오영진의 역사극 연구 -<풍운>과 <동천홍>을 중심으로-

본고는 오영진의 역사극에 나타난 역사의식과 그의 역사극이 갖는 현실 참여로서의 의미를 밝히는 데에 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 분석을 위해 본 연구는 작품 발표 당시의 사회상을 경유하여 오영진의 역사극을 고찰하고자 한다. 오영진의 작품은 그 특징에 따라 풍속극·시대극·음악극·역사극·심리극 등으로 분류할 수 있으며, 이 중 <풍운>과 <동천홍>은 역사극에 속한다. 관객은 역사극 관람을 통해 역사적 사실과 지식만을 전달 받는 것이 아닌, 역사가 재창조되는 과정에서 생기는 작가의 실천적 행위이자 의도된 인식, 즉 작가의 역사의식까지 전달받는다. 오영진에게 있어 역사적 사실을 극화한다는 것은 당대를 살아가는 사람들에게 필요한 행위였다. 오영진의 역사극에 나타난 과거의 소재·인물·정신은 현대의 사회정세 인정, 풍속 그리고 현대적 해석과 연결되어 있다. 오영진은 단순히 과거의 사실을 재구성한 것이 아니라 발표 당시의 사회로부터의 요구와 요망에 의해 역사극을 창작한 것이다. 이 연구는 오영진 역사극에 나타난 조선(대한제국)이 외부(다른 나라)와 관계하는 모습을 분석하고, 이어 그의 역사극이 갖는 당대적 의미를 밝히고자 한다. 그의 역사극은 당대 현실과 접속하며, 이 현실 공간에는 민족뿐만 아니라 당대의 정치적 권력도 함께 공존한다. The purpose of this study is to find out the meaning of Oh, Young-jin`s history dramas as a method to participate in the reality of the society at that time and his historical consciousness through his literary works. To achieve this analysis, this paper studies Oh, Young-jin`s history dramas through social aspects of the time when his dramas were written. Oh, Young-jin`s dramas can be classified into several categories such as historical drama, musical drama, psychodrama and so on. Among those, <Pung-un> and <Dong-chun-hong> are representative historical dramas. Watching historical dramas, audiences learn not only historical facts and knowledges but also writer`s historical consciousness which is writer`s intention through the recreation of history as present practice. For Oh, Young-jin, the dramatization of historical facts was necessary for people who were living in his time. Subjects, characters and mind from Oh, Young-jin`s historical dramas are connected to social situation, custom and interpretation of the society in his time. Oh, Young-jin didn`t simply reconstitute facts from the past. He created historical dramas for demand and desire from his time. This paper analyses the relationship between Jo-sun(Daehan Empire) and other countries at first and then tries to find out the meaning of his historical dramas of his time. His historical dramas connect to the realities of the time and these realities include not only people who lived then but also political authority.

Can Music Dominate the Brain?: Comparison between Americans and Koreans using EEG Analysis

As a cross-cultural study, this study compared and verified the electroencephalography responses of Korean and American consumers to musical stimuli. The main purpose of using music in a marketing communication environment is to achieve favorable emotional responses induced through music. Musical factors, which are structural characteristics common to most existing music based on Western music, were set as an experimental unit, and whether music could induce specific emotions of consumers was measured through EEG analysis. In particular, the comparison of EEG responses between Koreans and Americans empirically verified existing literature studies thatmusic has similarities and universal characteristics around theworld. As a result of the analysis, there was no significant difference according to the nationality of the respondents. The fact that the stimulus response to music does not differ from culture to culture has a characteristic shared with the research results of similarities across cultures, behavioral patterns, and society in various research areas, starting with Chomsky s research. Based on the results of this study, it will be possible to contribute to the process of clarifying the musical characteristics of advertisements that can be universally applied in the globalmarketing environment and the emotional relationship of consumers, and identifying mechanisms that can be used as powerful tools of persuasion.

In this thesis, a method has been developed to evaluate a disassembly time of a product. Some factors regards to affects disassemblibility are found by experiment and the value of disassembling time of elements and the computation formular are delived by using WF(work factor) method. The evaluated disassembling times are compared with real disassembling times of recyclable products, a desk toy computer case.

잉어류 바이러스성전신괴사증바이러스 (VSNCV) 백신 투여에 대한 잉어의 면역반응

양식 잉어류에서 심각한 피해를 야기하고 있는 VSNCV에 대한 백신을 제작하며 잉어에 투여한 후 특이적 및 비특이적 면역반응을 조사하였다. 백신은 포르마린처리백신 (FKV)과 가온처리백신 (HKV)를 제작하여 건강한 잉어에 0.2㎖씩 복강주사 하였으며, 2주 후 동일한 방법으로 boost처리하였다. 백신 투여 후 비특이적 면역반응 중 혈청 라이소자인 활성과 대식세포의 chemiluminescent (CL) reponses은 1차 주사 후 및 boost 처리 후 2일째부터 7일째까지 유의적인 증가를 나타내었으며, 이후 대조구 수준으로 감소하였다. ELISA법으로 항체가를 조사한 결과 대조구를 제외한 FKV와 HKV 투여구에서 주사 후 2주 째부터 boost처리 후 6주 째까지 유의적으로 증가하였으며, 그 중에서도 boost 처리 후 2주 째에 VSNCV로 공격 실험한 결과 FKV 투여구에서는 20%의 누적폐사율을 나타내어 방어력이 인정 되었으나, HKV투여구에서는 70%의 누적폐사율이 나타나 방어효과가 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다. VSNC is a viral disease causing significant economic losses in cultured carp Ciprinus carpio L. in Korea. Carps were immunized with prepared vaccines against VSNCV and examined specific and nonspecific immune responses. Carps were injected by 0.2㎖ of formalin-killed vaccine(FKV), heat-killed vaccine(HKV) or E-MEM, respectively and dealt with boost with same way two weeks later. The lysozyme activity of serum and chemiluminescent reponses of head-kidney leucocytes showed increased responses during 2-7 days post-first injection(pfi) and post-boost(pb) in the vaccinated fish, and then decreased to the level of control. As measured by ELISA, vaccinated groups showed a significant increase in VSNCV-specific serum antibodies between 2 weeks pfi and 6 weeks pb with a peak at 2 weeks pb. Results of the virus challenge showed that the fish vaccinated with FKV have induced protective immunity, white HKV injection hardly provided protection.

초등학교 아동의 마음에 대한 이해의 사용과 마음관련 지식의 발달

This study was purposed to explore children's development in the theory of mind. Children of age 7, 9 and 11 explained others' good and bad behaviors, and answered to questions about 'mind' and 'heart' Children's behavior explanations with internal factors, including traits and mental states, were scored and analyzed. The responses of mind-related knowledges were categorized and compared by age. Results showed that children's intemal explanations were not different with age, and most of the children explained intemally for others' bad behaviors more than for good ones. Secondly, children conceptualized cold-minded 'mind' and hot-minded 'heart' differentially, but showed developmental differences in mind-related knowledges. It was hard for the younger children to explain 'mind' and 'heart'. Children came to construct their knowledge with age; 'mind' including cognitive monitoring, and 'heart' working outside the personal emotions.

방선균 WCM-9가 생산하는 Polyene 항진균성 항생물질(AF1)의 생물학적 성상

Background: Pathogenic fungi infect humans, especially immunocompromised patients, with superficial or deeply invasive pattern. In the past 20 years, fungal infections have been increased dramatically resulted by increment of organ transplantation, cancer, AIDS patients, or use of broad-spectrum antibacterial agents. Fungal infections are now important causes of morbidity and mortality of hospitalized patients. but there is no effective antifungal antibiotics as well as antibacterial antibiotics Objective: Effective new antifungal antibiotics are needed for the treatment of mycosis. So in an effort to develop effective antifungal antibiotics, we screened over 600 isolates of Streptomyces spp. from soil. Methods: Antifungal producing strain was selected using disk diffusion method, An antifungal substance (AF1) was purified with ethyl acetate extraction, silica gel column chromatography and reverse phase HPLC. MICs of AF1 were detected by agar dilition method. Results: The compound showed UV maxima of 307, 321, 340, 359 nm indicating methylpentaene. Minimum inhibitory concentrations of the AF1 were 3.7 ㎍/ml against mold, and 3.7 - 7.4 ㎍/ml against Candida species. AF1 was also active against Cryptococcus neoformans, with MIC of 0.9 ㎍/ml. The concentration of AF1 for K^+ ion release from human red blood cell and hemolysis were 5 ㎍/ml. Conclusion: The antibiotic purified from culture broth of Streptomyces sp. WCM-9 was a polyene antifungal antibiotic which have broad spectrum antifungal activity.

An Antioxidant Davallialactone from Phellinus baumii Enhances Sperm Penetration on In Vitro Fertilization of Pigs

Davallialactone (DAVA) is a hispidin analogue derived from the medicinal fungus Phellinus baumii. We examined the effect of DAVA on in vitro fertilization (IVF) of pigs. Boar spermatozoa were incubated in fertilization medium with varying concentrations of DAVA, then sperm motility and reactive oxygen species (ROS) level were evaluated. Higher sperm motility was found following the addition of 0.5 or $1{\mu}M$ DAVA after incubation than addition of other concentrations or controls. ROS level decreased significantly with the addition of DAVA. The rate of normal fertilization was higher in the presence of $1{\mu}M$ DAVA (65.1%) than were those of other concentrations or controls (45.4~59.4%), and the highest total fertilization rate (mono- and polyspermic oocytes) was observed at $1{\mu}M$ DAVA (83%). In conclusion, addition of DAVA to fertilization medium improved sperm motility, and reduced ROS level so as to potentially improve sperm-oocyte binding in IVF, suggesting the potential of a compound isolated from mushrooms in assisted reproductive technology for humans and animals.
