        소 결합 환경에서 순환 질의 처리를 위한 형판 연산기법

        본 논문에서는 소 결합 환경하에서 순환 질의의 한 부류를 효율적으로 처리하기 위한 template 처리 기법을 제안하고, 그 정당성을 증명하였다. Template 처리 기법은 주 기억장치내의 릴레이션과 이차 기억장치에 저장되어 있는 릴레이션 사이의 비용이 비싼 결합 연산(join)을 완전히 제거함으로써 순환 질의를 효과적으로 처리한다. 본 기법으로 처리할 수 있는 질의의 부류는 Whang과 Navathe가 제안한 확장된 논리합 정규형(extended disjunctive normal form)으로 표현하였을 때, 하나의 비환형 트리(nonlooped-tree)와 하나의 단일환형 트리(single looped tree)로 표현된다. We present the template evaluation technique for efficient processing of a class of recursive logic queries in a loosely-coupled environment. Using this technique, queries are evaluated efficiently by avoiding costly joins between an in-memory relation residing in main memory and a database relation residing in the secondary storage. The queries in this class are those represented by one nonlooped tree and one single-looped tree (indicating linear recursion) in the extended disjunction normal form proposed by Whang and Navathe. We also prove the correctness of the template evaluation technique.

      • 정상 인체 멜라닌세포 및 B-16 흑색종 세포주에서 상지(桑枝) 추출물의 티로시나제 활성 억제 효과에 관한 연구

        Background : Recently, the undesirable effects of UV exposure have been increasing because of destruction of ozone layer and excessive solar exposure in enjoying leisure. Therefore, the chance to have uneven skin pigmentations has been increasing. To keep away from the unwanted skin pigmentation, melanogenesis inhibitors have been developed for use in cosmetic preparations for the purpose of skin whitening. Plant extracts having an inhibitory effect in melanin synthesis may be a good choice as a cosmetic ingredient because they have relatively fewer side effects. Objective : In this study, the inhibitory effects of ramulus mori (young twigs of Morus alba L) on tyrosinase activity were investigated cultured normal human melanocytes and B-16 melanoma cells by using enzyme assay and RT-PCR. Methods : Tyrosinase activity was determined by spectrophotometry. The effects of whitening agents (kojic acid, arbutin, licorice extracts and ramulus mori extracts) on mushroom tyrosinase was compared by measuring the IC_(50), the concentration of the compound at which half of the original tyrosinase activity is inhibited. Normal human melanocytes taken from neonatal foreskin and B-16 melanoma cells, tyrosinase activity inhibition was measured by spectrophotometry. We observed tyrosinase volume in B-16 melanoma cells by using PT-PCR. Results : Ramulus mori extracts showed strong inhibitory effect on tyrosinase activity in both normal human melanocytes and B-16 melanoma cells. We also confirm that they have a inhibitory effect on tyrosinase expression in the RT-PCR. Conclusion : This study showed that ramulus mori extracts had strong inhibitory effect against tyrosinase activity. The results suggests that ramulus mori extracts can be used as a new whitening agent.

      • 리보플라빈을 가진 수용성 백금(Ⅱ)착체의 합성과 항암활성 및 세포주기와의 관계

        A series of vitamine-containing Pt(II) complexes of the type [Pt(Rf)(L)], (where Rf=riboflavin, L=ethylenediamine, 1,3-propanediamine, 1,4-butanediamine) was synthesized and characterized by IR, electronic absorption, elemental analysis and FAB-Mass. The coordination sites of Rf to Pt(II) ions were determined to be N(5) and 0(6) with resultant chelate ring formation. These compouds have much better water solubility(145- 150mg/ml) than cisplatin has(lmg/ml). The anticancer activity of this Riboflavin-containing Pt(II) series was investigated by MTT assay against mouse and human leukemia cell lines in vitro. Interaction between Pt(II) complex and DNA were analyzed by flowcytometry, and showed G2/M arrest in LI210 cell line.

      • 질소-프로판-공기 분위기에서 유동상 침탄 특성

        The effect of air : propane ratios on the microstructure of carburized layers, internal oxidation characteristics and carburizing atmospheres during fluidized-bed carburizing under the nitrogen-6% propane base atmosphere were investigated At air : propane ratios less then 3 : 1 carbon potential of fluidized bed carburizing at mosphere was shown to be settled down to good carburizing condition, while carbon potential was shown to be decreased abruptly and CO₂ content increased exceedingly at air : propane ratios greater than 3 : 1. Under the same carburizing condition, the effective case depth of the carburized specimens decreased with Nicontent. At the given ratio of air to propane, the depths of internal oxidation layer appered to be increased almost linearly as carburizing time and the total contents of Si, Mn and Cr of steel increased. For air : propane ratios less than 3 : 1 at 930℃ it was concluded that the most effective carburizing condition and the control of internal oxidation could be obtained easily.

      • 鋼內 介在物의 Br-化合物 形成에 關하여

        The results obtained from the experiment to make a comparison between thermal characteristics and chemical reactions of 10% Br-Methanol treated oxides, and inclusions and oxides in 18Cr-8Ni stainless steel can be concluded as follows; 1. It has been shown that when MnO2, Cr2O3, Fe2O3 and SiO2 are heated, they all give exothermic characteristics in the temperature range about 200 to 300℃, but they tend to be heated up endothermically in the range 300 to 900℃, except for the fact that when the reaction 3MnO2=Mn3O4+O2 occurs at 600℃, peak showing endothermic reaction is observed. 2. Specimens made by mixing some of oxides such as MnO2, SiO2, Fe2O3 and Cr2O3 and uheir complex compunds and inclusins have all produced similar reactions which are characterized by showing an exothermic for temperatures of up to approximately 300℃ and an endothermic for the temperature range 300 to 900℃. However, it is noted that some oxides containing Mn give a sharp peak which represents endothermic reaction. 3. Below 100℃ the thermal analysis curves obtained from specimens made by reacting each complex compound with 10% Br-Methanol have been shown to be similar to these for specimens not rected with 10% Br-Methanol, showing endothermic heating for temperatures from about 150 to 200℃ endothermic heating for higher temperatures than 200℃. 4. The X-ray diffraction analysis has shown that oxides such as Mn3O4 and Cr2O3 are observed from the complex compound with a ratio MnO2: Cr2O3=1:1, whereas in the case of the compound with a ratio MnO2:Cr2O3=2:1 peak for Mn3O4 only is observable without any trace for Cr2O3 on the diffraction chart. Furthermore in the compound of Fe2O3 and Cr2O3 the peak for Cr2O3 has been determined, but no peak for Fe2O3 can be found. 5. The x-ray diffraction analysis has also presented that in inclusions in steel and complex oxides extracted by using 10% Br-Methanol the inclusions give peaks for Cr2O3 only, and peaks for Mn3O4 and Cr2O3 are obtainable. Based on this observation only when inclusions in steel are extacted by using 10% Br-Methanol amorphous structure is formed by Br, but crystalline oxides are thought to be unchanged to the amorphous.

      • 키일레이트 포스핀 리간드의 Rh 착화합물

        New rhodium complexes of chelating phosphine ligand(ppol = 3-diphenylphosphinopropyl-3-butenylphenylphosphine) including nitrogen donor and the relating ligands have been synthesized and characterized ; Rh(NO_2) (ppol), Rh(NCS) (ppol), RhCl(SO_2) (ppol) and 〔RhCI(NO) (ppol)〕 BF_4. Comparisons among various possible structures and the bonding modes for each complex have been made using infrared spectroscopy. The frequencies of NO_2 group is consistent with those of the N-bonded nitro group in Rh(NO_2) (ppol). Other nitrogen donor ligands, NO and NCS, also serve as the N-bonded ligands in 〔RhCl(NO) (ppol)〕 BF_4 and Rh(NCS) (ppol). The structure of SO_2 in RhCl(SO_2) (ppol) is a pyramidal form, which SO_2 acts as a Lewis acid.

        세자리 리간드인 tripod(1,1,1-tris(diphenylphosphinomethyl)ethane)를 포함하는 백금(0) 착화합물, Pt(tripod)L, (L=PPh2Me, P(p-tolyl)3, PPh3, P(p-C6H4F)3, PPh2C6F5, P(CH2CH2CN)3, Ph2PC≡CPPh2, PPh2(OMe), PF2(t-Bu), PF2NMe2, P(OPh)3, P(OC6H4Cl-p)3, PF3)을 분리하거나 또는 용액내에서 합성하여 확인하였다. 1JPt-P1 (P1; 한자리 리간드의 P)과 2JP1-P3 (P3; tripod 리간드의 P)사이의 관계를 31P NMR spectroscopy를 이용하여 고찰하였다; 1JPt-P1과 2JP1-P3는 정비례 관계에 있다. Pt-P와 P-P coupling의 크기는 결합의 s-성질의 정도에 달려 있어, s-성질이 더 많은 Pt-P1 결합의 coupling constant가 Pt-P3 결합의 경우보다 더 크다. 2JP1-P3의 여러 가지 inductive parameter와의 관계도 고찰하였다. A serious of platinum(0) complexes containing the tripod ligand (tripod(1.l.1-tris(diphenylphosphinomethyl)ethane) with the general formula, Pt(tripod)L, (L=PPh₂Me, P(p-tolyl)₃, PPh₃, P(p-C_{6}H₄F)₃, PPh₂C_{6}F_{5}, P(CH₂CH₂CN)₃, Ph₂PC≡CPPh₂, PPh₂(OMe), PF₂(t-Bu), P(OC_{6}H₄Cl-p)₃) have been either isolated or produced in situ and characterized. The relationship between ^{1}J_{Pt-Pl} and ^{2}J_{P1-P3} (P_{1}; phosphorus from monodentate phosphine, P_{3}; phosphorus from tripod) using ^{31}P NMR spectroscopy is discussed; ^{1}J_{Pt-P1} is directly proportional to ^{2}J_{P1-P3}. The magnitudes of the R-P and P-P coupling constants appear to be affected by the s-character of the bonds. The R-PI coupling constant is larger than the R-P3 coupling, where the R-PI bond apparently uses more s-character than the three Pt-P₃bonds. The relationship of ^{2}J_{P1-P3} with various inductive parameters is discussed.

      • 변단면 H-형강보의 탄성처짐에 관한 연구

        Tapered H-shaped beams are often used in the structures with large spans and roof crane running beams; for the purpose of member self-weight reduction and appropriately architectural representation. The purpose of this study is to represent an accurate calculation method for tapered beam deformations, based on elastic theories. In this study, equations for beam deformation calculation of whole span tapered or partly tapered beams are represented and compared with structural analysis results of generally used commercial computer program. The equations of Moment of Inertia for tapered H-shaped beams, which may have different width and thickness of their flanges or top and bottom flanges, are induced as well. Compared with the result of generally used structural analysis program, the results of this study will be confirmed for practical use.

      • 새로운 백금착체의 설계와 그 항암활성

        Pt(Ⅱ) and Pt(Ⅳ) complexes having six-membered chelate rings with N,N'-bis(2-chloroethyl)propanediamine (2-CePn) as carrier ligand have been prepared and characterized by IR and ^1H NMR. These complexes were examined for their in vitro cytotoxicity against leukemia L1210 and P388 cell lines. The cytotoxicity of platinum complexes with 1,3-propanediamine were improved by introduction of 2-chloroethyl group which nitrogen mustard, and alkylating agent, contains. The Pt(Ⅱ) complex showed more effective cytotoxicity than Pt(Ⅳ) complex.
