광도에 따른 치과용 콤포머의 기계적 성질에 관한 연구

        윤숙진 대한치과기재학회 2000 대한치과재료학회지 Vol.27 No.1

The aim of this study was to the effect of the light intensity and exposure time on the mechanical properties of dental compomer. Two compomers as experimental group, one resin-modified glass ionomer and one dental composite resin as control were used. The materials were photopolymerized with four different relative light intensities(10%, 36%, 63% and 100%) which were obtained by altering the input voltage and cured for two exposure times(20 sec and 40 sec). And then, the compressive strength, elastic modulus, surface hardness of the upper and lower side were evaluated. From the experiment, the following results were obtained. In all groups the compressive strength and elastic modulus were increased according to the increase of relative light intensity. But in above the 400 mW/㎠ of light intensity, there showed small increase. In low intensity(≤ 10% of relative intensity) light, FL showed higher compressive strength, and in above moderate intensity(≥36%) light, CG and ZH showed higher properties than any other. DR and FL didn't show the difference but CG and ZH showed the difference of strength with the exposure time. Surface hardness were increased in all groups and the difference of the hardness of the upper and lower surface were decreased according to the increase of the relative light intensity.

레진 강화형 글라스 아이오노머 시멘트와 콤포머의 용해도와 불소유리

        윤숙진 대한치과기재학회 1997 대한치과재료학회지 Vol.24 No.2

The purpose of this study was to compare both the solubility of the resin-reinforced glass ionomer coments and compomers in deionized water and 0.1 M lactic acid and the fluoride release into deionized water. Two resin-reinforced glass ionomer cements, two compomers, and one conventional glass ionomer cement as control were tested. Six disk-form specimens(10mm×1mm) of each cement were prepared. Afterinitial weight measurement, the specimens were immersed in deionized water and 0.1M lactic acid sloution at 37±1℃ for 1, 7, 14, 30, and 60 days. After the immersion at specific periods, the specimens were rinsed and dried and reweighted for final weight and determined the solubility. In fluoried release mesurements, the media were changed and fluorede concentration was measured by using a fluoride ion electrode(Phoenix Electrode Co., U.S.A.) and standard solutions for 1, 7, 14, 30, and 60 days. From the experiment, the following results were obtained 1. The solubility of the resin-reinforced glass ionomer cements was decreased until 7 days as well as control, after then increased in deionized water immersion. 2. The solubility of the compomers was continuously decreased in deionized water. 3. The solubility of the FUJ was the highest in the test periods, then VTR, FUL, CPG, and DYR in order in 0.1M lactic acid solution. 4. At initial periods, DYR and CPG released much less fluoride ionws than FUL and VTR. 5. Fluoride release was increased with the increase of solubility in resin-reinforced glass ionmer cements.

        윤영아,이기헌,황현식,홍석진 전남대학교 치의학연구소 2002 구강과학 Vol.14 No.1

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of a sealant resin on enamel demineralization in orthodontic bracket bonding. The forty eight extracted sound bovine teeth was subdivided into four groups and treated with Phase Ⅱ^(r) on the surface. Group 1 was not treated, Group 2 was acid etched with 37% phosphoric acid for 30 seconds, Group 3 was sealant applied after acid etching and Group 4 was resin paste applied after acid etching and sealant application. Each group was demineralized in artificial caries solution. Demineralized enamel depth was measured using by confocal laser scanning microscopy. The results were as follows. 1. The mean demineralized enamel depth was Group 1 (47.4㎛), Group 2 (61.8㎛), Group 3 (13.9㎛), Group 4 (8.2㎛). 2. The demineralized enamel depth was increased in Group 2 than Group 1 (p<0.05). 3. The demineralized enamel depth was reduced in Group 3 than Group1 and Group 2 with statistically significant differences (p<0.05). 4. Group 4 was very little demineralized. The results of the present study indicate that sealant application is useful for reducting enamel demineralization in orthodontic bracket bonding.

        치과용 콤포머의 세포독성에 관한 연구

        윤숙진 대한치과기재학회 1998 대한치과재료학회지 Vol.25 No.2

The objective of this study was to investigate cytotoxic effect of the dental compomers to L929 cells. Two dental compomers as experimental group, and one resin-reinforced glass ionomer cement, one dental composite resin as control were tested and colorimetric assays, namely MTT assay and agar overlay assay were used. Each specimen was prepared according to the manufacturer's instruction and extracted in deionized water 1 hr- and 24 hr-after light cuting for the MTT assay. In MTT assay, after the cells were exposed to the extracts for 24 hours, the medium was removed, then MTT solution were added. After 3 hr of incubation, acid isopropanol (0.04 N HCI in isopropanol) was added, the relative absorbance(%) of formazan production were measured at 550 nm. In agar overlay assay, after the cell monolayer had formed, medium was removed and medium containing bactoagar was added. The cells were stained with 0.01% neutral red solution and the specimens were placed on the agar. After incubation for 24 hours, the cultures were examined macroscopically and microscopically to determine the cytotoxicity. From the experiment, the following results were obtained 1. In the extracts of 1 hr-after light curing, dental composite resin have showed insignificantly lower relative absorbance than dental compomer DR and have not showed the difference with other materials and control(p<0.5). 2. In the extracts of 24 hr-after light curing, dental compomer CG have showed the lowest relative absorbance of the materials, but not statistically significant(0.05). 3. Dental composite have showed moderate cytotoxicity of 2/2 of the response index, whereas the other materials have showed mild cytotoxicity.

치과용 콤포머의 방사선 불투과성에 관한 연구

        윤숙진,김은경 대한치과기재학회 1999 대한치과재료학회지 Vol.26 No.1

The Objective of this study is to measure and compare the radiopacities of dental compomers with those of resin-reinforced glass ionomer and dental composite resin and to compare radiographic densitometry with indirect digital image analysis. Disks of two different dental compomers(DR and CG) as the experimental group, one resin-reinforced glass ionomer(FL) and one composite resin(ZH) as the control group, 10mm in diameter and 2mm thick, were radiographed with intact human teeth and aluminum stepwedge standard. Radiopacity was evaluated by transmission densitometry and with an image analysis program following the digitization of the radiographs using a flatbed scanner with transparency unit. All material and tooth structure showed the significant difference except FL and DR, CG and ZH(p<0.005) by the densitometric evaluation. And all material and tooth structure also showed the significant difference except FL and DR, CG and ZH(p<0.005) by indirect digital image analysis. Two evaluation methods didn't show the difference among the materials, but showed the difference between enamel radiopacities and between dentin radiopacities.

      • 正常 및 腫瘍性骨組織의 Lectin結合에 關한 免疫酵素組織化學的硏究

        尹錫雄,崔宗相,白承龍 고려대학교 의과대학 1986 고려대 의대 잡지 Vol.23 No.1

To Clarify the patterns of lectin binding on the normal bone and cartilage and the changes in lectin receptors between the normal and neoplastic bone tissues, the author had performed an immunoenzyrne histochemical study. Eight lectins such as Concanavalin-A(Con-A). Dolichos biflorus agglutinin(DBA), peanut agglutinin(PNA), Ulex europaeus agglutinin I(UEA I), soybean agglutinin(SBA), wheat germ agglutinin(WGA), Ricinus communis agglutinin I (RCA I), and Pinellia ternata agglutinin(PTA) were used oil the normal bone arid cartilage tissue in addition to each three cases of osteoblastoma, osteogenic sarcoma, enchondrorna, chondrosarcorna, giant cell tumor, Ewing's tumor, multiple myeloma, simple bone cyst, and fibrous dysplasia. Avidinbiotin system was used and substrate used was 3-3' diaminobenzidine. The results obtained are as follows; 1. In the normal and neoplastic bone tissue, PKA, Con-A, PTA, RCA I, and WGA showed positive reactions in the cystoplasms of the osteocytes and osteoblasts. 2. In the normal and r,eoplastic chondroid tissues, RCA I showed positive reactions in the chondrocytes. 3. On the neoplastic cells of the Ewing's tumor, DBA, UEA I, Con-A and PTA showed cytoplasmic positive reactions, and on the plasma cells of the multiple myeloma, PNA, Con-A, PTA, RC-4 I, and WGA showed positive reactions. 4. On the neoplastic cells of the giant cell tumor of bone, Con-A, PTA, and WGA showed positive reactions, contrary to negative reactions of the above 8 lectins to the giant cells of the tumor. 5. PNA, Con-A PTA, and RCA I showed positive reactions against the fibrous spindle cells of the simlpe bone cyst and Con-A, PTA, and RCA I showed-positive reactions of the spindle cells of the fibrous dysplasia. With the above results, the author can find that there is no difference of lectin receptor between the normal and neoplastic bone and chondroid tissue and also confirm the diffenerence of lectin binding pattern between the osteoclasts and giant cells of the giant tumor.

불소이온에 따른 치과용 티타늄의 물성변화에 관한 연구 : Ⅱ.Shear Bond Strength Between Dental Titanium Alloys and Composite Resin Ⅱ. 치과용 티타늄과 콤포짓트 레진의 전단결합강도

        윤숙진,임범순,김철위 대한치과기재학회 1999 대한치과재료학회지 Vol.26 No.2

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of fluoride gel treatment on the bond strength between composite resin and titanium alloys, and the effect of NaF solution on the bond strength between composite resin and titanium alloys. Five titanium and titanium based and one cobalt-chromiun based alloy were tested. Surface of alloys were treated with three different method ; SiC polishing paper (# 2,000), sandblasting (50 ㎛ Al₂O₃), and fluoride gel (F = 1.23 %, pH 3.0). After treatment, surface were analyzed by SEM with EDXA. Scotchbond MP and Superbond C & B were used as bonding agent. Light-curable composite resin (Z100) was filled into a cylinder-type (5.0 ㎜ × 7.3 ㎜) gelatin capsule. The capsule was place on the alloy surface treated by various method, and composite resin was cured by the visible light for 30 seconds at four different directions. Shear bond strength were measured by Instron (cross-head speed at 0.02 ㎝/min.). From the experiments, the following results were obtained. Fluoride gel did not affect the surface properties of cobalt-chromiun alloy (VTL) and nickel-titanium alloy, but other titanium alloys were strongly affected by the fluoride gel. Treatment with the fluoride gel showed similar bond strength to the sandblasted titanium alloys. Shear bond strength did not show the significant difference (p>0.05) with treatment time (5 min, 10 min, and 20 min) of fluoride gel. After ultrasonic cleaning subsequent to the fluoride gel treatment, fluoride ion or any complex of titanium-fluoride were not observed by EDXA. After treatment of the composite resin bonded titanium in NaF solution (1000 ppm, pH 3, 37 ℃) did not affect the bond strength between composite resin and titanium alloys.
