝兪) in turn. 3. Medical treatment with Ear acupunctures of Flank pain used to Dam(膽), Sin-Mun(神門), Gan(肝)in turn 4. Acupuncture point of Flank pain were lowrer limb part. chest and abdominal part, back part in turn. 5. Medical treatment with Moxibustion of Flank pain was the most Jang-mun(章門)

Background : In recent years gonorrhoea has been panendemic and remains one of the most common Sexually Transmitted Diseases in the world, especially in developing countries. Objective & Method : For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria Gonorrhoeae(PPNG), Ive have been trying to study the patients who have visited the VD Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by means of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. Results : In 1994, 168 strains of N. gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 109 (64,9% ) were PPNG. Conclustion : Our results suggests that the prevalence of PPNG in Seoul is still increasing.

Conventional measurement methods using ultrasonic wave or x-ray, eddy current for non-destructive testing(NDT) in nuclear power plants and other industrial plants have been performed as the method of contact with objects to be inspected. With this reason these methods have been taken relatively much time and the inspected area is limited by the location of probe or film. But holographic interferometry which is a non-contact optical measurement method using a coherent light source has an advantage that the quantitative measurement can be performed at a time. In this paper a new method using realtime golographic interferometry and image processing for detecting internal flaws of pressure vessels is presented.

For evaluating the lumbar disc space, the fact that the postmyelography computed tomography was more accurate than computed tomography or myelography was well know. But the technical difficulty is limitation of gantry angle. The prone position scanning may help to lessen this trouble. A prospective computed tomographic scanning was performed in both the prone and supine position on 43 patients, who had low back pain. The angle between the vertebral end plate and vertical line was measured in both position at ??, ?? and ?? interspaces. The adavantages of prone scanning in spinal aligment was noted at L5-S1 disc space(79.1%) and also more desirable if computed tomography was performed with metrizamide. With above advantages, the evaluation of bulging annulus was become more easier.

한국 연극교육의 사적 고찰 : 해방 후 1차 교육과정기까지, 초등국어를 중심으로 based on Korean subject of the 1st national curriculum after Korean liberation

This study is a part of historical insight on Korean educational drama. I have researched the contents and method of educational drama in Korea based on Korean subject from the syllabus period to the 1st national curriculum. The kernel of the educational drama in Korea at that time was "improvement on the language ability" and the educational method of drama was utilized actively. Seeing that the small class drama activities as the unit of class and group were encouraged, we can suppose that the educational drama was already developing even in the initial time of Korean education. The first appearance of article in the form of drama in the Korean text books was {Elementary Korean} issued by Education Ministry under the military regime of U.S.A but a full-scale drama was in the text book issued during the Korean war just before the issue of 1st Korean national curriculum. There is no big difference between a partial drama and a full-formed drama in educational drama. In the case of a partial drama, it is easy to notice the character and theme by understanding the situation thoroughly and the development to the dramatic situation is without difficulty. Therefore, I could find out that it is more effective to prepare a device to get dramatic effect shown in each part on many texts than one whole drama text. The teaching methods to writing on the diverse drama became various. Picture drama was widely used but diverse ways like 'dialogue drama', 'improvised drama', 'play drama', 'making drama' were used. Especially some pioneering teachers utilized by themselves creative dramas which can be seen even nowadays. Those methods of educational drama should be recognized enough from the points that they approached it in diverse ways though in given curriculum and they produced many effects not intended originally in the subject. These seem to be the autogenous and native activities of the diverse drama educational ways which came from western society.

첨단시설원예 경영체의 정보기술 활용능력의 비교 분석

정보활용능력이 우수한 경영체 집단을 "우수"라 칭하고, 정보활용능력이 우수하지 못한 집단을 "열위"라 명명하였을 때 두 집단간의 생산구조, 생산기술, 경영성과 등 여러 가지 부문에서 대별되었다. 그 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 경영규모별로 정보활용능력의 차이검정(분산분석)의 결과 경영규모별로 정보활용능력의 유의한 결과를 보였다. 시설유형에서 유리온실과 경질판 온실간 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 재배양식별로는 양액재배 경영체와 토경재배 경영체 간에도 유의한 차이를 보였다. 2) 우수경영체가 열위경영체에 비해 경영규모의 측면에서 두배 이상 크고, 학력에서도 전문대 이상 학력을 소지한 경영체 수가 두 배 가량 많았으며, 경영기록도 충실히 잘 수행하였다. 생산기술 부문에서 수확기간 및 가온기간이 길고, 온실 이용기간이 긴 것으로 나타났다. 3) 첨단시설원예 경영체의 정보화 능력 수준별 경영성과를 살펴보면, 정보화 능력이 우수한 집단은 열위한 집단보다 10a당 조수입액은 2.2배, 수출액은 2.8배 많았다. 경영성과 만족도의 측면에서도 경영성과에 만족한다는 응답자의 비율이 40%에 달한 반면 열위그룹의 경영성과 만족도는 12%에 그쳤다. 이러한 결과로 미루어 볼 때 정보활용능력과 경영성과의 관계는 매우 밀접한 관계에 있으며, 정보화능력이 우수한 집단일수록 경영성과가 높다고 할 수 있을 것이다. Information literacy and computer literacy is essential in problem solving for farm management. This study surveyed 552 farm of High-tech Greenhouse in South Korea, and examined how much the farmer of High-tech Greenhouse is literate in the information, and how much the management performance is affected by information literacy. The finding of this study show that the management performance is strongly influenced by information literacy of farmer. The superior information literacy farms return more double income than the inferior information literacy farms do. The export sales of the superior information literacy farms is 2.8 times as much as that of the inferior information literacy farms. The 40% of the superior information literacy farms was satisfied with management performance, but only 12% of the inferior information literacy farms was satisfied with management performance.

Analysis of the Density Distribution in Solids by Direct Inverse Method

고체 표면에서 측정된 반사파의 자료들로 부터 고체 내부의 밀도분포를 얻을 수 있는 직접 역과정 알고리즘을 연구하였다. 직접 역과정 알고리즘은 측정된 반사파의 자료들과 연속적인 내부 밀도 분포와의 비선형적 관계를 기존의 근사법을 이용한 반복방법을 사용하지 않고, 밀도분포의 주어진 제한적 조건을 도입하여 Tikhonov의 규칙화 역과정 방법을 이용하여 시간에 따라 측정된 반사파의 자료들로 부터 밀도분포를 순차적으로 얻어내는 실시간 역과정 방법이다. 이 방법을 내부의 밀도가 거리에 따라 변하는 1차원 고체 막대에 적용하여 내부의 밀도분포를 정확히 얻어 낼 수 있음을 보여주었다.
