《雙漸小卿諸宮調》硏究

"諸富調"라는 문체는 비록 宋朝 ·金朝 두 時期에 한 때를 풍미했지만, 그러나 元朝 이후에는 급격한 衰落과 傳本의 稀少 등의 원인으로 體制조차도 알 수 가 없었다. 王國維가 編壽한《宋元纖曲考》에서 처음으로《董西廂》이 "諸宮調"임을 규명한 후, 오랫동안 끊이지 않았던 논란이 비로소 그치게 되었다. 그 뒤로 비록 부분적인 논란이 제기 되었지만, 그러나《董西廂)》이 諸宮調라는 사실에는 별 다른 異論이 없었다. 現存하는 3개월 諸宮調作品 가운데, 諸宮調의 特性을 가장 잘 보여 주고있고 또한 最古의 作品으로 考證되는《劉知遠諸宮調》는 1901年 發掘이 되고, 1920년경에 日本과 中國에 手 □ 本이 절해지면서 알려지기 시작하였다. 金代의 木刻本으로 많은 부분이 毁損되었지만 그 당시 通用되던 口語體와 俗語 그리 고 諸宮調의 발생시기 體制 등의 연구에 획기적인 전기가 되었다. 이와 같이 문헌상의 자료가 크게 부족한 상태에서 새로운 자료의 발굴과 규명은 그 무엇보다 중요하다고 본다. ≪雙漸少卿諦宮調≫ 는 書生인 雙漸과 倡女인 蘇少鄕의 사랑 이야기로 商宋이후 紹興年間(1131-1162)에 널리 유행 演唱되었던 題材이다. 최초로 張五牛가 지은 ≪豫章城雙漸□蘇□≫ 諸宮調를 기점으로 ≪雙漸蘇□≫ 諸宮調 · 金院木의 ≪調雙漸≫ · 傳奇文 ≪蘇少卿≫ 商正淑의 ≪雙漸小漸≫ 등의 많은 관련된 작품들이 宋 · 元代에 걸쳐 존재했지만 애석하게도 失傳되어 볼 수 없고, 다만 우리가 현재 볼 수 있는 것은 楊立薺가 楊玉를 위해 지은 ≪雙漸蘇卿諸宮調≫의 引辭 뿐이다. 대만의 학자인 汪天成은 ≪雍熙樂府≫ 에서 " □蘇卿" "蘇卿" "蘇卿題恨" 등의 제목을 가진 10여 개의 □曲을 고증하여, 그중 8개 □曲 雙漸蘇卿과 관련 있는 引辭나 諸宮調라고 하였고 ≪□蘇鄕諸宮調≫ 등으로 命名하였다. 이에 본 연구는 이러한 자료들을 근거로 고증하고 귀납하여 ≪雙漸小卿 諸宮 의 遺文을 輯佚하려는 것이다. 이에 먼저 ≪雙漸小卿諸宮調≫의 首創者인 張五牛와 商正叔의 관계, 작품의 형성시기 등을 유추해 보았고, 宋 · 元시기에 널리 애창되어온 본 작품이 지금은 元曲의 □數나 小令에서 그 흔적을 찾아볼 수 있을 뿐이므로 이에 散在되어있는 자료들을 참고하여 本事의 전말과 影響 등을 살펴보았다.

상업스포츠센터에서의 리더십스타일이 조직몰입과 직무만족에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 스포츠센터 경영자의 리더십스타일에 따라 조직의 목표와 가치를 수용하고 조직에 일체감을 지니면서 노력을 경주하려는 조직구성원의 의지를 나타내는 조직몰입과의 관계 및 영향을 파악하고 아울러 리더십 스타일이 조직구성원의 행복한 삶을 반영하는 변수로서의 직무만족과의 관계와 영향력의 정도를 규명하는 데에 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 조사대상은 상업스포츠센터의 직원을 표본 모집단으로 설정하고 체계적 유층집락 무선 표집법을 이용, 277명의 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 조사도구에 있어 리더십 유형은 Goleman(2000)이 개발하고 이은수(2005)가 국내에서 번안하여 사용한 설문지를, 조직 구성원의 조직몰입에 대한 측정을 위해서는 Allen & Meyer(l990)에 의하여 개발되고, 권순오(2001)가 번안하여 사용한 조직몰입 문항을, 직무만족의 측정을 위해서는 Weiss & England(l967)의 MSQ(Minesota Satisfaction Questionaire)와 김창걸(1994)이 제작한 문항을 참고로 육종술(2005)에 의하여 사용된 문항을 각각 활용하였다. 이러한 조사방법과 결과분석을 통하여 나타난 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스포츠센터 경영자의 리더십 유형 중 지시통제형은 조직몰입과 직무만족에 있어 부(負)적 상관관계를 지니고 있으며, 관계중시형, 육성형, 목표실천형, 참여유도형, 그리고 솔선형은 정(正)적 상관관계를 지니고 있다. 둘째, 리더십 유형 중 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 영향정도는 참여유도형, 관계중시형, 솔선형, 육성형의 순으로 참여유도형이 조직몰입에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인이다. 셋째, 리더십스타일 중 직무만족에 영향올 미치는 정도는 관계중시형, 육성형, 목표실천형, 참여유도형, 그리고 솔선형의 순으로 관계중시형이 직무만족에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인이다. This paper examines the effects of sports center director's leadership style on the Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction in Commercial Sports Center's employee. The subjects of this study who were 277 Sports Center's employee were selected in seoul using systematic stratified cluster sampling. In order to examine leadership style of sports center director's affecting organizational commitment and Job Satisfaction of Commercial Sports Center's employee, the questionnaires which were composed of organizational commitment, Job Satisfaction, leadership style in Commercial Sports Center was used as a measurement device. For leadership style which were composed of control, object achievement, relationship, induction of participation, taking the lead, upbringing, the questionnaire by Lee(2005) was used on the basis of previous studies by Goleman(2000). For organizational commitment of Sports Center's employee the questionnaire by Kwon(2001) was used on the basis of previous studies by Allen & Mayer(l990). For job satisfaction, the questionnaire by Youk(2005) was used on the basis of previous studies by Weiss & England(l967) and Kim(1994). The questionnaire consisted of 36 items to reflect leadership style, and 24 items organizational commitment, 18 items job satisfaction The subjects were requested to indicate the extend of their agreement with each item on a 5-point Likert scale ranging from 1 (definitely false) to 5 (definitely true). In some instance, however, the respondents did not complete all the items in the questionnaire. The internal consistency estimates(Cronbach's alpha) were .592-813 for leadership style and .801 for organizational commitment, 792 for job satisfaction In order to statistical analysis, this study used a SPSS version 12.0 program for windows. Statistics employed in this study were Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result of this study, which were attained through the process, are as follows. First, the leadership style related to control has a negative relationship between Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction in Commercial Sports Center's employee. Second, The induction of participation among leadership styles was proved to be a most influencing value to the Organizational Commitment. Third, The relationship among leadership styles was proved to be a most influencing value to the Job Satisfaction

라이프스타일이 스포츠 소비형태에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to present the influence of lifestyle characteristics as a significant determining factor on type of sport consumers. The subjects of this study who were 398 adult(student`s family) were selected from 11 middle and high school in seoul using systematic stratified cluster sampling. In order to examine lifestyle factors affecting type of sport consumers, the questionnaires which were composed of lifestyle as psycho-graphics and consumer type in sports was used as a measurement device. For lifestyle which were composed of fashion, achievement, self control, self confidence, weakness, vanity, sports, brand, health, the questionnaire by Youk and Jung(1995) was used on the basis of previous studies by Plumer(1975). The questionnaire consisted of 38 items to reflect lifestyle, and 5 items consumption type. The subjects were requested to indicate the extent of their agreement with each item on a 5-point Likert scale ranging from 1(definitely false) to 5(definitely true).In some instance, however, the respondents did not complete all the items in the questionnaire. The internal consistency estimates(Cronbach`s alpha) were .73 for entire scale of lifestyle ranged from .58 to .79. In order to statistical analysis, this study used a SPSS version 12.0 program for windows. Statistics empoloyed in this study were multiple correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result of this study, which were attained through the process, are as follows. First, there were both influence direct sport consumption type and indirect sport consumption type on life style characteristics. Second, life style characteristics as a achievement, sports, health, self confidence were significant influence on sports for all and achievement, self confidence, sports, health were significant influence on spectators of stadium in direct sport consumption. Third, life style characteristics as a achievement, self confidence, sports were significant influence on view of TV sport program and self confidence, weakness, sports, health were on reading sport headline of newspaper and sports, health were on hearing sport program of radio in direct sport consumption.

Hg²⁺-Selective Chemosensor Derived from 8-Hydroxyquinoline Having Benzothiazole Function in Aqueous Environment

Newly synthesized 8-hydroxyquinoline based benzothiazole derivative 2 showed a distinctive $Hg^{2+}$-selectivity over other transition metal ions in aqueous solution. The fluorescence emission at 455 nm of 2 was completely quenched upon interaction with $Hg^{2+}$ ions in dioxane-$H_2O$ system (9 : 1, v/v). The selectivity was decreased in the order of $Hg^{2+}\;>>\;Cu^{2+}\;>\;Cd^{2+}\;>\;Pb^{2+}\;{\thickapprox}\;Zn^{2+}\;{\thickapprox}\;Ni^{2+},\;and\;Hg^{2+}$ concentration dependent fluorescence quenching profile was observed in the presence of common interfering metal ions as background. The fluorescence behavior of 2 suggests that the prepared compound could be used as a fluorescent signaling subunit for the construction of new $Hg^{2+}$-sensitive ON-OFF type supramolecular switching systems.

Effects of Competition between Phase Separation and Ester Interchange Reactions on the Phase Behavior in a Phase-Separated Immiscible Polyester Blend: Monte Carlo Simulation

The effects of rate of phase separation to ester interchange reactions and the repulsive pair interaction energy on the phase behavior in a phase-separated immiscible polyester blend are investigated using a Monte Carlo simulation method. The time evolution of structure factor and the degree of randomness are monitored as a function of homogenization time. When the phase separation is dominant over ester interchange reactions, the domain size slowly increases with homogenization time. However, when the pair interaction becomes less repulsive, the domain size does not significantly change with homogenization time. On the other hand, when ester interchange reactions are dominant over the phase separation, the homogenization proceeds without a change in the domain size. The higher the extent of phase separation, the lower the increasing rate of the DR. However, when the phase separation is sufficiently dominant, the effect of the extent of phase separation on the increasing rate of the degree of randomness become less significant.
