        엠보싱 알루미늄 판재의 기계적특성과 스프링백 평가 (제1보)

        엠보싱된 알루미늄 판재는 표면적이 증가하여 방열효과가 뛰어나고 가공경화에 의해 굽힘강성이 증가하여 자동차 열차단기에 널리 사용된다. 하지만 판재의 특성상 주름발생률이 높아 프레스 성형에 많은 제약이 따른다. 본 연구에서는 3차원 구조 알루미늄 판재의 프레스 성형성 평가를 위한 기초연구로 3차원 구조 엠보싱 콘 형상 판재의 기계적특성을 평가 하고 굽힘실험을 통해 프레스 가공 후 발생하는 스프링백을 정량적으로 평가하였다. 엠보싱 판재는 패턴의 방향에 따라 인장특성이 상이하다. 특히 평행 엠보싱 시편의 경우 항복응력이 감소하며 대각 엠보싱 시편의 경우 항복응력이 증가하게 되고 영률의 감소가 크게 나타난다. 그 결과 굽힘 성형가공 후에 스프링 백에 영향을 미친다. Embossed aluminum sheets were been used in heat insulation purpose for automative exhaust parts because of increasing their surface areas and stiffness reinforcement. However, there are many restrictions because of high rate of wrinkle occurrence on press working. We have performed the tensile and bending tests for embossed sheets to clarity its mechanical properties and springback characteristics. Embossed aluminum sheets showed a different flow stress after plastic yielding due to flattening the embossed cone shape. Above all, yield stress of parallel embossed specimen decreases while its diagonal one increases and the decrease of young’s modulus in the embossed sheets contributes to the increase of springback amount.

        수출입 컨테이너 장치장 배정을 위한 소프트웨어의 개발

        The Pusan Container Terminal faces a rapid increase in berthing time of container ships as well as in waiting time of external trucks, which is due to an absolute lack of yard space. This research is focused on the development of a decision support system for the planning of the container terminal yard assignment so that the yard space would be utilized most effectively. Efforts should be given to the reasonable assignment of the yard storage and the dynamic adaptation to the ever changing environment. The software introduced here is based o the know-how of the field exports and its framework takes the approach of the hierarchical decision making.

      • Moclobemide의 항우울 효과에 대한 평가

        Eighteen patients took Moclobemide for 6 weeks, who had been diagnosed as major depression based on DSM-Ⅲ-R and had had more than 16 points on the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale. After medication of Moclobemide, they were evaluated by the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale and in terms of sleep, vigilance, performance, social interactions and drive. The results were as follows ; 1. The average dosage of Moclobemide was 400±89 ㎎. 2. Antidepressant effect were checked on the all items of the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale and prominent on the items of work and activities, insomnia, suicide, somatic symptoms. 3 There were obvious changes of the antidepressive effect by the evaluation of the doctors and patients at 4 weeks after the medication of Moclobemide. 4. In the patients, 61% had positive effects on the sleep. 94% no negative effects on the vigilance. Nobody has negative effects on the social interactions and drive. 5. Side effects or physical disturbances induced by Moclobemide were not found. According to these results, it seemed that Moclobemide had clear antidepressant effects, few negative effects on the life of day time, positive effects on the sleep and somatic symptoms.

        다래나무 및 노각나무 수액의 성분조성

        본 실험에서는 다래나무 및 노각나무 수액을 천연 건강음료로 개발하기 위한 기초 자료를 얻고져 물리ㆍ화학적 성질과 유리당, 무기물 및 구성 아미노산 등을 분석하였다. 다래나무와 노각나무 수액의 pH, 비중, 당도, 수분, 회분 및 조단백질의 함량은 거의 비슷하였다. 유리당 함량은 fructose가 다래나무 수액에서 378.4㎎/100㎖, glucose는 노각나무 수액에서 125.4㎎/100㎖로 가장 높은 함량이었다. 무기물 조성은 망간과 알루미늄을 제외한 모든 무기물에서 노각나무 수액에 비해 다래나무 수액에서 함량이 높았으며 특히 칼슘은 다래나무 수액이 172.0㎎/ℓ, 노각나무 수액에서 13.7㎎/ℓ로 다래나무 수액이 노각나무 수액보다 약 13배나 높은 함량을 보였다. 다래나무 및 노각나무 수액은 분석된 총 17종의 구성 아미노산 중 다래나무 수액은 4종, 노각나무 수액에서는 6종이 검출되었는데, 다래나무 수액은 cystine, aspartic acid, serine 그리고 valine의 순으로 노각나무 수액에서는 cystine, glutamic acid, aspartic acid, serine, valine 및 phenylalanine 등의 순으로 함량이 높게 나타났다. Natural compounds such as free sugars, minerals and composition amino acids in Darae(Actinidia arguta) and Korean stewartia(Stewartia koreana) saps were analyzed to establish to the basic data of foods. Free sugars of the saps determined were fructose and glucose which were detected higher amounts as 378.4 and 125.4㎎/100㎖, respectively, but sucrose and maltose were not detected. Among 10 kinds of mineral detected in the saps, the content of calcium in Darae and aluminum in the Korean stewartia saps was the highest 172.0 and 56.1㎎/ℓ, respectively. The calcium content in Darae saps was 13 times higher than that of Korean stewartia saps. The Darae saps were composed of 4 kinds of amino acids such as cystine, aspartic acid, serine and valine, and then Korean stewartia saps 6 kinds of amino acids such as cystine, glutamic acid, aspartic acid, serine, valine and phenylalanine. It is concluded that saps of Darae and Korean stewartia contain a good variety of natural compounds such as free sugars, minerals and amino acids to serve as an excellent source of very natural and health promoting drinks.

      • Interval Weight Training이 체지방량 및 신체밀도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of interval weight training on the Fat Weight and Body Density. We have selected 24 students from the K-university whom they are studying physical Education. And also divided into 2 groups; control group with 12 students and the other is Training group with 12 students. We have tried interval weight training 3 days in a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. To notify the changes of Body Density, We have measured subscapular, triceps, suprauliac, and Abdomen. And also to notify the changes of Fat Weight, We have measured % Fat and L.B.M(Lean Body Mass) The first measurement took before training and the second measurement took after 6 weeks of training. And the results were as follows: 1.For skinfold thickness to control group, the total of 4 parts were 42.15±11.77mm but after 6 weeks it increased to 47.05±12.19mm, but for training group it was 33.56±5.02mm but after 6 weeks training it decreased to 31.45±4.39mm. 2.For fat weight to control group, before training it's 11.17±1.98kg but after 6 weeks it increased to 12.20±2.23kg. For training group, before training 12.20±2.23kg but after 6 weeks it decreased to 9.46±2.52kg. 3.For % fat, control group before training 14.71±2.98% but after 6 weeks it increased to 15.66±3.02%. For training group, before training 13.47±2.11% but after 6 weeks it decreased to 12.52±2.74%. 4.For L.B.M(lean body mass), control group didn't show much of difference before and after the training but for the training group it showed 59.66±7.02kg before training but after 6 weeks it increased to 60.12±6.35kg. For training group, before training 59.84±3.65kg but after 6 weeks it decreased to 60.55±2.99kg.

      • GIS의 활용을 위한 가로수 DB 모형 개발의 개념적 설계방안

        Various idea of conceptional design of GIS database of street tree of Gum Nam Ro in Kwangju emphasizing location information which is significant for tree manager were compared and analyzed for efficient open space management. The results obtained were as follows. First, the information of location is essential for tree manager based on the findings of the comparative analysis of 3 conceptional design of street tree database. Second, elements of street database except tree location were path, landmark, node, direction, block, district and building. Tree managers differently recognized these elements according to the direction and interrelation of location. Third, ranking of these elements were based on the comparative analysis of 3 conceptional designs. The distance between a targeted tree, a street node and perpendicular line of streets were very important for finding out the location of a targeted tree. Thus, the database which can discover effectively the direction, distance and location of street trees can help to improve the efficiency of timely tree management.

      • 새로운 의약품의 합성에 관한 연구 : 6-Thiocyanopenicillanic Acid 유도체의 합성

        6-Aminopenicillanic acid의 diazo화 반응과 sodium thiocyanate와 반응으로 새로운 β-lactam 화합물인 6-thiocyanopenicillanic acid(1a)를 합성하고 p-nitrobenzyl bromide, chloromelthylpivalate 및 1-chlorodiethylcarbonate들과의 반응에 의해 각각에 해당하는 ester(1b~d)를 합성하였다. A new β-lactam compound, 6-thiocyanopenicillanic acid(1a) was prepared by the reaction of diawnium salt of 6-aminopenicillanic acid with sodium thiocyanate. Reaction of 6-thiocyanopenicillanic acid(la) with p-nitrobenzyl bromide, chloromethylpivalate and l-chlorodiethylcarbonate, respectively, afforded the corresponding esters(1b~d).

      • Sn-Bi 공정합금의 일방향응고 특성에 관한 연구

        Sn-Bi alloys (54∼64 wt.% Bi) with the nonfaceted-faceted system were unidirectionally solidified. The Sn-Bi eutectic alloy has a asymmetrical form and are skewed towards the faceted phase. In the change with composition and growth rate, the preferred crystal growth, direction and electrical resitivity were investigated. Increasing the rate of growth, the regular eutectic microstructure was changed to irregular cell phase type in the hyper and hypo-eutectic, and the unidirectional tendency of longitudinal microstructure was significantly decreased. The difference of electrical resistivity between transverse and longitudinal plane in Sn-Bi alloy was decreased in order of eutectic, hyper-eutectic, hypo-eutectic. This means that the microstructure acts as a more effective factor than the composition.
